Title of the invention: Non-fire physiological tactical balaclava made using Seamless knitting technology
[0001] The present invention relates to a textile solution produced using seamless knitting technology intended for the partial or complete non-fire protection of the head.
[0002] Using intrinsic, very fine non-flammable threads, this hood is developed in its composition and manufacture to combine comfort, breathability, ergonomics, fire protection, while allowing a removable function of its different parts. [Fig.l]
[0003] This textile protection solution is physiological. Its development takes into account the functioning of the human being in terms of respiration, the behavior of the skin in contact with textile materials, breathability, the evacuation of humidity relative to the environment in which the wearer evolves. Promoting the elimination of perspiration, its use is thus adapted to any climatic zone.
[0004] The discovery of the oval of the face is facilitated by the opening of the lower part of the face, independently of the protection of the head. [Fig.2]
[0005] The construction of the yoke at the lower part of the face prevents the mesh from loosening by a gathering solution knitted into the hood. This solution ensures good support at the nose and adaptation to any type of face morphology. [Fig.3]
[0006] The hood can be declined with an option consisting of the addition of an additional hypoallergenic textile layer as an internal layer.

1. Hood for fire-resistant head protection characterized in that it is made with intrinsically fire-resistant, very fine yarns, using seamless knitting technology and in that it has an opening in the lower part of the face made to facilitate the discovery of the oval of the face independently of the head protection.
2. Balaclava according to claim 1, characterized in that the making of the face yoke prevents the mesh from loosening, allows good support at the nose and adaptation to any face shape by a gathering solution knitted into the balaclava using seamless knitting technology.
3. Hood according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises an additional hypoallergenic textile layer, providing a physical barrier blocking any penetration of droplets and particles.
4. Hood according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it is composed of different removable parts.
5. Balaclava according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it is knitted in such a way as to promote the elimination of perspiration and good breathability.
6. Hood according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it combines comfort, breathability, ergonomics, fire protection, while allowing a removable function of its different parts.
