Cardiac conduction system imaging

Abstract

There is provided a computer implemented method for generating an image depicting a personalized surrogate of a cardiac conduction system of a subject, comprising: receiving a 3D image depicting a heart of a subject, analyzing the 3D image for detecting a plurality of gross anatomical features, generating an indication of the cardiac conduction system of the subject according to computed correlations between a plurality of structures of the cardiac conduction system and the plurality of gross anatomical features, and wherein the indication of the cardiac conduction system denotes a surrogate of the cardiac conduction system personalized for the subject.
