TECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] The present invention relates to the general field of bottles for dispensing liquid products, such as creams. The invention concerns an assembly comprising a bottle with a neck, an aesthetic collar positioned around the neck, and a fastening system that secures the aesthetic collar. PREVIOUS STATE OF THE ART

[0002] Currently, there are assemblies that include a bottle with a dispensing mechanism, such as a pump operated by a user's hand.

DETAILED EXPLANATION OF IMPLEMENTATION METHODS

1. Assembly (100) having a vertical direction (Z) and having: • a bottle (102) having a hollow body (112) and a neck (114) at the top of the hollow body (112), • a dispensing assembly having a reservoir (120) housed in the bottle (102) and intended to contain a product, and a dispensing mechanism (106), secured to the reservoir (120) and intended to discharge said product from the reservoir (120), wherein said dispensing assembly has at least one groove (150), • an aesthetic collar (104) having a first plate (104a) passed through by a first window (104b) through which the dispensing mechanism (106) passes and a first outer skirt (104c) extending downwards from the outer periphery of the first plate (104a), wherein the aesthetic collar (104) is positioned on the neck (114), and • an attachment system (108) secured to the aesthetic collar (104) and having: - a second plate (108a) passed through by a second window (108b) through which the dispensing mechanism (106) passes and positioned between the neck (114) and the first plate (104a) of the aesthetic collar (104), - an inner skirt (108d) extending downwards from the inner periphery of the second plate (108a) and in which the dispensing mechanism (106) is housed, wherein the inner skirt (108d) is between the neck (114) and the dispensing mechanism (106), - a second outer skirt (108e) extending downwards from the outer periphery of the second plate (108a), wherein the second outer skirt (108e) is between the neck (114) and the first outer skirt (104c), and - retaining lugs (126) integral with the inner skirt (108d) and which extend generally perpendicularly to the vertical direction (Z) and inwards, wherein each retaining lug (126) is housed in a groove (150).

2. Assembly (100) according to Claim 1, characterized in that each groove is realized on the circumference of the reservoir (120).

3. Assembly (100) according to Claim 1, characterized in that the dispensing mechanism (106) has a cap (106a) fastened to the reservoir (120), and in that each groove (150) is defined between the reservoir (120) and the cap (106a).

Assembly (100) according to one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the dispensing mechanism (106) has a cap (106a) fastened to the reservoir (120), in that the cap (106a) has an inner cap (106b) and an outer cap (106c) fastened to the inner cap (106b), in that the inner cap (106b) has lugs (107a) that extend outwards and downwards, in that the outer cap (106c) has, for each lug (107a), a counter-lug (107b) that extends inwards and upwards, and in that the counter-lugs (107a) are pushed down beyond the lugs (107a) and each lug (107a) and the associated counter-lug (107b) come to vertically face one another.

5. Assembly (100) according to one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the outer perimeter of the neck (114) takes the form of a rectangle with four rounded corners, in that, at each corner and over the height of the neck (114), said neck (114) is divided into a lower part (114a) extending upwards from the hollow body (112) and an upper part (114b) extending upwards from the lower part (114a), in that, at each corner, the lower part (114a) has a recess (116) so as to form a shoulder beneath the upper part (114b), in that the attachment system (108) has four attachment lugs (108c) integral with the second plate (108a), and in that each attachment lug (108c) is positioned beneath one of the shoulders of the neck (114).

6. Assembly (100) according to one of Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the dispensing assembly (106) has a peripheral gadroon (109) bearing on the first plate (104a) and of which the diameter is greater than the diameter of the first window (104b), and in that each retaining lug (126) is positioned so as to bear against a lower edge of the associated groove (150).
