Description

FIELD

[0001] The present application relates to the technical field of banknote packaging, and in particular, to a banknote packaging quality inspection method, system and apparatus, and a computer-readable storage medium.BACKGROUND

[0002] At present, at the front end of a packaging line, an image acquisition system is configured to capture, identify and record the serial number of the first product in each bundle among the whole bundles of products to be packaged. Subsequently, the products are pushed into a buffer area awaiting packaging. After a certain number of packages are accumulated, they are grabbed by a mechanical gripper and put into a product box. Then the product box is conveyed to a box label affixing position on the packaging line to affix labels on both sides of the box, and an inner box label is automatically placed. After completion, the product box is automatically covered, conveyed to a box cover compacting mechanism for box cover compaction, and finally product boxes are palletized. This packaging method does not inspect the two-dimensional code information and image-text quality of an outer box label, or judge and confirm the presence or absence of the inner box label and the quantity thereof, and does not confirm the count of products inside the box, either. Therefore, there is a certain digital quality risk.SUMMARY

[0049] The following is a detailed description of the banknote packaging quality inspection system of the present application.

[0050] The packaging module is located at the front end of the packaging line and consists of an image capturing system, a background industrial computer, and a human-machine interaction touch screen. The box label quality inspection module is located at a position where the mechanical arm grabs the box and a position awaiting palletizing on the packaging line, and consists of an image capturing system, a background industrial computer, and a human-machine interaction touch screen.

[0051] The module functions of the packaging inspection module are to identify and check the number of the first banknote before packaging, and record packaging data, etc. The module is controlled by a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), interacts with the packaging line and the mechanical arm to execute corresponding actions, relating to a serial number collection triggering signal, label printing, completion of printing and labeling, image retransmission when a labeling machine fails to receive the image, and completion of labeling image delivery.

[0052] An input signal: a full-size product in-position signal.

[0053] An output signal: the number of first banknote checked to be normal or abnormal, etc.

[0054] Automatic start of inspection: when the inspection is not started, corresponding batch information is automatically acquired according to the batch information produced by a preceding station, and the inspection is started; cooperating with the preceding station can realize the automatic start of inspection for the entire integrated production line; the operator only needs to input the batch information (batch information automatically acquired from an MES (Manufacturing Execution System) will be added later)at the first inspection station (usually a hundred-pack inspection station or a AB cutter inspection station). Subsequent stations can automatically start the inspection according to the vehicle information of the preceding station, and there is no need to input data sequentially at each station during morning startup.

[0055] Number identification and verification: after a printed code number is recognized, data verification is performed with the preceding stations (the strapping stations of the two small sheet sorting machines) to ensure that the full-size product is normally produced at the strapping station. If it is an abnormal product, whether manual intervention has been completed is determined. In addition, whether the printed code number is duplicated is further determined. Only the printed code numbers that meet the above conditions can be packaged; otherwise, the products will be pushed out.

[0056] A repackaging technology: repackaging is divided into two types: the first type occurs in the case that a production line failure occurs during the production process and the box is not filled with 20 full-size products, thus requiring repackaging, which is realized by a right-click in a box number list on the right; the second type occurs in a traceability process after the entire box is completed, in which a repackaging button in the vehicle list is clicked, then a box number input control pops up and the repackaging is realized. During the repackaging process, the record table data of the box number in the database will be transferred to a new table to achieve data clearing, with the latest repackaging data taking precedence.

[0057] The module functions of the box label quality inspection module: the module is configured for checking the sequence of products on the packaging line, counts products inside the box, judges the presence or absence and quantity of the inner box labels, identifies and checks the two-dimensional code of the outer box labels, and inspects the quality of the outer box labels, and the results are pushed through signal interaction.

[0058] An input signal: a full-size product in-position signal triggers two cameras on the left and right to capture images.

[0059] An output signal: a normal check result, an abnormal check result, etc.

[0060] An inspection is performed by deep learning algorithms: a deep learning network uses a big data sample set for network training, and products inside the box are counted, the presence or absence and quantity of inner box labels are determined, outer box label information is recognized, two-dimensional code information is compared, and quality inspection is performed, etc.

[0061] The main implementation technologies are as follows: (1) The products inside the box are counted.

[0062] Before the labeling station of the packaging line conveyor belt, images of the products inside the box are shot, image inspection is conducted on the "number of product units" in the box to determine whether the requirement of 5×4 array (5 rows ×4 columns) is met. Secondly, whether the "number of bundles" of product bundles is abnormal can be judged by inspecting the total thickness of each product unit.(2) Checking technology for two-dimensional code for packaging.

[0063] The first banknote is in a bundle counting process, the current box number is obtained by reading the information from the packaging database of the previous process and added to a box number inspection queue; at a two-dimensional code inspection point, the first item in the box number inspection queue is retrieved for comparison.(3) Principle of box label quality inspection.

[0064] The outer box label image is first positioned to search for the position of the two-dimensional code, then the bounding rectangle of the two-dimensional code is determined, and a rotation angle is calculated out to judge if it is skewed; an OCR (Optical Character Recognition) is performed to extract the box number; the Chinese characters and numbers extracted from the two-dimensional code information are compared and inspected with those in the preset template; by reading the two-dimensional code image from in the packaging database, comparison with the current two-dimensional code image is performed, and then a blob analysis is perform after the residual points are obtained.
