Abstract
Description
[0001] Description
[0002] Fastening arrangement for fastening a pump housing, holding device, pump arrangement, vehicle seat, motor vehicle
[0003] The invention relates to a fastening arrangement for fastening a pump housing, in particular for an adjustable lumbar support, to a frame element of a vehicle seat, and to at least one holding device which is designed for arranging and fastening the pump housing to the frame element, wherein the holding device has at least one rear grip element and one alignment element.
[0004] Furthermore, the invention relates to a holding device, in particular for such a fastening arrangement, a pump arrangement with such a holding device, a vehicle seat for a motor vehicle with such a fastening arrangement or with such a pump arrangement and a motor vehicle with such a vehicle seat.
[0005] Fastening arrangements of the type mentioned above are known from the prior art. For example, published patent application DE 10 2008 020 436 A1 discloses a pumping device for generating pneumatic pressure. This pumping device is arranged in a vibration-decoupled manner in a holding device and is connected via this to a tubular frame of a motor vehicle seat in a position-fixing manner. The position-fixing connection to the tubular frame is designed as a clip connection, with the holding device having U-shaped retaining feet, via which the clip connection to an element of the tubular frame is established.
[0006] Also known are pneumatic lumbar support shield assemblies, for example for vehicle seats of motor vehicles. These allow adjustment of the lumbar support (lordosis) for a user-specific, natural contour of the spine in the lumbar region (S-shaped spine contour) by filling air cushions or air bubbles that overlap, particularly in certain areas. The air supply is usually provided by such pump devices with a pump motor. Filling, venting, and maintaining the air pressure are controlled via control devices and valve arrangements. The object of the invention is to create an improved fastening arrangement that ensures simple, aligned mounting of the pump housing to the frame element.
[0007] The object underlying the invention is achieved by a fastening arrangement having the features of claim 1. According to the invention, the alignment element can be inserted or is inserted into a recess in the frame element, at least essentially free of play, for the alignment-secure pre-assembly of the holding device on the frame element. This creates an advantageous alternative solution for a vibration-decoupled attachment of a lumbar pump directly to the frame element, which does not require a tubular frame and only requires a recess in the frame element. The attachment is vibration-decoupled because the pump housing does not lie flat against the frame element and vibrations are not transmitted, thus reliably ensuring a low-acoustic and low-vibration attachment. The holding device therefore serves as an advantageous connecting element for pre-assembly and vibration decoupling.Preferably, at least one pump element can be arranged or is arranged in the pump housing. The pump element in particular has a pump motor or is designed as a pump motor. In particular, the pump housing and holding device form a particularly advantageous pre-assembly unit. Preferably, the holding device is adapted to one or more already existing openings in the frame element and thus serves as an advantageous adapter element to the frame element. Particularly preferably, the holding device can be arranged or is arranged at the level of at least one air cushion assigned to it, so that the length of a connecting hose is advantageously minimized.
[0008] According to a preferred development of the invention, it is provided that the holding device is formed integrally with at least one housing part of the pump housing. The one-piece design results in the advantage that the pump housing is particularly easily fastened to the frame element, thus eliminating an additional assembly step for fastening the holding device to the pump housing. The one-piece design also creates a particularly advantageous possibility for jointly manufacturing the pump housing and holding device, in which in particular no additional production step is required for manufacturing the holding device. It is particularly preferably provided that the holding device has a fastening point for connecting, in particular by form-fitting, to at least one housing part of the pump housing. The holding device and the pump housing are therefore formed separately from one another or at least in two parts. This creates a particularly advantageous option for separately optimizing and designing the geometry of the holding device, especially for adapting it to different frame elements, while leaving the pump housing unchanged. This creates an advantageous modular system.
[0009] According to a preferred development of the invention, the engagement element is designed to positively engage behind the frame element through an opening in the frame element, in particular an at least substantially circular opening. This results in the advantage that the pump housing is held particularly securely to the frame element by the holding device.
[0010] Particularly preferably, the rear grip element is L-shaped in cross-section and is formed or arranged on the holding device so as to protrude from a support plane of the holding device that is assigned to or associated with the frame element. This advantageously ensures that the holding device securely engages the frame element between the support plane and the rear grip element in a form-fitting manner.
[0011] According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the alignment element has a projection protruding from a support plane of the holding device that is associated with or is associated with the frame element. Such a projection provides the advantage that the holding device, with the engagement element and projection, is geometrically and securely fixed to the frame element.
[0012] Particularly preferably, the same opening as the engagement element can be assigned to the alignment element, wherein the opening has a recess for the alignment element at the edge, geometrically corresponding to the projection, in particular deviating from a circular shape. This advantageously ensures that the holding device is held in a rotationally secure manner with only one opening in the frame element.
[0013] According to a preferred development of the invention, it is provided that the
[0014] The alignment element is assigned or can be assigned a recess that is separate from the opening for the rear grip element and geometrically corresponds to the projection, in particular at least substantially circular. This results in the advantage that the holding device is held in a rotationally secure manner with only one additional recess in the frame element.
[0015] Particularly preferably, the holding device has at least one receptacle for a securing element, in particular a rivet, for securing the holding device to the frame element. This advantageously ensures that the holding device is held captively on the frame element. In particular, the securing element can be inserted or is inserted into the receptacle from a side of the frame element facing away from the holding device through an opening in the frame element.
[0016] According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the holding device comprises at least one support element for engagement with the frame element. The support element provides the advantage that external forces acting on the holding device are securely supported by the frame element.
[0017] Particularly preferably, the holding device has a truss structure for at least partial stiffening of the holding device. The truss structure advantageously further improves the robustness of the holding device, while also advantageously reducing its weight compared to a solid material design.
[0018] The holding device with the features of claim 12 is intended in particular for the fastening arrangement according to the invention and is characterized by at least one alignment element having a projection protruding from a support plane of the holding device, and at least one rear engagement element that is L-shaped in cross-section and designed or arranged on the holding device protruding from the support plane of the holding device. This results in the advantages already mentioned.
[0019] The pump assembly with the features of claim 13 comprises a pump element, in particular a pneumatic one, and a pump housing, in particular an adjustable lumbar support of a vehicle seat, and is characterized by the holding device according to the invention. This also results in the aforementioned advantages.
[0020] The vehicle seat for a motor vehicle with the features of claim 14 is characterized by the fastening arrangement according to the invention or the pump arrangement according to the invention arranged on a frame element of the vehicle seat, in particular a backrest. The aforementioned advantages also arise from this. The same advantages arise when the vehicle seat is used in other means of transportation, in particular aircraft, as well as when the fastening arrangement or pump arrangement according to the invention is used in seats not installed in means of transportation, for example, massage seats.
[0021] The motor vehicle with the features of claim 15 is characterized by at least one vehicle seat according to the invention. This also results in the aforementioned advantages. In particular, the motor vehicle has the vehicle seat as the driver's seat.
[0022] Further advantages and preferred features and combinations of features emerge in particular from the above description and from the claims. The invention will be explained in more detail below with reference to the drawings.
[0023] Figure 1 shows a backrest of a vehicle seat,
[0024] Figures 2A and 2B Backrest mounting arrangements,
[0025] Figures 3A and 3B show views of holding devices of the fastening arrangements,
[0026] Figures 4A and 4B show further views of the holding devices, and
[0027] Figures 5A and 5B show further views of the holding devices.
[0028] Figure 1 shows a backrest 1 of a vehicle seat 2. The backrest 1 has a frame element 3 in which a lumbar support assembly 4 is mounted. The lumbar support assembly 4 has a lumbar support 5 and a support rod 6 for suspending the lumbar support 5 from the backrest 1. The lumbar support 5 is suspended in the frame element 3 by the support rod 6.
[0029] Two overlapping air cushions 7 of an adjustable lumbar support, particularly as a component of a massage function, are attached to the lumbar shield 5. The air cushions 7 are each connected by lines to a pneumatic pump assembly 8. The pump assembly 8 is also attached to the frame element 3, in this case in a lower half of the frame element 3 at the level of the air cushions 7. The pump assembly 8 has a pump motor (not shown) arranged in a pump housing 9 and is attached to the frame element 3 by means of a holding device 10.
[0030] Figures 2A and 2B show a first and second exemplary embodiment of advantageous fastening arrangements 11, each with the pump housing 9 fastened to the frame element 3 by means of the holding device 10. In each case, a section A of Figure 1 is shown. The pump housing 9 is in the present case formed in at least two parts and has a first housing part 12 and a second housing part 13 connected thereto.
[0031] The embodiments differ firstly in that the holding device 10 in the first embodiment is formed integrally with the second housing part 13 of the pump housing 8, and in the second embodiment is only connected, in particular detachably, to the second housing part 13.
[0032] The holding devices 10 will now be described in more detail. Because the holding devices 10 otherwise have significant similarities, they will be described together in the following text wherever possible. Figures 3A to 5B show various views of the holding devices 10.
[0033] Figures 3A, 4A, and 5A each show the first embodiment, while Figures 3B, 4B, and 5B show the second embodiment. Figure 3A shows a sectional view through the section plane BB shown in Figure 2A. Figure 3B shows the holding device 10 from the perspective shown in Figure 2B, i.e., from a viewing direction B analogous to the section plane BB.
[0034] Figures 4A and 4B show a section of the fastening arrangement 11 with the holding device 10 from a viewing direction C shown in Figures 2A and 2B, without the frame element 3, i.e., in a non-assembled state. Finally, Figures 5A and 5B show a similar section from the viewing direction C, but with the frame element 3, i.e., in an assembled state.
[0035] The holding device 10 has a rear grip element 14 and several
[0036] Alignment elements 15, 16, 17. Thus, the holding device 10 in the first embodiment has a first alignment element 15, a second alignment element 16, and a third alignment element 17. The holding device 10 in the second embodiment has a first alignment element 15 and a second alignment element 16.
[0037] Each of the alignment elements 15, 16, 17 has a projection protruding from a support plane 18 of the holding device 10 that can be assigned or is assigned to the frame element 3. Thus, the first alignment element 15 has a first projection 19, the second alignment element 16 has a second projection 20, and the third alignment element 17 has a third projection 21.
[0038] At least the first and the second alignment element 15, 16 can each be inserted or inserted at least substantially free of play into a recess of the frame element 3 for the alignment-secured pre-assembly of the holding device 10 on the frame element 3.
[0039] In this case, a first opening 22 in the frame element 3, namely the same opening as the rear engagement element 14, can be assigned to or is assigned to the first alignment element 15 and the third alignment element 17. The opening 22 each has a first recess 23 on the edge side, geometrically corresponding to the projection 19 and in this case deviating from a circular shape, for the alignment element 15.
[0040] In this case, the projection 19 is at least approximately square, so that the recess 23 is also at least substantially square. Otherwise, the opening 22 is at least approximately circular.
[0041] A second recess 24 which is separate from the first opening 22 for the rear grip element 14 and geometrically corresponds to the projection 20, which in this case is at least substantially circular, can be assigned or is assigned to the second alignment element 16.
[0042] The rear grip element 14 is designed to positively engage behind the frame element 3 through the first opening 22 of the frame element 3, which in this case is at least substantially circular. For this purpose, the rear grip element 3 is L-shaped in cross section and is designed or arranged on the holding device 10 so as to protrude from the support plane 18 of the holding device 10 that can be assigned or is assigned to the frame element 3, so that the frame element 3 can be arranged or is arranged between one of the legs of the rear grip element 14 and the support plane 18.
[0043] Because the holding device 10 in the second embodiment is designed separately from the pump housing 9, the holding device 10 also has a fastening point 25 for the, in this case, form-fitting connection to at least the second housing part 13 of the pump housing 9. The fastening point 25 corresponds geometrically to a corresponding fastening receptacle 26 on the second housing part 13.
[0044] In the present case, the fastening point 25 has two fastening elements 27 lying opposite one another, each with a further rear engagement element 28, which can be locked or are locked to the fastening receptacle 26 in the manner of a clip connection.
[0045] In the first exemplary embodiment, the holding device 10 has a framework structure 29 for at least partially stiffening the holding device 10. In particular, the framework structure 29 forms the support plane 18 at least partially.
[0046] The holding device 10 further comprises a receptacle 30 for a securing element 31, in this case a rivet, for securing the holding device 10 to the frame element 3. For this purpose, the frame element 3 has a second opening 32 geometrically corresponding to the receptacle 30, into which the securing element 31 can be inserted or is inserted into the receptacle 30 from the side of the frame element 3 facing away from the holding device.
[0047] Finally, the holding device 10 also has at least one support element 33 for contact with the frame element 3. The support element 33 is particularly located in the support plane 18, in each case as a contact surface on at least one of the projections 19, 20, 21 and / or as part of the framework structure 29.
