Technical Field of the Invention

The field of application of the invention is, therefore, the technical sector of the textile industry and, more specifically, that of clothing manufacturing, particularly intimate apparel.Background of the Invention

Due to the costs and high risks involved in penectomy, orchiectomy and / or vaginoplasty or similar surgeries, these people have devised mechanisms to hide their member, which are still uncomfortable and complicate the most everyday activities. There are garments that aim to facilitate their lives, but these are uncomfortable or do not provide the necessary support and adjustment that, according to their anthropometry, allows them to maintain a feminine figure.

[0003] The objective of the present invention is, therefore, to provide the market with a garment specially designed to reduce time and facilitate the transformation process that transgender people must live through daily, thus providing a solution that offers comfort and the proper care that their body needs.Explanation of the Invention

[0004] To this end, the object of the present invention is an intimate garment, specifically a thong-type slip garment with a structural configuration that offers support for the genitals of transgender people and holds them in such a way that it shapes their body giving the desired appearance of a feminine figure, so that these people do not have to resort to the painful and uncomfortable activities they are accustomed to in their daily lives.

[0005] More specifically, the garment object of the invention is a thong-type slip, specially designed for transgender people, which is distinguished by the fact that it has an internal pocket that holds the male genitalia and keeps it attached to the body, thus avoiding the use of any external adhesive or tape that could damage the skin, prevents it from being noticed and maintains the proper position that these people need, providing comfort with any type of external garment.

[0006] Preferably, the garment has two elastic fabrics that cover or line the front part of the garment, which prevent the member from being marked, since, due to their density and composition, the first of organic latex and the second of organic suplex, these secure it and allow adequate skin transpiration.

Claims

1. Intimate garment for transgender people that, formed by a thong-type slip, is characterized by comprising an internal pocket (2) that covers the part of the crotch (1b) of the garment (1), from the front part (1a), where it has an anterior opening (2a), to the rear part (1c), said internal pocket (2) being intended to accommodate and hold the male genitals of the user of the garment collected within it.

2. Intimate garment for transgender people, according to claim 1, characterized in that, in the front part (1a) it comprises two layers of elastic and breathable fabric (3, 4) that cover the entirety of said front part (1a), reinforcing said part of the garment (1).

3. Intimate garment for transgender people, according to claim 2, characterized in that a first layer (3) of elastic fabric is of organic latex.

4. Intimate garment for transgender people, according to claim 2 or 3, characterized in that a second layer (4) of elastic fabric is of organic suplex.

Intimate garment for transgender people, according to any of the previous claims, characterized in that the part of the crotch (1b) where the internal pocket (2) is incorporated is separated from the rear part (1c) by its end (1b1) where it has adjustable fastening means (5) to fix said end (1b1) to the rear part (1c) in different positions.

Intimate garment for transgender people, according to claim 5, characterized in that the adjustable fastening means (5) comprise a male clasp that couples with two or more complementary female clasps situated correspondingly in the rear part (1c) of the garment in aligned positions, providing the possibility to adjust the crotch (1b) more or less with the interior pocket (2) and increase the support and holding of the member to avoid movements.

7. Intimate garment for transgender people, according to any of the previous claims, characterized in that said garment is incorporated solidly united to the interior of an external garment (10), sewn or joined by equivalent means of union, so that they form a solid unit.

8. Intimate garment for transgender people, according to claim 7, characterized in that the external garment (10) is shorts.

9. Intimate garment for transgender people, according to claim 7, characterized in that the external garment (10) is a girdle.

10. Intimate garment for transgender people, according to any of claims 7 to 9, characterized in that the upper edge of the thong garment (1) is joined to the external garment (10) by means of a waistband (6) sewn with an overlock machine.
