Abstract

Quadrangular modular structure (100) for a quadrangular pool (1000) the quadrangular modular structure (100) comprising a plurality of side panels (110) comprising at least one side panel for each side of the quadrangular pool (1000), and a plurality of corner panels (120) associated with the corners of the quadrangular pool (1000), wherein the plurality of side panels (110) and the plurality of corner panels (120) are configured to be attachable to one another forming the quadrangular modular structure (100).

Object of the invention

[0001] The present invention refers to a quadrangular modular structure for a quadrangular pool and a pool comprising said quadrangular modular structure.Background of the invention

[0002] Conventional pools comprise heavy structures which are difficult to be transported and mounted due to their dimensions and weight. Furthermore, the aesthetic finishes of conventional pools cannot be modified based on a user's preferences.

[0004] A first aspect of the present invention refers to a quadrangular modular structure for a quadrangular pool. The quadrangular modular structure comprises a plurality of side panels comprising at least one side panel for each side of the quadrangular pool, and a plurality of corner panels associated with the corners of the pool. The plurality of side panels and the plurality of corner panels are configured to be attachable to one another forming the quadrangular modular structure.

[0005] In one example, the plurality of side panels comprises at least two side panels for first opposite sides of the quadrangular pool and at least one side panel for second opposite sides of the pool.

Claims

1. Quadrangular modular structure (100) for a quadrangular pool (1000) the quadrangular modular structure (100) comprising: - a plurality of side panels (110) comprising at least one side panel for each side of the quadrangular pool (1000), and - a plurality of corner panels (120) associated with the corners of the quadrangular pool (1000), - wherein the plurality of side panels (110) and the plurality of corner panels (120) are configured to be attachable to one another forming the quadrangular modular structure (100).

2. The quadrangular modular (100) structure according to claim 1, wherein the plurality of side panels (110) comprises at least two side panels for first opposite sides of the quadrangular pool (1000) and at least one side panel for second opposite sides of the pool (1000).

The quadrangular modular (100) structure according to claims 1 or 2, further comprising a plurality of aesthetic panels (130), wherein the plurality of side panels (110), the plurality of corner panels (120) and the plurality of aesthetic panels (130) comprise removable attachment means (150) that permit the removable attachment of the plurality of aesthetic panels (130) to the plurality of side panels (110) and / or to the plurality of corner panels (120).

4. The quadrangular modular structure (100) according to claims 1 to 3, wherein the plurality of side panels (110) and the plurality of corner panels (120) comprise powder-coated aluminum.

The quadrangular modular structure (100) according to claims 1 to 4, wherein each of the plurality of side panels (110) comprises: - a length between 78 cm and 108 cm, and preferably 98 cm, - a height between 50cm to 100cm, and preferably 62.8 cm, and - a width between 10 to 20 cm, and preferably 16 cm.

6. The quadrangular modular structure (100) according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the plurality of side panels (110) comprises a weight between 3.1 to 7.1 Kg, preferably 5.1 Kg.

The quadrangular modular structure (100) according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the plurality of corner panels (120) comprises: - a length between 10 cm and 20 cm, and preferably 16 cm, - a height between 50cm to 100cm, and preferably 62.8 cm; and - a width between 10 to 20 cm, and preferably 16 cm.

8. The quadrangular modular structure (100) according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the plurality of corner panels (120) comprises a weight between 3.1 to 7.1 kilos.

9. The quadrangular modular structure (100) according to claims 3 to 8, wherein the removable attachments means (150) comprise clipping means, magnetic means, hook and loop fastening means, or tongue and grove means.

The quadrangular modular structure (100) according to any of the preceding claims, further comprising a metal interface (140) that is configured to divide the quadrangular modular structure (100) into a first space and a second space, wherein the first space is configured to accommodate pool elements (1010) that comprises at least a skimmer, a pump and a filter system, wherein the second space is configured to accommodate an open top water tank (1020).

11. The quadrangular modular structure (100) according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the plurality of side panels (110) and the plurality of corner panels (120) comprises powder-coated aluminum.

12. A quadrangular pool (1000) comprising the quadrangular modular structure (100) according to any of the preceding claims.

13. The quadrangular pool (1000) according to claim 12, further comprising: the pool elements (1010) accommodated in the first space; and the open top water tank (1020) accommodated in the second space.

14. The quadrangular pool (1000) according to the claims 12 to 14, further comprising a plurality of lids (1030) configured to cover the quadrangular modular structure (100).
