Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: Adaptation part for roller shutter box, roller shutter box comprising such an adaptation part, associated roller shutter installation and mounting method
[0001] The present invention relates to an adaptation part for a roller shutter box, a roller shutter box comprising such an adaptation part, a roller shutter installation comprising such a roller shutter box and a method of mounting such a roller shutter box.
[0002] In buildings whose walls include openings to the outside, these openings are generally equipped with a protective installation such as a roller shutter installation, to conceal the interior of the building and / or prevent intrusions. A roller shutter installation generally comprises a box, which is fixed to the wall above the opening and in which is housed a tube, pivotally mounted relative to the box and around which a roller shutter apron is wound. A user controls the rotation of the tube and, depending on the direction of rotation of the tube, an unrolled portion of the apron rises or falls in front of the opening to partially or completely conceal it.
[0003] The focus here is on the roller shutter box which is mounted inside the building. Such a box is generally received in a housing provided in the wall, for example provided in the masonry, and / or in a finishing layer or an insulation layer provided on the wall. A portion of the box is thus visible from inside the building. The box is generally formed from an assembly of panels, this assembly delimiting an internal volume of elongated, substantially parallelepipedal shape with two end openings and a lower slot for the passage of the screen. The panels are generally made by extrusion and include cells which extend along the panels. The panels are cut to the dimensions of the housing provided in the wall, the cells opening out at each end of the panels. For a better finish and a better aesthetic appearance, end covers are provided to close the end openings.
[0004] FR3080404A1 describes, for example, a roller shutter box comprising a cover end, which includes pins that fit into the cells of the panels. The cover is difficult to put in place, because the geometry of the box, made by assembling the panels, is not perfect. In addition, the cover is put in place by a translational movement parallel to the axis of the box, in other words parallel to the wall when the box is fixed to the wall, which poses space problems when mounting of the covers, or even potential damage to the visible surface of the wall.
[0005] It is these problems that the invention more particularly intends to remedy, by proposing a device which facilitates the mounting of the cover to the rest of the roller shutter box.
[0006] For this purpose, the invention relates to an adapter part for mounting a cover on an end opening of a roller shutter box housing. According to the invention, the adapter part comprises: - two assembly portions, each assembly portion comprising: • at least one fixing member, each configured to cooperate with one or more fixing cells opening onto an end plane of a top panel or a bottom panel of the trunk, so as to immobilize the mounting portion relative to the corresponding panel in an assembled configuration of this mounting portion, and • a rim, configured to form a slide extending along an engagement axis, each rim being configured to cooperate with a respective complementary rim belonging to the cover,
[0007] in which: - when the two mounting portions are in the assembled configuration, the two engagement axes are parallel to each other, the two edges forming a slide for mounting the cover on the adapter part.
[0008] Thanks to the invention, the adaptation part provides assembly slides for the cover, which are configured to cooperate with the cover. In other words, when assembling the cover to the housing, the cover is assembled to the housing by sliding along the slides, in a direction parallel to the plane of the end opening. The assembly of the cover is thus facilitated. In particular, when the adaptation part is mounted on a housing fixed to a wall, the sliding movement of the cover is oriented along an axis substantially orthogonal to the wall, which reduces the risks of damaging, for example by scratching, a finishing layer of the wall.
[0009] According to advantageous but not obligatory aspects of the invention, such an adaptation part may incorporate one or more of the following characteristics taken in isolation or in any technically admissible combination: - The fasteners are rods, while the sockets include fastening sockets, including sockets, which are configured to receive the rods with a tight fit. - The adapter part comprises an intermediate portion, which has an elongated shape with two opposite ends, each of the ends of the intermediate portion being connected to a respective mounting portion, the engagement axes of these two mounting portions being parallel to each other them.
[0010] The invention also relates to a mounting subassembly, comprising: a receiving box for a roller shutter box winding tube, and at least one adaptation part as described previously,
[0011] in which: the housing has an elongated shape extending along a longitudinal axis, the housing being formed from an assembly of panels, the panels include a top panel and a bottom panel, which are arranged on either side of a median plane of the trunk, the top and bottom panels being substantially parallel to the median plane, the panels delimit an internal volume which opens through two end openings arranged opposite each other along the longitudinal axis, each end being geometrically supported by its own end plane, the top and bottom panels include cells which open onto each end plane, and each adapter piece is associated with a specific end opening and is fixed to the cells which open onto the end plane associated with this end opening, so that the engagement axes of this adapter piece are parallel to the median plane.
[0012] Advantageously: the box comprises a front portion, configured to be received in a housing provided in the wall, and a rear portion, which protrudes from the wall when the box is fixed to the wall, the cells of the upper panel include at least one fixing cell, preferably a screw cell for fixing the adapter part, while the cells of the lower panel include at least one fixing cell, preferably a screw cell, for fixing the adapter part, and the screws cells are provided on the rear portion of the housing.
[0013] The invention also relates to a roller shutter box, comprising: a mounting subassembly as previously described, and at least one cache, each cache being associated with a respective adaptation part,
[0014] in which: each cover comprises complementary edges, which are configured to cooperate with the edges of the corresponding adaptation part, so as to guide the cover in translation relative to the associated adaptation part along the axis of engagement of this adaptation part.
[0015] The invention also relates to a roller shutter installation, comprising a box as described above, in which the box is fixed to a wall, above an opening made in this wall, the engagement axes being orthogonal to the wall.
[0016] According to another aspect, the invention relates to a method of mounting the roller shutter box as defined above, the method comprising the following steps: - fixing the adaptation part on a first end opening of the housing, by cooperation of the fixing members with the cells of the panels, so as to form transverse slides, - then, align the complementary edges of the cover with the edges of the adapter part according to the corresponding engagement axis, - then, approach the cover of the adaptation part by translation of the cover according to the engagement movement, so that each edge cooperates with the associated complementary edge.
[0017] This method induces the same advantages as those mentioned above regarding the adaptation part of the invention.
[0018] The invention will be better understood, and other advantages thereof will appear more clearly in the light of the following description of two embodiments of an adaptation part, a roller shutter box, a roller shutter installation and a mounting method, in accordance with its principle, given solely by way of example and with reference to the appended drawings, in which:
[0019] - [Fig.l] [Fig.l] is a perspective of a roller shutter installation in accordance with a first embodiment of the invention, comprising a roller shutter box, also in accordance with the first embodiment of the invention, certain parts being hidden;
[0020] - [Fig.2] [Fig.2] is a partial and larger scale view of a subassembly of mounting the trunk of [Fig.l], the mounting subassembly comprising a housing and an adapter part, also conforming to the first embodiment of the invention, the mounting subassembly being shown in a disassembled configuration;

[0023] - [Fig.5] [Fig.5] represents respectively, on two inserts a) and b), a section according to a plan Va in [Fig.4] of the cache and the mounting subassembly in the engaged configuration, and a perspective view of the cache and the mounting subassembly in a terminal configuration, and
[0024] - [Fig.6] [Fig.6] is a perspective view of a roller shutter box conforming to a second embodiment of the invention, the roller shutter box being shown in a similar configuration to the engaged configuration of the first embodiment.
[0025] A roller shutter installation 10 according to a first embodiment of the invention is shown in [Fig.l]. The roller shutter installation 10, also referred to simply as “installation 10” in the present description, comprises a roller shutter box 100, and a wall 12, in which an opening 14 is provided. The wall 12 is assumed to be flat and vertical. The wall 12 belongs for example to a building, in particular a residential building such as an apartment building or a house. The building is thus intended to accommodate people, in particular residents.
[0026] The opening 14, which is shown in dotted lines, passes through the wall 12 and connects an inner side 12A of the wall 12 to an outer side 12B of the wall 12. The opening 14 here has a generally parallelepiped shape and is here intended to receive joinery such as a window (not shown). Alternatively, the opening 14 is a door.
[0027] The roller shutter box 100, also simply called “box 100” in the present description, is fixed to the wall 12, above the opening 14 made in the wall 12. The box 100 is here mounted on the interior side 12A of the wall 12.
[0028] The wall 12 generally comprises a main portion, which generally includes a structural part and thermal insulation, and a finishing layer, for example a coating, a plasterboard, a paint, which covers the interior side 12A of the wall 12. As non-limiting examples, the structural part includes masonry made of concrete, concrete blocks or brick, or even wood panels, while the thermal insulation includes elements made of expanded materials, or even wood fiber, etc. The main portion and the finishing layer are not shown or detailed further.
[0029] The wall 12 here provides a housing 16, which is located above the opening 14 and which opens onto the interior side 12A. The housing 16 is provided in the main portion of the wall 12. In the example illustrated, the housing 16 opens downwards into the opening 14, but does not open onto the exterior side 12B.
[0030] The box 100 comprises a front portion 102A, which is received in the housing 16, and a rear portion, which protrudes from the wall 12 on the interior side 12A. Thus, when the roller shutter box 100 is fixed to the wall 12, the front portion 102A is invisible, while the rear portion 102B remains visible and accessible to people.
[0031] The concepts of “front”, “back”, “top”, “bottom”, “horizontal”, “vertical”, etc., are given with reference to the orientations of the various elements of the installation of rolling shutter 10 as visible in the figures, these elements being represented in a normal configuration of use, knowing that it may be otherwise in reality. Thus, seen from the interior side of the wall 12, a forward direction is a direction oriented towards the wall 12, more particularly towards its side 12B, i.e. here towards the left of [Fig.l], while a rear direction is oriented away from the wall 12, i.e. here towards the right of [Fig.l].
[0032] The roller shutter box 100 will now be described, in particular with the aid of FIGS. 1 to 5.
[0033] The trunk 100 comprises a housing 110. The housing 110 has a generally parallelepiped shape and is elongated along a longitudinal axis A100 of the trunk 100. The longitudinal axis A100 is assumed to be horizontal and parallel to the wall 12 when the trunk 100 is fixed to the wall in a usage configuration, as shown in [Fig.l]. The housing 110 thus comprises a front portion and a rear portion, which correspond to the front 102A and rear 102B portions of the trunk 100. The front portion of the housing 110 has a front length L110A, which is measured parallel to the longitudinal axis A100, while the rear portion of the housing 110 has a rear length L110B, which is measured parallel to the longitudinal axis A100. In the first embodiment, the front length L110A is equal to the rear length L110B.
[0034] The trunk 100 comprises two end covers 150, which are assembled to the housing 110 so as to improve the aesthetic appearance of the rear portion 102B.
[0035] The housing 110 is here formed from an assembly of panels 112. The panels 112 are made of a synthetic polymer material, in particular PVC, and are advantageously manufactured by extrusion then cut to the desired length. Each panel 112 has a honeycomb structure, which contributes to the lightness, rigidity and thermal insulation of the boards 112 and the housing 110. When a panel 112 is cut to the desired length, the honeycombs open onto a slice of this panel.
[0036] The panels 112 are assembled to each other, preferably by clipping, so as to form the housing 110. Each panel 112 thus has a generally rectangular and elongated shape, each panel 1120 extending in its length parallel to the longitudinal axis A100 of the trunk 100. In the example illustrated, the housing 110 comprises four panels 112, including a front panel 112A, which is fixed flat against the wall 12, in the housing 16, a rear panel 112B, parallel to the front panel 112A, a top panel 112C, and a bottom panel 112D. The top panel 112C connects the front panel 112A and the rear panel 112B to each other and extends parallel to, and above, a median plane P100 of the trunk, the median plane P100 being a plane which carries the trunk axis A100 and which is horizontal when the trunk 100 is fixed to the wall 12. A longitudinal plane P101 of the trunk is also defined as being a plane which carries the trunk axis A100 and which is orthogonal to the median plane P100. The longitudinal plane P101 is therefore parallel to the wall 12 when the trunk 100 is fixed to the wall. The lower panel 112D is substantially parallel to the median plane P100 and is arranged on the other side of the upper panel 112C relative to the median plane P100, that is to say below this median plane P100 in the installed configuration of the trunk 100.
[0037] A slot 114 is provided between the bottom panel 112D and the front panel 112A. In [Fig. 1], the rear panel 112B is omitted to reveal the interior of the trunk 100. It is, however, visible in Figures 2, 4 and 5.
[0038] The panels 112 together delimit an internal volume VI10 of the housing 110. The internal volume VI10 has the shape of an elongated parallelepiped, which extends in its length along the longitudinal axis A100. The internal volume VI10 opens towards the outside of the housing 110 through the slot 114 and through two end openings 116, which are arranged opposite one another along the longitudinal axis A100.
[0039] In the first embodiment, the four panels 112 have the same length, measured parallel to the longitudinal axis A100. Each end opening 116 is here geometrically carried by an end plane PI 16, which is a transverse plane of the trunk 100, that is to say a plane orthogonal to the longitudinal axis A100.
[0040] Thus, each panel 112 comprises two opposite ends, each of which is carried by its own end plane PI 16. The top panel 112C and the bottom panel 112D each comprise cells 113, which open onto the end planes PI 16. The cells 113 are visible on a larger scale in [Fig. 3]. The cells 113 include screw cells 113A, i.e. cells configured to receive screws.
[0041] The box 100 also comprises two end pieces 118. Each end piece 118 closes a respective end opening 116, preferably in a sealed manner, in order to prevent air infiltration through the roller shutter box 100. Each end piece 118 is here received in the internal volume VI10 and is fixed to the panels 112.
[0042] The trunk 100 also comprises a tube 120, which is received in the internal volume VI10 and which extends in its length along the longitudinal axis A100. The tube 120 is pivotally mounted relative to the end pieces 118, around the longitudinal axis A100. The rotation of the tube 120 is controlled by a user, by means of manual control members, for example by a strap / pulley assembly or by a crank / pinion assembly, or even motorized control members, for example an electric motor. The control members are not shown. The end pieces 118 and the tube 120 are not essential to the implementation of the invention but serve to clarify the context thereof.
[0043] The box 100 also comprises a roller shutter screen, which is suspended from the tube 120 and which winds and unwinds around the tube 120 according to the direction of rotation of the tube 120. The tube 120 is therefore a winding tube for the screen. A free portion of the screen passes through the slot 114 and rises or falls in front of the opening 14, closing the opening 14 partially or completely. The screen is not shown.
[0044] Each end cover 150 is assembled to the housing 110 at a corresponding end opening 116, and masks the various elements of the box 110, in particular the end piece 118 associated with this end opening 116.
[0045] To facilitate the mounting of each cover 150 on the corresponding end opening 116, the box 100 comprises an adapter piece 160 at each end opening 116. Only one of the adapter pieces 160 is visible in Figures 2 to 4 and 5a), this adapter piece 160 being associated with that of the end openings 116 located on the left of the box 100 in [Fig.l]. In the following, the adapter piece 160 associated with the end opening 116 located on the left of [Fig.l] is described, which is valid for this end piece 160 being valid for the other end piece, which is not visible in the figures.
[0046] The adapter part 160 is here made of a synthetic polymer material, preferably polyamide - denoted PA -, and is manufactured for example by hot injection. The adapter part 160 comprises two mounting portions 162, which are each intended to be fixed on a respective panel 112. In the assembled configuration of the trunk 100, one of the mounting portions 162 is fixed to the top panel 112C, while the other mounting portion 162 is fixed to the bottom panel 112D.
[0047] Each mounting portion 162 comprises fixing members 164, which are configured to cooperate, in particular by complementarity of shapes, with one or more cells 113 of a top panel 112C or bottom panel 112D of the housing 110, so as to fix the mounting portion 162 to the corresponding panel. Those of the cells 113 which cooperate with the fixing members 164 are called “fixing cells”.
[0048] Advantageously, the fixing cells 113 include the screw cells 113A, that is to say that some of the fixing members 164 cooperate with the screw cells 113A. In the illustrated example, the fixing members 164 are trilobed rods, which are made in one piece with the corresponding mounting portion 162 and which are configured to be inserted into a screw cell 113A with a tight fit. Thus, the elastic return of the rods and the screw cells 113A is sufficient to immobilize each mounting portion 162 relative to the associated top panel 112C or bottom panel 112D. The assembly of each mounting portion 162 to the housing 110 is thus carried out by hand and without tools.
[0049] In a variant not shown, the fixing cells 113 are of another shape. According to another variant not shown, the fixing members 164 include clamped portions forming clips, which are embedded on walls stopping on the end plane PI 16, for example the walls delimiting the cells 113. According to a variant, the fixing members 164 are clipped onto the walls delimiting the cells 113.
[0050] The mounting portion 162 is said to be in the assembled position when the mounting portion 162 is fixed to the corresponding top panel 112C or bottom panel 112D. By extension, the adapter piece 160 and the housing 110 are said to be in the assembled configuration when the two mounting portions 162 of the same adapter piece 160 are fixed to the corresponding panels 112C and 112D. The housing 110 and the adapter piece 160 in the assembled configuration together form a mounting subassembly 169.
[0051] Each mounting portion 162 also comprises a rim 166, which is rectilinear and which extends along an engagement axis A166. When each mounting portion 162 is in the assembled position, the corresponding rim 166 is located at a distance from the end of the corresponding panel 112, leaving a gap 1166 between the rim 166 and the end of the corresponding panel 112. The two engagement axes A166 of the two mounting portions 162 are then orthogonal to the longitudinal plane P101, in other words are parallel to each other, so as to form a slide. Thus the two engagement axes A166 are parallel to the end plane PI 16 associated with the corresponding end opening 116. The edges 166 thus form a transverse slide, that is to say a slide oriented along an axis carried by a plane orthogonal to the longitudinal axis A100.
[0052] As illustrated in FIG. 4a), the cover 150 is assembled to the mounting subassembly 160 by an engagement movement F150.
[0053] The cover 150 comprises complementary edges 152, which are configured to cooperate, in particular by complementarity of shapes, with the edges 166 of the adaptation part 160, so as to guide the cover 150 in translation relative to the adaptation part 160 along the engagement axes A166. The engagement movement F150 is thus a translation movement parallel to the engagement axes A166, that is to say a movement orthogonal to the wall 12 when the housing 110 is fixed to the wall 12.
[0054] Each cover 150 comprises two complementary edges 152, a complementary edge 152 being shown in FIG. 5a). Each complementary edge 152 is configured to be received in a gap 1166 associated with a edge 166, the cover 150, and by extension the trunk 100, then being in an engaged configuration.
[0055] Advantageously, the adaptation part 162 comprises protrusions 167, which are here arranged on a side of the edges 166 on the side of the gap 1166 and which are configured to prevent the cover 150 from slipping accidentally relative to the adapter part 160. The assembly of the cover 150 to the mounting subassembly 169 is thus carried out by hand and without tools.
[0056] The cover 150 also comprises a closing portion 154, which is generally planar and which is configured to mask the rear portion 102B of the trunk 100 when the cover 150 is in a terminal position, as shown in FIG. 5b). By extension, the trunk 100 is said to be in terminal configuration. The terminal configuration corresponds to the end of the engagement movement F150. In terminal configuration, the front portion 102A of the trunk 100 is not masked by the cover 150, knowing that when the trunk 100 is fixed to the wall 12, the front portion 102A is received in the housing 16.
[0057] The cover 150 and / or the mounting subassembly 169 advantageously comprise mechanical stops, which are configured to prevent the engagement movement F150 when the trunk 100 is in the terminal configuration. The stops are not shown.
[0058] Thus, in the terminal configuration, the cover 150 masks, in other words closes, a part of the end opening 16. More precisely, the cover 150 masks a portion of the end opening 16 corresponding to the rear portion of the housing 110.
[0059] Preferably, the adapter piece 160 comprises an intermediate portion 170, which connects the two mounting portions 162 associated with this adapter piece 160 to each other. In the illustrated example, the intermediate portion 170 has an elongated shape with two opposite ends, which are each connected to a respective mounting portion 162. In other words, the two mounting portions 162 and the intermediate piece 170 are made in a single piece, which facilitates the assembly of the adapter piece 160 to the cells 113. The adapter piece 160 also contributes to the good geometry of the housing 110, in particular to the parallelism of the top 112C and bottom 112D panels. The two engagement axes A166 are kept parallel to each other, which reduces the risk of jamming during assembly of the cover 150, as described later.
[0060] Each mounting portion 162 here comprises two rods 164, in other words the adapter piece 160 comprises four rods 164, which are advantageously arranged in a rectangle, the engagement axes A166 being parallel to two of the opposite sides of this rectangle. Two adapter pieces 160 of the same type are thus used at the two end openings 116 of the housing 110, which reduces the number of separate references.
[0061] The adaptation part 160 advantageously comprises reliefs 172, which are here formed in a hollow along the intermediate part 170 and which are provided to facilitate the gripping and the positioning of the adaptation part 160 during the assembly of the chest 100.
[0062] A method of assembling the roller shutter box 100 is now described.
[0063] During an initial step, the housing 110 is formed by assembling the panels 112. Preferably, the end pieces 118 are assembled to the housing 110, so as to ensure good geometry of the housing 110.
[0064] Next, an installer assembles the mounting subassembly 169, by fixing the adapter piece 160 on a first end opening 166 of the housing 166, by cooperation of the fixing members 164 with the cells 113 of the panels, the edges 166 forming transverse slides. In the example illustrated, the trilobed rods are inserted into the cells 113A.
[0065] Next, the installer assembles the cover 150 to the adapter part 160, by aligning the flanges 166 with the complementary flanges 152, as illustrated in FIG. 4a). The installer then approaches the cover 150 to the mounting subassembly 169 according to the engagement movement F150, in other words parallel to the engagement axis A166, each complementary flange 152 being received in the corresponding gap 1166. The trunk 100 is then in the engaged configuration, as illustrated in FIG. 4b).
[0066] The engagement movement F150 continues until the cover 150 is in its terminal position, illustrated in FIG. 5b). The trunk 100 is then in its terminal configuration.
[0067] The above steps are then repeated at the second end opening 166.
[0068] It is understood that after the initial step, if the housing 110 is fixed to the wall 12, then each engagement movement F150 is orthogonal to the wall. The assembly of each cover 150 is done without interference with the wall 12, in particular without risk of damaging a finishing layer on the inner side 12A of the wall 12.
[0069] In the illustrated example, the upper panel 112C comprises two alveovis 113A, which receive the fixing members 164.
[0070] More generally, each of the top 112C and bottom 112D panels comprises at least one alveovi 113A. Preferably, when the box 100 is fixed to the wall 12, one of the alveovi 113A of the top panel 112C is vertically aligned with a alveovi 113A of the bottom panel 112D.
[0071] A roller shutter box 200 according to a second embodiment is shown in [Fig.6]. In the second embodiment, elements similar to those of the first embodiment bear the same references and operate in the same way. In the following, the differences between the first and second embodiments are mainly described.
[0072] The trunk 200 is shown in the engaged configuration, that is to say that the part adaptation 160 is fixed to the housing 110, forming the mounting subassembly 169, while the cover 150 is engaged on the edges 166 forming a slide.
[0073] One of the main differences of the second embodiment with the first embodiment is that in the second embodiment, the trunk 200 is said to be “cut”, that is to say that the top 112C and bottom 112D panels are cut so as to form the front portion 102A, intended to be received in the housing 16, shorter, along the longitudinal axis A100, than the rear portion 102B which protrudes from the wall 12. In other words, in the second embodiment, the front length L110A is less than the rear length L110B.
[0074] This type of assembly is generally found in the case of renovation, when a new roller shutter box is installed to replace an old, worn-out box. The dimensions of the housing 16 provided in the wall 12 being variable, the front portion 102A is deliberately made smaller, so that the insertion of the front portion 102A into the housing 16 is easy. As a result, once the box 110 is fixed to the wall 12, unsightly spaces remain between the box 110 and the lateral edges of the housing 16. The rear portion 102B, wider than the front portion, masks these spaces.
[0075] The adaptation part 160 is thus mounted on the ends of the top 112C and bottom 112D panels, on the rear portion of the housing 110. For this purpose, sockets for fixing the adaptation part 160, in particular sockets of the type of sockets 113A of the first embodiment, are provided on the rear portion of the housing 110.
[0076] The cover 150 is assembled to the mounting subassembly 169 as previously, by sliding along the engagement direction F150, which is orthogonal to the wall 12. There is thus no risk of interference from a possible finishing layer on the inner side 12A of the wall 12, in particular the assembly of the cover 150 does not risk damaging - for example by scratching - the finishing layer.
[0077] In [Fig.6], the cover 150 is shown in the engaged position, during the engagement movement F150 on the adaptation part 160. Once the engagement movement F150 is completed, the cover 150 masks a portion of the end opening 16 corresponding to the rear portion of the housing 110, in other words corresponding to the rear portion 102B of the trunk 100.
[0078] In the two illustrated embodiments, each adapter part 160 comprises an intermediate portion 170, which connects the two mounting portions 162 to each other. The adapter part 160 is thus made from a single piece.
[0079] In a variant not shown, the intermediate portion is omitted, that is to say that the two mounting portions 162 are separated from each other. The quantity of material necessary to produce the adaptation part 160 is thus reduced. In this case, the upper panels 112C and lower panels 112D each comprise at least two alveovis 113 A, so as to guarantee the parallelism of the engagement axes A166 associated with each of the mounting portions 162.
[0080] In the two illustrated embodiments, the fixing members 164 are rods, which are inserted into the sockets 113A. The assembly of the adaptation part 160 to the housing 110 is thus easy to carry out, and reversible. The number and arrangement of the sockets 113A and the rods 164 is not limiting. When the adaptation part 160 is produced in one piece, each mounting portion 162 comprises at least one fixing member 164, which cooperates with one or more fixing sockets 113, in particular each of the top 112C or bottom 112D panels comprises at least one socket 113A provided to receive a corresponding rod 164. In a variant not shown, the upper panel 112C and the lower panel 112D each comprise a different number of alveovis 113A provided to cooperate with the fixing members 164.
[0081] In a variant not shown, the rods are replaced by screws or equivalent. For example, each mounting portion 162 comprises holes, which constitute fixing members and which are arranged so as to coincide with the sockets 113A, and the adaptation part 160 is screwed to the housing 110. The assembly of the adaptation part takes longer to produce but the mounting subassembly 169 thus produced is more solid.
[0082] According to another variant not shown, added locking pieces are provided for assembling the adaptation piece 160 to the top 112C or bottom 112D panels. For example, these locking pieces are inserted into one or more cells 113 and cooperate with the fixing members 164, for assembling the adaptation piece 160 to the housing 110.
[0083] The embodiments and variants mentioned above can be combined with each other to generate new embodiments of the invention.
