Headrest according to claim 2, characterized in that the front format (6) and the rear format (10) are laterally connected to each other by interlocking profiles respectively fixed on each of said formats, said profiles extending laterally on either side of the first edge (7), said profiles fitting into complementary lateral grooves provided in the housing (21).

4. Headrest according to any one of claims 2 or 3, characterized in that the profile (12) of the second edge (11) and the reciprocal profile (13) of the middle area (8) fit into a complementary middle groove (23) provided in the housing (21).

5. Headrest according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the profile (12) of the second edge (11) fits into the reciprocal profile (13) of the middle zone (8).

6. Headrest any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the front format (6) and the rear format (10) are joined laterally to each other by two seams (22) extending laterally on either side of the first edge (7).
