Description

State of the art

[0001] Devices for controlling the motion of two rail guides for furniture components are known. Such devices control two rail guides, such as two partial or full extension slides. For example, motion control devices serve to provide power-assisted and / or damped movement of the respective slides of the two partial or full extension slides. Accordingly, the movement of the furniture component relative to a furniture carcass, to which the furniture component is attached via the two rail guides, is influenced. For example, such furniture components are linearly movable furniture components such as drawers, which are movably mounted on the furniture carcass via the two identical rail guides.

[0002] The prior art includes WO 2020 / 186276 A1, DE 10 2012 112 157 A1 and US 2013 / 307390 A1, which correspond to the preamble of claim 1. Purpose and advantages of the invention

[0003] The object of the present invention is to provide alternatives for the motion control of two rail guides in the furniture sector, in particular to provide a device for the motion control of two rail guides which is improved with regard to assembly and / or mounting on the furniture part.

[0004] This problem is solved by the independent claims. The dependent claims describe expedient and advantageous further developments of the invention.

[0005] The invention relates to a device for the motion control of two guide units, wherein the two guide units each comprise a fixed rail and a motion rail slidable relative to the fixed rail, wherein the device comprises a first ejection unit and a second ejection unit, each of which can be arranged on an associated guide unit and spaced apart from each other, wherein a synchronization device with a connecting element is provided, wherein the connecting element is a separate component which connects the first ejection unit and the second ejection unit to each other in order to synchronize the two ejection units, wherein the two ejection units are of identical construction, and wherein each ejection unit has an adapter element to which a respective end section of the connecting element can be detachably attached.

[0006] For example, the connecting element is designed as a synchronization rod. For example, the maximum outer diameter of the connecting element is smaller than, for example, the average outer diameter of the adapter element, or smaller than, for example, the maximum outer diameter of the adapter element.

[0007] For example, the adapter element is rotatably mounted on the ejection unit in both possible directions of rotation. For instance, the axis of rotation of the adapter element is aligned perpendicular to the linear displacement direction of the slide relative to the base component.

[0008] For example, the ejection units for a piece of furniture are designed to act simultaneously, for example also as drawer opening devices.

[0009] For example, an ejection unit comprises the adapter element, a basic component, a slide, a power storage device, a locking element, a heart curve, and a latching element.

[0010] For example, the base component includes a connection housing that can be detachably connected to the rest of the base component. For example, the connection housing includes a mounting section for the adapter element. For example, the locking element is mounted, for example, on the connection housing. For example, a bent wire component is mounted on the connection housing or on the rest of the base component. For example, the wire component includes the locking element, for example, as a bent end of the wire component. For example, another bent end of the wire component is permanently but, for example, detachably attached to a bearing point on the base component.

[0011] For example, the locking element is designed as an end section of a wire component. For example, the locking element is designed as a section of an elastically deformable wire element. For example, the locking element is designed as a section of a wire element, wherein the wire element comprises a straight section and a curved section, which are, for example, integrally connected to one another.

[0012] For example, the position of the connection housing relative to the base component is adjustable. For example, the position of the connection housing relative to the base component is adjustable in the closing direction and / or in the opening direction. For example, the position of the connection housing relative to the base component is continuously adjustable, for example, continuously adjustable in the closing direction and / or in the opening direction. For example, the position of the connection housing relative to the base component is adjustable manually or without a tool, for example, by turning a knurled screw that is rotatably mounted on the base component.

[0013] A guide unit designed as a partial extension comprises a fixed rail that can be connected to a furniture carcass and a moving rail that can be coupled to the furniture part. For example, the fixed rail and the moving rail can be telescopically slid relative to each other.

[0014] In a full extension drawer slide, a center rail is located between the fixed rail and the moving rail. For example, the fixed rail, the center rail, and the moving rail can be telescopically moved relative to each other.

[0015] Typically, the rails of a guide unit, partial extension, or full extension are slidable relative to each other via bearing arrangements, for example, comprising rolling element bearings such as ball and / or roller bearings. The bearing arrangements act between adjacent rails of the guide unit.

[0016] For example, in furniture with relatively large fronts, such as relatively wide drawers guided by two guide units on a furniture carcass and opened via a touch-latch function, a synchronous touch-latch release is implemented. Accordingly, the locking position of the device can be released by moving the slide in the closing direction.

[0017] The core of the invention lies in the fact that the adapter element provides a receiving section with a receiving volume in which the end section of the connecting element can be positioned securely relative to the adapter element, and wherein the receiving volume, with respect to the attached end section of the connecting element, is surrounded over a partial circumference along a longitudinal axis of the end section of the connecting element by a fixed wall of the adapter element, and wherein a closing section of the adapter element is provided over a circumferential section remaining to the partial circumference, wherein the attached end section of the connecting element comes into contact with the fixed wall, and wherein the closing section is pivotally hinged to the adapter element and consists of an open position of the closing section on the adapter element in which the receiving volume is open over the remaining circumferential section for the insertion of the end section of the connecting element. The locking section can be reversibly pivoted into a secure closed position, whereby in the closed position of the locking section the remaining circumferential section is closed.

[0018] This represents a solution that is easy to assemble. Previously, it was disadvantageous or required difficult assembly conditions, for example, to axially thread the end sections of the connecting element onto the respective ejection unit.

[0019] The motion rail, which can be coupled to a furniture component, is linearly displaceable relative to the fixed rail in both an opening and a closing direction. For example, in its installed state, the device is designed on the guide unit for force-assisted movement of the motion rail from a closed position to the opening direction.

[0020] For example, the respective ejection unit comprises a power storage device, a base component and a slide that can be moved relative to the base component, wherein the slide can be moved in the opening direction under the influence of the charged power storage device and, in the mounted state of the device on the guide unit, carries the motion rail in the opening direction.

[0021] For example, the device comprises a locking arrangement with a heart-shaped cam guide and a locking element that can be brought into contact along the heart-shaped cam. For example, when the energy storage device is loaded in a locked position, the slide assumes a blocked position, preventing any movement of the slide in the opening direction.

[0022] For example, the connecting element connects the two slides of the two devices in such a way that a synchronized release of the blocked position of the slide of one ejection unit and the slide of the other ejection unit takes place.

[0023] For example, a linear movement of the slide and a rotational movement of the connecting element about its longitudinal axis are mechanically coupled by means of the connecting element. For example, the slide and a gear contour are rigidly connected, e.g., integrally, e.g., formed on a slide component. For example, the gear contour of the slide is linearly movable, e.g., linearly reciprocating together with the rest of the slide, e.g., sliding. For example, the linear movement of the slide is temporarily coupled with a linear movement of the furniture component.

[0024] For example, the adapter is manufactured as a single piece. This allows for advantageous production of the adapter. For example, the adapter is made of a plastic material. For example, the adapter is a plastic injection-molded part. Alternatively, for example, the adapter is made of a metal material.

[0025] For example, the closure section of the adapter is connected to the remaining part of the adapter via a film hinge. A film hinge is easy to manufacture. For example, the film hinge is formed as a single piece with the closure section and the rest of the adapter. A film hinge is durable and robust. For example, the movement, such as the flexibility of the film hinge, can be influenced by a predefinable thickness of the material forming the film hinge and / or the material properties of the plastic from which the film hinge is made. For example, this also allows for a preload of the closed film hinge in the closed position.

[0026] For example, the adapter has locking mechanisms that secure the locking section in the closed position. For instance, one section of the locking mechanism is located on the locking section, and another section is located on a corresponding section on the remaining part of the adapter. For example, the locking mechanisms can be engaged by moving the locking section towards the other section of the locking mechanism. For example, the locking section can be automatically locked in the closed position. For example, the locking mechanisms can be manually released from the locked position.

[0027] For example, the locking section can be engaged with the locking elements on the adapter in the closed position of the locking section. For example, parts of the locking elements are elastically movable, e.g., able to move out of position.

[0028] For example, the locking elements are designed to form a snap closure. For example, the locking elements include an undercut on the closure section and / or an undercut on the remaining part of the adapter element. For example, the locking elements have a toothed section that is held against a locking edge in the closed position, e.g., by interlocking. For example, the holding is achieved by a restoring force provided by the elastic properties of the film hinge and / or parts of the locking elements.

[0029] For example, the outer shape of the end section of the connecting element and the inner shape of the receiving section are designed to match each other. This ensures a secure connection between the end section of the connecting element and the adapter, for example, by means of surface pressure between sections that can be brought into contact with each other.

[0030] For example, the outer shape of the end section of the connecting element and the inner shape of the receiving section are designed such that, in the closed position of the locking section, there is a positive fit between the end section of the connecting element and the adapter. For example, an outer shape of the end section of the connecting element includes an outwardly convex section, wherein the outwardly convex section and a recessed feature of the inner shape of the receiving section are coordinated such that the end section of the connecting element and the inner shape of the receiving section, e.g., a solid wall of the inner shape, fit together precisely, e.g., without gaps or with a comparatively small gap, e.g., almost without gaps.

[0031] For example, a tooth contour section of the adapter element is present, wherein the tooth contour section is axially offset from the receiving section. Axially offset refers to a longitudinal axis of the inserted connecting element. For example, the tooth contour section is designed as a pinion section, or the tooth contour section is designed as a regularly shaped outer tooth contour. For example, the maximum outer diameter of the tooth contour section is equal to or less than the outer diameter of the adapter element in the area of the receiving section.

[0032] For example, both adapter components on the respective ejection device are designed identically. This is easy to assemble and economically advantageous. For example, both adapter components are identical.

[0033] For example, the end section of the connecting element is cylindrical in its basic shape with a fitting contour extending along the length of the connecting element. For instance, the connecting element has a uniform shape along its entire extent or length, encompassing both end sections and the remaining section between them. This means that a starting component forming the connecting element can be cut to any desired length.

[0034] For example, the fitting contour is formed as a line projecting outwards on a basic shape of the connecting element, where the basic shape of the connecting element is, for example, cylindrical or a cylinder shape.

[0035] For example, the fitting contour has two raised sections radially opposite each other to the longitudinal axis. These raised sections may, for example, refer to a cylindrical outer shape of the connecting element.

[0036] For example, the fitting contour includes two diametrically opposed, parallel, outwardly projecting protrusions that are, for example, bead-shaped or convex outwards.

[0037] For example, the two opposing protrusions are designed identically, for example, continuously in the longitudinal direction along the connecting element.

[0038] For example, the locking section has a contact contour that can be brought into contact with the connecting element, which is aligned with the outer contour of the connecting element for proper contact in the closed position of the locking section. This allows the connecting element to be connected to the adapter in a rotationally fixed manner.

[0039] For example, a rail guide is proposed which comprises two guide units, each with a fixed rail that can be connected to a furniture body and a moving rail that can be coupled to a furniture part, wherein a device according to one of the above described designs is provided.

[0040] For example, a piece of furniture is proposed with a furniture body and a movable furniture part, with a rail guide as mentioned above. Character description

[0042] For corresponding elements of different embodiments, the same reference symbols are sometimes used.

[0043] Fig. 1Figure 1 shows a rail guide 1 with two ejection units 7 and 8 for two guide units 2 and 3, each designed as a full extension with a fixed rail 4, a center rail 5, and a moving rail 6. The ejection units comprise a first, for example, right ejection unit 7 for controlling the movement of the right guide unit 2, and a second, for example, left ejection unit 8 for controlling the movement of the left guide unit 3. A synchronization device 9 includes a connecting element 10 that connects the ejection units 7 and 8.

[0044] The two guide units 2 and 3 serve to guide the linear movement of a drawer on a furniture carcass of a piece of furniture (not shown). Accordingly, the movement rail 6 is linearly displaceable relative to the fixed rail 4, which can be positioned rigidly on the furniture carcass, in an opening direction R1 and in a closing direction R2.

[0045] The ejection units 7 and 8 each comprise a power storage unit 11 (hidden in the figures), a basic component 12 with a connecting housing 13, a slide 14 which is movable relative to the basic component 12 and on which a latching element 15 is provided, which interacts with a driver 16 on the motion rail 6.

[0046] The ejection units 7, 8 comprise a locking arrangement 17 with a heart curve 18 and a locking element 19 which can be brought into contact along the heart curve 18 and which is provided on a locking component 20 (see Fig. 10 ).

[0047] The slide 14 has a gear contour 21 for geared motion coupling of the linear motion of the slide 14 and a rotational motion D of the connecting element 10 about a longitudinal axis L of the connecting element 10.

[0048] A receptacle 22 of the ejection unit 7, 8 is designed to accommodate an adapter organ 23 (see Figs. 11, 12The adapter organ 23 has a receiving section 23a with a receiving volume 23b.

[0049] The adapter element 23 has a tooth contour section 24. The tooth contour section 24 meshes with the gear contour 21. The adapter element 23 enables a detachable attachment of an end section of the connecting element 10.

[0050] The section of the adapter element 23 adjacent to the tooth contour section 24 has a locking section 26 which is pivotable relative to the rest of the adapter element 23 via a film hinge 27, such as a joint. The end of the locking section 26 furthest from the film hinge 27 can be locked in place by means of locking means 28, in order to lock the locking section 26 in its closed position as shown in the illustration. Figures 11 and 12 , however, shown without connecting element 10, for securing an inserted connecting element 10.

[0051] The inlet 22 has a wall 25 which is formed around the axis of rotation of the inserted connecting element 10.

[0052] The ejection units 7 and 8 function as ejection devices on which the synchronization device 9 can be arranged with the adapter organ 23 and the connecting element 10.

[0053] In the case of the ejection unit 8 for a guide unit designed as a partial extension according to Figure 13 With a fixed rail 4 and a motion rail 6, a heart curve 18 in the operating state on the furniture points downwards or is open downwards or is oriented downwards, which the Figs. 14-16 clarify.

[0054] Ejection unit 8 has the same functionality as ejection units 7 and 8 for the guide units 2 and 3, respectively, which are designed as full extensions. Ejection unit 8, which is designed for the guide unit as a partial extension according to Figure 13The component, which is designed, is arranged or can be arranged on the motion rail 6. The one in Figure 13 The invisible follower, which interacts with the latching element 15, is present on the fixed rail 4.

[0055] In Fig. 16 A locking component 20 of the ejection unit 8 is not shown.

[0056] In the Figs. 15 and 16 The connection housing 13 of the ejection unit 8 is not shown.

[0057] For example, the outer shape of the connecting element 10 has a fitting contour with two radially opposite protrusions 10a, 10b to the longitudinal axis of the connecting element 10.

[0058] For example, the locking section 26 has a contact contour 26a that can be brought into contact with the connecting element, which is aligned with the outer contour of the connecting element 10 for proper contact in the closed position of the locking section 26 on the connecting element 10. For example, the contact contour 26a lies close to a projection 10b and to sections of the outer contour of the connecting element 10 that are adjacent to it on both sides. Reference symbol list
