Double bed (1) according to claim 2, wherein the first leg rest (7) is motorised and the second leg rest (9) is motorised, the control means of the electronic interface system being configured so that the first control member can control the actuation of the first leg rest (7) and the second control member can control the actuation of the second leg rest (9).

Double bed (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the frame (3) comprises two first connecting pieces (24) which are each arranged between two adjacent longitudinal ends (21a, 22a, 21b, 22b) of the side members (21, 22) respectively to the two longitudinal ends (3a, 3b) of said frame (3).
5. Double bed (1) according to claim 4, wherein each first connecting piece (24) is configured to fit into the two adjacent longitudinal ends (21a, 22a, 21b, 22b) of the side members (21, 22) of the two parts (4, 5) of the frame (3).

Double bed (1) according to claim 5, wherein each first connecting piece (24) comprises a plate (26) and two first pins (27, 28) extending parallel on a same face (29) of the plate, the two first pins being configured to fit respectively into the two adjacent longitudinal ends (21a, 22a, 21b, 22b) of the side members (21, 22) of the two parts (4, 5) of the frame (3).

Double bed (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the at least one first connecting piece (25) comprising an inverted U-shaped connecting cap (30) configured to receive the two adjacent side members (21, 22) of the two parts of the frame, said connecting cap (30) being provided with locking means (34) so as to hold said two side members (21, 22) in the inverted U-shape.
8. Double bed (1) according to claim 7, wherein the frame (3) comprises two first connecting pieces (25) on the adjacent side members (21, 22) of the two parts (4, 5) of the frame.
9. Double bed (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the chassis (35) comprises at least one second connecting piece (43) arranged to be mounted between the two parts (36, 37) of said chassis (35) in order to secure them by holding them next to each other.

Double bed (1) according to claim 9, wherein each part (36, 37) of the chassis (35) comprises two side members (44, 45), 46, 47), the at least one second connecting piece (43) being arranged between the adjacent side members (45, 46) of the two parts (36, 37) of the chassis (35), when the two parts (4, 5) of the frame (3) are juxtaposed.
11. Double bed (1) according to claim 10, wherein the at least one second connecting piece (43) comprises a plate (430) arranged transversely and with a length adapted to be fixed by means of fastening means between the adjacent side members (45, 46) of the two parts (36, 37) of the chassis (35).
12. Double bed (1) according to any one of claims 9 to 11, wherein the chassis (35) comprises two second connecting pieces (43).

Double bed (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 12, which comprises a headboard panel (57) arranged at a first end (3a) of the frame (3) and a footboard panel (58) arranged at a second end (3b) of the frame (3), first assembly means being arranged between the headboard panel (57) and the two parts (4, 5) of the frame (3) and second assembly means being arranged between the footboard panel (58) and the two parts (4, 5) of the frame (3).
14. Double bed (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 13, wherein the electronic interface system comprises a single electronic interface unit (55) to which the first and second control members, the first and second scissor-stays (38, 39), optionally the first and second backrests (6, 8) when these are motorised and optionally the first and second leg rests (7) when these are also motorised are connected, the interface unit (55) incorporating said control means.
15. Double bed (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 14, wherein the two parts (36, 37) of the chassis (35) are each mounted on four castors (42).
16. Double bed (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 15, wherein each part (4, 5) of the frame (3) comprises two parts (10, 11) that extend longitudinally and are removably assembled together by means of interlocking means (16a, 17a, 18a, 19a).

Double bed (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 16, which comprises two transport carriages (63), each transport carriage (63) being configured to receive and support in a longitudinal position on its side one of the two parts (36, 37) of the chassis (35) to which one of the scissor-stays (38, 39) and one of the two parts (4, 5) of the frame (3) are joined.
18. Double bed (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 17, wherein the electronic interface system is configured to neutralise the simultaneous actuation of the two scissor-stays (38, 39) when information for raising or lowering the frame (3) is received simultaneously by the two remote controls.
