Description
[0001] The present invention relates to a shelf price bar for attachment to a goods shelf, on which a fastening means for fixing the shelf price bar to the goods shelf is provided on the side facing the goods shelf, and a receptacle on the side facing away from the goods shelf for attaching an electronic price label, which can be freely positioned and fixed in the longitudinal direction between two holding webs of the shelf price bar.
[0002] For attaching price labels to shelves, mounting rails are known, allowing price labels and labels to be easily mounted on a shelf. Such mounting rails are available, for example, from the utility model holder or from VFK Renzel and can also be mounted on a shelf at different angles. On the side facing away from the shelf, these mounting rails have a receptacle between two retaining bars, to which labels or electronic display devices can be mounted. When locking these elements to the retaining bars, very high forces must sometimes be applied, which makes handling difficult.
[0003] DE 20 2020 106 905 U1 discloses a shelf price bar for price labels that can be locked into a holder between two retaining bars. Here, too, the problem arises that removing the price label is usually only possible with considerable force.
[0004] JP 2011 082138 A discloses a shelf price bar to which a display device is fixed to a holder.
[0005] WO 2011 / 010003 discloses a device for attaching an electronic price tag with a C-shaped receptacle and a clamping retaining web.
[0006] It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a shelf price bar which enables easy assembly and disassembly of price labels.
[0007] This problem is solved with a shelf price bar having the features of claim 1.
[0008] In the shelf price bar according to the invention, an electronic price tag can be fixed to a holder between two retaining webs, wherein at least one of the retaining webs is connected to a release section, by means of which a torque can be introduced onto the retaining web by pivoting in order to be able to remove the electronic price tag from the holder. This allows the retaining web to be pivoted slightly, which facilitates removal of the electronic price tag, especially when the price tag is latched or fixed to the holder with high holding forces. Pivoting the retaining web reduces clamping and thus facilitates removal.
[0009] According to the invention, the release section extends essentially parallel to the base of the holder. The release section can, for example, protrude downward and be concealed behind the electronic price tag in the mounted position. The user then only needs to reach behind the electronic price tag to pivot the release section and thus be able to remove the item. The release section is designed as a flexible web, for example, with a straight rectangular cross-section.
[0010] According to the invention, the release section is formed integrally with the retaining web. The release section can be formed integrally in a central region of the retaining web, so that the retaining web can be pivoted using optimized leverage. The retaining web is preferably connected to a base of the receptacle, wherein the base and the release section are arranged in different planes in order to be able to exert improved force introduction onto the retaining web. The release section has a length perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the shelf price strip that corresponds to at least 20% of the width of the receptacle, preferably between 30% and 70% of the width of the receptacle. This allows the release section to be operated smoothly.
[0011] In a preferred embodiment, the retaining webs are hook-shaped in cross-section. The retaining webs thus have a projection extending inward into the receptacle, which can be engaged behind by a fixing section of the electronic price tag to ensure secure fixation.
[0012] Various fastening means can be provided for securing the shelf price bar. For example, an adhesive, in particular a double-sided adhesive tape, can be attached to the shelf price bar on the side facing the merchandise shelf. Alternatively or additionally, a hook for hanging on a merchandise shelf can also be provided on the side facing the merchandise shelf. In a further embodiment, a support web is formed on the side facing the merchandise shelf, by means of which the shelf price bar can be attached to the merchandise shelf at different angles of inclination. For this purpose, corresponding support elements can protrude from the support web.
[0013] For easy production of the shelf price bar, it can be designed as an extruded plastic profile that can be produced in any length.
[0014] The invention will be explained in more detail below using several exemplary embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings. They show: Figure 1 shows a shelf price bar according to the invention in a mounted position; Figures 2 to 5 show several views of the shelf price bar of the Figure 1 during the disassembly of an electronic price label; Figure 6 shows a view of a modified embodiment of a shelf price bar in the mounted position; Figures 7 to 10 show several views during the disassembly of the price label from the shelf price bar of the Figure 6 ; Figure 11 a view of the shelf price bar in a modified mounting position, and Figure 12 a view of the shelf price bar of the Figure 1 in a modified mounting position.
[0015] A shelf price bar 1 is mounted on a merchandise shelf 2, which includes a shelf 3 for storing merchandise. The merchandise shelf 2 has a bent front side 4, to which the shelf price bar 1 is fixed via a fastening means 5 in the form of a double-sided adhesive tape.
[0016] The shelf price bar 1 is used for attaching an electronic price tag 9 or another display device. For this purpose, the shelf price bar 1 has a receptacle 6 arranged between two retaining webs 7 and 8. The electronic price tag 9 engages with a fastening section 10 in the receptacle 6 and is clamped or latched in place by the hook-shaped retaining webs 7 and 8. A projection 11 protrudes upward on the fastening section 10 and engages behind the hook-shaped retaining web 7. The retaining web 8 engages behind a projection 12 on the fastening section 10.
[0017] For the alignment of the electronic price label 9, ribs 13 are formed on a base of the holder 6, which ribs rest on a rear side of the fastening section 10.
[0018] A web-shaped release section 14 is integrally formed on the lower holding web 8, which has approximately the same length as the electronic price label 9, so that the release section 14 is arranged substantially behind the electronic price label 9.
[0019] In Figure 2The shelf price bar 1 with the electronic price label 9 is shown without the product shelf 2. It can be seen that a gap 15 is provided between the release section 14 and the back of the electronic price label, so that the user can actuate the release section 14 from the underside. The release section 14 is not connected to the holding web 8 directly at the bottom of the holder 6, but rather in a central region between the bottom and a free end of the holding web 8. Thus, the release section 14 is arranged parallel to the bottom of the holder 6, but offset.
[0020] In Figure 3the release section 14 has been pivoted by a user in order to remove the electronic price tag 9. By pivoting the release section 14 about an axis in the area of the holding web 8, the holding web 8 is also pivoted, so that the distance between the two holding webs 7 and 8 is slightly increased, which facilitates the removal of the fastening section 10 from the receptacle 6, as shown in Figure 4 is shown. The downwardly projecting projection 12 on the fastening section 10 can be moved in front of the retaining web 8.
[0021] In Figure 5 The disassembled position of the electronic price tag 9 is shown when the fastening section 10 has been removed from the receptacle 6 of the shelf price bar 1. The release section 14 can now pivot back to its original position when the user no longer exerts force. The upper retaining bar 7 remains essentially dimensionally stable during the removal process.
[0022] In Figure 6 a modified embodiment of a shelf price bar 1' is shown, in which attachment to the goods shelf 2 is not via an adhesive tape, but via a fastening means 21 in the form of a hook, which engages over an upwardly projecting web 20 on a U-shaped receptacle of the goods shelf 2.
[0023] The shelf price rail 1' has a support bar 22 on the rear side, which can be used to adjust the inclination of the shelf price rail 1'. The support bar 22 includes a protruding bar 24 that engages behind the U-shaped channel with the bar 20, thus locking the vertical alignment of the front side. A further protruding section 23 of the support bar 22 is non-functional in this mounting position.
[0024] In the Figures 7 to 10The shelf price bar 1' is shown during the disassembly of the electronic price label 9. The user engages in a gap 15 between the release section 14 and a back of the electronic price label 9 in order to pivot the release section 14, as shown in Figure 8 is shown. By pivoting the release section 14, the retaining web 8 is also pivoted, which facilitates removal of the fastening section 10 from the receptacle 6, as already described above. The opposite retaining web 7 remains dimensionally stable, and the projection 11 can be removed from the retaining web 7 by pivoting the electronic price tag 9.
[0025] Figure 11shows a modified embodiment of the shelf price bar 1', which is mounted on a goods shelf 2. In this embodiment, the goods shelf 2 is arranged in the region of a base profile 30, which has an upper edge 31 for supporting the shelf price bar 1'. The edge 31 serves to support the shelf price bar 1', which rests on the support web 22 on the edge 31.
[0026] An end section 25 on the protruding section 23 can engage behind the U-shaped groove with the web 20 on the shelf 2 and thus lock the shelf price bar 1'. Optionally, the release section 14 can also rest on a corner of the edge 31, with at least one end section of the release section 14 being designed to protrude in order to be able to apply a torque to the retaining web 8 if necessary.
[0027] In Figure 12 Shelf price bar 1 is according to Figure 1mounted in a modified position, namely on a base profile 40 with a slope 41. The base profile 40 is connected to the merchandise shelf 2 via a section 42. The shelf price bar is fixed to the slope 41 via a fastening means 5 in the form of a double-sided adhesive tape. The shelf price bar 1 can thus be mounted to the merchandise shelf 2 via one or more adapter profiles. List of reference symbols
