Abstract
An aerosol-generating article (1) is provided. The aerosol-generating article (1) comprises a rod of aerosol-generating substrate (112) and a paper wrapper (10) wrapped around at least a portion of the aerosol-generating article (1). The paper wrapper (1) comprises an inner surface (401) and an outer surface (402). The aerosol-generating article (1) further comprises a layer of adhesive (115) on the inner surface of the paper wrapper (10); and the layer of adhesive (115) covers at least 50 percent of the area of the inner surface (401) of the paper wrapper (10).
