AI Technical Summary

Technical Problem

Existing pressure cleaning devices face issues with unintentional release of connecting devices, leading to accidental detachment of components, which complicates usage and efficiency.

Method used

The ejection device employs distinct release forces for the base and head connection devices, ensuring the head connection device releases first, thereby preventing accidental detachment of the lance from the base body during ejection head removal, and incorporates bayonet locks and securing elements to maintain secure connections.

Benefits of technology

This design ensures reliable and intentional detachment of components, allowing easy switching between ejection heads and preventing accidental disassembly, enhancing user convenience and device reliability.

Abstract

The invention relates to an ejection device for a pressure cleaning device (1), comprising a base body (10), an ejection head (20) with an ejection opening (21) through which cleaning fluid can be ejected, a lance (30) that can be arranged between the base body (10) and the ejection head (20), a base connection device (40) by means of which the lance (30) can be detachably connected to the base body (10), and a head connection device (50) by means of which the lance (30) can be detachably connected to the ejection head (20). The cleaning fluid can be conveyed from the base body (10), in particular through the lance (30), to the ejection opening (21). The base connection device (40) can be detachable using a base release force. The head connection device (50) can be detachable using a head release force. The base release force and the head release force are of different magnitudes.
