[0006] In ovens where burners are not ignited simultaneously, there are gas cut-off systems for flame safety. These systems cut off the gas supply to the burner in case of an explosion in the burner for any reason. However, there is no arrangement that cuts off the incoming gas when the burners are switched separately, and one of the switches is left open. There is a need in the literature for solutions that include a safety apparatus that controls the upper and lower burners separately through separate switch lines and cuts off the incoming gas when one of the switches remains open.

[0009] The object of the invention is to provide a dual burner gas oven that includes a gas shutoff safety device that prevents the lower and upper burners from operating simultaneously, ensuring safe heating.
[0010] To achieve the mentioned objectives, the invention describes a dual burner gas oven comprising a lower burner that allows the flow of gas from a gas inlet; an upper burner that receives gas from the lower burner and opens to a hob port; and a control panel that is electrically connected to the lower and upper burners, controlling their ignition on the hob port through electrical transmission. [0023] Figure 1 schematically shows the dual burner gas oven according to the invention. The gas oven (10) has numerous hob ports (16) providing hob heating. In the gas oven (10), the flame control, i.e., heating control, of each hob port (16) is performed with the control panel (22).
[0024] Figure 2 schematically shows the dual burner structure related to the dual burner gas oven according to the invention. In Figure 2, there is a lower burner (14) providing gas flow from a gas inlet (12). The lower burner (14) transmits the incoming gas. There is an upper burner (18) where the gas transmitted by the lower burner (14) opens to a hob port (16). The general representation of the connections of a first button (26) and a second button (28) located on the control panel (22) shown in Figure 1 is provided in Figure 2. The connections of the first button (26) and the second button (28) provide ignition control on the hob port (16) through electrical transmission of the lower burner (14) and upper burner (18). The first button (26) is a rotatable button and allows the gas valve (30) of the lower burner (14) to open or close. [0025] Figure 4 schematically shows the electrical line providing flame safety in the dual burner gas oven according to the invention. A gas shutoff safety device (32) is provided that controls the burning of the upper burner (18) with a predetermined electronic structure, with a switch (24) placed on the gas valve (30) of the lower burner (14) to limit the gas valve (30) control of the lower and upper burners (14) (18) separately and prevent them from operating simultaneously. Furthermore, the gas shutoff safety device (32) prevents the permanent burning of the upper burner (18) due to the gas valve (30) in the lower burner (14) remaining open when the first button (26) is in the open position. Here, the first button (26) provides ignition control thanks to its electrical connection to the switch (24). In the invention, there is a sensor (34) connected to the gas shutoff safety device (32) from the upper end by a cable (20). The sensor (34) is a detector for providing flame safety. There is also a lighter (36) electrically connected to the gas safety device (32) from a side end by a cable (20). The lighter (36) is powered by the mains voltage (40) to provide electrical transmission. The gas valve (30) is also connected to the lower end of the gas safety device (32) by a cable (20) for providing flame safety. Additionally, the switch (24) is electrically connected to the multi-pins (38) located at the lower ends of the lighter (36) by a cable. Here, the first button (26) is electrically connected to the switch (24).

CLAIMS1- A dual burner gas oven comprising a lower burner (14) providing gas flow from a gas inlet (12); an upper burner (18) receiving gas from the lower burner (14) and opening to a hob port (16); a control panel (22) electrically connected to control the ignition of the lower burner (14) and upper burner (18) through electrical transmission on the hob port (16); characterized by a gas cut-off safety device (32) that controls the combustion of the upper burner (18) with a predetermined electronic structure by a switch (24) placed on the lower burner (14) gas valve (30), limiting the operation of the lower and upper burners (14) (18) separately by a gas valve (30), and preventing the permanent combustion of the upper burner (18) when the lower burner (14) gas valve (30) is open.2- A dual burner gas oven according to Claim 1 , wherein a rotatable first button (26) electrically connected to the switch (24) to enable the control panel (22) to control the ignition of the lower burner (14) and cause the gas valve (30) to open or close.3- A dual burner gas oven according to Claim 1 , wherein a rotatable second button (28) on the control panel (22) to control the ignition of the upper burner (18).4- A dual burner gas oven according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein a sensor (34) connected to the upper end of the gas cut-off safety device (32) by a cable (20) and providing flame safety by detecting it.5- A dual burner gas oven according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein a lighter (36) electrically connected to a lateral end of the gas safety device (32) by a cable (20).6- A dual burner gas oven according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the gas valve (30) being connected to the lower end of the gas safety device (32) to provide flame safety.7- A dual burner gas oven according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the first button (26) being configured to connect to the switch (24), which is electrically connected to the multi-pins (38) located at the lower ends of the lighter (36).
