Description

[0001] The present invention relates to a pull-out system with a telescopic rail and a hanging frame, wherein the telescopic rail has a first rail element with two running surfaces, a second rail element with two running surfaces, a rolling element cage which is designed such that the rolling element cage positions a plurality of rolling elements between the running surfaces of the first rail element and the second rail element, a plurality of rolling elements received on the rolling element cage such that the first rail element and the second rail element can be linearly displaced relative to one another in and against a pull-out direction, and a holding device connected to the first rail element for fastening the telescopic rail to a hanging frame of a combi steamer.Furthermore, the hanging frame is designed such that the hanging frame can be connected to a muffle of a combi steamer, wherein the hanging frame comprises either a first and a second L-shaped insertion profile, wherein the L-shaped insertion profile has a vertical section and a leg, or a first or a second at least partially U-shaped insertion profile, wherein the U-shaped insertion profile each has two legs and a connecting section connecting the legs, wherein the legs of the first and the second insertion profile have flat surface sections, wherein the insertion profile is aligned such that an edge of a food carrier can be inserted into the insertion profile counter to the pull-out direction, wherein the edge can be placed on one of the legs, and wherein the first and the second insertion profile are spaced apart from one another in a direction perpendicular to the pull-out direction.

[0002] Telescopic rails with at least two rail elements mounted for linear displacement relative to one another and a rolling element cage containing rolling elements to reduce friction between the rail elements are known in a variety of designs from the prior art. They are used in various household appliances, but also in automotive engineering and many other applications.

[0003] While a wide range of applications can already be addressed with familiar telescopic rails, telescopic rails have not yet been able to establish themselves in combi steamers for professional catering kitchens. The hanging racks used in such combi steamers are still based on L-shaped or U-shaped insert profiles into which the edges of the food carriers are inserted. The hanging racks created in this way offer a high degree of flexibility in the type of food carrier used. However, checking food being prepared in the respective appliance always requires completely pulling out the food carrier with two hands or at least supporting the food carrier at its front end when partially pulling it out.If the center of gravity of a food carrier is pulled out of the combi steamer beyond the opening end of the insertion profiles, this will result in the food carrier sinking at its front end, even with U-shaped profiles, since the center of gravity of the partially pulled out food carrier is no longer supported at the same level by the insertion profile.

[0004] Hanging racks are also known from the state of the art, in which telescopic rails are screwed onto the rack at fixed positions. However, such hanging racks require complex assembly and disassembly on the rack.

[0005] From DE 20 2014 100 932 U1, a quick-fastening element for fastening a guide rail to two adjacent, essentially vertically superimposed and parallel, horizontally extending bars of a grid-like side part, which are bent at an angle in their end region, is known, wherein the quick-fastening element has a first holding section which is designed for a positive and / or non-positive engagement of the quick-fastening element with a first bar of the two adjacent bars, a second holding section which is designed for a positive and / or non-positive engagement of the quick-fastening element with a second bar of the two adjacent bars, and a connecting section arranged between the first holding section and the second holding section and connecting the holding sections, wherein the first and second holding sections extend from the connecting section at an angle to one side between the rods of the rod pair and, in the fastened state, abut against mutually facing sides of the rods, wherein the connecting section has a fastening section for fastening the guide rail.

[0006] EP 3 225 919 A1 discloses a fastening element for fastening a component to a side rail comprising a plurality of bars, wherein the fastening element has an upper holding portion, a lower holding portion and a middle portion arranged between the upper and lower holding portions, wherein the upper and lower holding portions are suitable for enclosing a bar on an upper side to enable a suspended arrangement of the fastening element on the side rail by a movement from top to bottom, and wherein the fastening element further comprises a locking portion, wherein the locking portion is reversibly deformable between a locked and an unlocked state, wherein the locking portion is further suitable for interacting with an underside of a bar in the locked state to prevent unhooking of the fastening element in the locked state.

[0007] In contrast, the present invention is based on the object of providing a telescopic rail that can be removably mounted on the known hanging frames for combi steamers with reduced effort. In particular, it is an object of the present invention to provide a telescopic rail that can be connected to a hanging frame without screws or other fastening means.

[0008] At least one of these objects is achieved according to the invention by a pull-out system with a telescopic rail and a suspension frame according to claim 1. The telescopic rail comprises a first rail element with two running surfaces, a second rail element with two running surfaces, a rolling element cage which is designed such that the rolling element cage positions a plurality of rolling elements between the running surfaces of the first rail element and the second rail element, a plurality of rolling elements received on the rolling element cage such that the first rail element and the second rail element can be linearly displaced relative to one another in and against a pull-out direction, and a holding device connected to the first rail element for fastening the telescopic rail to the suspension frame. The hanging rack is designed such that the hanging rack can be connected to a muffle of a combi steamer, wherein the hanging rack comprises either a first and a second L-shaped insertion profile, wherein the L-shaped insertion profile has a vertical section and a leg, or a first or a second at least partially U-shaped insertion profile, wherein the U-shaped insertion profile each has two legs and a connecting section connecting the legs, wherein the legs of the first and the second insertion profile have flat surface sections, wherein the insertion profile is aligned such that an edge of a food carrier can be inserted into the insertion profile counter to the pull-out direction, wherein the edge can be placed on one of the legs, and wherein the first and the second insertion profile are spaced from one another in a direction perpendicular to the pull-out direction.According to the invention, the holding device has a flat support surface, a flat moment-absorbing surface and a displacement lock, wherein the support surface extends parallel to the extension direction and in a direction perpendicular to the extension direction under the first and the second rail element, wherein the moment-absorbing surface extends parallel to the extension direction and in the direction perpendicular to the extension direction above the first and the second rail element, wherein the support surface and the moment-absorbing surface point away from one another and wherein the displacement lock has a stop surface which is designed such that at least one surface normal of the stop surface has a component in the direction of the extension direction. The flat support surface and the flat moment absorption surface enclose an angle in a range of more than 0 degrees to 5 degrees, wherein the telescopic rail is received on the suspension frame in such a way that the support surface of the holding device is supported on the flat surface section of a leg of the first insertion profile and the moment absorption surface of the holding device is in contact with the flat surface section of a leg of the second insertion profile, so that tilting moments acting on the telescopic rail are introduced into the suspension frame, and wherein the stop surface of the displacement lock is in engagement with a section of the suspension frame, so that the stop surface prevents movement of the first rail element in the extension direction.

[0009] It is the basic idea of the present invention to provide a telescopic rail which can be detachably connected to the hanging frame of a combi steamer without additional fastening means such as screws by means of a holding device connected to the first rail element.

[0010] This takes advantage of the fact that the hanging frames for combi steamers have L-shaped or U-shaped insertion profiles, the legs of which form essentially flat surfaces that extend essentially horizontally. However, the legs usually deviate from the horizontal, so that in U-shaped profiles, the opposite legs widen slightly towards the free volume of the muffle. The two opposite legs of a U-shaped insertion profile extend essentially parallel to each other. The holding device of the telescopic rail according to the invention can be inserted between two insertion profiles of the hanging frame using the support surfaces and moment absorption surfaces provided on it, which are also flat.

[0011] The support surface absorbs the forces exerted from above by a food carrier mounted on the telescopic rail and transfers them to the hanging rack. The moment absorption surface serves, in particular, to absorb the moments exerted on the telescopic rail by the food carrier around an axis perpendicular to the extension direction when the telescopic rail is extended. These moments would cause a free telescopic rail without a moment absorption surface to pivot about a point on the support surface close to the opening of the muffle.

[0012] The anti-slip device, with its stop surface, serves to prevent the telescopic rail from being pulled out of the hanging frame in the extension direction. For this purpose, the anti-slip device interacts with an element of the hanging frame when the telescopic rail is installed. The stop surface of the anti-slip device transfers the forces acting on the telescopic rail when the second rail element is pulled out in the extension direction relative to the first rail element into the hanging frame, thus preventing the first rail element from shifting relative to the hanging frame.

[0013] In one embodiment of the invention, the holding device has a plurality of support surfaces spaced apart from one another in the extension direction. In one embodiment, the plurality of support surfaces is arranged on both sides of a center of the first rail element. It is sufficient for the holding device to have exactly one moment-absorbing surface, which, viewed opposite the extension direction, is arranged behind the center of the first rail element.

[0014] In one embodiment of the invention, the holding device comprises a plurality of support surfaces spaced apart from one another in the extension direction and a plurality of snap-in surfaces spaced apart from one another in the extension direction. In one embodiment of the invention, the holding device comprises exactly two support surfaces and exactly one snap-in surface, or exactly two support surfaces and exactly two snap-in surfaces. In one embodiment, one support surface and one snap-in surface are arranged at the same position in the extension direction.

[0015] In one embodiment of the invention, a moment absorption surface at the front in the extension direction, i.e. offset from the center of the rail in the extension direction, serves to absorb moments acting on the telescopic rail, for example due to an impact from below.

[0016] The flat support surface and the flat moment surface enclose an angle in a range of more than 0 degrees to 5 degrees.

[0017] In one embodiment, the angle enclosed by the support surface and the moment-absorbing surface is adapted to the angle enclosed by the leg of the insertion profile, onto which the support surface of the telescopic rail is placed, with a plane parallel to the rail back of the first rail element.

[0018] However, due to the tolerances when bending the legs of U-shaped insert profiles, the legs of the insert profiles typically form an angle in a range of more than 0 degrees to 5 degrees. The apex of this angle of the two legs of an insert profile is typically located on the side of the connecting section facing away from the legs, as viewed from the connecting section. The U-shape of the insert profile widens in a direction away from the connecting section.

[0019] If the angle between the support surface and the moment-absorbing surface is now adjusted to the angle enclosed by the upper leg of the U-shaped lower, first insertion profile and the lower leg of the U-shaped upper, second insertion profile, the support surface is locked to the leg of the insertion profile by design. This locking prevents the telescopic rail from falling out of the suspension frame. In one embodiment, movement of the telescopic rail in the other direction is limited by a vertical strut of the suspension frame.

[0020] Therefore, in one embodiment, the first rail element has a first rail back connecting the two running surfaces, wherein the second rail element has a second rail back connecting the two running surfaces, and wherein the support surface and the moment-absorbing surface are arranged such that, viewed in a plane perpendicular to the extension direction, the distance between the support surface and the moment-absorbing surface increases in a direction from the first rail back to the second rail back. Such an embodiment is adapted to an embodiment of the insertion profiles in which the distance between the legs increases with the distance from the connecting section.

[0021] In one embodiment, viewed in a plane perpendicular to the extension direction, the support surface forms an angle of less than 90 degrees with a plane parallel to the first rail back, and the moment-absorbing surface forms an angle of 90 degrees with the plane parallel to the first rail back. This embodiment is easy to handle during the manufacturing process and facilitates the insertion of the telescopic rail between two insertion profiles. In one embodiment, the angle between the support surface and the plane parallel to the first rail back is in a range from 85 degrees to less than 90 degrees.

[0022] In an alternative embodiment, viewed in a plane perpendicular to the extension direction, both the support surface forms an angle of less than 90 degrees with the plane parallel to the first rail back and the moment-receiving surface forms an angle of less than 90 degrees with the plane parallel to the first rail back. This embodiment enables improved locking between two insertion profiles. In one embodiment, the angle between the support surface and the plane parallel to the first rail back and the angle between the moment-receiving surface and the plane parallel to the first rail back are in a range from 85 degrees to less than 90 degrees.

[0023] In one embodiment of the invention, the first rail element has a first rail back connecting the two running surfaces, and the second rail element has a second rail back connecting the two running surfaces. In one embodiment of the invention, viewed in a plane perpendicular to the extension direction, a distance between the support surface and the moment-absorbing surface is always greater than a length of the first rail back or a length of the second rail back in the plane perpendicular to the extension direction. In this way, the telescopic rail can be accommodated between the insertion profiles of the suspension frame and does not protrude into the interior space between the suspension frames of the muffle.

[0024] In one embodiment of the invention, the stop surface of the anti-displacement device is designed such that the stop surface has a surface normal with a component parallel to the direction opposite to the extension direction. In this way, the anti-displacement device prevents displacement of the telescopic rail not only in the extension direction, but also opposite to the extension direction, i.e., in the insertion direction.

[0025] When a telescopic rail is mentioned in the context of the present application, this term is to be understood in such a general way that it includes not only rails in which the first rail element and the second rail element have approximately the same length, but also linear guides in which the first rail element is significantly shorter than the second rail element.

[0026] If it is stated in the present application that the telescopic rail according to the invention has a first rail element and a second rail element, this does not exclude the possibility that the telescopic rail comprises further rail elements, in particular for providing a full extension.

[0027] For the purposes of the present application, the first rail element of the telescopic rail according to the invention is the fixed rail element, i.e., the rail element to be secured to the hanging rack. In contrast, the second rail element of the telescopic rail according to the invention is a rail element that moves relative to the first rail element, forming a middle rail element of a full-extension drawer or an inner rail element that accommodates the food support when the telescopic rail is installed.

[0028] A rolling element in the sense of the present application is understood to be a rotating body which, as an element of a guide, reduces the friction between the rail elements and thus facilitates relative movement of the rail elements to one another. Rolling elements are, for example, balls, rollers, barrels, needles or cones. In one embodiment of the present invention, the rolling elements are balls. It is understood that in this case the rolling element cage is a ball cage. In particular, in one embodiment of the invention, the rolling elements are made of steel. In one embodiment of the invention, the telescopic rail additionally comprises rolling elements made of a solid lubricant, for example graphite. Such an embodiment of the telescopic rail according to the invention is suitable for mechanical cleaning, either within the muffle of the combi steamer itself or in a dishwasher.

[0029] In the present application, the extension direction is understood to be the direction in which the second rail element can be moved relative to the first rail element from a fully retracted state to an extended state. The direction opposite to the extension direction is also referred to as the insertion direction.

[0030] The hanging rack is designed such that the hanging rack can be connected to a muffle of a combi steamer, wherein the hanging rack has a first and a second either L-shaped insertion profile or a first and a second at least partially U-shaped insertion profile. An L-shaped insertion profile has a vertical section and a leg at the lower end of the vertical section. A U-shaped insertion profile has two legs and a connecting section connecting the legs. The legs of the first and second insertion profiles each have flat upper sections, wherein the insertion profile is aligned such that an edge of a food carrier can be inserted into the insertion profile counter to the extension direction, wherein the edge can be placed on one of the legs, and wherein the first and second insertion profiles are spaced from one another in a direction perpendicular to the extension direction.Such hanging racks are known from the state of the art in combi steamers.

[0031] The telescopic rail is mounted on the suspension frame in such a way that the support surface of the holding device rests on the flat surface section of a leg of the first insertion profile, and the moment-absorbing surface of the holding device is in contact with the flat surface section of a leg of the second insertion profile. In this way, tilting moments acting around an axis perpendicular to the extension direction can be transferred to the suspension frame.

[0032] If the first and second insertion profiles are U-shaped profiles, the support surface of the holding device rests on the upper leg of the lower, first insertion profile and the moment-absorbing surface of the holding device is in contact with the flat surface section of the lower leg of the upper, second insertion profile.

[0033] In one embodiment of the invention, in order to fulfil this function of the support surface and the moment-absorbing surface, the distance between the support surface and the moment-absorbing surface is dimensioned such that the telescopic rail with its support surface and its moment-absorbing surface can be inserted straight between two insertion profiles of the holding device arranged one above the other.

[0034] In one embodiment, a frictional connection between the moment-absorbing surface and the leg of an upper L-shaped or U-shaped insertion profile in the unloaded state of the telescopic rail is possible but not required. In one embodiment, the distance between the support surface and the moment-absorbing surface is smaller than the distance between the leg of the upper, second insertion profile and the leg of the lower, first insertion profile. In this way, the telescopic rail is self-clamping in the loaded state.

[0035] In one embodiment of the invention, the flat surface sections of the legs of at least the first insertion profile enclose an angle with each other that is different from zero, so that the insertion profile widens in a direction away from the connecting section.

[0036] The stop surface of the anti-displacement device engages with a section of the suspension frame so that the stop surface prevents movement of the first rail element in the extension direction.

[0037] In one embodiment of the invention, the anti-displacement device and the element of the hanging frame engaging with the anti-displacement device are designed such that the telescopic rail can be pivoted relative to the hanging frame.

[0038] In one embodiment of the invention, the suspension frame has a vertical bar extending perpendicular to the extension direction, wherein the stop surface of the anti-displacement device partially surrounds the vertical bar in such a way that the stop surface and the vertical bar prevent movement of the first rail element in and against the extension direction.

[0039] In addition, the vertical rod, which in one embodiment of the invention has a circular cross-section, enables a pivoting movement of the telescopic rail relative to the suspension frame.

[0040] In one embodiment of the invention, the stop surface of the anti-displacement device has a partially circular cross-section, so that the telescopic rail with the anti-displacement device can be pivoted around the vertical bar.

[0041] In one embodiment of the invention, the pull-out system comprises exactly two hanging racks, one for each side of the combi steamer's muffle. Each of the hanging racks accommodates at least one of the telescopic rails previously described in the embodiments thereof.

[0042] In one embodiment, the pull-out system further comprises a food carrier holder, wherein the food carrier holder is designed such that a food carrier can be received thereon. The food carrier holder is detachably connected to one of the telescopic rails on each of its long sides, and the food carrier holder holds the telescopic rails at a distance predetermined by the food carrier holder, perpendicular to the pull-out direction. In such a variant, the food carrier holder, when installed, holds the telescopic rails in their positions in the two opposite hanging racks between the respective insert profiles. The food carrier can be removed without the pull-out system losing its stability in the direction perpendicular to the pull-out direction.

[0043] In one embodiment of the invention, the food carrier holder has a support surface which lies between a plane spanned by the lower leg of the upper, second U-shaped insertion profile and a plane spanned by the upper leg of the upper, second insertion profile. In this way, the height of a food carrier is essentially independent of whether the food carrier is inserted into the second insertion profile or is received in the food carrier holder of the underlying pair of telescopic rails. In one embodiment of the invention, the support surface is arranged slightly above the lower leg. In one embodiment, the distance of the support surface from the plane spanned by the lower leg of the upper, second U-shaped insertion profile is in a range of more than 0 mm to 5 mm. In each case, the food carrier is at the same height. This is an advantage for the cook because the cooking time is the same for the food in both cases.

[0044] At least one of the aforementioned objects is also achieved by a combi steamer with a pull-out system in one of the embodiments as previously described.

[0045] Further advantages, features, and possible applications of the present invention will become clear from the following description of embodiments of the telescopic rail according to the invention and the extension system according to the invention, as well as the associated figures. [0046] The idea of all embodiments according to the Figures 1-20 is to provide a telescopic rail 1 with a holding device 2a, 2b in such a way that it can be accommodated between two insertion profiles 3 of a hanging frame 4.

[0047] The Figures 1-10 , 12-14 , 15-17 as well as 18-20The variants shown differ in the specific implementation of the holding device 2a, 2b and in particular in variants of the anti-displacement device 5.

[0048] Each of the holding devices 2a, 2b is divided into two parts, so that it has a flat support surface 6a at its front end facing the damper opening and a flat support surface 6b at the rear end of the telescopic rail. Furthermore, the holding device 2a, 2b has momentary contact surfaces 7a and 7b at the front and rear ends of the telescopic rail 1, respectively. The respective support surfaces 6a, 6b and momentary contact surfaces 7a, 7b are arranged at the same positions in the extension direction 15, and the surfaces face away from each other.

[0049] Each of the telescopic rails shown in the four embodiments comprises a first rail element 8. This first rail element 8 forms the stationary rail element, which, when the telescopic rail 1 is installed, is immovably connected to the suspension frame 4. A second rail element 11, acting as a central rail, is slidably mounted on this first rail element 8 by means of a ball cage 34 and bearing balls guided therein. The bearing balls are received between inward-facing running surfaces 9, 10 of the first rail element 8 and outward-facing running surfaces 13, 14 of the central rail 11. A further, third rail element 12, acting as a movable rail element, is also slidably mounted on the central rail 11 by means of a ball cage 34 and balls received therein. The balls between the second rail element 9 and the third rail element 10 are also arranged between the outward-facing running surfaces of the middle rail 11 and the inward-facing running surfaces of the third rail element 12. The three rail elements 8, 11, 12 form a full extension, i.e., the third movable rail element 12 can be moved over almost its full length relative to the first rail element 8, so that it protrudes completely from the muffle of the combi steamer.

[0050] In addition, the holding device 2a, 2b has a displacement lock 5 on its rear section 2b in the extension direction 15. The design of the displacement lock 5 in the form of a hook-shaped bent metal section with a stop surface 16 is particularly well suited to the Figures 2 and 4 to recognize.

[0051] The function of the holding device 2a, 2b will now be explained in detail using the Figures 6-11 described.

[0052] The Figures 6 to 9 , but also the Figures 14 , 17 , and 20 each branch off a pull-out system 21 with a pair of hanging racks 4 with telescopic rails 1 and food carrier holders 22 mounted thereon.

[0053] Each of the hanging racks 4, as shown in the Figures 6-9 as well as in the Figures 14 , 17 , and 20shown, comprises a plurality of insert profiles 3 which are welded to two vertical supports 17. Each of these insert profiles 3 has a central section between the vertical supports 17 which is U-shaped. A connecting section 18 of the U-profile is welded to the two vertical supports 17, and a lower leg 19 and an upper leg 20 protrude from this connecting section 18 into the muffle. The hanging racks constructed in this way are typical, standard hanging racks for combi steamers, as used in professional kitchens. By means of the insert profiles 3, food supports, for example the edges of large stainless steel bowls, can be pushed into the muffle of the combi steamer. The edge of the respective food support rests on the lower leg 19 of the respective insert profile 3.The upper leg 20 serves to prevent the food support from falling down immediately when lowered at its front end, once it has been pulled out of the insertion profiles 3 beyond its center of gravity. A vertical rod 35 with a circular cross-section, which extends through the insertion profiles 3 at the rear end in the extension direction 15, serves as a rear stop for the food support.

[0054] The telescopic rail 1 according to the invention can now be removably, i.e., detachably, added to such a conventional hanging frame. For this purpose, the hook of the anti-displacement device 5 is engaged with the vertical bar 35. The hook engages the vertical bar 35 from behind, i.e., from the side wall of the muffle, along a circumference of less than 180 degrees. Therefore, the telescopic rail 1 can be pivoted about the vertical bar 35. The anti-displacement device 5, in cooperation with the vertical bar 35 of the hanging frame 4, also prevents the telescopic rail 1 from shifting in and against the extension direction 15 relative to the hanging frame 4.

[0055] After hanging the anti-slip device 5 in the vertical bar 35, this position is in Figure 6As shown, the telescopic rail 1 is pivoted at its front end in the extension direction 15 in the direction of the suspension frame 4 and thus towards the side wall of the muffle. During this pivoting movement, the support surface 6b and the moment absorption surface 7b of the rear section 2b of the holding device initially engage with the upper leg 20 of a lower insertion profile 3 and with a lower leg 19 of an upper insertion profile 3. Upon further pivoting, such engagement is also effected for the support surface 6a and the moment absorption surface 7a arranged at the front end of the telescopic rail 1 in the extension direction 15.

[0056] The support surfaces 6a, 6b then transfer loads acting on the rail elements from above to the respective lower insertion profile 3. The support surfaces, in particular the support surface 7b at the rear end of the telescopic rail 1, counteract moments that act on the telescopic rail 1 in the extended state about an axis perpendicular to the extension direction. The moment-absorbing surfaces 7a, 7b prevent any pivoting movement resulting from these moments through their contact with the lower leg 19 of the upper insertion profile 3.

[0057] In order to prevent the telescopic rail 1 from falling out, ie in particular from pivoting back towards the free volume of the muffle between the two hanging racks 4, a food carrier holder 22 is mounted on the telescopic rails 1 of a pair mounted on both sides of the hanging racks. To accommodate the food carrier holder 22, each of the telescopic rails has two tabs 23 bent from its third rail element 12 (these are particularly clearly shown in the Figures 1 and 2 (see figure 2). A pin 36 of the food support holder 22 is hooked into each of these tabs 23. The food support holder 22 holds the telescopic rails 1 parallel to one another and at a distance from one another. The food support holder 22 has a recess 24 for ventilating a food support in the form of a pizza stone or a grill plate held on the food support holder 22.

[0058] The telescopic rails 1 of a pair of telescopic rails 1 on either side and the food carrier holder 22 are dimensioned such that a support surface 25 of the food carrier holder 22 in a plane between the lower legs 19 and the upper legs 20 of a pair of opposite insertion profiles 3 of the hanging racks 4. In the embodiment shown, the support surface is arranged slightly, here approximately 3 mm, above the plane spanned by the lower legs 19, so that a food carrier received on the food carrier holder 22, in particular a grill plate, has essentially the same position in the height of the muffle as if the food carrier were pushed directly into the insertion profiles 3.

[0059] Figure 11shows an enlarged schematic cross-sectional view of a first, lower insertion profile 3a and a second, upper insertion profile 3b. Each of these two profiles 3a, 3b is U-shaped and, in addition to the two legs 19a, 19b, 20a, 20b, has a connecting section 18a, 18b connecting the legs in the vertical direction. The connecting sections extend essentially vertically when the hanging frames 4 are installed. Due to their manufacture by bending from a sheet metal strip, the legs 19a, 20a, 19b, 20b are not arranged at right angles to the respective connecting sections 18a, 18b. In other words, the two angles α and β between the legs and the connecting sections are slightly greater than 90 degrees. The flat surfaces of the legs 20a, 19a thus enclose an angle γ which is different from 0 degrees and in the examples shown is significantly smaller than 5 degrees.

[0060] As shown, the holding device 2a is designed such that the support surface 6a and the moment absorption surface 7a also enclose an angle. The apex of this angle lies, in the installed state of the telescopic rail 1, opposite the apex of the angle between the legs 19a, 20a. The support surface 6a forms an angle δs of less than 90 degrees with a plane parallel to a rail back 37 of the first rail element 8. The moment absorption surface 7a, on the other hand, forms an angle δm of 90 degrees with the plane parallel to the rail back 37. Due to the locking or latching of the support surface 6a on the upper leg 20 of the lower insertion profile 3a, the telescopic rail cannot fall out of the space between the two profiles 3a, 3b.In an embodiment not shown, the angle δm is also less than 90 degrees, resulting in an improved locking between the telescopic rail and the insertion profiles, which can only be achieved by slightly bending the legs of the insertion profiles.

[0061] The back of the rail 37 of the first rail element 1 rests against the vertical support 17 of the suspension frame 4. This prevents further movement of the telescopic rail 1 between the insertion profiles toward the wall of the muffle. Furthermore, tilting moments acting on the telescopic rail 1 about an axis parallel to the extension direction 15 are absorbed by the vertical support 17.

[0062] The variants of the further embodiments differ from the one described with reference to the Figures 1 to 10 described embodiment by the design of the anti-displacement device 5.

[0063] The embodiments according to the Figures 12 to 20 is that the anti-displacement device 5 does not move as in the embodiment according to the Figures 1 to 11 on the vertical bar 35, but on the vertical supports 17 of the suspension frame 4.

[0064] For this purpose, in the embodiment according to the Figures 12 to 14At the rear end of the telescopic rail 1 in the extension direction, a combination of an angular stop 26 and a tab 27 is provided. The stop 26 is formed by an angle with a long leg 28 and a short leg 29. When inserting the telescopic rail 1, the stop 26 is placed on the vertical strut 17 of the suspension frame 4 such that the short leg 29 engages behind the vertical strut 17, the long leg 26 is supported on the side surface of the vertical strut 17, and the tab 27 on the front. The long leg 26 thus forms a stop which, together with the vertical strut 17, prevents a sliding movement of the first rail element 8 connected to the holding device 2a, 2b counter to the extension direction 15. A tab 30 on the front part 2a of the holding device in the extension direction prevents a sliding movement of the telescopic rail 1 in the extension direction 15.

[0065] In the embodiment according to the Figures 15 to 17 a U-profile 31 surrounds the vertical strut 17.

[0066] The variant of the Figures 18 to 20 represents the simplest embodiment. In this embodiment, two angled sections 32, 33 on the first and second parts 2a 2b of the holding device form the anti-displacement device 5. List of reference symbols
