Abstract
Description
Take-out container holder
[0001] The present invention relates to a take-out container holder capable of holding a take-out container, which is constituted by combining a bag container, a lid member functioning as a lid of the bag container, and a take-out tool having a take-out portion through which the contents of the bag container can be taken out, in a vertical posture.
[0002] Existing bag containers have poor self-standing stability because the bag body is flexible, and it is difficult to open / close the pouring part because the bag body is deformed. For example, a composite container with a pouring part that is water-resistant, can easily open and close the pouring part, and can be obtained at a relatively low cost is disclosed by externally mounting a cylindrical sleeve body made of a synthetic resin sheet provided with an insertion hole into which the pouring part can be inserted / removed on a pouch bag (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
[0003] Also, a bag container formed using a soft and flexible sheet material impairs the aesthetic appearance of the bag container as the contents decrease and the bag body is deformed. For example, by attaching the overhanging locking part provided on the pouring outlet member of the bag container to the lower end mounting part formed on the bag container holder, the bag container can be easily attached without impairing the aesthetic appearance, and a bag container holder is disclosed that can hold a bag container with a pump dispenser through a hard bag container holder formed by plastic molding and discharge the contents from the pouring outlet of the bag container (see, for example, Patent Document 2).
[0004] Patent No. 5476633 Patent No. 6463316
[0005] As mentioned above, composite containers with dispensing sections are water-resistant, the dispensing section can be easily opened and closed, and they can be obtained relatively inexpensively. However, they cannot support downward pressure when operating a pump dispenser attached to the dispensing section, so it is not possible to use a pump dispenser or other dispensing device to remove the contents. Also, as mentioned above, bag container holders can be easily attached to bag containers without compromising aesthetics, and the contents can be removed using dispensing devices such as caps, hinged caps, and pump dispensers. However, because they are rigid bag container holders made of molded plastic, they cannot be folded into a nearly flat shape to change from an unfolded to an unfolded state. As a result, they have a large volume ratio and occupy a large space, making storage and transportation time-consuming and costly. Furthermore, molded resin products use a large amount of resin, resulting in high material costs. Furthermore, the dispensing spout of the bag container is equipped with a complex, specialized locking mechanism that fits only the lower end mounting portion of the bag container holder. This means that there is no convenience in being able to appropriately swap out various types and sizes of dispensing devices and bag containers with dispensing spouts on a single bag container holder, and there is also a problem in terms of environmental consideration.
[0006] Therefore, the present invention aims to provide a dispenser holder that is resistant to downward pressure when operating a dispensing device such as a pump dispenser to dispense contents, does not impair aesthetics, allows for easy and detachable attachment of a dispenser container composed of a dispensing device and a bag container, can be folded and transformed from an unfolded state to an unfolded state to reduce its volume, can be manufactured relatively inexpensively, and allows for easy and appropriate replacement of dispenser containers composed of various types and sizes of dispensing devices and bag containers (pouches with spouts), while also being environmentally friendly.
[0007] The dispenser container holder that solves the above-mentioned problems is a dispenser container holder capable of holding in a vertical position a dispenser container which is composed of a bag container, a lid member that functions as a lid for the bag container, and a dispenser having a dispenser portion from which the contents of the bag container can be dispensed, and is made of a sheet material that is deformable between an unfolded state and an unfolded state, and in the unfolded state, it forms a side portion that surrounds the bag container from the side and a support surface portion which is supported from below by the upper end of the side portion by at least a part of which protrudes laterally from the upper end of the side portion, and the support surface portion is provided with a connecting hole that connects the lid member and the dispenser portion when the dispenser portion of the bag container is inserted, and the lid member is characterized in that its peripheral edge is placed on the support surface portion around the connecting hole and the lower end of the side portion is in contact with the ground, thereby holding the dispenser container in a vertical position.
[0008] A dispenser container holder that solves the above-mentioned problems is a dispenser container holder capable of holding in a vertical position a dispenser container, which is composed of a bag container, a lid member that functions as a lid for the bag container, and a dispenser having a dispenser portion from which the contents of the bag container can be dispensed, the holder holder holder having a holder body having a side portion that surrounds the bag container from the side and a top portion that covers a part of the bag container from above, and a locking member having a contour that includes an upper opening formed in the top portion, the locking member having a peripheral edge that rests on the top portion around the upper opening and is supported from below by the top portion, wherein the locking member has a connecting hole that connects the lid member and the dispenser when the dispenser portion of the bag container is inserted, and the lid member has a peripheral edge that rests on the locking member around the connecting hole and the lower end of the side portion touches the ground, thereby holding the dispenser container in a vertical position.
[0009] Furthermore, the container holder that solves the above-mentioned problems is characterized in that the connecting hole has a circular shape, is larger than the outer diameter of the extraction opening, and is smaller than the peripheral edge of the lid member.
[0010] Furthermore, the container holder that solves the above-mentioned problems is characterized by having ventilation holes on its side portion.
[0011] Furthermore, the container holder that solves the above-mentioned problem is characterized by having a connecting portion in which adjacent side portions overlap and are connected to each other.
[0012] Furthermore, the container holder that solves the above-mentioned problems is characterized in that the thickness around the connecting hole of the locking member is in the range of 0.3 mm to 3 mm.
[0013] The dispenser container holder of the present invention is made of a sheet material that can be deformed between an unfolded state and an unfolded state. The dispenser container is formed by combining a bag container, a dispenser that has a dispenser member that functions as a lid for the bag container and a dispenser that has a dispenser part from which the contents of the bag container can be dispensed. The dispenser container is formed by placing the dispenser member on the mounting surface and the lower end of the side surface touches the ground, allowing the dispenser container to be held in a vertical position. This makes it resistant to downward pressure when operating the dispenser for dispensing the contents, does not impair aesthetics, allows the dispenser container formed by combining the dispenser and the bag container to be easily attached and detached, can be folded and deformed from an unfolded state to an unfolded state to reduce the volume ratio, and can be manufactured at a relatively low cost.
[0014] Furthermore, the dispensing container holder of the present invention comprises a holder body having a side portion that surrounds the bag container from the side and a top portion that covers a part of the bag container from above, and a locking member supported from below by the top portion of the holder body. The dispensing container, which is formed by combining a bag container, a lid member that functions as a lid for the bag container, and a dispensing tool having a dispensing portion from which the contents of the bag container can be removed, is held in a vertical position by the lid member being placed on the locking member around the connecting hole and the lower end of the side portion making contact with the ground. This makes it resistant to downward pressure when operating the dispensing tool to remove the contents, and allows the dispensing container to be easily attached and detached without impairing its appearance. Dispensing containers, which are formed by combining dispensing tools and bag containers of various types and sizes, can be easily and appropriately replaced, and environmental considerations are taken into account.

Figure 8 is an unfolded view of the dispenser holder shown in Figure 7. Figure 9 is a perspective view showing the dispenser holder shown in Figure 7 in an unfolded state.
[0018] In the first embodiment of the present invention, the dashed line O shown in Figure 1 represents the central axis of the dispensing container holder 1 and the dispensing spout 7, and will be referred to as "axis O" hereafter. In the present invention, the direction along this axis O is referred to as the "axial direction," the direction perpendicular to axis O is referred to as the "radial direction," the side of the dispensing spout 7 in the axial direction (upper side in Figure 1) is referred to as "upper," and the opposite side (lower side in Figure 1) is referred to as "downward." In the first embodiment of the present invention, the upper surface of the dispensing container holder 1 (upper side in Figure 2) is referred to as the "top surface," and the opposite surface (lower side in Figure 2) is referred to as the "bottom surface."
[0019] [First Embodiment] First, a container holder 1 for holding a container, which is the first embodiment of the present invention, will be described with reference to Figures 1 to 9. The container holder 1 shown in Figures 1 to 9 is used to hold a container 5 in a vertical position and remove its contents, which is composed of a bag container 2 for containing contents, a lid member 10 that functions as a lid for the bag container 2, and a removal tool 4 having a removal section 3 from which the contents of the bag container 2 can be removed.
[0020] The bag container 2 (pouch with spout) comprises a bag body 6 (pouch) formed from a soft, heat-sealable resin film material and an outlet portion 7 (spout) attached to the upper axial direction. The bag body 6 and the outlet portion 7 are sealed by heat welding them together. The outlet portion 7 is a cylindrical body formed from a polyethylene (PE) synthetic resin material, extending along the axial direction with axis O as the central axis, and has a screw-type threaded male screw 8 on its outer surface (see Figures 1 and 5).
[0021] The dispensing device 4 is a pump dispenser made of synthetic resin material such as polyethylene (PE) or polypropylene (PP), and includes a dispensing part 3 (nozzle head) which is a pressing operating member that allows the contents of the bag container 2 to be dispensed, located in the axial direction upward, and a lid member 10 which has an inner surface with female threads 9 that functions as a lid for the bag container 2, located in the axial direction downward (see Figures 1 and 5).
[0022] The dispensing container 5 is constructed by combining a bag container 2 and a dispensing tool 4. The lid member 10 of the dispensing tool 4 is screwed onto the extraction opening 7 of the bag container 2, thereby sealing the bag container 2 and containing the contents in the bag 6. By pushing the dispensing part 3 downwards, the contents contained in the bag container 2 are dispensed due to the pressure difference (see Figure 1).
[0023] The dispenser container holder 1 is made of a sheet material that can be deformed between an unfolded state and an unfolded state. It is made of a 0.75 mm thick sheet material made of polypropylene (PP) synthetic resin material and is formed in an overhanging, roughly hexagonal cylindrical shape when unfolded, with six side portions 11 (11a, 11b, 11c, 11d, 11e, 11f), a bottom opening 12 that is open across the entire bottom surface (see Figure 6), and a support surface portion 13 (see Figure 2) that is provided on the top surface to connect the side portions 11a and 11d. The device includes an extended surface portion 14 (see Figure 3) extending downward toward the side portion 11d, and an extended surface portion 15 (see Figure 8) extending toward the side portion 11e from the side portion 11d. The extended surface portion 14 and the side portion 11d are connected by engaging an inverted U-shaped notch 16 provided in the extended surface portion 14 with a notch 17 provided above the side portion 11d, and the extended surface portion 15 and the side portion 11e are connected by ultrasonic bonding at a connecting portion 18 so that they overlap each other (see Figure 7). The mounting surface portion 13 has a circular connecting hole 19, and a portion of it protrudes laterally from the upper end of the side portion 11 (radially toward the side portion 11 with the axis O as the base axis) (see Figure 4). The side portions 11b, 11c, 11e, and 11f have triangular ventilation holes 20 at the top and bottom, respectively, and the side portions 11a and 11d have ventilation holes 21 that are recessed in an inverted U shape from the lower end toward the top (see Figure 2). The size of the dispenser container holder 1, when holding the dispenser container 5, is greater than the length from the lower end of the male screw 8 of the extraction opening portion 7 of the bag container 2 to the bottom surface of the bag body 6 (see Figure 1). The size of the connecting hole 19 is greater than the outer diameter 22 of the upper opening of the extraction opening portion 7 of the bag container 2 and smaller than the peripheral edge 23 of the lid member 10 of the dispenser 4 (see Figure 5).
[0024] In this embodiment, the dispenser container holder 1, when unfolded, has a top-shaped, roughly hexagonal tube formed from a 0.75 mm thick sheet material made of polypropylene (PP) synthetic resin (see Figure 6). In the unfolded state, the extended surface portion 14, which engages with the notch 17 of the side portion 11d, is removed to release the connection between the extended surface portion 14 and the side portion 11d, and the holder is folded along the fold lines 24 connecting the side portions 11b and 11c, and the fold lines 25 connecting the side portions 11e and 11f, to form a cylindrical, roughly flattened shape (see Figure 9).
[0025] Furthermore, with the dispenser container holder 1 of this embodiment, the dispenser container 5 can be easily attached and detached, making it easy to replace the bag container 2. When replacing the bag container 2 as described above, first, the lid member 10 of the dispenser 4 attached to the dispenser container 5 is rotated counterclockwise around the axis O as viewed from the direction of the dispenser section 3 to attach and detach it upward from the bag container 2, and the lid member 10 of the dispenser 4 is released from the mounting surface 13 of the dispenser container holder 1, causing the bag container 2 attached to the dispenser container 5 to descend and the bottom of the bag body 6 to rest on the installation floor surface. Then, the dispenser container holder 1 is lifted upward so that the extraction opening 7 of the bag container 2 is pulled out from the connecting hole 19 of the dispenser container holder 1, and the used bag container 2, which has lost its contents, is replaced with a new bag container 2 that contains contents. Next, the dispenser holder 1, which was lifted as described above, is lowered from the bottom opening 12 to the installation floor surface so as to be placed over the new bag container 2, and the dispensing opening 7 of the new bag container 2 is inserted into the connecting hole 19 of the dispenser holder 1. Subsequently, the lid member 10 of the dispenser 4 is placed over the dispensing opening 7 of the new bag container 2 from above, and the lid is screwed in by rotating it clockwise around the axis O as viewed from the direction of the dispenser part 3 of the dispenser 4, thereby connecting the dispenser 4 with the new bag container 2 and constructing the dispenser container 5, while the dispenser holder 1 holds the dispenser container 5 in a vertical position (see Figure 6). With this, the bag container 2 replacement work is completed.
[0026] As a result, with the opening 7 of the bag container 2 inserted into the connecting hole 19 of the mounting surface 13 through the bottom opening 12 of the dispensing container holder 1, the lid member 10 of the dispensing tool 4 is screwed onto the opening 7. This causes the peripheral edge 23 of the lower end of the lid member 10 of the dispensing tool 4 to rest on the mounting surface 13 around the connecting hole 19, and the lower end of the side surface 11 of the dispensing container holder 1 to make contact with the ground. This makes it possible to hold the dispensing container 5, which is formed by combining the bag container 2 and the dispensing tool 4, in a vertical position so that it can be detachably attached to the dispensing container holder 1 and the contents can be removed. Preferably, all the male threads 8 of the extraction port 7 of the bag container 2 are pushed up until they protrude from the bottom opening 12 through the connecting hole 19 of the dispensing container holder 1, and the female threads 9 of the lid member 10 of the dispensing tool 4 are screwed all the way into the male threads 8 of the extraction port 7. This allows the dispensing container 5, which is formed by combining the bag container 2 and the dispensing tool 4, to be held stably in a vertical position in the dispensing container holder 1, and its contents to be dispensed.
[0027] Furthermore, the dispensing container holder 1 is formed by a side portion 11 that surrounds the bag container from the side, and a support surface portion 13 that partially protrudes laterally from the upper end of the side portion 11, so that the support surface portion 13 is supported from below by the upper end of the side portion 11. As a result, the dispensing portion 3 (nozzle head) of the dispensing container 5, which is constructed by combining the bag container 2 and the dispensing device 4 (pump dispenser), can be pushed downward without bending or damage, and can stand stably on its own while maintaining its top-shaped, roughly hexagonal cylindrical shape. Moreover, as shown in Figure 5, the connecting hole 19 provided in the support surface portion 13 is smaller than the outer diameter 22 of the opening of the dispensing port, but larger than the outer diameter of the peripheral edge 23 of the lid member.
[0028] Furthermore, the dispenser holder 1, while holding the dispenser 5, is higher than the distance from the lower end of the male screw 8 of the extraction port 7 of the bag container 2 to the bottom surface of the bag body 6, so that the lower end of the bag container 2 provided in the dispenser 5 it holds is positioned above the lower end of the dispenser holder 1 (see Figure 1). In addition, the side portions 11b, 11c, 11e, and 11f have triangular ventilation holes 20 at the top and bottom, respectively, and the side portions 11a and 11d have ventilation holes 21 that are recessed in an inverted U shape from the lower end upward, thereby generating an airflow from the bottom to the top of the dispenser holder 1. This allows liquids such as water accumulated on the bottom surface and inside of the dispenser holder 1 to be discharged, and liquids such as water droplets adhering to the inside of the dispenser holder 1 and the bag container 2 to evaporate, thus preventing the growth of bacteria and enabling hygienic use.
[0029] Furthermore, the dispenser container holder 1 has triangular ventilation holes 20, which gives the upper and lower corners of the side portion 11 an obtuse angle (see Figure 1). This prevents sharp edges from hitting hands or feet in the event of a fall from a height, thus preventing injury and ensuring safe use.
[0030] In other words, according to the dispenser container holder 1 of this embodiment, the dispenser container 5 can be easily removed by simply inserting the lid member 10 of the dispenser 4 from the bottom opening 12 into the connecting hole 19 and connecting it to the protruding extraction port 7 of the bag container 2, thereby detachably holding the dispenser container 5 in a vertical position on the dispenser container holder 1. It is resistant to downward pressure when operating a dispenser such as a pump dispenser to remove the contents, does not impair aesthetics, can be folded into a nearly flat shape to deform from an unfolded state to an unfolded state, reducing the volume ratio, is environmentally friendly, and can be manufactured at a relatively low cost.
[0031] Therefore, according to the dispensing container holder 1 of this embodiment, in a composite container in which a cylindrical sleeve made of a synthetic resin sheet with an insertion hole for inserting and removing the dispensing part is attached to a pouch bag, downward pressure cannot be supported, making it impossible to use dispensing tools such as pump dispensers to dispense the contents. Furthermore, in a dispensing container holder in which an overhanging mounting part provided on the dispensing port of a bag container with a pump dispenser is attached to a lower end mounting part formed on a rigid dispensing container holder made of plastic molding, and the bag container with the pump dispenser is held and the contents are discharged from the dispensing port of the bag container, the dispensing container holder cannot be deformed between the unfolded and unfolded states, which occupies a large volume, making storage and transportation time-consuming and costly, and the large amount of resin used results in high material costs and environmental burden, which can be effectively avoided.
[0032] A second embodiment of the container holder for holding the container according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
[0033] Figure 10 is a front view of a second embodiment of the dispenser holder for holding dispenser containers (dashed lines indicate the bag containers held in the dispenser holder). Figure 11 is a perspective view of the front side of the second embodiment. Figure 12 is a top view of the dispenser holder according to the second embodiment (dashed lines indicate the top opening). Figure 13 is a cross-sectional view of the area indicated by the dashed arrows IIA-IIB in Figure 10. Figure 14 is an exploded perspective view of the dispenser holder for holding dispenser containers according to the second embodiment (dashed lines indicate the bottom opening of the dispenser holder). Figure 15 is a front view showing another example of the dispenser holder for holding dispenser containers according to the second embodiment (dashed lines indicate the bag containers held in the dispenser holder). Figure 16 is a perspective view of the dispenser holder for holding the dispenser container shown in Figure 15 (dashed lines indicate the dispenser shown in Figure 10). Figure 17 is a top view of the dispensing container holder shown in Figure 15 (the dashed lines indicate the top opening, the outer diameter of the dispensing port shown in Figure 15, and the peripheral edge of the lid member of the dispensing device). The bag container 2 is the same as the bag container 2 in the first embodiment, and the pump dispenser of the dispensing device 4 is also the same as the dispensing device 4 in the first embodiment. Furthermore, the dispensing container 5, which is formed by combining the bag container 2 and the dispensing device 4, is also the same as the dispensing container 5 in the first embodiment. Therefore, a detailed explanation of the bag container 2, the dispensing device 4, and the dispensing container 5 will be omitted, and the explanation will focus on the holder body 26, the locking members 34 and 37, the dispensing device 42, the bag container 39, the dispensing container 48, and the dispensing container holders 49 and 50.
[0034] Furthermore, in the second embodiment of the present invention, the dashed line P shown in Figure 10 indicates the central axis of the holder body 26 and the extraction port 7, and will be referred to as "axis P" hereinafter. In the present invention, the direction along this axis P is referred to as the "axial direction," the direction perpendicular to axis P is referred to as the "radial direction," the side of the extraction port 7 in the axial direction (upper side in Figure 10) is referred to as "upper," and the opposite side (lower side in Figure 10) is referred to as "downward." Furthermore, in the second embodiment of the present invention, the upper surface of the holder body 26 (upper side in Figure 11) is referred to as the "top surface," and the opposite surface (lower side in Figure 11) is referred to as the "bottom surface."
[0035] [Second Embodiment] First, the second embodiment of the present invention, the dispenser holders 49 and 50 for holding the dispenser container, will be described with reference to Figures 10 to 17. The dispenser holder 49 shown in Figures 10 to 14 comprises a holder body 26 and a locking member 34, and is used to hold a dispenser container 5 in a vertical position and dispense the contents, which is composed of a bag container 2 for containing contents, a lid member 10 that functions as a lid for the bag container 2, and a dispenser 4 having a dispenser part 3 from which the contents of the bag container 2 can be dispensed. The dispenser holder 50 shown in Figures 15 to 17 is used to hold a dispenser container 48, which has a smaller discharge volume than the dispenser container 5 described above, in a vertical position and dispense the contents.
[0036] The holder body 26 is formed into a top-cylindrical shape with a curved shoulder portion 27 connecting the top and sides by blow molding using a 1.2 mm thick polyethylene terephthalate (PET) synthetic resin material. It has a side portion 28 that surrounds from the sides, a top portion 30 with a circular top opening 29 with axis P as the central axis, a bottom opening 31 that is open across the entire bottom, two ventilation holes 32 in the shoulder portion 27, and four ventilation holes 33 that are recessed in an inverted U shape from the lower end of the lower side portion 28 upwards (see Figures 11 and 14). The size of the holder body 26 is greater than the length from the lower end of the male screw 8 of the extraction port 7 of the bag container 2 to the bottom surface of the bag body 6 when the extraction container 5 is held (see Figure 10), and the size of the top opening 29 is greater than the peripheral edge 23 of the lid member 10 of the extraction tool 4 (see Figure 13).
[0037] The locking member 34 is preferably formed in an annular shape using a synthetic resin material of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) with a thickness of 0.3 mm to 3 mm, and has a peripheral edge 35 that encloses the upper opening 29 of the holder body 26 (see Figure 12), and is provided with a circular connecting hole 36 that is larger than the outer diameter 22 of the opening 7 of the bag container 2 and smaller than the peripheral edge 23 of the lid member 10 of the dispensing device 4 (see Figure 13). The locking member 37 has a peripheral edge 38 that encloses the upper opening 29 of the holder body 26, and is provided with a circular connecting hole 45 that is larger than the outer diameter 41 of the opening 40 of the bag container 39 and smaller than the peripheral edge 44 of the lid member 43 of the dispensing device 42 (see Figure 17).
[0038] The dispensing device 42 is made of a synthetic resin material such as polyethylene (PE) or polypropylene (PP), and is a pump dispenser with a similar configuration to the dispensing device 4 of the first embodiment, but with a smaller discharge volume. It includes a dispensing section 46 (nozzle head), which is a pressing operation member that allows the contents of the bag container 39 to be dispensed, located axially upward, and a lid member 43, which has an inner circumferential thread and functions as a lid for the bag container 39, located axially downward (see Figures 15 and 16).
[0039] The bag container 39 (pouch with spout) has the same configuration as the bag container 2 of the first embodiment, and the bag body 6 is the same as the bag body 6 provided in the bag container 2 of the first embodiment. The bag body 6 (pouch) is made of a soft, heat-sealable resin film material and has an extraction spout 40 attached to the upper axial direction, and the bag body 6 and the extraction spout 40 are sealed by heat welding them to each other (see Figure 15). The extraction spout 40 is a cylindrical body made of polyethylene (PE) synthetic resin material, extending along the axial direction with axis P as the central axis, and has a screw-type threaded male thread on the outer surface of the cylindrical body. The extraction spout 40 is smaller in size than the extraction spout 7 of the bag container 2 of the first embodiment so that it can be connected to the dispensing device 42.
[0040] The dispensing container 48 has the same configuration as the dispensing container 5 of the first embodiment, and is constructed by combining a bag container 39 and a dispensing tool 42. The lid member 43 of the dispensing tool 42 is screwed onto the extraction opening 40 of the bag container 39 and connected, thereby sealing the bag container 39 with the lid and containing the contents in the bag 6. By pushing the dispensing part 46 downwards, the contents contained in the bag container 39 are dispensed by the pressure difference (see Figure 15).
[0041] The dispenser container holders 49 and 50 each comprise a holder body 26 and locking members 34 and 37. The locking members 34 and 37 have a contour that encompasses the upper opening 29 formed on the upper surface 30 of the holder body 26. Their peripheral edges 35 and 38 rest on the upper surface 30 surrounding the upper opening 29 of the holder body 26, and they are supported from below by the upper surface 30 of the holder body 26.
[0042] Furthermore, with the dispenser container holder 49 of this embodiment, the dispenser container 5 can be easily attached and detached, making it easy to replace the bag container 2. When replacing the bag container 2 as described above, first, the lid member 10 of the dispenser 4 attached to the dispenser container 5 is rotated counterclockwise around the axis P as viewed from the direction of the dispenser section 3 to attach and detach it upward from the bag container 2, and the connection between the dispenser 4 and the bag container 2 is released, causing the bag container 2 attached to the dispenser container 5 to descend and the bottom of the bag body 6 to rest on the installation floor surface. Then, the dispenser container holder 49 is lifted upward so that the extraction opening 7 of the bag container 2 is removed from the connecting hole 36 of the locking member 34 attached to the dispenser container holder 49 and the upper opening 29 of the holder body 26, and the used bag container 2 which has lost its contents is replaced with a new bag container 2 which contains contents. Next, the dispenser holder 49, which was lifted as described above, is lowered from the bottom opening 31 of the holder body 26 of the dispenser holder 49 to the installation floor surface so as to be placed over the new bag container 2, and the dispensing opening 7 of the new bag container 2 is inserted into the connecting hole 36 of the locking member 34 of the dispenser holder 49 and the top opening 29 of the holder body 26. Subsequently, the lid member 10 of the dispenser 4 is placed over the dispensing opening 7 of the new bag container 2 from above, and screwed in by rotating it clockwise around the axis P as viewed from the direction of the dispenser part 3 of the dispenser 4, thereby connecting the dispenser 4 with the new bag container 2 and constructing the dispenser container 5, while the dispenser holder 49 holds the dispenser container 5 in a vertical position (see Figure 14). With this, the bag container 2 replacement work is completed.
[0043] By inserting the extraction ports 7 and 40 of the bag containers 2 and 39 into the top opening 29 from the bottom opening 31 of the holder body 26, and inserting them into the connecting holes 36 and 45 of the locking members 34 and 37, the lid members 10 and 43 of the dispensers 4 and 42 are screwed onto the extraction ports 7 and 40, thereby detachably connecting the bag containers 2 and 39 and the dispensers 4 and 42 to form the dispensers 5 and 48, which are formed on the top surface 30 of the holder body 26. The locking members 34 and 37, which have a contour encompassing the upper opening 29, are placed on the upper surface 30 of the holder body 26 around the upper opening 29 at their peripheral edges 35 and 38, and are supported from below by the upper surface 30 of the holder body 26. At the same time, the peripheral edges 23 and 44 of the lower ends of the lid members 10 and 43 of the dispensing devices 4 and 42 are placed on the locking members 34 and 37 around the connecting holes 36 and 45, and the lower ends of the side surfaces 28 of the holder body 26 make contact with the ground. This makes it possible to hold the dispensing containers 5 and 48, which are formed by combining the bag containers 2 and 39 and the dispensing devices 4 and 42, in a vertical position so that the contents can be removed from the dispensing container holders 49 and 50. Preferably, all the male threads of the extraction ports 7 and 40 of the bag containers 2 and 39 are pushed up from the bottom opening 31 of the holder body 26 until they protrude from the top opening 29 of the holder body 26 and the connecting holes 36 and 45 of the locking members 34 and 37, and the female threads of the lid members 10 and 43 of the dispensing tools 4 and 42 are screwed all the way into the male threads of the extraction ports 7 and 40, thereby enabling the dispensing containers 5 and 48, which are formed by combining the bag containers 2 and 39 and the dispensing tools 4 and 42, to be held stably in a vertical position in the dispensing container holders 49 and 50, and the contents to be dispensed.
[0044] Further, since the connecting hole 36 of the locking member 34 is larger than the outer diameter 22 of the mouth of the extraction port 7 and smaller than the peripheral edge 23 of the lid member 10 of the utensil 4, the pump dispenser of the utensil 4 can be attached (see FIG. 10). Also, since the connecting hole 45 of the locking member 37 is larger than the outer diameter 41 of the mouth of the extraction port 40 and smaller than the peripheral edge 44 of the lid member 43 of the utensil 42, the pump dispenser of the utensil 42 smaller than the utensil 4 can be attached (see FIG. 15). Thus, by appropriately replacing the locking members 34 and 37 placed on the upper surface portion 30 of the holder body 26 according to the extraction containers 5 and 48, it becomes possible to detachably hold the different extraction containers 5 and 48 in a vertical posture in the extraction container holders 49 and 50 without replacing the holder body 26.
[0045] Further, the holder body 26 is higher than the length from the lower end below the male screw 8 of the extraction port 7 of the bag container 2 to the bottom surface of the bag body 6 in the state of holding the extraction container 5, so that the lower end of the bag container 2 provided in the extraction container 5 to be held is located above the lower end of the holder body 26 (see FIG. 10). Also, the shoulder portion 27 has two ventilation holes 32 and four ventilation holes 33 that are recessed in an inverted U shape upward from the lower end below the side surface portion 28, thereby generating an air flow from below to above the holder body 26. As a result, liquids such as water accumulated on the bottom surface and inside of the holder body 26 can be discharged, and liquids such as water droplets adhering to the inside of the holder body 26 and the bag container 2 can be evaporated, thus preventing the generation of various bacteria and enabling hygienic use.
[0046] In other words, with the dispenser container holders 49 and 50 of this embodiment, the dispenser containers 5 and 48 can be easily removed by simply inserting the lid members 10 and 43 of the dispenser 4 and 42 from the bottom opening 31 of the holder body 26 into the top opening 29 and the connecting holes 36 and 45 of the locking members 34 and 37, and connecting them to the protruding dispenser openings 7 and 40 of the bag containers 2 and 39. This allows the dispenser containers 5 and 48 to be detachably held vertically on the dispenser container holders 49 and 50, making it possible to easily remove the contents. Furthermore, the dispenser is resistant to downward pressure when operating a dispenser such as a pump dispenser to remove the contents, and can be used without compromising aesthetics. Moreover, by changing the locking members, it becomes possible to easily and detachably hold dispenser containers of various types and sizes vertically.
[0047] Therefore, according to the dispensing container holders 49 and 50 of this embodiment, in composite containers such as those in which a cylindrical sleeve made of a synthetic resin sheet with an insertion hole for inserting and removing a dispensing part is attached to a pouch bag, downward pressure cannot be supported, making it impossible to use dispensing devices such as pump dispensers to dispense the contents. Furthermore, in dispensing container holders in which an overhanging mounting part provided on the dispensing port of a bag container with a pump dispenser is attached to a lower end mounting part formed on a rigid dispensing container holder made of plastic molding, and the bag container with a pump dispenser is held and the contents are discharged from the dispensing port of the bag container, a complex mounting part is provided on the dispensing port of the bag container that is specifically designed to fit only the lower end mounting part of the dispensing container holder. This makes it possible to effectively avoid the inconvenience of not being able to easily and appropriately replace dispensing devices and bag containers with dispensing ports (dispensing containers) of various types and sizes on a single dispensing container holder.
[0048] As described above, the embodiments of the take-out container holder of the present invention have been explained. However, the present invention is not limited to the above-described first and second embodiments, and can be appropriately modified without departing from the gist thereof. According to the take-out container holder 49 of the second embodiment described above, the take-out tool 4 and the bag container 2 are the same as those in the first embodiment. Both the take-out container holder 1 of the first embodiment and the holder body 26 of the present embodiment can detachably hold the bag container 2 with the take-out tool 4 attached thereto in a vertical posture. As a result, for example, the connecting hole 19 of the take-out container holder 1 of the first embodiment is made the same size as the upper surface opening 29 of the holder body 26 of the second embodiment shown in FIG. 10, and the lid member 10 of the take-out tool 4 is inserted from the bottom surface opening 12 of the take-out container holder 1 into the connecting hole 19 and the connecting hole 36 of the locking member 34 and screwed into the extraction port portion 7 of the protruding bag container 2. Then, the locking member 34 is placed on the erection surface portion 13 around the connecting hole 19 of the take-out container holder 1 at its peripheral portion 35, supported from below by the erection surface portion 13 of the take-out container holder 1, and the peripheral portion 23 at the lower end of the lid member 10 of the take-out tool 4 is placed on the locking member 34 around the connecting hole 36. By grounding the lower end of the side surface portion 11 of the take-out container holder 1, it becomes possible to detachably hold the take-out container 5 constituted by combining the bag container 2 and the take-out tool 4 in a vertical posture in the take-out container holder 1. That is, the take-out container holder of the present invention can use, as the holder body, a take-out container holder (see FIGS. 7 to 9) constituted by a sheet material deformable between a non-expanded state and an expanded state. As a result, a take-out container holder (see FIGS. 10 and 15) provided with a holder body constituted by a sheet material deformable between a non-expanded state and an expanded state and a locking member can be obtained. Therefore, it is strong against downward pressure when operating the take-out tool to take out the contents, can be folded into a substantially flat shape and deformed from the expanded state to the non-expanded state without impairing the aesthetics, can reduce the volume ratio, can consider the environmental burden, can be manufactured relatively inexpensively, and furthermore, it becomes possible to easily and appropriately replace various types and sizes of take-out containers.
[0049] Furthermore, in the first and second embodiments described above, the dispenser container holder of the present invention holds the dispenser container in a vertical position relative to the dispenser container holder by having the lower end of the side portion make contact with the installation floor or the like. However, the dispenser container holder of the present invention is not limited to this, and although not shown in the figures, for example, if a hanging hole is provided on the side portion on the back side of the dispenser container holder, the dispenser container can be held in a vertical position relative to the dispenser container holder and the contents contained in the bag container can be removed by hooking a hook or the like into the hole and hanging it from a wall. In other words, the dispenser container holder of the present invention only needs to be able to hold the dispenser container in a vertical position relative to the dispenser container holder, and the installation situation in which the dispenser container holder holding the dispenser container is used is not particularly limited.
[0050] Furthermore, in the first embodiment described above, as an example of the dispenser container holder of the present invention, the extended surface portion and the side portion are connected at the connection portion by ultrasonic bonding. However, the dispenser container holder of the present invention is not limited to this, and may also be connected by, for example, a heat-sensitive adhesive or a detachable hook-and-loop fastener, and the method of connection of the dispenser container holder of the present invention is not particularly limited.
[0051] Furthermore, in the first and second embodiments described above, as an example of a dispensing device related to the dispensing container holder of the present invention, a pump dispenser is attached that dispenses the contents contained in the bag container by a pressure difference when the nozzle head is pushed downward. However, the dispensing device related to the dispensing container holder of the present invention is not limited to this, and although not shown in the figures, for example, if a hinged cap is attached, the contents contained in the bag container can be dispensed by gravity by opening the hinged stopper and turning the dispensing container holder upside down. In other words, the dispensing device related to the dispensing container holder of the present invention only needs to have a lid member that functions as a lid for the bag container and a dispensing device having a dispensing part from which the contents of the bag container can be dispensed, and the type of dispensing device related to the dispensing container holder of the present invention is not particularly limited.
[0052] Furthermore, in the first and second embodiments described above, an example of the dispensing container according to the present invention is configured by combining a bag container and a dispensing device, which are made of a soft, heat-sealable resin film material. However, the dispensing container according to the present invention is not limited to this, and may also be configured by combining a dispensing device with, for example, a resin bottle container or a paper pack type container. In other words, the bag container relating to the dispensing container holder of the present invention only needs to have an extraction opening connected to at least a container that holds the contents, and the container that holds the contents is not particularly limited.
[0053] Furthermore, in the first embodiment described above, as an example of the dispensing container holder of the present invention, it is formed in a substantially hexagonal tubular shape with a top using a synthetic resin material of polypropylene (PP). However, the material used to form the dispensing container holder of the present invention is not limited to this, and may be, for example, polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polyethylene (PE), pulp paper, recycled paper, metal, etc. Moreover, the shape of the dispensing container holder of the present invention is not limited to this, and although not shown in the figures, it may be, for example, a substantially square tubular shape with a top or a cylindrical shape with a top, and the material and shape of the dispensing container holder of the present invention are not particularly limited.
[0054] Furthermore, in the second embodiment described above, the holder body of the dispenser container holder is molded by blow molding using polyethylene terephthalate (PET) synthetic resin material as an example. However, the material and molding method for the holder body of the dispenser container holder of the present invention are not limited to this, and may be injection molding using synthetic resin materials such as polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE), mold molding using metal, press molding using stainless steel plate, die-cutting using polypropylene (PP) sheet material, carving using stone, or blow molding using glass. Moreover, the shape of the holder body of the dispenser container holder of the present invention is not limited to this, and although not shown in the figures, it may be a roughly rectangular cylindrical shape with a top or a gourd-shaped cylindrical shape with a top. In other words, the holder body of the dispenser container holder of the present invention only needs to have at least a side portion, a top portion, and a top opening in the top portion, and the material, molding method, and shape of the holder body of the dispenser container holder of the present invention are not particularly limited.
[0055] Furthermore, in the second embodiment described above, an example of a locking member provided in the dispensing container holder of the present invention is formed in an annular shape using a synthetic resin material of polyethylene terephthalate (PET). However, the material and shape of the locking member provided in the dispensing container holder of the present invention are not limited to this, and although not shown in the figures, for example, an acrylic resin or metal may be used and the outline may be square or hexagonal. In other words, the locking member provided in the dispensing container holder of the present invention has a connecting hole that is at least larger than the outer diameter of the opening of the dispensing port and smaller than the peripheral edge of the lid member of the dispensing device, and the outline of the peripheral edge should encompass the upper opening of the holder body, and the material and shape of the locking member provided in the dispensing container holder of the present invention are not particularly limited.
[0056] Furthermore, without departing from the spirit of the dispenser container holder of the present invention, the components in the first and second embodiments described above can be replaced with well-known components as appropriate, and the above-described modifications can be combined as appropriate.
[0057] The dispenser container holder of the present invention can be used as a composite container for storing liquid foods such as beverages and seasonings, tablet-shaped foods such as supplements, liquid hygiene products such as shampoos and detergents, bags for blood products, bags for cell culture, fluid foods, and fluid granules.
