Abstract

The invention relates to a supporting device for supporting long items (2), in particular rails, during transport on a rail vehicle (16), comprising a substantially horizontal bearing bar (4) and a substantially horizontal support bar (5) for forming a support surface (8) for holding the long items (2), the support bar being mounted above the bearing bar (4) for vertical movement, wherein: the bearing bar (4) is in the form of a metal shaped tube or hollow profiled element; a hydraulic bladder accumulator (6) and at least two, preferably four, hydraulic cylinders (7) connected to the bladder accumulator (6) are provided; the hydraulic cylinders (7) are disposed in the bearing bar (4), protrude upward from the bearing bar (4) and support the support bar (5) so that the support surface (8) is hydraulically supported. The invention also relates to a loading frame (1), to a rail vehicle (16) and to a rail-bound transportation means (20).
