A display apparatus (1) comprising: a first pixel circuit disposed in a first pixel region in a first column on a substrate (10) and including a first driving thin film transistor (T1) and a first thin film transistor (T3); a second pixel circuit disposed in a second pixel region adjacent to the first pixel region in a second column adjacent to the first column, on the substrate (10) and comprising a second driving thin film transistor (T1) and a second thin film transistor (T3); a first pixel electrode (PE1) disposed in the first pixel region over the first thin film transistor (T3) and including a first region where a first light-emitting layer (140a) is disposed and a second region extending from the first region and disposed on a first via hole (VIA1); and a second pixel electrode (PE2) disposed in the second pixel region over the second thin film transistor (T3) and including a third region where a second light-emitting layer (140b) is disposed and a fourth region extending from the third region and disposed on a second via hole (VIA2), wherein the first thin film transistor (T3) including a first semiconductor layer (101) and a first gate electrode (G3), wherein the first semiconductor layer comprises a first source region (S3) and a first drain region (D3); and the second thin film transistor (T3) including a second semiconductor layer and a second gate electrode, wherein the second semiconductor layer comprises a second source region (S3) and a second drain region (D3); wherein the first thin film transistor (T3) is connected to a gate electrode and one of a source region and a drain region of the first driving thin film transistor (T1), and the second thin film transistor (T3) is connected to a gate electrode and one of a source region and a drain region of the second driving thin film transistor (T1), wherein the first light-emitting layer (140a) is not disposed in the second region and the second light-emitting layer (140b) is not disposed in the fourth region, respectively wherein the first pixel region of the first column and the second pixel region of the second column are repeated in each row of the substrate (10), characterized in that the first region of the first pixel electrode (PE1) at least partially overlaps with the first driving thin film transistor and overlaps with at least one of the first source region and the first drain region (D3) of the first thin film transistor (T3), and the fourth region of the second pixel electrode (PE2) at least partially overlaps with the second driving thin film transistor and overlaps with at least one of the second source region (S3) and the second drain region (D3) of the second thin film transistor (T3).

2. The display apparatus (1) of claim 1, wherein a size of the fourth region of the second pixel electrode (PE2) is greater than a size of the second region of the first pixel electrode (PE1).

The display apparatus (1) of at least one of claims 1 or 2, wherein the second light-emitting layer (140b) on the third region of the second pixel electrode (PE2) and the first light-emitting layer (140a) on the first region of the first pixel electrode (PE1) are spaced apart from each other in a direction which is between a column direction and a row direction.

4. The display apparatus (1) of at least one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising an insulating layer covering the second region of the first pixel electrode (PE1) and the fourth region of the second pixel electrode (PE2).

5. The display apparatus (1) of at least one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the insulating layer covers an edge of the first region of the first pixel electrode (PE1) and an edge of the third region of the second pixel electrode (PE2).

The display apparatus (1) of at least one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising: a first capacitor that is disposed in the first pixel region and connected to the first thin film transistor; and a second capacitor that is disposed in the second pixel region and connected to the second thin film transistor.

7. The display apparatus (1) of claim 6, wherein the first region of the first pixel electrode (PE1) at least partially overlaps with the first capacitor, and the fourth region of the second pixel electrode (PE2) at least partially overlaps with the second capacitor.

8. The display apparatus (1) of at least one of claims 6 to 7, wherein the first capacitor overlaps with the first driving thin film transistor, and the second capacitor overlaps with the second driving thin film transistor.

The display apparatus (1) of at least one of claims 6 to 8, wherein the first capacitor includes a first bottom electrode and a first top electrode, and the second capacitor includes a second bottom electrode and a second top electrode, wherein the first bottom electrode is at least a portion of the gate electrode of the first driving thin film transistor, and the second bottom electrode is at least a portion of the gate electrode of the second driving thin film transistor.

The display apparatus (1) of at least one of claims 1 to 9, further comprising: a first data line disposed in the first pixel region; a first switching thin film transistor connected to the first data line and the first driving thin film transistor; and a shielding member (130) overlapping with at least one of a source region (S2) and a drain region (D2) of the first switching thin film transistor.

11. The display apparatus (1) of at least one of claims 9 to 10, wherein the shielding member is disposed at a same level as the first top electrode.

12. The display apparatus (1) of at least one of claims 9 to 11, wherein the shielding member (130) is connected to a first power line that is electrically connected to the first top electrode.

The display apparatus (1) of least one of claims 1 to 12, further comprising: a third pixel circuit disposed in a third pixel region in a third column adjacent to the second pixel region of the substrate (10), and including a third driving thin film transistor (T1) and a third thin film transistor (T3) including a third semiconductor layer and a third gate electrode, wherein the third semiconductor layer includes a third source region and a third drain region; and a third pixel electrode (PE3) disposed in the third pixel region over the third thin film transistor (T3) the third pixel electrode (PE3) including a fifth region where a third light-emitting layer is disposed and a sixth region extending from the fifth region and disposed on a third via hole (VIA3), wherein the fifth region of the third pixel electrode overlaps with at least one of the third source region and the third drain region of the third thin film transistor.

The display apparatus (1) of claim 13, comprising: the third driving thin film transistor in the third pixel region, the third driving thin film transistor being connected to the third thin film transistor (T3) via a third connection electrode (103), wherein the first driving thin film transistor being connected to the first thin film transistor via a first connection electrode, and the second driving thin film transistor being connected to the second thin film transistor (T3) via a second connection electrode (103), and wherein the first through third pixel electrodes (PE1, PE2, PE3) respectively overlap with the first through third connection electrodes (103).

15. The display apparatus (1) of claim 14, wherein at least one of the first through third connection electrodes (103) overlaps with a corresponding region from among the first region, the third region, and the fifth region of the first through third pixel electrodes (PE1, PE2, PE3).

16. The display apparatus (1) of claim 14, wherein at least one of the first through third connection electrodes (103) overlaps with a corresponding region from among the second region, the fourth region, and the sixth region of the first through third pixel electrodes (PE1, PE2, PE3).

The display apparatus (1) apparatus (1) according to claim 1, wherein the display apparatus further comprising: a first insulating layer (16) disposed on the first pixel electrode (PE1) and the second pixel electrode (PE2), the first insulating layer (16) including a first opening (OP1) exposing a portion of the first pixel electrode (PE1) and a second opening (OP2) exposing a portion of the second pixel electrode (PE2), wherein the first region of the first pixel electrode corresponds to the first opening, and the third region of the second pixel electrode corresponds to the second opening, and wherein the second region and the fourth region are covered with the first insulating layer (16).

The display apparatus (1) of at least one of claims 1 to 18, further comprising a second insulating layer including a first via hole (VIA1) disposed in the second region of the first pixel electrode (PE1) and a second via hole (VIA2) disposed in the fourth region of the second pixel electrode (PE2), wherein the second insulating layer is disposed between the first pixel circuit and the first pixel electrode (PE1) and between the second pixel circuit and the second pixel electrode (PE2).

20. The display apparatus (1) of at least one of claims 1 to 12 and 18 to 19, further comprising: a third pixel circuit disposed in a third column on the substrate (10) adjacent to the second column and including a third thin film transistor (T3); and a third pixel electrode (PE3) connected to the third pixel circuit, wherein the first insulating layer includes a third opening (OP3) exposing a portion of the third pixel electrode (PE3), wherein the third pixel electrode (PE3) includes a fifth region corresponding to the third opening (OP3) and a sixth region extending from the fifth region, and the fifth region of the third pixel electrode (PE3) at least partially overlaps with the third thin film transistor (T3).

21. The display apparatus (1) of claim 20, further comprising: a red light-emitting layer disposed in the first opening; a blue light-emitting layer disposed in the second opening; and a green light-emitting layer disposed in the third opening.
