[0002] The present invention relates to a cosmetic container having a refill structure, and more particularly, a cosmetic container having a refill structure in which a content container, a release mechanism, an inner cap, and an actuation button are moved up and down from a container body by turning an outer cap so as to be used or replaced conveniently.

[0003] 2. Description of related art

[0004] In today's modern society, men and women of all ages use cosmetics as needed, in line with the trend of rapid diversification. In particular, women use cosmetic products and tools of various types and colors, and different high-quality cosmetic products and tools are brought to market daily through the research and development of companies in the cosmetics industry.

[0005] According to the purpose of use, cosmetics are classified into, for example, facial cleansing cosmetics used to remove sebum, waste and contaminants from a skin surface, basic cosmetics used to properly provide hydration and oils to the skin, colored cosmetics used to display pretty colors, hair cosmetics used to protect the hair and provide nourishment as well as to remove foreign substances from the hair or scalp, and perfumes obtained by dissolving odorous materials in alcohol or other and used to give a scent to others.

However, since preservatives are not added to the above-mentioned cosmetics to minimize skin irritation, the risk of spoilage is relatively high compared to cosmetics made from chemical raw materials. For example, cosmetics made from natural raw materials can be contaminated or spoiled when bacteria penetrate them due to contact with outside air. during use or the composition is oxidized due to contact with air.

[0007] Furthermore, a container with a simple opening and closing function is generally used to store and use cosmetics in liquid or gel form, such as lotions, creams, gels, shampoos, and conditioners, among the cosmetics mentioned above. However, the conventional container described above does not consistently regulate the amount of cosmetics dispensed, and consequently, some cosmetics are wasted.

A cosmetic container having a refillable structure, the cosmetic container comprising: a container body (10) having an open side and provided therein with a spiral lifting groove (12a); an outer cap (20) rotatably coupled to the container body in a predetermined section and provided therein with a straight lifting groove (22); a lifting mechanism (30) raised and lowered in the container body while being rotated jointly with the outer cap, and provided therein with a lifting projection (32); a content container (40) received inside the container body for storing contents therein; a release mechanism (50) installed in the content container for releasing the contents; an inner cap (60) coupled to a side of the content container, and raised and lowered jointly with the lifting mechanism;and an actuating button (70) connected to the release mechanism for releasing the contents to an exterior, wherein the lifting mechanism (30) and the inner cap (60) are provided in them with a fixing projection (34) and a fixing groove (64), respectively, so as to be detachably coupled to each other, and provided in them with a reloading guide groove (36) and a reloading guide projection (66), respectively, so that the reloading guide projection is inserted into the reloading guide groove.

2. Cosmetic container according to claim 1, wherein the container body (10) is provided therein with a coupling part, wherein the coupling part (12) extends from one end of the container body and is inserted into the outer cap, and the coupling part is provided therein with at least one pair of spiral elevation grooves (12a).

3. Cosmetic container according to claim 1, wherein the fixing projection (34) extends over a predetermined section along an inner circumference of the lifting mechanism (30), and the fixing groove (64) extends along an outer circumference of the inner cap (60).

4. Cosmetic container according to claim 3, wherein the fixing projection (34) is provided on both sides thereof with elastic slots (34a) to provide elasticity to the fixing projection.

Cosmetic container according to claim 1, wherein the refill guide groove (36) and the refill guide protrusion (66) are formed on an inner circumference of the lifting mechanism and an outer circumference of the inner cap, respectively, in a straight line along a direction in which the contents container is inserted or separated.

6. A cosmetic container according to claim 1, wherein one end of the refill guide groove (36) is open, and oblique guide surfaces (36a) for guiding the refill guide protrusion to be inserted are formed on both side walls of the open portion.

7. Cosmetic container according to claim 6, wherein the oblique guide surface (36a) is inclined at a predetermined angle in a direction outwards from the refill guide groove (36).

Cosmetic container according to claim 1, wherein the lifting mechanism (30) is provided on an outer circumference thereof with a friction projection (38), to generate friction between the lifting mechanism and the container body while coming into close contact with an inner circumference of the container body.

9. Cosmetic container according to claim 1, wherein the content container (40) is provided therein with an inlet portion, wherein the inlet portion (42) is screw-coupled to the inner cap.

10. A cosmetic container according to claim 1, wherein the release mechanism (50) comprises a pump for releasing the contents by pumping.

11. A cosmetic container according to claim 1, wherein the inner cap (60) is provided therein with a straight guide hole (68), and the actuation button (70) is provided therein with a straight guide projection (78), so as to be fixed to each other.

12. Cosmetic container according to claim 1, wherein the actuation button (70) is provided therein with a nozzle coupling hole (74), wherein a nozzle (80) having a release orifice (82) is coupled to the nozzle coupling hole.

Cosmetic container according to claim 1, wherein the actuation button (70) is provided on it with a protruding part (76), and the outer cap (20) is provided on it with an anti-pressure level (26), such that the protruding part is placed on an upper end of the anti-pressure level when the actuation button is inserted into the outer cap.

Cosmetic container according to claim 1, wherein the content container (40), the release mechanism (50), the inner cap (60) and the actuating button (70) are simultaneously separated from the container body (10) and the outer cap (20), or inserted into internal spaces of the container body and the outer cap.
