Description

[0001] The invention relates to a handle set for a door, an actuating device with such a handle set and a locking system with such an actuating device.

[0002] It is known in practice to use handles designed as doorknobs to operate a door lock. These handles are located on both large surfaces of the door and are connected to each other via a polygonal pin. The handles are mounted on the polygonal pin in a rotationally fixed manner. The polygonal pin engages the lock nut of a mortise lock, which is inserted into a corresponding lock receptacle in the door leaf. The lock nut represents a polygonal pin receptacle with which the polygonal pin engages in a positive-locking manner.

[0003] The handles are each part of a handle set, which also includes a rosette. In the prior art handle sets, the handle is usually screwed to the square spindle. Installation of these handle sets is therefore complex.

[0004] The invention is based on the object of providing a door handle set that can be easily mounted on a door. Furthermore, the present invention aims to provide an actuating device with such a door handle set and a locking system with such an actuating device.

[0005] This object is achieved according to the invention by the handle set having the features of claim 1, the actuating device having the features of claim 14 and the locking system having the features of claim 15.

[0006] According to the invention, a door handle set is provided, which comprises a handle, a rosette, a fastening ring, an actuator, and at least one securing element, in particular a securing ball or a securing pin. The rosette has a carrier ring with at least one recess. The securing element is mounted in the recess so as to be movable in the radial direction, i.e. in a direction orthogonal to an axial direction of the carrier ring. The fastening ring is mounted on the carrier ring so as to be rotatable between a release position and a securing position, in particular about an axis of rotation which corresponds to a longitudinal axis of the carrier ring. The fastening ring has at least one notch on the side facing the carrier ring, in particular on its inner side. In the release position, the notch is aligned in the radial direction, i.e. in a direction orthogonal to the axis of rotation.the longitudinal axis of the carrier ring with the at least one recess. In particular, the notch borders on the recess in the release position, so that a cavity is defined in which the securing element is arranged to be movable in the radial direction. In the securing position, the fastening ring is rotated relative to the carrier ring such that the notch is spaced from the recess, i.e. the notch is arranged at least partially to the side of the recess or is at least not completely aligned with the recess in the radial direction, so that the securing element fixes the handle to the fastening ring. The actuator is rotatable by actuating the handle, i.e. by rotating the handle about the axis of rotation. The rotational movement of the handle is transmitted to the actuator in particular via a polygonal pin. The actuator has at least one engagement element. The at least one engagement element can be brought into engagement and / or engagement with a counter-engagement element of the actuating ring in such a way that by rotation of the actuator, i.e. by actuation of the handle, the fastening ring can be rotated from the release position into the securing position.

[0007] The core idea of the invention is therefore to provide a handle fitting in which actuation of the handle results in the handle being fixed to the fastening ring and thus to the rosette. Actuation of the handle causes the actuator to rotate. The actuator in turn moves the fastening ring from the release position, in which the handle is movable relative to the fastening ring or the rosette along the axis of rotation, into a securing position. In the securing position, the fastening ring is rotated in such a way that the fastening ring, with an area laterally adjacent to the notches, limits the range of movement of the securing element in the radial direction away from the handle in such a way that the handle is secured to the fastening ring, in particular against displacement along the axis of rotation and twisting about the axis of rotation relative to the fastening ring.

[0008] In a functionally installed state of the handle set, the axis of rotation corresponds to the longitudinal axis of a polygonal pin, in particular a square pin, an actuating device or a locking system.

[0009] This ensures easy installation of the handle set on a door.

[0010] The locking pin can, for example, be cylindrical, with its longitudinal axis extending in the radial direction of the carrier ring, i.e. in a direction orthogonal to an axial direction of the carrier ring.

[0011] For example, the locking pin is rounded at a first end, which faces the handle in particular in a functionally installed state of the handle set.

[0012] In particular, the locking pin at the first end may have the shape of a hemisphere or a semi-ellipsoid.

[0013] The actuator may comprise a first opening, and the handle may comprise a blind hole. A polygonal pin can be arranged in the opening and in the blind hole such that the actuator can be rotated about the rotation axis by rotating the handle.

[0014] In the context of the present invention, the securing position describes all positions of the fastening ring relative to the carrier ring in which the notch is completely spaced from the recess, and / or all positions of the fastening ring relative to the carrier ring in which the notch is at least only partially aligned with the recess in the radial direction.

[0015] To fix the handle to the fastening ring, the fastening ring presses the at least one securing element against the handle, for example, in such a way that the handle is non-positively fixed to the fastening ring via the securing ring.

[0016] In a preferred embodiment of the handle fitting according to the invention, the handle has a groove on its outer surface, in particular an end facing the rosette, in particular a continuous, circumferential groove.

[0017] To secure the handle to the fastening ring, the fastening ring presses the locking element into the groove, for example, particularly against a groove bottom, in such a way that the handle is non-positively secured to the fastening ring via the locking ring. Thus, the handle is positively and non-positively secured to the fastening ring via the locking element.

[0018] In an exemplary embodiment of the handle fitting according to the invention, the sum of the extension of the recess and the notch in the radial direction is greater than or equal to the diameter of the locking ball or the longitudinal extension of the locking pin, i.e. an extension of the locking pin in the radial direction of the carrier ring.

[0019] For example, the securing element is mounted in the recess in such a way that the securing element can be displaced in the radial direction by a defined distance.

[0020] The defined path can be less than or equal to the radius of the safety ball.

[0021] For example, the defined path is less than or equal to the radius of the hemisphere forming the first end of the locking pin or of the semi-ellipsoid forming the first end of the locking pin, in particular in the transverse direction of the locking pin.

[0022] For example, the defined travel is equal to or, in particular, slightly greater than the depth of the groove, i.e., the radial extension of the groove. This allows the locking element to be brought into contact with the groove floor.

[0023] In a preferred embodiment of the handle fitting according to the invention, the fastening ring and / or the actuator have / have a disassembly lug. The rosette comprises, particularly on its outer surface, at least one further opening, in particular two further openings.

[0024] The at least one further opening is positioned relative to the disassembly lug, for example, in such a way that the actuator can be rotated, in particular directly, about the rotation axis by means of a tool that can be passed through the further opening, such that the fastening ring is moved from the locking position to the release position. Thus, the handle can be easily removed or disassembled from the rosette.

[0025] In particular, by rotating the actuator through a defined release angle, the engagement element or another engagement element of the actuator can be brought into engagement with the mating engagement element. By further rotating the actuator, the fastening ring can be rotated from the locking position to the release position, for example, by the engagement of the engagement element or another engagement element with the mating engagement element.

[0026] The fastening ring can be adjusted from the locking position to the release position by rotation in a first direction which corresponds to the direction in which the fastening ring was rotated when adjusting from the release position to the locking position.

[0027] The locking ring can also be moved from the locking position to the release position, for example by rotation in a second direction opposite to the first direction.

[0028] In an exemplary embodiment, the handle set according to the invention comprises a connecting plate. The connecting plate can be fixed to a door, in particular screwed to the door.

[0029] The rosette can be fixed to the connecting disc, in particular screwed to the connecting disc.

[0030] In a preferred embodiment, the handle assembly according to the invention comprises two engagement elements and / or two additional engagement elements. The two engagement elements or the two additional engagement elements can each be brought into engagement with a respective mating engagement element of two mating engagement elements.

[0031] In an exemplary embodiment of the handle fitting according to the invention, the at least one engagement counter element is a knob which protrudes in the direction of the actuator.

[0032] The actuator can be mounted on a polygonal pin.

[0033] When the handle assembly is properly assembled, the actuator cannot rotate relative to the polygonal spindle. The actuator can therefore be mounted on the polygonal spindle in a rotationally fixed manner.

[0034] In an exemplary embodiment of the handle fitting according to the invention, the at least one engagement element is a side wall which laterally delimits on a first side a further notch extending in particular in the circumferential direction, which is formed in particular on the outer side or a lateral surface of the actuator.

[0035] The further engagement element can laterally limit the further notch on the second side.

[0036] At least a partial area of the engagement counter element can be arranged in the further notch.

[0037] In a preferred embodiment of the handle fitting according to the invention, the further notch has such an extension in the circumferential direction that the actuator is freely rotatable relative to the fastening ring about a defined actuation angle, i.e. without a rotation of the actuator in turn causing a rotation of the fastening ring.

[0038] The operating angle can correspond to an angle by which the handle can be rotated in a functionally correct installed state of the handle set on a door, in particular for operating a door lock.

[0039] The operating angle is, for example, less than 90°, in particular less than 60°.

[0040] For example, in the locking position of the actuating ring, the engagement element rests against the engagement counter element when the handle is maximally actuated, i.e. rotated through the maximum actuating angle.

[0041] The further engagement element can be spaced apart from the engagement counter-element in the securing position of the actuating ring when the handle is maximally actuated, i.e. rotated by the maximum actuation angle, and / or abut against the engagement counter-element when the handle is unactuated.

[0042] In an exemplary embodiment, the handle set according to the invention comprises three securing elements, three recesses and three notches.

[0043] For example, the three recesses are evenly spaced from each other.

[0044] The three notches can be evenly spaced from each other.

[0045] In the release position, for example, the three notches are each aligned with one of the three recesses in the radial direction.

[0046] In an exemplary embodiment of the handle set according to the invention, the rosette comprises two spacer bushings. Furthermore, the handle set comprises two screws, each of which extends through a respective one of the spacer bushings and can be screwed into the door and / or another spacer bushing of an opposite rosette to secure the rosette to the door.

[0047] In a preferred embodiment of the handle fitting according to the invention, the handle is secured in a form-fitting manner to the fastening ring via the securing element, in particular against movement along the axis of rotation, when the fastening ring is in the securing position.

[0048] The fastening ring may be rotatable relative to the handle when the fastening ring is in the locking position.

[0049] In an exemplary embodiment of the handle set according to the invention, the handle is non-positively secured to the fastening ring via the securing element when the fastening ring is in the securing position.

[0050] Furthermore, the invention relates to an actuating device for a door, which comprises a polygonal pin, in particular a square pin, and a handle set as described above.

[0051] The actuating device may comprise a further handle set as described above or a handle set which differs in its design from the handle set described above.

[0052] Furthermore, the invention relates to a locking system for a door, comprising a mortise lock and an actuating device as described above.

[0053] The mortise lock comprises a lock nut in which the polygonal pin is arranged.

[0054] Further advantages and advantageous embodiments of the subject matter of the invention can be found in the description, the drawings and the claims.

[0055] Exemplary embodiments of an actuating device and handle sets according to the invention are shown schematically in simplified form in the drawing and are explained in more detail in the following description. It shows: Figure 1 shows a perspective view of an actuating device according to the invention in a non-assembled state; Figure 2 shows a perspective view of a handle set of the actuating device according to the invention from Figure 1 in a non-assembled state; Figure 3 shows a further perspective view of the handle set of the actuating device according to the invention from Figure 1with a fastening ring in a release position; Figure 4a Figure 3 corresponding view, wherein a handle is actuated and the fastening ring is in a securing position; Figure 5a Figure 3 corresponding view, with the fastening ring in the locking position; Figure 6a Figure 5 corresponding view during disassembly together with a tool; Figure 7a Figure 6 corresponding view after disassembly; Figure 8 a perspective view of another handle set according to the invention in a non-assembled state; Figure 9 a perspective view of a handle, a rosette and safety balls of the handle set according to the invention from Figure 8 in a partially assembled state; Figure 10 a perspective view of the handle, the rosette, the safety balls and a fastening ring of the further handle set according to the invention from Figure 8in a further partially assembled state; Figure 11 a perspective view of the handle, the rosette, the safety balls and the fastening ring of the further handle set according to the invention from Figure 8 in a further partially assembled state, wherein the fastening ring is in a release position; Figure 12 a sectional view of the handle, the rosette, the locking balls and the fastening ring from Figure 11 along a sectional plane extending vertically and in the direction of rotational axis; Figure 13 a perspective view of the handle, the rosette, the safety balls and the fastening ring of the handle set made of Figure 8 , wherein the fastening ring is in a securing position; and Figure 14 is a sectional view of the handle, the rosette, the locking balls and the fastening ring from Figure 13 along a cutting plane extending in the vertical direction and in the direction of rotation axis.

[0056] Figure 1 shows an exploded view of an actuating device 2 according to the invention or the actuating device 2 in a non-assembled state. The actuating device 2 has a polygonal pin designed as a square pin 8. The square pin 8 can be arranged in a lock nut of a mortise lock. The mortise lock can be inserted into a recess in a door leaf, which is formed on a longitudinal edge of a door leaf. A first handle set 64 according to the invention and a second handle set can be pushed onto the square pin from two opposite sides. The first handle set 64 or parts of the first handle set 64 is or are in the Figures 2 to 7 shown in various states in individual representation.

[0057] The first handle set 64 and the second handle set each comprise a handle 4 or 6, a rosette 14 or 16 and cover elements 10 or 12.

[0058] As is particularly evident from Figure 2 As can be seen, the first handle set 64 further comprises three securing balls 28 forming securing elements, a fastening ring 20, an actuator 22, a connecting disc 24 and two screws 18. The rosette 14 comprises a carrier ring 58.

[0059] It is also conceivable that the first handle set 64 comprises 28 locking pins instead of the locking balls.

[0060] The carrier ring 58 has three equally spaced recesses 32.

[0061] The fastening ring 20 comprises three equally spaced notches 30 on its inner surface. A disassembly lug 40 is arranged on the outer surface of the fastening ring 20 and projects radially outwards from the outer surface.

[0062] On a side facing the actuator 22, which, in a functionally assembled state of the handle set 64 on a door, faces the door, the fastening ring 20 has two engagement counter-elements 36. The engagement counter-elements 36 each have the shape of a knob or a pin that protrudes in the direction of the actuator 22.

[0063] The actuator 22 comprises a central opening 42, which corresponds to the shape of the square pin 8 such that the actuator 22 can be rotated by rotating the square pin 8. On the outer surface, the actuator 22 has two further notches 60. The further notches 60 are each circumferentially delimited on a first side by a wall forming an engagement element 38. The engagement elements 38 can each be brought into contact with a respective one of the engagement counter-elements 36 by rotating the actuator 22.

[0064] When assembling the actuating device 2, the connecting disc 24 and the actuator 22 are pushed onto the square pin 8. The rosette 14, together with the fastening ring 20 pre-assembled on the rosette 14 and the locking balls 28 pre-assembled on the rosette 14, is then pushed onto the square pin 8. In the pre-assembled state, the fastening ring 20 is mounted on the carrier ring 58 so as to be rotatable about a rotation axis between a release position and a locking position and is located in the release position in which the notches 30 of the fastening ring 20 are each completely aligned with a respective one of the recesses 32 in the carrier ring 58 in the radial direction, in particular directly adjacent. The locking balls 28 are each mounted so as to be movably mounted in a respective one of the notches 30 and a respective one of the recesses 32 in the radial direction.

[0065] The rotation axis corresponds to a longitudinal axis of the carrier ring, which in turn corresponds to the longitudinal axis of the square pin 8 when the actuating device 2 is mounted on the door.

[0066] The screws 18 are passed through spacer bushings 54 of the rosette 14, penetrate through-holes 44 of the connecting plate 24, and are screwed into the door and / or spacer bushings 56 of the rosette 16 of the opposite handle set. This secures the rosette 14 and the components arranged between the rosette 14 and the door to the door. The engagement counter elements 36 are each arranged in a corresponding one of the further notches 60 (see Figure 3).

[0067] The aperture element 10 and the handle 4 are pushed onto the square pin 8 and inserted into an opening 66 in the rosette 14. The opening 66 is circumferentially delimited by the support ring 58. By pushing the handle 4 into the opening 66, the locking balls 28 are displaced radially outward in the recesses 32, i.e., away from the axis of rotation. Thus, the locking balls 28 are at least partially arranged in the notches 30 of the fastening ring 20. This is made possible by the fastening ring 20 being in the release position, in which the notches 30 are each radially aligned with a respective one of the recesses 32.

[0068] When the handle 4 is pushed so far into the opening 66 that a groove 62 of the handle 4, which extends circumferentially on an end region of the lateral surface of the handle 4 facing the door, is aligned in the radial direction with the securing balls 28, at least one of the securing balls 28, in the present case the two securing balls 28 arranged further up in the vertical direction, moves independently, in particular due to the force of gravity, into the groove 62. This gives a fitter haptic feedback that the handle 4 is in the correct position relative to the rosette 14.

[0069] The groove 62 has an arcuate profile. Thus, in this state, particularly in the release state of the fastening ring 20, the handle 4 could easily be removed from the opening 66, thereby moving the locking balls 28 toward the notches 30 or into the notches 30.

[0070] In order to fix the handle 4 to the rosette 14, it is therefore necessary to rotate the fastening ring 20 from the release position to the locking position. This is done by actuating the handle 4, i.e., by rotating the handle 4 around the rotation axis. In particular, actuating the handle 4 causes a rotation of the square pin 8. The rotation of the square pin 8 is in turn transmitted to the actuator 22, whereby the engagement element 38 comes into contact with the engagement counter-element 36. By further rotation, the fastening ring 20 is rotated from the release position to the locking position (see Figure 4 ).

[0071] It is also conceivable that the engagement element 38 and the engagement counter-element 36 already abut one another without prior rotation of the actuator 22 and a rotation of the actuator 22 leads directly to a rotation of the fastening ring 20 (see Figure 3 ).

[0072] When the fastening ring 20 is in the securing position, the counter-engagement elements 36 are each arranged relative to the engagement elements 38 in such a way that a renewed actuation of the handle 4 does not cause rotation of the fastening ring 20. The further notches 60 thus each have an extension in the circumferential direction such that when the handle 4 is actuated when the fastening ring 20 is in the securing position, the counter-engagement elements 36 do not come into contact, or at least only slightly, thus causing no rotational movement, with a respective engagement element 38 and / or a further respective engagement element which delimits the further notches 60 on a side opposite the respective engagement element 38 in the circumferential direction.

[0073] In the locking position, the fastening ring 20 is rotated relative to the rosette 14 such that the notches 30 of the fastening ring 20 are not aligned, or at least only partially aligned, with the recesses 32. This fixes the locking balls 28 in the groove 62 of the handle 4, so that the handle 4 is positively fixed to the rosette 14.

[0074] It is also conceivable that the locking balls 28 are pressed against the handle 4 by the fastening ring 20 when the latter is in the locking position, such that the fastening ring 20 non-positively fixes the handle 4. In this case, the fastening ring 20 rotates when the handle 4 is actuated.

[0075] As is particularly evident from Figure 6As can be seen, openings 34 are provided on a circumferential surface of the rosette 14 for disassembly. A tool 68 can be passed through the openings 34. Using the tool 68, such a force can be exerted on the disassembly lug 40 that the fastening ring 20 is rotated from the locking position into the release position. The handle 4 can then be removed from the square pin 8 for disassembly.

[0076] In the Figures 8 to 14 A further handle set 52 according to the invention is shown. The further handle set 52 essentially corresponds to the one shown in the Figures 1 to 7 shown handle set 64. Therefore, only the distinguishing features are explained below, whereby the above statements regarding Figures 1 to 7 apply accordingly.

[0077] The further handle set 52 differs from the handle set 64 in that the further handle set 52 comprises a rosette 46 instead of the rosette 14, a fastening ring 48 instead of the fastening ring 20 and an actuator 70 instead of the actuator 22.

[0078] The rosette 46 differs from the rosette 14 in that it comprises an annular projection which encloses the fastening ring 48 on the circumference.

[0079] The fastening ring 48 corresponds to the fastening ring 20, except that it does not include a disassembly tab 40. Instead, the actuator 70 has a disassembly tab 50. Otherwise, the actuator 70 corresponds to the actuator 22.

[0080] To disassemble the handle 4 from the rosette 46, a tool 68 can be inserted through an opening 34 in the rosette 46, by means of which a force can be exerted on the disassembly lug 50 such that the actuator 70 is rotated from the locking position into the release position. This rotation is in turn transmitted by the actuator 70 to the fastening ring 48 through engagement of the engagement element 38 or the further engagement elements with a respective one of the engagement counter-elements 36, until the fastening ring 48 is in the release position. The handle 4 can then be removed from the rosette 46 for disassembly. List of reference symbols:
