Abstract
Description
Technical field of the invention
[0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of outdoor urinals and more particularly to portable outdoor urinals intended to operate without connection to a running water network. State of the art
[0002] We are familiar with public urinals of the vespasienne type, as described in document FR 1 514 396 A (J. INAUDI). The vespasienne includes a flushing wall configured to guide wastewater towards a collection tank connected to a sewer system. The vespasienne also includes a rinsing tank configured to hold 6 liters of water. Finally, the vespasienne has a flow device configured to discharge the rinsing liquid from the rinsing tank onto the flushing wall at a rate of 4 liters per minute. Thus, the rinsing tank is empty in less than 2 minutes. It is then refilled with water from a mains water supply connected to the tank. Therefore, vespasiennes are not suitable for use in locations without access to a mains water supply. Furthermore, this type of urinal has a frame anchored to the ground, preventing its movement. However, the need for urinals can vary over time. For example, when a city organizes an event, the need for urinals may be greater during the event than at other times of the year. This temporary need for urinals can also shift from one city to another depending on the events held in each city. It is not feasible to temporarily install pre-existing public urinals in one location and then move them to another later.
[0003] The outdoor urinal described in document WO 2019 / 101492 A1 (PEEFENCE) attempts to address these drawbacks. This document describes a waterless outdoor urinal designed to be fixed to a construction barrier. However, this type of urinal simply drains wastewater without flushing the runoff wall. Consequently, unpleasant odors quickly emanate from these urinals. Document CN 112 796 395 A (XU WANJIE) also describes a flushless urinal with the same drawback.
[0004] The outdoor urinal described in document CN 215 630 475 U (GLLO FUJIAN SMART KITCHEN & BATHROOM STOCK LTD) attempts to address this odor problem by spraying a deodorant into the air. However, the deodorant's scent dissipates quickly, and the unpleasant odors reappear within minutes.
[0005] The individual urinal described in US patent 2011 / 258,770 A1 (VELASCO MORANDE JORGE ENRIQUE) provides an alternative solution in which the water used for handwashing is redirected to the flushing wall for rinsing. However, users generally require a high flow rate of water for handwashing. The reservoir of such a device is thus quickly emptied, requiring either frequent refilling or rapidly leaving the wall without sufficient rinsing capacity. Furthermore, since wall rinsing is directly linked to user interaction, the user's behavior will directly affect the rinsing process. For example, users using a large amount of water to wash their hands will tend to empty the tank more quickly, making maintenance operations difficult to predict, while users not washing their hands will tend to leave the wall unrinsed, thus causing unpleasant odors.
[0006] Therefore, the invention aims to provide an outdoor urinal that can be transported from one point to another, is capable of operating without being connected to a running water network, is easy to maintain, and limits the emission of unpleasant odors. Disclosure of the invention
[0007] The solution proposed by the invention is an outdoor urinal comprising: A recovery tank configured to collect wastewater and direct it to a discharge outlet, A runoff wall configured to direct said wastewater to said recovery tank, A rinse tank configured to accumulate a rinse liquid, A flow device configured to discharge said rinse liquid from said rinse tank onto said runoff wall. The outdoor urinal is remarkable in that the flow device is configured to dispense the flushing liquid at a rate of less than or equal to 10 milliliters per second.
[0008] Thus, the outdoor urinal of the invention, by continuously releasing droplets of rinsing fluid onto the flushing wall, ensures continuous rinsing of said wall for extended periods, even when the outdoor urinal is disconnected from a mains water supply. Indeed, the optimized flow rate device conserves water from the reservoir by releasing only the necessary amount of rinsing fluid to flush the wall, thereby preventing unpleasant odors. Furthermore, the rinsing of the wall is performed completely independently of user behavior or the number of users. The rinsing is therefore carried out over a predeterminable period, regardless of the number of users at the urinal. Moreover, the optimized flow rate of the rinsing fluid allows the flushing to operate for long periods while minimizing the urinal's footprint. This makes it easy to limit maintenance operations and to plan when these operations need to be carried out.
[0009] According to an embodiment that optimizes the operating autonomy of the rinsing, the flow device is configured to discharge the rinsing liquid from the rinsing tank onto the drip wall at a flow rate less than or equal to 5 ml / s.
[0010] According to an embodiment allowing the rinsing to be distributed along the flow wall, the flow device comprises several drippers distributed transversely with respect to a vertical direction along the flow wall.
[0011] According to an embodiment allowing the number of parts of the flow device to be limited, the latter comprises a pipe along which a series of drippers are arranged.
[0012] According to an embodiment allowing the use of gravity to generate the flow of the rinsing liquid, the rinsing tank is arranged above the flow device so that the rinsing liquid flows by gravity from said rinsing tank to the flow device.
[0013] According to an embodiment allowing the flow device to be integrated into the rinsing tank, the latter comprises a lower part on which a series of perforations are arranged, a dripper being mounted on each of said perforations, said rinsing tank being arranged above the drip wall so that the rinsing liquid flows by gravity from said rinsing tank to said drip wall through the drippers.
[0014] According to an embodiment allowing good distribution of the rinse, the drippers are spaced two by two at a distance of between 150 mm and 250 mm.
[0015] According to an embodiment allowing for rinsing autonomy of several hours, the rinsing tank has a capacity greater than or equal to 90 liters.
[0016] According to an embodiment allowing the filling of all the rinsing tanks of several outdoor urinals, by a single filling orifice of one of said outdoor urinals, the rinsing tank includes a communication orifice, said communication orifice being able to be connected to a communication orifice of a rinsing tank of another outdoor urinal.
[0017] According to an embodiment that prevents the evacuation orifice from being obstructed by objects that have fallen into the tank, the outdoor urinal includes a filter configured to filter wastewater before it passes through the evacuation orifice.
[0018] According to an embodiment allowing the evacuation of wastewater from several outdoor urinals connected in series, by a single wastewater evacuation hose from one of said outdoor urinals, the outdoor urinal includes a communication pipe connecting the evacuation port to a communication port, said communication port being able to be connected to a communication port of a communication pipe of another outdoor urinal.
[0019] According to an embodiment allowing wastewater to be discharged directly into the sewer system, the outdoor urinal includes a flexible wastewater discharge hose to a wastewater treatment chamber.
[0020] According to an embodiment allowing the recovery of wastewater when no sewer system is accessible nearby, the outdoor urinal includes a wastewater tank configured to accumulate wastewater.
[0021] According to an embodiment allowing for the recovery of wastewater over several hours, the wastewater tank has a capacity greater than or equal to 200 litres.
[0022] According to an embodiment allowing the emptying of all the wastewater tanks of several outdoor urinals connected in series by a single drain orifice, the wastewater tank includes a communication orifice, said communication orifice being able to be connected to a communication orifice of a wastewater tank of another outdoor urinal. Description of the figures
[0023] Other features and advantages of the invention will become apparent from the following description of particular embodiments of the invention, given by way of example, but not limitation, with reference to the attached drawings in which: [ Fig.1] is a schematic perspective view of an example embodiment of the outdoor urinal that is the subject of the invention; [ Fig. 2 ] is a schematic front view, along section AA, of the example of the outdoor urinal shown in the figure [ Fig.1 ] ; ] Fig.3 ] is a schematic side view, along section BB, of the example embodiment of the outdoor urinal shown in the figure [ Fig.1 ]. Detailed description
[0024] The invention relates to an outdoor urinal (1). A urinal is defined as a sanitary fixture intended for use by a person to urinate while standing. In particular, a urinal is designed to receive urine but is not designed to receive feces. An outdoor urinal is defined as a urinal intended to be installed outdoors in a public place, for example on a public road, or in a private location.
[0025] Referring to the figures [ Fig.1] to [Fig.3 The outdoor urinal (1) may include a frame (10). The frame may include a set of beams (100). These beams may be joined together by screwing, welding, fitting, or any other means of assembly suitable to those skilled in the art. The beams (100) may be made of metal, for example, stainless steel, aluminum, or any other metal suitable to those skilled in the art. Alternatively, the beams (100) may be made of composite material. Preferably, the beams (100) are made of aluminum. The beams (100) may be solid or hollow. The beams may have an I-shaped, T-shaped, L-shaped, circular, square, rectangular, or any other profile shape suitable to those skilled in the art. The beams (100) may have a cross-section with a width between 10 mm and 50 mm and a height between 10 mm and 50 mm.
[0026] Referring to the figures [ Fig.1] to [Fig.3The outdoor urinal (1) may include feet (20). In particular, the outdoor urinal (1) is intended to be placed on the ground. The outdoor urinal (1) may, in particular, be set up on a city street as a temporary urinal during an event. The urinal can thus be removed at the end of the event. The urinal can therefore be transportable so as to be moved from one city to another, or from a street to a warehouse. The outdoor urinal (1) may, in particular, include four feet (20), two right feet and two left feet. The feet (20) are advantageously height-adjustable so as to adapt their heights to uneven ground. To this end, each foot (20) may include a sleeve inside which a slide can be fitted. The slide can be stopped in translation within the sleeve by means of a pin, a stop screw, or any other stopping device suitable to a person skilled in the art. Each foot (20) may, alternatively or in combination, be fitted at one end with a tip for contacting the ground. The tip may be mounted on a threaded rod that engages with a tapped hole in a component of the foot (20). This component may, in particular, be the slide. The feet (20) may be made, in whole or in part, of metal, for example, stainless steel, aluminum, or any other metal suitable to those skilled in the art. The tip may include a pad for contacting the ground. The pad may be made of plastic or composite material. In particular, the pad may be made of a non-slip material.
[0027] The outdoor urinal (1) may include weights arranged at the feet (20). The weights may be configured to increase the stability of the outdoor urinal (1). In particular, a first weight may be arranged at the two right feet and a second weight may be arranged at the two left feet. Each weight may be in the form of a solid parallelepiped having, for each foot at which it is arranged, a recess configured to receive the foot. The weights may be made of cast iron, concrete, or any other material suitable to those skilled in the art.
[0028] To further increase the stability of the outdoor urinal (1), the frame (10) may optionally include one or more wall anchoring devices. This allows the outdoor urinal (1) to be temporarily anchored to a wall in a street. An anchoring device may be in the form of an eyelet, a slotted eyelet, a bracket, or any other type of anchoring device suitable for those skilled in the art. The outdoor urinal (1) can then be anchored to a wall by screwing the anchoring device into the wall.
[0029] The outdoor urinal (1) includes a collection tank (11). This tank is configured to collect wastewater (160). "Wastewater" means any liquid discharged into the tank and, in particular, urine and / or flushing fluid (140). The collection tank (11) may be parallelepiped, cylindrical, semicylindrical, hemispherical, or any other shape suitable to those skilled in the art. The collection tank (11) may have a length of between 300 mm and 2000 mm, a width of between 200 mm and 500 mm, and a depth of between 50 mm and 500 mm. Advantageously, the collection tank (11) may have a length of between 1000 mm and 1500 mm. Advantageously, the collection tank (11) may have a width of between 300 mm and 450 mm. Advantageously, the recovery tank (11) can have a depth between 300 mm and 450 mm.The recovery tank (11) may be made of metal, for example, stainless steel, aluminum, or any other metal suitable to those skilled in the art. Alternatively, the recovery tank (11) may be made of plastic, composite material, or any other material suitable to those skilled in the art. Preferably, the recovery tank (11) may be made of stainless steel. The recovery tank (11) may be mounted on the frame (10). In particular, the recovery tank (11) may be attached to the frame (10) by screwing, welding, riveting, or any other means of attachment suitable to those skilled in the art.
[0030] The recovery tank (11) may have an upper portion in which an opening (111) is provided. This opening is suitable for discharging wastewater (160) into the recovery tank (11). Advantageously, the opening (111) may extend over at least 70% of the length and width of the recovery tank (11). Cleverly, the opening (111) may extend over at least 90% of the length and width of the recovery tank (11). Preferably, the opening (111) may extend over the entire length and width of the recovery tank (11). In practice, the opening (111) may have a length between 300 mm and 2000 mm and a width between 200 mm and 500 mm. Preferably, the opening (111) can have a length between 1000 mm and 1500 mm and a width between 300 mm and 450 mm.
[0031] Preferably, and as shown in the example implementation depicted in the figures [ Fig.1] to [Fig.3 The recovery tank (11) may be in the form of a cylinder truncated longitudinally by a cutting plane. This plane is preferably hemispherical. "Hemipherical" is defined as a cylinder truncated lengthwise by a diametrical cutting plane. In particular, the opening (111) may be located at the cutting plane. The truncated cylinder may have a diameter between 300 mm and 400 mm.
[0032] As shown in the figures [ Fig.1 ] And [ Fig. 2The recovery tank (11) can be configured to direct wastewater (160) to a discharge outlet (112). This outlet can be located on the lower part of the recovery tank (11). In particular, the recovery tank (11) can have a bottom in its lower part. The discharge outlet (112) can then be located on the bottom of the recovery tank (11). For example, and as shown in the figures [ Fig. 2 ] And [ Fig.3The discharge outlet (112) can be arranged at one end of the recovery tank (11). Advantageously, the bottom of the recovery tank (11) can be inclined relative to the horizontal and towards the discharge outlet (112) to facilitate the flow of wastewater towards said discharge outlet by gravity. Advantageously, the inclination of the tank bottom can be between 1° and 5° relative to the horizontal. The discharge outlet (112) can preferably have a circular profile. In alternative embodiments of the discharge outlet (112), it can have a square, rectangular, hexagonal, or any other shape suitable to those skilled in the art. The discharge outlet (112) can have a diameter or width between 25 mm and 60 mm.
[0033] The outdoor urinal (1) may also include a filter (12). This filter may be configured to filter wastewater (160) before it passes through the discharge opening (112). Thus, the filter (12) may retain various solid wastes (2) so as to prevent said solid wastes from clogging the discharge opening (112). The filter (12) may include a woven layer and / or a perforated layer, and / or a braided layer, and / or any other filtration layer suitable to those skilled in the art. The filter (12) may be flat, cylindrical, spherical, parallelepiped, or any other shape suitable to those skilled in the art. The filter (12) may be made of metal, for example, stainless steel, aluminum, or any other metal suitable to those skilled in the art. The filter (12) may be made of plastic, composite material, or any other material suitable to those skilled in the art.In a preferred embodiment, the filter (12) may be in the form of a stainless steel grid. The filter may be arranged on the surface of the discharge opening (112).
[0034] Advantageously, and as shown in the figures [ Fig.1] to [Fig.3 The filter (12) can be arranged to form a separation between a main volume of the recovery tank (11) intended to receive the discharged wastewater (160) and a secondary volume arranged around the discharge outlet (112). Such a configuration makes it possible to filter over a larger surface area than the surface area of the discharge outlet (112), and thus, on the one hand, to increase the flow rate of wastewater through the filter (12), and on the other hand, to limit the risk of complete blockage of said filter by the filtered elements.
[0035] In one embodiment, the filter (12) may be flat. The filter (12) may then be arranged in the recovery tank (11) at an angle to the horizontal of between 15° and 90°. Alternatively, the filter (12) may be arranged in the recovery tank (11) at an angle to the horizontal of between 35° and 55°. The filter (12) may advantageously have a peripheral profile adapted to the shape of the inside of the recovery tank (11). Thus, the wastewater (160) is forced to pass through the filter to flow from the main volume to the secondary volume. The filter (12) may, in particular, be in the form of a grid or a perforated plate. The filter (12) may, in particular, be made of stainless steel.
[0036] The filter (12) can advantageously be placed in the recovery tank (11). Alternatively, the filter can be fixed to the recovery tank (11) by screwing, welding, or any other fixing method suitable to a person skilled in the art.
[0037] The outdoor urinal (1) may also include a shut-off valve located at the discharge outlet (112). This valve may be movable between an open and a closed position of the discharge outlet (112). In the open position, the shut-off valve allows wastewater to pass through the discharge outlet (112). In the closed position, the shut-off valve prevents foul odors from escaping through the discharge outlet (112). The shut-off valve may include a float. This float may be configured to move vertically to a raised position under the effect of buoyancy when wastewater (160) is present in the collection tank (11). When the float is in the raised position, the shut-off valve is open. The float is also configured to move vertically to a lower position when there is no wastewater in the recovery tank (11). When the float is in the lower position, the shut-off valve is in the shut-off position.
[0038] Referring to the figures [ Fig.1] to [Fig.3The outdoor urinal (1) includes a drip edge (13). This drip edge is configured to direct wastewater (160) towards the collection tank (11). The drip edge (13) can be positioned above the collection tank (11). The drip edge (13) can be positioned at an angle to the vertical of between 0° and 20°. Advantageously, the drip edge (13) can be positioned at an angle to the vertical of between 2° and 7°. The drip edge (13) can have a length of between 300 mm and 2000 mm, and a height of between 150 mm and 700 mm. Advantageously, the overflow wall (13) can have a length between 90% and 110% of the tank length. Advantageously, the overflow wall (13) can have a height between 250 mm and 400 mm.The runoff wall (13) may be made of metal, for example, stainless steel, aluminum, or any other metal suitable to those skilled in the art. Alternatively, the runoff wall (13) may be made of plastic, composite material, or any other material suitable to those skilled in the art. Preferably, the runoff wall (13) may be made of stainless steel. The runoff wall (13) may be mounted on the frame (10). In particular, the runoff wall (13) may be attached to the frame (10) by screwing, welding, riveting, or any other means of attachment suitable to those skilled in the art.
[0039] The outdoor urinal (1) includes a flushing tank (14). The tank is configured to hold a flushing liquid (140). The flushing tank (14) may have a capacity of at least 20 liters. Advantageously, the flushing tank (14) may have a capacity between 20 and 250 liters. Preferably, the flushing tank (14) may have a capacity of 90 liters or more. The flushing tank (14) may be made of metal, for example, stainless steel, aluminum, or any other metal suitable to those skilled in the art. Alternatively, the flushing tank (14) may be made of plastic, composite material, or any other material suitable to those skilled in the art. The flushing tank (14) may be arranged within a space provided in the frame (10). This space is preferably located on an upper part of the frame. In particular, the rinsing tank (14) may have a bottom, the latter resting on a plurality of beams (100) of the frame (10), said beams (100) being able to define a flat surface. In an embodiment in which the rinsing tank (14) is made of metal, said rinsing tank may be welded to the frame (10).
[0040] The rinsing tank (14) may include a filling port (141). This port may be configured to allow the rinsing tank (14) to be filled with rinsing fluid (140). The filling port (141) may preferably have a circular profile. In alternative embodiments, the filling port (141) may have a square, rectangular, hexagonal, or any other shape suitable to those skilled in the art. The filling port (141) may have a diameter or width between 25 mm and 150 mm. The filling port (141) may be located on the upper part of the rinsing tank (14). Preferably, the filling port (141) may be accessible from the top of the rinsing tank (14).
[0041] The filling port (141) may include a closure system. This system may include a filling plug (142). The filling plug may temporarily close the filling port (141). The filling plug (142) may be temporarily mounted on the filling port (141) by screwing, clipping, snapping, or otherwise. The closure system may include a locking mechanism for the filling plug (142) mounted on the filling port (141). This locking mechanism may include a lock and be operated by a key.
[0042] The rinsing tank (14) may include a drain outlet (143). This outlet may be configured to allow the rinsing fluid (140) to flow out of the rinsing tank (140). The drain outlet (143) may preferably have a circular profile. In alternative embodiments, the drain outlet (143) may have a square, rectangular, hexagonal, or any other shape suitable to those skilled in the art. The drain outlet (143) may have a diameter or width between 5 mm and 50 mm. The drain outlet (143) may be located on the lower part of the rinsing tank (14). Preferably, the drain outlet (143) may be located on the underside of the rinsing tank (14).
[0043] The flushing reservoir (14) may have a connecting port. This port may be connected to a connecting port of a flushing reservoir (14) of another outdoor urinal (1). The two connecting ports may be linked together by means of a fluid connector. The fluid connector may have a male part mounted on the connecting port of a first outdoor urinal (1) and a female part mounted on the connecting port of the adjacent outdoor urinal (1). Thus, the flow of flushing fluid (140) between several flushing reservoirs (14) of several adjacent outdoor urinals (1) is possible via these connecting ports. It is then possible to fill all the flushing reservoirs (14) via a single filling port (141) of one of the outdoor urinals (1).The communication port is preferably located on the lower part of the rinsing tank (14). The communication port may preferably have a circular profile. In alternative embodiments, the communication port may have a square, rectangular, hexagonal, or any other shape suitable to those skilled in the art. The communication port may have a diameter or width between 25 mm and 150 mm. A manually operated valve may be mounted on the communication port. The valve may be movable between a closed position, in which the flow of the rinsing fluid (140) through the communication port is stopped, and an open position, in which the flow of said rinsing fluid through the communication port is allowed.A plug can also stop the flow of the flushing liquid (140) through the communicating orifice when the outdoor urinal (1) is not connected to another outdoor urinal (1).
[0044] The rinse aid (140) may include water and / or a detergent and / or a disinfectant and / or a perfumer. The disinfectant may, for example, be bleach.
[0045] Referring to the figures [ Fig. 2 ] And [ Fig.3The outdoor urinal (1) also includes a flow device (15). This device is configured to discharge the flushing fluid (140) from the flushing reservoir (14) onto the drip edge (13). Cleverly, the flushing reservoir (14) can be arranged above the flow device (15) so that the flushing fluid (140) flows by gravity from the flushing reservoir to the flow device. The flow device (15) is configured to discharge the flushing fluid (140) at a rate of 10 milliliters per second or less.
[0046] In accordance with the principles of general physics, "flow rate," sometimes also called "instantaneous flow rate," refers to the volume of flushing liquid dispensed per unit of time. Therefore, when it is specified that the flow rate is less than or equal to a predetermined value, this implies that at any given time "t," the flow rate remains less than or equal to this predetermined value. Also, and again in accordance with the principles of general physics, it is essential to distinguish between "flow rate" and "average flow rate." The latter corresponds to the average volume of flushing liquid over a defined period. Thus, a traditional urinal, which, because it is used infrequently, might have an average flow rate over a day of less than or equal to 10 milliliters per second, does not necessarily have a flow rate less than or equal to 10 milliliters per second.Furthermore, within the framework of the present invention, the flow device (15) is configured to dispense the rinsing liquid (140) at a predetermined flow rate, regardless of the number of users over a given period, for example, over a day.
[0047] The flow device (15) can be arranged at the level of an upper part of the runoff wall (13) so that the rinsing liquid (140) falls by gravity from said flow device onto said runoff wall.
[0048] Advantageously, the flow device (15) can be configured to dispense the rinsing liquid (140) at a flow rate less than or equal to 5 millilitres per second.
[0049] Preferably, the flow device (15) can be configured to dispense the rinsing liquid (140) at a flow rate less than or equal to 2.2 millilitres per second.
[0050] In particular, in a preferred embodiment, the rinsing tank (14) can have a capacity greater than 90 liters and the dispensing device (15) can be configured to dispense the rinsing liquid (140) at a flow rate of 2.2 milliliters per second or less. This makes it possible to obtain rinsing over a period of approximately 8 hours. Once emptied, the rinsing tank (14) can then be refilled.
[0051] The flow device (15) may include several drippers (150). A "dripper" is defined as any organ or shape suitable for allowing the flow of the rinsing liquid (140) in the form of drops.
[0052] According to one embodiment, the drippers (150) are distributed transversely along the drip edge (13). "Transversely" means transversely with respect to a vertical direction, generally called the "vertical." In other words, in a plane substantially perpendicular to the vertical. Thus, the drippers (150) are distributed in a plane, denoted (P), substantially perpendicular to the vertical, denoted (V). "Substantially perpendicular" means that the angle α between the vertical (V) and the plane (P) is equal to 90°, within 10°, that is, between 80° and 90°.The term "transversely along the drip edge (13)" means that, for a length of said drip edge along a direction, denoted (D), and contained in the plane (P), the drippers (150) are distributed substantially along this direction (D) such that the rinsing liquid (140) flowing from said drippers runs down said drip edge. The term "distributed substantially along this direction (D)" means that the distance of each of said drippers from the direction (D) in the plane (P) is between -50 mm and +50 mm. Advantageously, the drippers (150) may be spaced in pairs with a distance between 50 mm and 500 mm. Preferably, the drippers (150) may be spaced in pairs with a distance between 150 mm and 250 mm. In particular, the flow device (15) may include from 2 to 20 drippers (150).Preferably, the flow device (15) may include 4 to 10 drippers (150).
[0053] In one embodiment, the drainage device (15) may include a hose (151). This hose may be connected to the drainage outlet (143) of the rinsing tank (14). The hose (151) may have a diameter between 6 mm and 25 mm. The hose (151) may be made of plastic, composite material, or any other material suitable to those skilled in the art. The hose (151) may be mounted on the frame (10) by means of retaining rings and / or retaining clips and / or clamps, or any other fastening means suitable to those skilled in the art. A protective cover (152) may be arranged on the front face of the hose (151) to prevent the hose from being grasped by a user.
[0054] A series of drippers (150) can be arranged along the pipe (151). The series of drippers (150) can represent all the drippers (150) distributed transversely along the drip wall (13), only some of the drippers (150) distributed transversely along the drip wall (13), additional drippers (150) different from those distributed transversely along the drip wall (13), or an alternative to the drippers (150) distributed transversely along the drip wall (13). Preferably, the drippers (150) can be integrated into the pipe (151). Alternatively, the drippers (150) can be mounted on the pipe (151). In this case, the pipe (151) may have a series of perforations, a dripper (150) being mounted on said pipe at each of the perforations.
[0055] In one embodiment, a series of perforations can be provided along the pipe (151). Each perforation can then form a dripper (150). In this case, the perforations can have a diameter of less than 0.5 mm.
[0056] According to one embodiment, the flow device (15) may include several pipes (151) on each of which is arranged a series of drippers (150), or a series of perforations, as previously described.
[0057] In one embodiment of the flow device (15), the latter can be integrated into the rinsing tank (14). To this end, the rinsing tank (14) can have a lower portion on which a series of perforations are provided. A dripper (150) can then be mounted on each of these perforations. The rinsing tank (14) can then be arranged above the drip edge (13) so that the rinsing liquid (140) flows by gravity from said rinsing tank to said drip edge through the drippers (150).The drippers (150) may represent all the drippers (150) distributed transversely along the runoff wall (13), only some of the drippers (150) distributed transversely along the runoff wall (13), additional drippers (150) different from those distributed transversely along the runoff wall (13), or an alternative to the drippers (150) distributed transversely along the runoff wall (13).
[0058] According to one embodiment of the flow device (15), the latter is partially integrated into the rinsing tank (14). In this case, the flow device (15) may include drippers (150) in addition to those mounted on the perforations of the rinsing tank (14). For example, the flow device (15) may also include a series of drippers (150) arranged along a pipe (151).
[0059] In one embodiment, the perforations provided on the lower part of the rinse tank (14) can each act as a dripper (150). In this case, the perforations can have a diameter of less than 0.5 mm. The rinse aid (140) then flows by gravity through the perforations.
[0060] Referring to the figures [ Fig.1] to [Fig.3The outdoor urinal (1) may include a wastewater tank (16). The latter may be configured to collect wastewater (160). The wastewater tank (16) may have a capacity of at least 50 liters. Advantageously, the wastewater tank (16) may have a capacity between 50 and 600 liters. Preferably, the wastewater tank (16) may have a capacity of 200 liters or more. The wastewater tank (16) may be made of metal, for example, stainless steel, aluminum, or any other metal suitable to those skilled in the art. Alternatively, the wastewater tank (16) may be made of plastic, composite material, or any other material suitable to those skilled in the art. The wastewater tank (16) may be arranged within a space provided in the frame (10). This space is preferably located on a lower part of the chassis. In particular, the wastewater tank (16) may have a base, the latter resting on a plurality of beams (100) of the frame (10), said beams (100) possibly defining a flat surface. The plurality of beams (100) may be arranged and dimensioned to allow the outdoor urinal (1) to be moved by means of a forklift fork. The forklift fork is first inserted under the plurality of beams (100) before being raised so that an upper portion of the fork comes into contact with at least a portion of said plurality of beams. The space provided in the frame (10) may be closed on one front face by a front panel. The front panel may be made of metal, for example, stainless steel, aluminum, or any other metal suitable to those skilled in the art.Alternatively, the front panel may be made of plastic, composite material, or any other material suitable to those skilled in the art. The front panel may be retractable to allow access to the wastewater tank (16) and / or the various components arranged between the recovery tank (11) and said wastewater tank. When retractable, the front panel may be locked in position on the frame (10) by means of a key-operated lock. In an embodiment in which the wastewater tank (16) is made of metal, said wastewater tank may be welded to the frame (10).
[0061] The wastewater tank (16) may include an inlet port (161). This port may be configured to allow the discharge of wastewater (160) into the wastewater tank (16). The inlet port (161) may preferably have a circular profile. In alternative embodiments, the inlet port (161) may have a square, rectangular, hexagonal, or any other shape suitable to those skilled in the art. The inlet port (161) may have a diameter or width between 25 mm and 150 mm. The inlet port (161) may be located on the upper part of the wastewater tank (16). Advantageously, the inlet port (161) can be arranged on top of the wastewater tank (16) opposite the discharge port (112) of the recovery tank (11).The inlet port (161) can be connected to the outlet port (112) via an outlet pipe (162). The outlet pipe can be flexible or rigid. The outlet pipe (162) can be made of plastic, for example PVC, or any other material suitable to those skilled in the art. The outlet pipe (162) can have a diameter between 25 mm and 150 mm.
[0062] The wastewater tank (16) may include a drain outlet (163). This outlet may be configured to allow the wastewater (160) to flow out of the wastewater tank (16), thus enabling the tank to be emptied. The drain outlet (163) may preferably have a circular profile. In alternative embodiments, the drain outlet (163) may have a square, rectangular, hexagonal, or any other shape suitable to those skilled in the art. The drain outlet (163) may have a diameter or width between 25 mm and 150 mm. The drain outlet (163) may be located on the lower part of the wastewater tank (16). Preferably, the drain outlet (163) may be located on the underside of the wastewater tank (16). A manually operated valve (164) can be mounted on the drain port (163).The valve (164) can be movable between a closed position in which the flow of wastewater (160) through the drain port (163) is stopped and an open position in which the flow of wastewater (160) through the drain port (163) is allowed.
[0063] The wastewater tank (16) may have a communication port. This port may be connected to a communication port of a wastewater tank (16) of another outdoor urinal (1). The two communication ports may be connected to each other by means of a fluid connector such as the one described previously. Thus, the flow of wastewater (160) between several wastewater tanks (16) of several adjacent outdoor urinals (1) is possible via these communication ports. It is then possible to empty all the wastewater tanks (16) via a single drain port (163) of one of the outdoor urinals (1). The communication port is preferably located on a lower part of the wastewater tank (16). The communication port has a profile and dimensions similar to the communication port previously described for the rinsing tank (14).Similarly, the communication opening can be fitted with a valve or be closed with a plug.
[0064] Referring to the figures [ Fig.1] to [Fig.3 The outdoor urinal (1) may include a discharge hose (17). This hose may allow wastewater (160) to be discharged to a wastewater treatment chamber. The wastewater treatment chamber may be a stormwater drainage chamber, a sewer connection chamber, or any other chamber suitable to those skilled in the art. The discharge hose (17) may be made of flexible plastic, for example PVC, flexible composite material, or any other flexible material suitable to those skilled in the art. The discharge hose (17) may have a diameter between 25 mm and 150 mm.
[0065] In an embodiment where the outdoor urinal (1) does not have a wastewater tank (16), the discharge hose (17) can be directly connected to the discharge outlet (112) of the collection tank (11). In this case, the outdoor urinal (1) may include a connecting pipe linking the discharge outlet (112) to a connecting port. The connecting pipe may be made of flexible plastic, for example PVC, flexible composite material, or any other flexible material suitable to those skilled in the art. The connecting pipe may have a diameter between 25 mm and 150 mm. The connecting port may be linked to a connecting port of a connecting pipe of another outdoor urinal (1). The two connecting ports may be linked together by means of a fluid connector such as the one described above. Thus, the wastewater (160) from the collection tanks (11) of several adjacent outdoor urinals (1) can be discharged through these connecting ports. The wastewater (160) can then be discharged via the drain hose (17) of one of the urinals, thereby sharing the discharge. The connecting port has a profile and dimensions similar to the connecting port previously described for the flushing tank (14). Similarly, the connecting port can be fitted with a valve or closed with a plug.
[0066] In an embodiment where the outdoor urinal (1) is equipped with a wastewater tank (16), the discharge hose (17) can be connected to the drain port (163) of said wastewater tank via the valve (164). In this case, the discharge hose (17) can be used to discharge the wastewater (160) to a tanker truck.
[0067] Referring to the figures [ Fig.1] to [Fig.3The outdoor urinal (1) may include a top cover (18) configured to allow the placement of cups. The cover may be in the form of a plate. The top cover (18) may be made of metal, for example, stainless steel, aluminum, or any other metal suitable to those skilled in the art. Alternatively, the top cover (18) may be made of plastic, composite material, or any other material suitable to those skilled in the art. Preferably, the top cover (18) may be made of stainless steel. Advantageously, the top cover (18) may extend over the entire upper surface of the upper part of the frame (10). The top cover (18) may have an access opening opposite the filling opening (141). The access opening may have a diameter, or a width, of between 25 mm and 160 mm. The upper cover (18) can be placed on the chassis (10).Alternatively, the upper cover (18) can be fixed to the chassis (10) by screwing, welding, riveting, or any other means of fixing suitable to a person skilled in the art.
[0068] Referring to the figures [ Fig.1] to [Fig.3 The outdoor urinal (1) may include a side screen (19) on each side of the frame (10). The side screens (19) may serve both to protect the user from the wind and to provide a degree of privacy. The side screens (19) may be made of metal, for example, stainless steel, aluminum, or any other metal suitable to those skilled in the art. Alternatively, the side screens (19) may be made of plastic, composite material, or any other material suitable to those skilled in the art. Preferably, the side screens (19) may be made of stainless steel.
[0069] The outdoor urinal (1) may include handles to allow for handling by operators. The outdoor urinal (1) may include a handle on each side panel (19). The handle is generally located on the outer face of the side panel (19), that is, the face opposite the one facing the collection tank (11). Each handle is advantageously situated at a distance, in a vertical direction, from the end of the feet (20) intended to be in contact with the ground, of between 600 mm and 1000 mm. The handles may be foldable. Accordingly, each side panel (19) may also have a recess in which the associated handle is arranged, so that when folded down, the handle does not protrude from the outer face of said side panel. The handles can be made of plastic, metal, for example stainless steel or aluminum, or any other material suitable to a person skilled in the art.
