Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: Supporting part for a panel on an elongated structure. FIELD OF THE INVENTION
[0001] The present invention relates to the field of fastening means and more particularly to means of fastening panels on an elongated structure.
[0002] In particular, the present invention relates to a mounting bracket for a panel on an elongated structure. The present invention, while not limited to this aspect alone, is advantageously implemented for attaching panels, and in particular photovoltaic panels, to floating structures. These floating structures include, in particular, floats, for example cylindrical floats, on which panels can be mounted, notably at an angle. TECHNOLOGICAL BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0003] The installation of panels, and in particular photovoltaic panels, requires the implementation of interfaces allowing the panels to be fixed to pre-existing or new structures. It is then common to use rails onto which the panels are fixed, notably by clips.
[0004] Document EP2867541 B1 provides an example. More specifically, this patent proposes fixing photovoltaic panels onto parallel rails with clips attached to the panels and snapped onto said rails.
[0005] This last solution remains technically interesting and has proven reliability.

[0048] The present invention relates to a fastening and / or attachment means. In particular, the present invention concerns a retaining piece intended to facilitate the installation and fastening of panels on elongated structures.
[0049] More particularly, the retaining piece according to the present invention is advantageously implemented for retaining panels on two elongated structures arranged parallel to each other.
[0050] In this regard, [Fig.1] gives an example of installation 1. In particular, installation 1 uses the retaining piece for the installation and fixing of panels on two elongated structures parallel to each other.
[0051] In this [Fig.1], without limiting the scope of the present invention, the installation comprises two cylindrical structures.
[0052] According to the present invention, two elongated and parallel structures require that said structures coincide with two opposite sides of a rectangle.
[0053] Thus, the two cylindrical structures referred to respectively as first structure 11 and second structure 12 can be buoyant. In particular, said first 11 and second 12 structures can include within their volume flotation elements such as inflatable elements or foams enabling said structures 11 and 12 to float. These two structures can be identical to the structures described in the international patent application published under reference WO 2022 / 242858 (structure named in English "floating tube element 101" and illustrated in [Fig. 1] of application WO 2022 / 242858).
[0054] Installation 1 comprises at least two panels 13a, 13b, 13c, 13d and 13e (5 panels are shown in [Fig. 1]). These panels 13a, 13b, 13c, 13d and 13e may be photovoltaic panels.
[0055] These panels 13a, 13b, 13c, 13d and 13e can be rectangular in shape and thus be attached to the first 11 and the second 12 structures.
[0056] In particular, this fastening can utilize a plurality of retaining parts of the present invention as well as a plurality of anchor clips. In this regard, the anchor clips, disclosed in patent EP2867541 B1 and referred to as a "fastening device" in claim 1 of said patent, can advantageously be used. In particular, these anchor clips comprise a snap-on section and an anchoring section. The snap-on section is specifically configured to snap onto an attachment section of a retaining part, while the anchoring section is intended to be anchored to the frame of a panel.
[0057] In the following description, reference will be made regularly to different faces of a retaining piece. Furthermore, whenever a direction is defined with respect to two opposite faces, it is understood that the direction thus defined represents a general orientation. In particular, as defined later in this statement, the upper and lower faces define a principal direction, said direction running from the lower face to the upper face. This principal direction defines, in particular, a direction along which the retaining piece extends and thus allows the order of appearance of the constituent elements of the piece to be identified according to said principal direction.
[0058] The remainder of the statement also defines two terminal faces, referred to respectively as the first terminal face and the second terminal face. These two faces are parallel to each other and also define another direction, called the elongation direction, which is essentially perpendicular to the principal direction. The two terminal faces, opposite each other, extend along the principal direction from the lower face to the upper face.
[0059] The remainder of the statement also defines two lateral faces, referred to respectively as the first lateral face and the second lateral face. These two faces each connect the two terminal faces along the elongation direction, and the lower and upper faces.
[0060] An element formed by a profile according to the present invention is an element that extends along a direction of extension and whose intersection with a cutting plane perpendicular to said direction of extension is invariable. In particular, a profile according to the terms of the present invention can be obtained by an extrusion process. This latter aspect is part of the general knowledge of a person skilled in the art and will therefore not be described in the following statement.
[0061] Thus, the present invention relates to a retaining piece for a panel on an elongated structure, the retaining piece comprising, along a principal direction going from a lower face to an upper face of said retaining piece:
[0062] - a base formed by a profile which extends, along a perpendicular elongation direction dicular to the main direction, between two terminal faces of the retaining piece called, respectively, first terminal face and second terminal face;
[0063] - means of connection;
[0064] - a fixed attachment section connected to the base with the connecting means, the the attachment section includes a profile which extends between the two end faces, the attachment section defining a housing, called the snap-in housing, configured to allow the insertion from the top face and then the snap-in of an anchor clip into said attachment housing;
[0065] the retaining piece further includes strapping means configured to retain the base, by the underside, attached to the structure, the strapping means comprising a metal strap intended to be fixed by its two ends to one and the other of two lateral faces called, respectively, first lateral face and second lateral face, of the retaining piece.
[0066] The [Fig.2] is a schematic representation of a retaining piece 100 according to a first embodiment of the present invention.
[0067] Fig. 3 represents the retaining piece 100 of Fig. 2 according to an exploded view.
[0068] The retaining piece 100 comprises, along a principal direction Z going from a lower face 101 to an upper face 102, a base 200, connecting means 300 and an attachment section 400. The retaining piece 100 further includes strapping means configured to retain the base 200, by the lower face, integral with the structure, the strapping means comprising a metal strap 500 (represented in [Fig.4]) intended to be fixed by its two ends to one and the other of two lateral faces called, respectively, first lateral face 105 and second lateral face 106, of the retaining piece 100.
[0069] The base 200 according to the present invention is formed by a profile which extends, along an elongation direction X perpendicular to the main direction Z, between two terminal faces of the retaining piece 100 called, respectively, first terminal face 103 and second terminal face 104.
[0070] The metal strap includes at one of its ends, called first end 501, an opening 502 allowing said end 501 to be fixed on the base 200, by the first lateral face 105, by means of a screw or a bolt.
[0071] To this end, the base 200 may include, on the first lateral face 105, a groove 201 extending along the elongation direction X. In particular, the groove 201 is delimited by two edges 202a and 202b internally folded or curved so as to be able to cooperate with the thread of a screw or bolt. In this regard, [Fig. 5] shows the base 200 in a cross-section perpendicular to the elongation direction X of said base 200. The groove 201, as illustrated in [Fig. 5], has a cross-section essentially rectangular. Said groove 201 comprises a base 201a surmounted by two lateral walls 201b and 201c. The two lateral walls 201b and 201c terminate, at the first lateral face 105, by the two edges 202a and 202b which are internally folded or curved.
[0072] The base 200 may also include, on the second lateral face 106, a fin 203, which extends along the direction of elongation. Said fin 203 is in particular intended to be fixed, advantageously by means of riveting, welding, clinching or punching, to one end, called the second end 503 opposite the first end 501, of the metal strap 500. The metal strap 500 advantageously comprises at least one of the following materials: Aluminum, steel.
[0073] The base 200 may include a wall, called the base wall 204. The base wall 204 includes two faces, one being in coincidence with the lower face 101 and the other face, called the inner face 205, is opposite the lower face 101. The base 200 further includes two walls, called the base side walls 206a and 206b, each extending the base wall by, respectively, one and the other of the side faces.
[0074] The base wall 204 can be concave in shape on the lower face and in particular configured to fit the surface of a cylinder.
[0075] Advantageously, and as illustrated in [Fig.5], one of the basic side walls 206a carries the fin 203, while the other of the basic side walls 206b carries the groove 201.
[0076] The base 200 may also include reinforcing walls extending from the inner face 205 of the base 200. In particular, the reinforcing walls may include a first reinforcing wall 207a and a second reinforcing wall 207b extending, for example, divergently from the inner face 205. The reinforcing walls may be arranged between the two side walls 206a, 206b. As illustrated in [Fig. 5] and by way of example, the first reinforcing wall 207a may be connected to the first side wall of the base 206a by means of a first connecting wall 208a. Thus, these three walls, together with the base wall 204, form a channel extending along the elongation direction. Equivalently and still by way of example, the second reinforcing wall 207b can be linked to the second basic side wall 206b by means of a second connecting wall 208b.Thus, these three walls, together with the base wall 204, form a channel that extends along the direction of elongation.
[0077] Each reinforcing wall 207a, 207b includes a cylindrical channel, called the first retaining channel 209a, 209b, which extends from the first end face to the second end face. Each first retaining channel can be slotted along its entire length. extension.
[0078] The [Fig.6] is a schematic representation of a 400 attachment section along a cutting plane perpendicular to the elongation direction X.
[0079] In particular, the attachment section 400 comprises a profile which extends between the two terminal faces and is connected, in a fixed connection, to the base by means of the connection means 300.
[0080] The attachment section 400 defines a housing, called the snap-in housing 401, configured to allow insertion from the top face and then snapping of an anchor clip into said attachment housing.
[0081] Furthermore, the snap-fit housing can be laterally delimited by two parallel walls 403a, 403b. More specifically, the two walls 403a, 403b can terminate, at the upper face, with an internally folded or curved edge 402a, 402b configured to allow the retention of an anchor clip by snap-fit.
[0082] The attachment section 400 may include two cylindrical channels called second retaining channels 404a, 404b which extend from the first terminal face 103 to the second terminal face 104. The second retaining channels 404a, 404b may be slotted along their entire extension length.
[0083] The attachment section 400 may include reinforcing portions, in particular additional walls 405a, 405b, intended to stiffen the attachment section. These additional walls 405a, 405b may, in particular, be arranged on either side of the snap-fit housing 401.
[0084] As illustrated in Figures 2 and 3, the connecting means may comprise two plates referred to respectively as the first plate 301 and the second plate 302. The first plate 301 is held pressed by the first end face 103 against the base 200 and the attachment section 400. In particular, the first plate 301 is held together with the base 200 and the attachment section 400 by means of self-tapping screws or bolts screwed into the first channels 209a, 209b and the second retaining channels 404a, 404b.
[0085] Equivalently, the second plate 302 is held pressed by the second terminal face 104 against the base 200 and the attachment section 400. In particular, the second plate 302 is held together with the base 200 and the attachment section 400 by means of self-tapping screws or bolts screwed into the first channels 209a, 209b and the second retaining channels 404a, 404b.
[0086] The invention also relates to a retaining piece according to a second embodiment.
[0087] This second embodiment differs from the first embodiment essentially in that the retaining piece is a single unit. More specifically, the piece The 100 retaining element is formed by a profile that extends from the first end face to the second end face.
[0088] It is understood that all the features described below in relation to the second embodiment can also be implemented in the first embodiment.
[0089] Thus, [Fig.7] represents the retaining piece 100 according to a perspective view.
[0090] The base 200 includes, on one of its inner faces 205, a cylindrical channel, called central channel 210, which extends from the first terminal face to the second terminal face.
[0091] The central channel 210 can be split along its entire extension length.
[0092] Furthermore, according to this second embodiment, the base 200 and the attachment section 400 are linked together by a first wall 303 and a second wall 304, the first wall 303 and the second wall 304 forming the connecting means.
[0093] In particular, the first wall 303 joins, by the first lateral face 105, the base 200 and the attachment section 400. Equivalently, the second wall 304 joins, by the second lateral face 106, the base 200 and the attachment section 400.
[0094] The retaining piece 100 can also include two channels, called interface channels 21a and 211b, each carried by one of the basic side walls 206a, 206b.
[0095] Figure 8 is a schematic representation of the retaining piece 100 according to a variant of the second embodiment. This variant essentially reproduces all the technical characteristics of the retaining piece shown in Figure 7.
[0096] According to this variant, the first wall 303 and the second wall 304 connect the base 200 to the two edges 402a and 402b of the attachment section 400. Also according to this variant, the first wall 303 and a second wall 304 can each be folded and carry at the fold, respectively, the retaining channels 404b and 404a.
[0097] The base wall 204 can also carry two channels, called additional channels, on its inner face 205, the two additional channels 212a, 212b extending along the X direction.
[0098] Equivalently, the attachment section 400 may also include additional channels 212c and 212d.
[0099] The invention also relates to an installation (as illustrated in [Fig. 1]) comprising:
