Abstract
Description
PACKAGING FILM POUCH AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD
[0001] The present invention relates to a packaging film pouch and a manufacturing method thereof, and more specifically, to a packaging film pouch and a manufacturing method thereof, which allow a large quantity of contents to be packaged simultaneously and delivered by courier, and allows consumers to easily open, recycle, and return the pouch.
[0002] As Internet shopping or e-commerce of placing order through an app has become widespread recently, a lot of shopping is made online at the same time, and many people receive purchased goods using courier services and return the purchased goods after confirming the goods.
[0003] A bag made of synthetic resin is used to package contents, and contents are placed on a synthetic resin film and sealed first by wrapping the contents using the film, and a packaging film pouch for delivery is completed by sealing again the open side surfaces. A three-side packaging machine capable of packaging by sealing three sides as described above is proposed in Korean Patent Registration No. 10-1809093.
[0004] In addition, when a consumer opens a conventional packaging film pouch made of conventional synthetic resin to confirm the contents of a delivered package, the consumer cuts the pouch using scissors or a knife due to the nature of the material. This invites inconvenience of using tools such as scissors or a knife, and a problem of damaging the contents by the mistake of the consumer when opening the pouch using a tool such as scissors or a knife.
[0005] Accordingly, as a representative prior art for easily opening a conventional packaged synthetic resin pouch, Korean Patent Registration No. 10-1956551 has been proposed. It has been proposed to form dotted lines by previously cutting a portion of a packaging film pouch using a rotating dotted-line blade so that a consumer may easily open the pouch along the dotted lines.
[0006] The packaging film pouch manufactured in this way is delivered to a consumer by attaching a paper invoice applied with an adhesive on a sheet of any one side among the front and back sides. A pouch may not be recycled while two types of materials are combined. Therefore, a consumer should remove the invoice from the delivery envelope, but as it is not easy to remove the invoice attached to the envelope with adhesive, there are cases where the consumer gives up recycling of the entire packaging film pouch. A method that allows consumers to easily recycle the packaging film pouch is needed.
[0007] In addition, in recent e-commerce, there are many cases where the same contents are delivered to a plurality of consumers at the same time. In particular, when a lot of products are sold through e-commerce, the products provided at a relatively low sales price in many cases, and thus it is difficult to tolerate increase in the cost of manual packaging as usual. Therefore, it also needs to develop an automated method of manufacturing a packaging film pouch.
[0008] After sales of large quantity like this are made, returning of products occurs frequently as the consumer change their minds after delivery or dissatisfy with the contents after confirming the contents. It needs to develop a method of easily packaging products for return and improving efficiency of the returning procedure.

[0042] A packaging film pouch according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the following description, the top side, bottom side, left side, right side, front side, and back side of (a-1) or (b-1) of FIG. 1 are respectively defined as the top side, bottom side, left side, right side, front side, and back side of the packaging film pouch 10. In addition, the vertical direction is defined as the length direction, and the horizontal direction is defined as the width direction.
[0043] FIG. 1 is a front view and a development view showing a packaging film pouch according to an embodiment of the present invention, wherein (a) shows the case of easy-cut, and (b) shows the case of easy-open. Here, the easy-cut means that dotted lines are formed on both the front and back sides of the packaging film pouch 10 so that a part of the packaging film pouch 10 is separated when the pouch is opened, and the easy-open means that a dotted line is formed only on the front side of the packaging film pouch 10 so that only a part of the packaging film pouch is opened when the pouch is opened.
[0044] Referring to FIG. 1, the packaging film pouch 10 of the present invention may include a cylindrical sealing unit 20 formed by sealing a film 200 in the length direction, a pair of end sealing units 31 and 41 formed by sealing the film 200 in the width direction and arranged at the end portions in the length direction, dotted lines 51 and 54 formed on the film 200 in the length direction for opening of the film 200, and an invoice attachment unit 60 for attaching an invoice, and the invoice attachment unit 60 is formed on the small surface among the surfaces separated by the dotted lines 51 and 54.
[0045] First, the case of easy-cut is explained. FIG. 1(a) shows the case of easy-cut, in which (a-1) is a front view, and (a-2) is a development view.
[0046] Referring to (a-2) of FIG. 1, a film 200 is provided, in which cylindrical sealing units 20 are formed by extending the rectangular shape, which forms a left end unit 11, a right end unit 12, an upper end unit 30, and a lower end unit 40 of a packaging film pouch 10, to the left and right sides. Two dotted lines 51 and 54 may be formed in the film 200 in the length direction. An easy-cut dotted line 54 may be formed between the left end unit 11 and the right end unit 12, and an easy-open dotted line 51 may be formed between the right end unit 12 and the right cylindrical sealing unit 20. At this point, the length between the easy-cut dotted line 54 and the right end unit 12 and the length between the easy-open dotted line 51 and the right end unit 12 may be the same.
[0047] A packaging film pouch 10 as shown in (a-1) of FIG. 1 may be completed by placing contents that require packaging on the film 200, and then forming the cylindrical sealing unit 20 by folding and sealing the film 200 to be overlapped in the length direction, and forming an upper sealing unit 31 and a lower sealing unit 41 by sealing the upper end unit 30 and the lower end unit 40 of the film 200 in the width direction.
[0048] Next, the case of easy-open is described. FIG. 1(b) shows the case of easy-open, in which (b-1) is a front view, and (b-2) is a development view.
[0049] Referring to (b-1) and (b-2) of FIG. 1, in the case of easy-open, excluding that only one easy-open dotted line 51 is formed, the other shapes are the same as those in the case of the easy-cut.
[0050] The easy-open dotted line 51 may be formed between the right end unit 12 and the right cylindrical sealing unit 20. That is, the dotted line 51 may be formed only on the front side of the packaging film pouch 10.
[0051] FIG. 2 is a view showing an example of using a packaging film pouch according to an embodiment of the present invention, in which (a) shows an easy-cut case and (b) shows an easy-open case.
[0052] Referring to FIG. 2(a), a consumer may easily open the packaging film pouch 10 by cutting along the easy-open dotted line 51 and the easy-cut dotted line 54. Since the dotted lines 51 and 54 of the packaging film pouch 10 are formed at the same positions on the front and back sides, the packaging film pouch 10 may be separated into two envelopes when the packaging film pouch 10 is opened. In particular, since the invoice attachment unit 60 is formed on the small surface among the surfaces separated when the packaging film pouch 10 is opened, the small envelope attached with an invoice 61 can be discarded, and a large envelope without an invoice 61 may be processed to be recycled.
[0053] Referring to FIG. 2(b), a consumer may easily open the packaging film pouch 10 by cutting along the easy-open dotted line 51 of the packaging film pouch 10.
[0054] FIG. 3 is a view showing a return mark unit of a packaging film pouch according to an embodiment of the present invention, in which (a) shows a case where the return mark unit appears when the invoice is removed, and (b) shows a case where the return mark unit appears when the packaging film pouch is turned over. In this case as well, as the invoice attachment unit 60 is formed on the small surface among the surfaces separated when the packaging film pouch is opened, it may be easy to discard the small surface on which the invoice 61 is attached.
[0055] First, referring to FIG. 3(a), the invoice 61 may include a return mark 71 that is exposed when a portion of the attached invoice 61 is removed. As a return mark cutting line 72 is formed in advance along the edge of the return mark 71 of the invoice 61, a consumer may easily expose the return mark 71 by tearing off a portion of the invoice 61 along the return mark cutting line 72 as needed.
[0056] When the return mark 71 is exposed, the word 'return' is printed thereon to be easily recognized as a return, and the return mark 71 may include information on the returning product or returning address.
[0057] Since the consumer cuts along both the dotted lines 51 and 54 on the front and back sides, the small envelope attached with the invoice 61 may be separated from the large envelope without the invoice 61. At this point, return tape attachment units 76 may be formed along the easy-cut dotted line 51 and the easy-open dotted line 54 inside the small envelope attached with the invoice 61. That is, the return tape attachment units 76 may be formed at the positions between the easy-cut dotted line 51 and the easy-open dotted line 54 to be adjacent to the dotted lines side by side. The positions of the return tape attachment units 76 may also be confirmed in (a-2) of FIG. 1. A return tape 77 formed of a double-sided tape may be attached to the return tape attachment units 76. The return tape 77 is a double-sided tape with one side attached to the inside of the packaging film pouch 10, and the consumer may use the return tape 77 by removing the protection sheet on the other side of the double-sided tape when returning the product. The small envelope attached with the invoice 61 may be combined with the large envelope using the return tape 77. When the small envelope attached with the invoice 61 is combined in a shape of covering the large envelope without an invoice, a product can be packaged without a separate packaging material when returning the product, and the return mark 71 printed on the inside of the invoice 61 may also be used.
[0058] Referring to FIG. 3(b), the packaging film pouch 10 may include the return mark 71 on the inside that is exposed when the packaging film pouch 10 is turned over. The word 'return' is printed on the return mark 71 to be easily recognized as a return, and the return mark 71 may include information on the returning product or returning address. In an embodiment of the present invention, this may be used when the return tape 77 is not attached.
[0059] Recently, in the sales using e-commerce, a lot of products are sold and delivered at the same time, and in this case, a lot of returns also occur. Therefore, the return mark 71 may be used to easily return a delivered product without the need of separately packaging or marking when returning the product after confirming it, and may also contribute to environment protection by recycling the packaging material.
[0060] In addition, information on the returning product or the returning address of the return mark 71 may be more useful in returning a plurality of products. Since it takes time to pick up when returning the product, it may be used to specify only corresponding returning products in a situation where several returning products are loaded at the same time.
[0061] FIG. 4 is a development view showing the design dimensions of a packaging film pouch according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[0062] FIG. 4(a) shows contents, where a represents the width of the contents, b represents the length of the contents, and h represents the height of the contents.
[0063] Referring to FIG. 4(b), the horizontal length of the rectangle configuring the back side of the packaging film pouch 10, i.e., the rectangle formed by the left end unit 11, the right end unit 12, the upper end unit 30, and the lower end unit 40, is (a+h)*s, and the width of the packaging film 200 may be 2*(a+h)*s+2*d by adding (a+h)*s) / 2 (1 / 2 of the width of the rectangle) and d on the left and right sides of the rectangle, respectively. In this way, the width x of the packaging film 200 for packaging the contents 1 is 2*(a+h)*s+2*d, and the length y is 2*(b+h)*s+2*e.
[0064] Here, d represents the width sealed in the cylindrical sealing unit 20, and e represents the width sealed in the upper sealing unit 31 or the lower sealing unit 41. The d or e may be determined in the sealing device described below and used to set the dimensions of the film 200 of the packaging film pouch 10.
[0065] s is a margin ratio in packaging and may have a value in a range of 1.1 to 1.6. For example, a margin ratio of 1.1 means that the packaging is designed to be 1.1 times the contents 1, and the contents 1 are placed at a length corresponding to about 90% of the packaging film pouch 10, and a margin ratio of 1.6 means that the packaging is designed to be 1.6 times the contents 1, and the contents 1 are placed at a length corresponding to about 63% of the packaging film pouch 10.
[0066] The margin ratio may be set considering mobility of the contents 1. For example, contents 1 with mobility such as clothing may be set to a value close to 1.1, and contents 1 with low mobility such as a hard box need to be set to a value close to 1.6. In addition, the margin ratio may be adjusted as needed while operating the packaging process.
[0067] The easy-cut dotted line 54 may be formed at a distance of (a+h)*(s-1) / s from the right end unit 12 toward the left end unit 11, and the easy-open dotted line 51 may be formed at a distance of (a+h)*(s-1) / s from the right end unit 12 in the direction opposite to the left end unit 11. When it is applied in this way, when the margin ratio is 1.1, the dotted lines 51 and 54 may be formed 10% inside from the outer periphery of the packaging film pouch 10, and when the margin ratio is 1.6, the dotted lines 51 and 54 may be formed 37% inside from the outer periphery of the packaging film pouch 10.
[0068] Next, a manufacturing method for mass production of the packaging film pouch 10 containing contents 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 5 to 8.
[0069] After measuring the size of the contents 1 first, the width and length of a strip-shaped film 200 supplied in the form of a roll may be set. As described above in FIG. 4, the width x of the packaging film 200 for packaging one item is 2*(a+h)*s+2*d, and the length y is 2*(b+h)*s+2*e. The width is determined by the equation, and the length may be determined by multiplying the number of contents 1 that need to be packaged by the value set in the equation. Once the width and length of the film 200 are determined, the film 200 may be prepared according thereto.
[0070] FIG. 5 is a view showing the shape of a packaging film before cutting according to an embodiment of the present invention. Although all portions formed on the film are shown for the purpose of understanding, before the packaging film is put into the manufacturing process, it has a shape of a strip-shaped film as is injected without being processed at all.
[0071] First, a step of printing a sensor mark 201 and a return mark 71 on the film 200 may be performed. At this point, the return mark 71 may not be printed as the return mark 71 is optionally applied.
[0072] FIG. 6 is a view for explaining the step of printing a sensor mark and a return mark on a packaging film according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[0073] Referring to FIG. 6, a sensor mark printing plate 111 and a return mark printing plate 112 may be formed on a printing roller 110. A film 200 wound in the form of a roll is fed from the P side and output to the Q side, and at the same time, as the printing roller 110 rotates, the sensor mark 201 and the return mark 71 may be printed. The printing method may not be a roller method, but a press printing method, and may not be printed simultaneously, but may be printed separately. When the return mark 71 is printed separately, the return mark 71 should not be cut in the cutting process described below, and therefore, the return mark 71 may have a printing interval smaller than the printing interval of the sensor mark 201. Even when the return mark 71 is printed separately, it may not need to separately manage the interval with respect to the sensor mark 201. The sensor mark 201 may function as a reference for automated works in the sealing and cutting process described below, and may be formed at the intervals of 2*(b+h)*s+2*e along the length of the film 200. The return mark 71 may be exposed by turning over the packaging film pouch 10 when the consumer returns a product.
[0074] FIG. 7 is a view for explaining the step of making a dotted line on a packaging film and attaching a return tape according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[0075] The dotted lines 51 and 54 may be formed in the film 200 in the length direction. As described in FIG. 4, the easy-cut dotted line 54 may be formed at a distance of (a+h)*(s-1) / s from the right end unit 12 toward the left end unit 11, and the easy-open dotted line 51 may be formed at a distance of (a+h)*(s-1) / s from the right end unit 12 in the direction opposite to the left end unit 11. At this point, as the easy-cut dotted line 54 may be optionally applied, the easy-cut or the easy-open may be separately produced.
[0076] Referring to FIG. 7, two rotary cutters 121 and 122 may be formed on a rotary cutter roller 120. A first rotary cutter 121 may form the easy-cut dotted line 51, and a second rotary cutter 122 may form the easy-open dotted line 54. The positions of these two rotary cutters 121 and 122 may be set using preset values. A film 200 wound in the form of a roll is fed from the P side and output to the Q side, and at the same time, as the rotary cutter roller 120 rotates, the dotted lines 51 and 54 may be formed.
[0077] At the same time as processing the dotted lines, a return tape 77 may be attached. Referring to FIG. 7, the return tape 77 is wound around a tape attaching roller 126 in two rows. The positions of attaching the return tapes 77 may be set between the two dotted lines 51 and 54 to be adjacent to each of the dotted lines 51 and 54. A film 200 wound in the form of a roll is fed from the P side and output to the Q side, and at the same time, the two rows of return tapes 77 may be attached as the tape attaching roller 126 rotates. The process of attaching the return tapes 77 may be optionally applied. That is, in the case of easy-cut, both of the two cutters may be applied, and in the case of easy-open, only one of the two cutters may be applied.
[0078] Next, a cylindrical sealing unit 20 is formed by placing the contents 1 on the film 200, and sealing the edge portions on both sides of the film 200 in the length direction, and the upper sealing unit 31 and the lower sealing unit 41 are formed and cut by cutting and sealing in the width direction.
[0079] FIG. 8 is a view for explaining the step of sealing and cutting of a packaging film pouch according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[0080] Referring to FIG. 8, a continuously supplied film 200 passes through the top surface of the table 130, and the contents 1 to be packaged may be placed on the film 200.
[0081] In addition, a sensor 131 is installed in an input unit that feeds the film 200 to recognize the sensor mark 201 of the film 200 so that the sensor mark 201 may function as a reference in the subsequent automated work process.
[0082] At the rear side of the table 130, a pair of upright guide plates 133 may be configured on the left and right sides to guide the two sides of the film 200, on which the contents 1 are placed, to move forward while being erected vertically.
[0083] As a pair of alignment rollers 140 are provided at the rear side of the upright guide plates 133 to move the film 200 wrapping the contents 1 to the rear side while both side end portions of the film 200 are in a tightly aligned state, and a pair of heating rollers 150 are provided at the rear side of the alignment rollers 140 to seal and bond the tightly attached both side end portions of the film 200 by heat fusion, the cylindrical sealing may be completed. Here, according to the size of the heating unit of the heating rollers 150, the cylindrical sealing width d of FIG. 4 can be determined.
[0084] At the rear side of the cylindrical sealing step, a step of simultaneously sealing and cutting the upper and lower portions of the cylindrical film 200 containing the contents 1 may be configured.
[0085] A cutting blade 162 is embedded in a front heating plate 161 to be extended toward the outside from the inside of the front heating plate 161, and an accommodation groove 172 is formed inside a rear heating plate 171. When the front and rear heating plates 161 and 171 face each other, the cutting blade 162 is accommodated in the accommodation groove 172 and cuts in the width direction at the same time as the heat fusion, so that as the front and rear heating plates 161 and 171 may simultaneously heat-fuse the rear portion of the contents located on the front side and the front portion of the contents located on the rear side by one-time heat fusion and cutting, three-side packaging of the contents 1 may be continuously completed. According to the size of the heating units of the front and rear heating plates 161 and 171, the upper and lower sealing widths e of FIG. 4 may be determined.
[0086] In this way, an auto-labeling device may be used to attach the invoice 61 on the packaging film pouch 10 for which the packaging is completed. In a previous process, a classification barcode for auto-labeling may be attached in advance to the packaging film pouch 10. The classification barcode may also be attached to a small envelope among the envelopes separated by the dotted lines and discarded together with the small envelope when recycled. The auto-labeling device may recognize the barcode, read synchronized invoice information and output the invoice, and attach the invoice 61 to the invoice attachment unit 60 of the packaging film pouch 10. The size of the invoice may be set by the auto-labeling device to be smaller than the area discarded by easy-cut.
[0087] An automatic packaging process may be performed by introducing the dimensions secured in the design in the manufacturing process, and in particular, as a three-side packaging machine is introduced, productivity can be dramatically improved compared to cases of relying on existing manual works.
