Title of the invention: Obstruction device, and cap-type sun visor, for opening the facade of a building TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
[0001] The field of the invention is that of the total or partial obstruction of openings in facades, in particular of buildings, such as windows, doors and French windows, as well as that of the protection of such openings from the sun.
[0002] More specifically, the invention relates to an obstruction and sunshade device, in particular of the cap type, for openings in facades, in particular buildings.

[0004] Different types of obstruction devices are known from the prior art for obstructing a facade opening.

[0016] The present invention aims to remedy all or part of the drawbacks of the state of the art cited above.
[0017] To this end, the invention relates to an obstruction and sunshade device for opening the facade of a building, such as a window, door, or French window, the device comprising: - a pre-frame intended to be fixed on the facade at the level of the opening to be obstructed, comprising a first lateral slide and a second lateral slide opposite each other; - an upper obstruction part and a lower obstruction part hinged to each other so as to be able to be folded and unfolded, the upper obstruction part being hingedly mounted on the pre-frame at a so-called upper end of the pre-frame, and the lower obstruction part being slidably guided in the first lateral slide and in the second lateral slide of the pre-frame, and wherein the upper obstruction portion comprises a horizontal sliding louver comprising an upper frame and an apron slidably guided in the upper frame between a closed position and an open position; the device being further configured to adopt at least: - a so-called obstruction configuration, total or partial, in which the apron is in one of its closed position, its open position or an intermediate position between its closed position and its open position, and in which configuration the upper obstruction part and the lower obstruction part are unfolded and are substantially aligned vertically in the extension of one another, so as to cover the opening to be obstructed; and - a so-called sunshade configuration, in which the apron is in its closed position, and in which configuration the upper obstruction part and the lower obstruction part are folded towards each other at the upper end of the pre-frame, so as to together form an awning extending away from said facade.

Claims
1. Obstruction and sunshade device (1) for opening (2) in the facade (3) of a building, such as a window, door, or French window, the device (1) comprising: - a pre-frame (4) intended to be fixed on the facade (3) at the level of the opening (2) to be obstructed, comprising a first lateral slide (11) and a second lateral slide (12) opposite each other; - a so-called upper obstruction part (5) and a so-called lower obstruction part (6) hinged to each other so as to be able to be folded and unfolded, the upper obstruction part (5) being hingedly mounted on the pre-frame (4) at a so-called upper end of the pre-frame, and the lower obstruction part (6) being slidably guided in the first lateral slide (11) and in the second lateral slide (12) of the pre-frame (4), and in which the upper obstruction part (5) comprises a horizontal sliding shutter (7) comprising an upper frame (16) and an apron (8) slidably guided in the upper frame (16) between a closed position and an open position; the device (1) being further configured to adopt at least: - a so-called obstruction configuration, total or partial, in which the apron (8) is in one of its closed position, its open position or an intermediate position between its closed position and its open position, and in which configuration the upper obstruction part (5) and the lower obstruction part (6) are unfolded and are substantially aligned vertically in the extension of one another, so as to cover the opening (2) to be obstructed; and - a so-called sunshade configuration, in which the apron (8) is in its closed position, and in which configuration the upper obstruction part (5) and the lower obstruction part (6) are folded towards each other at the upper end of the pre-frame, so as to together form a canopy (9) extending away from said facade (3).
2. Device (1) according to claim 1, in which the apron (8) comprises at least two lateral leaves (26) each composed of at least two vertical blades (27) articulated to each other by their adjacent vertical sides.
3. Device (1) according to claim 2, in which the vertical blades (27) are made of metallic material, preferably aluminum.
4. A device (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the lower obstruction portion (6) comprises a lower frame (17) and a filler panel (45) mounted in the lower frame.
5. Device (1) according to claim 4, in which the filling panel (45) is a glass panel, or a preferably openwork metal panel.
6. Device (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising at least one holding member configured to hold the device in its sun visor configuration.
7. Device (1) according to claim 6, in which the holding member comprises a compressed gas cylinder (52), comprising a cylinder body (54) which is mechanically secured to the lower obstruction part (6), and a cylinder rod (55) which is mechanically secured to the pre-frame (4).
8. Device (1) according to claim 6, in which the holding member comprises a spring mechanically secured on the one hand to the lower obstruction part (6), and on the other hand to the pre-frame (4).
9. Device (1) according to claim 6, wherein the holding member comprises a cable-pulley type mechanism, comprising a counterweight, a first cable and a second cable extending respectively in the first lateral slide (11) and in the second lateral slide (12), each of the cables being mechanically connected on the one hand to the lower obstruction part (6), and on the other hand to the counterweight.
10. Device (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, further comprising an actuator configured to be able to move the upper obstruction part (5) and lower obstruction part (6) so as to allow the passage of the device (1) from its obstruction configuration into its sun visor configuration, and vice versa.
