[0001] Related applications
[0002] This application claims priority to Chinese Patent Application No. 202422117273.6, filed on August 30, 2024, entitled “Baking and Cooking Equipment”, the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference. Technical Field
[0003] This application relates to the field of kitchenware technology, and more particularly to a baking and cooking device. Background Technology
[0004] Ovens and steam ovens are both baking and cooking equipment. These devices use a hot air assembly to generate a circulating flow of hot air to heat and cook food. The hot air flow first flows out of the hot air assembly, then passes through the hot air blower baffle and enters the inner cavity. Next, the hot air flow turns around and flows back to the hot air blower baffle, passing through the baffle again. When the hot air flow returns to the hot air assembly, one cycle is completed. After the above cycle is repeated several times, the hot air flow is discharged from the baking and cooking equipment.
[0005] In the development of baking and cooking equipment, it is usually desirable for the hot airflow to circulate multiple times. This can improve the utilization rate of the heat carried by the hot airflow and avoid the increase in power consumption caused by the frequent start-up of the hot air component. However, the hot airflow absorbs odor-containing components from the food during the circulation process. As the number of circulations increases, the concentration of odor-containing components in the hot airflow increases. When the hot airflow is discharged from the baking and cooking equipment, it will cause strong discomfort to the user. Summary of the Invention

[0032] This application provides a baking and cooking device, which may specifically be a baking oven, a steam oven, etc. Referring to Figures 1 and 2, the baking and cooking equipment of this application includes an inner cavity assembly 10, a hot air baffle 20, a back plate 30, and a hot air assembly 50. The hot air baffle 20 includes a front side 201 and a rear side 202 arranged opposite to each other. The inner cavity assembly 10 and the back plate 30 are respectively located on the front side 201 and the rear side 202 of the hot air baffle 20. The front side 201 and the inner cavity assembly 10 enclose each other to form an inner cavity 61. The rear side 202 and the back plate 30 form a hot air cavity 62. The hot air baffle 20 has an air outlet and an air return vent 211. The air outlet and the air return vent 211 pass through the front side 201 and the rear side 202, thereby connecting the inner cavity 61 and the hot air cavity 62. The hot air assembly 50 is disposed in the hot air cavity 62. The hot air cavity 62 is used as a place to generate hot air flow. The inner cavity 61 is used to place food and to heat the food with hot air flow to cook the food.
[0033] Specifically, the hot air assembly 50 includes a fan 51 rotatably disposed in the hot air chamber 62, and a heating tube 52 disposed in the hot air chamber 62. The rotation axis of the fan 51 passes through the hot air baffle 20. The inner liner assembly 10 is a hollow prismatic structure with an inner liner channel. The extension direction of the inner liner channel is the same as the extension direction of the rotation axis of the fan 51. The hot air baffle 20 is located at one end of the inner liner channel, thereby forming an inner liner cavity 61 by the inner wall surface of the inner liner channel and the front side 201 of the hot air baffle 20. The other end of the inner liner channel forms an inner liner opening to facilitate the user to take out or put food into the inner liner cavity 61. Referring to Figures 1, 5, and 6, the hot air blower baffle 20 includes a return air section 21 and a baffle section 22. The return air section 21 has a return air hole 211. The baffle section 22 is connected to the outer peripheral edge of the return air section 21. The return air section 21 and the baffle section 22 are parallel or coplanar. The rotation axis of the fan 51 passes perpendicularly through the hot air blower baffle 20. The inner liner assembly 10 includes a first side plate 11, a top plate 12, a second side plate 13, and a bottom plate 14 arranged sequentially along the rotation axis. The inner wall surface of the inner liner channel includes the side of the first side plate 11 facing the second side plate 13, the side of the top plate 12 facing the bottom plate 14, the side of the second side plate 13 facing the first side plate 11, and the side of the bottom plate 14 facing the top plate 12. It can be understood that the inner wall surface of the inner liner assembly 10 is the inner wall surface of the inner liner channel.
[0034] When baking food using baking and cooking equipment, the hot air assembly 50 starts operating first. The fan 51 rotates and agitates the air in the hot air chamber 62, while the heating element 52 heats this air, thus forming a hot air flow. The hot air flow passes through the air outlet, through the hot air blower baffle 20, and enters the inner chamber 61. After flowing a certain distance in the inner chamber 61, the hot air flow turns around and flows back to the hot air blower baffle 20. The returning hot air flow, as a return airflow, passes through the return air hole 211, through the hot air blower baffle 20, and enters the hot air chamber 62. Then, under the agitation of the fan 51, the returning airflow becomes hot air again. The hot air flow repeats the above process, circulating multiple times between the hot air chamber 62 and the inner chamber 61, thereby heating the food multiple times. Normally, the return airflow still carries a lot of heat, which means that in most cases, after the return airflow enters the hot air chamber 62, it only needs to be disturbed again by the fan 51 to become hot airflow again, without needing to be reheated. Only after the hot airflow has circulated multiple times and the return airflow returning to the hot air chamber 62 drops below a certain temperature does it need to be reheated to become hot airflow again.
[0035] Therefore, in most cases, the hot air assembly 50 operates as follows: during a complete food cooking process, the fan 51 continuously rotates to provide power for the continuous circulation of hot air. The heating element 52 starts and runs intermittently, heating the air in the hot air chamber 62 once and then stopping. During the period when the heating element 52 stops running, the hot air circulates multiple times between the hot air chamber 62 and the inner chamber 61 until the temperature of the air in the hot air chamber 62 and the return air entering the hot air chamber 62 drops below a certain temperature, at which point the heating element 52 starts running again. In this way, not only is the heat of the hot air circulated efficiently, but the power consumption of the heating element 52 is also reduced, as the heating element 52 does not need to run continuously for a long time, and the fan 51 is prevented from being exposed to prolonged heat. After the food cooking is completed, the remaining hot air in the inner chamber 61 and the hot air chamber 62 will be discharged from the baking and cooking equipment.
[0036] Given that the amount of odorous components from food diffusing into the hot airflow increases with the number of times the hot airflow circulates within the baking and cooking equipment, resulting in a pungent and unpleasant odor, the baking and cooking equipment of this application also includes a purification component 40, at least partially disposed within the hot air chamber 62. Thus, the odorous components in the returning airflow entering the hot air chamber 62 and the air accumulated within the hot air chamber 62 can be filtered out by the purification component 40, reducing the concentration of odorous components in the newly generated hot airflow within the hot air chamber 62. Ultimately, through the purification of the hot airflow by the purification component 40, the hot air discharged from the baking and cooking equipment is less likely to cause a strong pungent odor to the user, mitigating the environmental impact of the discharged hot air.
[0037] In some embodiments, the purification assembly 40 includes a deodorization module 41 located within the hot air chamber 62. Referring to Figures 2 and 3, the deodorization module 41 is located on the outer periphery of the fan 51. The fan 51 includes a main body and fan blades connected to the main body. The main body and the return air section 21 are disposed opposite to each other. The hot air assembly 50 also includes a drive member connected to the main body of the fan 51. The drive member can drive the fan 51 to rotate around a preset rotation center, which is the rotation axis of the fan 51. The outer periphery of the fan 51 includes the ends of the fan blades that are relatively far away from the preset rotation center. When the fan 51 rotates, it draws in air so that the air approaches the main body along the extension direction of the preset rotation center. Then the drawn-in air is accelerated by the fan blades. Finally, the air is thrown out of the end of the fan 51 under centrifugal force to form an airflow. Therefore, the outer periphery of the fan 51, which is composed of the ends of the fan blades, is the air outlet of the fan 51. After the airflow leaves the fan 51, it will flow to the deodorization module 41 and be filtered by the deodorization module 41 to remove odor components. Then, the airflow is blown into the inner cavity 61 as hot air.
[0038] Specifically, referring to Figures 3 and 4, the heating element 52 is located on the outer periphery of the fan 51, and the deodorizing module 41 is located on the side of the heating element 52 that is relatively far away from the fan 51. With this arrangement, after the airflow is ejected from the fan 51, it first flows through the heating element 52 and is heated to become hot air. Then, the hot air flows through the deodorizing module 41 and is filtered to remove odor components. In other words, the deodorizing module 41 purifies the airflow carrying heat; higher temperatures improve the efficiency of the deodorizing module 41 in removing odor components. In some embodiments, the deodorizing module 41 can chemically react with odor components; the hot airflow passing through the deodorizing module 41 can increase the rate of the chemical reaction between the deodorizing module 41 and the odor components and catalyze the reaction. In other embodiments, the deodorizing module 41 can physically adsorb and retain odor components; the temperature of the hot airflow can increase the activity of the deodorizing module 41, thereby improving its ability to retain and adsorb odor components.
[0039] Optionally, referring to Figure 4, the heating tube 52 includes a closed-loop section circumferentially surrounding the fan 51 along its rotation axis. The deodorizing module 41 is a closed-loop structure, and it surrounds the outer periphery of the closed-loop section along the rotation axis of the fan 51. That is, the deodorizing module 41 itself has a hollow area, and both the fan 51 and the closed-loop section are housed within this hollow area. Optionally, both the closed-loop section and the deodorizing module 41 are annular structures, and they are coaxially arranged. The rotation axis of the fan 51 coincides with the axis of the closed-loop section and also with the axis of the deodorizing module 41. In this way, the air ejected radially from the fan 51 can be heated by the heating tube 52, and the air ejected radially from the fan 51 can have odor components filtered out by the deodorizing module 41, improving the purification effect and preventing some hot airflow from missing the deodorizing module 41.
[0040] Optionally, referring to Figures 3 and 4, the two ends of the deodorizing module 41 abut against the rear side 202 of the hot air blower baffle 20 and the side of the back plate 30 facing the hot air blower baffle 20, respectively. Therefore, one end of the hollow area of the deodorizing module 41 is covered by the hot air blower baffle 20, and the other end of the hollow area of the deodorizing module 41 is covered by the back plate 30. Correspondingly, the deodorizing module 41 is provided with a ventilation hole 411, which extends through the side of the deodorizing module 41 relatively close to the fan 51 and also through the other side of the deodorizing module 41 relatively far from the fan 51.
[0041] Thus, the deodorizing module 41, the hot air baffle 20, and the back panel 30 together form a closed space area. The closed space area and the inner chamber 61 are connected only through the return air hole 211, and the closed space area and the hot air cavity 62 located outside the deodorizing module 41 are connected only through the ventilation hole 411. This means that the return airflow entering the closed space area and the air accumulated in the closed space area can only diffuse to the hot air cavity 62 area outside the deodorizing module 41 through the ventilation hole 411, ensuring that all the hot airflow thrown out by the fan 51 can flow through the deodorizing module 41 and be fully filtered by the deodorizing module 41 to remove odor components, which significantly improves the deodorizing and purification effect.
[0042] As shown in Figures 4 and 5, the ventilation holes 411 can specifically be mesh holes extending radially along the deodorizing module 41. The mesh holes are evenly distributed circumferentially along the deodorizing module 41. One end of each ventilation hole 411, relatively close to the rotation axis of the fan 51, penetrates the inner circumference of the deodorizing module 41, which is the side of the deodorizing module 41 relatively close to the fan 51 and the heating element 52. The other end of each ventilation hole 411, relatively away from the rotation axis of the fan 51, penetrates the outer circumference of the deodorizing module 41, which is the other side of the deodorizing module 41 relatively away from the fan 51 and the heating element 52. Thus, the ventilation holes 411 are numerous and densely distributed. The inner wall surface of the ventilation holes 411 serves as the main surface for filtering odor components from the deodorizing module 41, significantly increasing the contact area between the deodorizing module 41 and the hot airflow.
[0043] Referring to Figures 1-3 and 6-7, in some embodiments, a portion of the hot air blower baffle 20 protrudes relative to the back plate 30 along the rotation axis of the fan 51 and extends into the inner liner channel, such that at least the baffle portion 22 is located within the inner liner channel. The hot air blower baffle 20 also includes a convex edge portion, which is bent and connected to the outer periphery of the baffle portion 22 and protrudes from the side of the baffle portion 22 facing the back plate 30. The end of the convex edge portion that is relatively away from the outer periphery of the baffle portion 22 is connected to the back plate 30. The convex edge portion is spaced apart from the inner wall surface of the inner liner channel. The air outlet includes a side air outlet 24 opened on the convex edge portion, with the opening of the side air outlet 24 facing the inner wall surface of the inner liner channel. Optionally, the convex edge portion is a closed-loop structure extending along the outer periphery of the baffle portion 22, surrounding the baffle portion 22, and circumferentially surrounding the hot air assembly 50 along the rotation axis of the fan 51. The outer periphery of the deodorizing module 41 faces the inner peripheral wall of the convex edge portion.
[0044] Specifically, as shown in Figures 1 and 5 to 7, the outer periphery of the baffle portion 22 is approximately octagonal, including a first side edge, a first inclined edge, a top edge, a second inclined edge, a second side edge, a third inclined edge, a bottom edge, and a fourth inclined edge arranged sequentially along the circumferential direction of the fan 51 rotation axis; the convex edge portion includes a first side convex edge 231 bent and connected to the first side edge, a first inclined convex edge 235 bent and connected to the first inclined edge, a top convex edge 232 bent and connected to the top edge, a second inclined convex edge 236 bent and connected to the second inclined edge, a second side convex edge 233 bent and connected to the second side edge, a third inclined convex edge 237 bent and connected to the third inclined edge, a bottom convex edge 234 bent and connected to the bottom edge, and a fourth inclined convex edge 238 bent and connected to the fourth inclined edge. The side of the first side plate 11 facing the second side plate 13 is spaced apart from the first side protrusion 231; the side of the top plate 12 facing the bottom plate 14 is spaced apart from the top protrusion 232; the side of the second side plate 13 facing the first side plate 11 is spaced apart from the second side protrusion 233; and the side of the bottom plate 14 facing the top plate 12 is spaced apart from the bottom protrusion 234. The two ends of the first oblique protruding edge 235 are respectively connected to the first side protruding edge 231 and the top protruding edge 232. The side of the first oblique protruding edge 235 away from the hot air assembly 50 faces the angle between the first side plate 11 and the top plate 12. The two ends of the second oblique protruding edge 236 are respectively connected to the top protruding edge 232 and the second side protruding edge 233. The side of the second oblique protruding edge 236 away from the hot air assembly 50 faces the angle between the top plate 12 and the second side plate 13. The two ends of the third oblique protruding edge 237 are respectively connected to the second side protruding edge 233 and the bottom protruding edge 234. The side of the third oblique protruding edge 237 away from the hot air assembly 50 faces the angle between the second side plate 13 and the bottom plate 14. The two ends of the fourth oblique protruding edge 238 are respectively connected to the bottom protruding edge 234 and the first side protruding edge 231. The side of the fourth oblique protruding edge 238 away from the hot air assembly 50 faces the angle between the bottom plate 14 and the first side plate 11.
[0045] Optionally, as shown in Figures 1 and 6-7, the side air outlet 24 is provided on any one or more of the first side protrusion 231, the top protrusion 232, the second side protrusion 233, and the bottom protrusion 234; the first oblique protrusion 235, the second oblique protrusion 236, the third oblique protrusion 237, and the fourth oblique protrusion 238 are not provided with side air outlet 24. This arrangement not only does not affect the hot airflow passing through the hot air blower baffle 20 and blowing towards the inner liner cavity 61, but also suppresses the flow of hot airflow into the dead corner area of the inner wall surface of the inner liner channel, thereby helping to increase the number of times the hot airflow circulates between the inner liner cavity 61 and the hot air cavity 62. The dead corner of the inner wall surface includes the angle between the first side plate 11 and the top plate 12, the angle between the top plate 12 and the second side plate 13, the angle between the second side plate 13 and the bottom plate 14, and the angle between the bottom plate 14 and the first side plate 11. In particular, when an exhaust port is provided in the area near the hot air blower baffle 20 and the first side plate 11 of the top plate 12, suppressing the flow of hot air into the dead corner area of the inner wall of the inner cavity channel can suppress the flow of hot air into the exhaust port, prevent the hot air from being discharged from the baking and cooking equipment too early, thereby increasing the number of hot air circulations.
[0046] Optionally, in some embodiments, the air outlet also includes a front air outlet formed on the baffle portion 22. The hot airflow passing through the front air outlet can be directly blown into the inner cavity 61 and then flows directly towards the end of the inner cavity channel away from the hot air blower baffle 20. In contrast, due to the fluid adhesion effect, the hot airflow passing through the side air outlet 24 mainly flows along the inner wall of the inner cavity channel. Therefore, the hot airflow passing through the front air outlet is responsible for directly baking the food, while the hot airflow passing through the side air outlet 24 is used more to form a heat flow field occupying the inner cavity 61. The heat flow field surrounds the food, and the two types of hot airflow work together to ensure that the food is fully heated and cooked. The side air outlet 24 formed on the convex edge makes it easier for the hot airflow to pass through. After being thrown out of the fan 51, the hot airflow has a radial velocity vector that flows radially along the rotation axis of the fan 51. With the help of the radial velocity vector, most of the hot airflow is directly blown towards the inner side of the convex edge facing the hot air assembly 50, and then directly passes through the side air outlet 24 until it reaches the inner wall of the inner cavity channel. Of course, the front air outlet on the baffle section 22 can also be removed.
[0047] Furthermore, regardless of whether the air outlet is a front air outlet on the baffle portion 22, a side air outlet 24 on the convex edge, or a combination of both, the shortest distance from the air outlet to the rotation axis is not less than the longest distance from the deodorizing module 41 to the rotation axis. Referring to Figures 2 and 3, the distance from the side air outlet 24 on the convex edge to the rotation axis of the fan 51 is greater than the distance from the outer periphery of the deodorizing module 41 to the rotation axis of the fan 51. If we observe the front side 201 of the hot air blower baffle 20 from a line of sight parallel to the rotation axis of the fan 51, as shown in Figure 1, then the projection of the air outlet orthogonal onto the parallel plane of the hot air blower baffle 20 is the air outlet opening projection; the projection of the deodorizing module 41 orthogonal onto the parallel plane of the hot air blower baffle 20 is the deodorizing position projection; and the projection of the return air hole 211 orthogonal onto the parallel plane of the hot air blower baffle 20 is the return air opening projection. It is defined that the parallel plane of the hot air blower baffle 20 is parallel to the hot air blower baffle 20 and perpendicular to the rotation axis of the fan 51. Therefore, the deodorizing position projection is a closed loop, with the air outlet opening projection entirely located outside the deodorizing position projection, and the return air opening projection entirely located inside the deodorizing position projection. Thus, all the return airflow entering the hot air cavity 62 through the return air hole 211 passes through the deodorizing module 41 and reaches the outer periphery of the deodorizing module 41. The hot airflow blowing from the air outlet towards the inner cavity 61 also passes through the deodorizing module 41.
[0048] The baking and cooking equipment of this application adopts the form of arranging the deodorizing module 41 in the hot air cavity 62.
