[0002] FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a bottle made from recyclable materials, in particular other than glass. The bottle is in the form of a rigid shell receiving a flexible pouch.

[0003] This bottle is a container intended to receive food or non-food liquids.

[0004] The term "bottle" according to the present invention encompasses all forms of container preferably imitating the traditional form, having a cylindrical body ending in the upper part with a neck connected to the body by a transitional zone forming the shoulder and receiving a closure member in the form in particular of a capsule screwed onto the neck.

[0006] Containers are known made of materials more economical than glass, formed from a rigid shell corresponding to the shape of a bottle and the cavity of which is occupied by a flexible, waterproof pocket, receiving the liquid or, more generally, the fluid or pasty product, packaged in the bottle for example according to document US 4,256,231.

Claims

CLAIMS 1. Bottle (100) made of recyclable material, composed of a rigid shell receiving a flexible pocket delimiting the sealed volume of the bottle, bottle characterized in that the rigid shell is formed by a body (1) and a head (2), a. the body (1) is composed of a sleeve having a lower end (11) closed by a bottom (13) and an upper end (12), b. the head (2) shaped as a neck (C) and a shoulder (E) fixed to the upper edge (12) of the body (1) is provided with an internal extension (24, 254) to which the mouth (31, 32) of the pocket (3) is fixed.

Bottle (100a) according to claim 1, characterized in that the head (2) is composed of a skirt (21) forming the shoulder (E) integral with an upper sleeve (22) forming the neck (C), terminated by a neck (G) provided with a thread (222) receiving a capsule (4) and the upper sleeve (22) forming the neck (C) continues in the skirt (21) by an internal extension (24) to which the mouth (31) of the flexible bag (3) is fixed.

Bottle (100b) according to claim 1, characterized in that the head (2b) is composed of a skirt (21b) forming the shoulder (E) and fixed to the body (1) and of an upper sleeve (22b) forming the neck (C) and receiving an inner sleeve (25) provided in the upper part with a thread (2510) for a capsule (4), the upper sleeve (22b) continuing in the skirt (21b) by an inner extension (24b) to receive the mouth (31.) of the flexible bag (3).

4. Bottle (100) according to claims 2 and 3, characterized in that the skirt (21), the upper sleeve (22) and the inner extension (24) are joined by a joining crown (23).

Bottle (100b) according to claim 4, characterized in that - the upper sleeve (22b) is bordered externally by a collar (225b) and, - the inner sleeve (25) has a stop collar (252) under its outer thread (251) to define and limit the insertion of the inner sleeve (25) into the upper sleeve (22b) by resting on the collar (225b) of the upper sleeve (22b).

Bottle (100c) according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises - a head (2c) composed of a skirt (21c) secured to an upper sleeve (22c) forming the neck (C) and an inner sleeve (25c) having: * an external upper part (251c) forming a neck (G) ending in a thread (2510) for a capsule (4), * a lower part in the form of an extension (254c) coming into the head (2 c), * the upper outer part (251c) and the extension (254c) being joined by a stop collar (252c), - the upper sleeve (22c) being engaged on the extension (254c) of the inner sleeve (25c) up to the stop collar (252c), and - the extension (254c) ending in an assembly crown (256c) on which the flexible pocket (3c) is fixed by its end piece (32c).

Bottle (100c) according to claim 6, characterized in that the stop collar (252c) is a torus of triangular section forming by its side facing the upper sleeve (22c) of the head (2c), a radial stop (2521) above the assembly crown (255c) of the inner sleeve (25c) to position the upper sleeve (22c).

Bottle (100) according to claim 7, characterized in that - the upper sleeve (22 c) has a thread and the assembly crown (255c) of the inner sleeve (25c) has a complementary thread (2551) or, - the upper sleeve (22c) is smooth and the assembly crown (255c) of the inner sleeve (25c) is smooth, the connection being made by a force assembly.

9. Bottle (100c) according to claim 7, characterized in that the assembly crown (255c) is ribbed and the end piece (32c) of the flexible pouch (3c) has a smooth surface to be force-fitted.

10. Bottle (100c) according to claim 6, characterized in that it comprises a bottom (11c) closed by a fitted bottom (13c) retained by the edge (111c) of the bottom (11c) curved inwards.

Bottle (100c) according to claim 6, characterized in that the flexible pouch (3c) has a mouthpiece (31c) provided with a tip (32c) bordered below by a collar (322c) of large surface fixed to the mouthpiece and in the upper part, by a small collar of grip (323c) to facilitate gripping the pocket by its tip (32c) to fit it onto the inner sleeve (25c).

Bottle (100) according to claim 1, characterized in that the body (1) and the bottom (13) are made of cardboard and the head (2), the capsule (4) and the guarantee ring (6) are made of polyethylene, 13.
