Abstract

The invention relates to a foldable pocket toothbrush that comprises a case (1), a head(2)having bristles (8) and attached to a rod (3) to form a head piece, a sliding ring (4) connected to the rod (3) to move the head piece in a first direction between a first position in which the head piece is inside the case (1) and a second position in which the head (2) is protruding, a toothpaste reservoir (5), a cover (6), and at least two operating means (7) formed by a first button (7.1) connected to the sliding ring (4) and a second button (7.2) for emptying the reservoir (5) through an opening (11).

OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

[0001] The invention, as the title of the present specification states, is a foldable pocket toothbrush. It is an innovation that brings hitherto unknown advantages to current techniques.TECHNICAL FIELD

[0002] The present invention falls within the field of everyday necessities of life, specifically in brushing, as well as in medical sciences, hygiene in the classification corresponding to dental technology, devices or methods for oral or dental hygiene.STATE OF THE ART

[0003] The present invention arises from the inconvenience of having to brush one's teeth and not having a toothbrush available in time.

[0004] This is because most toothbrushes come in a packaging that does not allow them to be carried in a pocket so that they are available at the precise moment they are required.

[0005] Accordingly, this invention presents a foldable pocket toothbrush that has a compact presentation, very convenient to carry in a pocket or even on a key ring, allowing the user to have a toothbrush with its corresponding toothpaste at all times.

[0006] At present, there is no known existence of any foldable pocket toothbrush with the same or similar structural and constitutive technical features to those described in this specification, as claimed.DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0007] The object of the present invention is the creation of a foldable pocket toothbrush that provides a notable innovation within its field of application in the current state of the art, the characterising details that make it possible being conveniently set out in the final claims accompanying the present description.

[0008] The present invention is a foldable pocket toothbrush, comprising a case, a head, a rod, a sliding ring, a reservoir for a toothpaste product, a cover, at least two operating means. The head and rod form a brush head piece, preferably removable for replacement thereof. The head piece is movable in a first direction between a first position hidden in the case and a second position in which the same protrudes from the case.

[0009] The casing houses a reservoir, a toothbrush and another set of parts that can be coupled and uncoupled from each other, making it possible to obtain a toothbrush with its respective toothpaste to be used for the correct hygiene of the teeth in the same set and at the same time.

This makes it possible to load the brush with the product at a point prior to use. Claims

1. A foldable pocket toothbrush, characterised in that it comprises a case (1), a head (2) having bristles (8) and attached to a rod (3) to form a head piece, the head piece being movable in a first direction between a first position in which the head piece is inside the case (1) and a second position in which the head (2) is protruding, a toothpaste reservoir (5), a cover (6) and at least two operating means (7) formed by a first button (7.1) connected to the rod (3) and a second button (7.2) for emptying the reservoir (5) through an opening (11) facing the bristles (8).

2. The foldable pocket toothbrush according to claim 1, characterised in that the reservoir (5) comprises an opening (11) facing the head (2).

3. The foldable pocket toothbrush according to claim 1, characterised in that the head (2) is removably attached to the rod (3).

4. The foldable pocket toothbrush according to claim 1, characterised in that the rod (3) is coupled to the first button (7.1) by a sliding ring (4) arranged between the reservoir (5) and the case (1).

5. The foldable pocket toothbrush according to claim 4, characterised in that the rod (3) is detachable from the sliding ring (4).

The foldable pocket toothbrush, according to claim 7, characterised in that the first button (7.1) and the second button (7.2) are slidingly arranged in longitudinal guides (7.3) present in the case (1), the longitudinal guide (7.3) corresponding to the second button (7.2) having a toothpaste portion marking (7.4).

7. The foldable pocket toothbrush, according to claim 1, characterised in that the cover (6) has a safety button (9) which, when pressed, allows the aforementioned cover (6) to be opened.

8. The foldable pocket toothbrush, according to claim 1, characterised in that a ring is removably attached to the case (1) at the end opposite to the head (2) outlet, the ring being attached to a chain, which in turn has a hoop.

9. The foldable pocket toothbrush, according to claim 1, characterised in that the case (1) has, visible on the outside, a longitudinal and transparent optical window (10), for viewing the state of the toothpaste inside the reservoir (5).

10. The foldable pocket toothbrush according to claim 1, characterised in that the reservoir (5) has a filling valve (13) with a non-return mechanism.

11. The foldable pocket toothbrush according to claim 10, characterised in that the valve (13) has a female thread compatible with a toothpaste tube.

12. The foldable pocket toothbrush according to claim 2, characterised in that the opening (11) has an elastic end (12) at the far end of the reservoir (5).

13. The foldable pocket toothbrush according to claim 2, characterised in that the rod (3) is connected to the first button (7.1) by a ring (4) fitted between the reservoir (5) and the case (1).
