[0001] The present disclosure relates to the field of adaptability of contents of user equipment of a site subject to visit comprising a plurality of tracking elements associated with respective multimedia content in relation to the site subject to visit. Prior art
[0002] In the field of visits to sites subject to visits, user equipment can be used to present multimedia content to enrich the experience of a visitor to the site. In particular, user equipment can be configured to offer an augmented visit of the site, that is to say an interactive visit using the concept of augmented reality. The user equipment can in particular be configured to allow the user to be immersed in the heart of the site by offering him a 360° view of the site as it is currently but also as it was at a chosen time. In certain cases, the user can also interact with the multimedia content displayed on the user equipment.
[0003] However, it is not intended to adapt the content offered by the user equipment to the user. Summary
[0004] The present disclosure improves the situation.
[0005] A method is provided for configuring and operating at least one user equipment of a site subject to visit, the site subject to visit comprising a plurality of marker elements associated with a respective multimedia content in relation to the site subject to visit, the user equipment comprising a user interface and a memory comprising the multimedia contents, the user equipment being configured to generate, for each of the marker elements of at least a subset of marker elements of the plurality of marker elements, a respective proposal of at least a portion of the respective multimedia content in relation to the site subject to visit, the generation of the respective proposal comprising: determining a user equipment usage profile based on at least one user equipment usage parameter, determine at least part of the multimedia content based on the profile of use, propose via the user interface, upon recognition of the tracking element by the user equipment, at least part of the determined multimedia content.
[0006] Advantageously, the multimedia content offered can thus be personalized to the user of the user equipment. Furthermore, according to one or more embodiments, the usage profile can evolve during the visit to the site subject to visit, which can make it possible to increase the relevance of the content offered.
[0007] According to another aspect, there is provided a user equipment of a site subject to visit, the site subject to visit comprising a plurality of tracking elements associated with a respective multimedia content in relation to the site subject to visit, the user equipment comprising a processor, a memory comprising the multimedia contents, a battery, a user interface comprising an optical sensor capable of scanning at least one tracking element associated with a multimedia content in relation to the site subject to visit,
[0008] wherein the processor is configured to generate, for each of the tracking elements of at least a subset of tracking elements of the plurality of tracking elements, a respective proposal of at least a portion of the respective multimedia content in relation to the site subject to visit, the generation of the respective proposal comprising: a. determining a user equipment usage profile based on at least one user equipment usage parameter, b. determine at least part of the multimedia content based on the usage profile, c. propose via the user interface, upon recognition of the tracking element by the user equipment, at least part of the determined multimedia content.
[0009] According to another aspect, there is provided a system for visiting a site subject to visit comprising: - at least one user equipment as described above, - a plurality of tracking elements associated with a respective multimedia content in relation to the site subject to visit and positioned in various locations of the site subject to visit, - and preferably a charging rack capable of at least recharging one user equipment battery.
[0010] According to another aspect, there is provided a computer program comprising instructions for implementing all or part of a method as defined in the present when this program is executed by a processor. According to another aspect, there is provided a non-transitory, computer-readable recording medium on which such a program is recorded.
[0011] The features set out in the following paragraphs may, optionally, be implemented independently of one another or in combination with one another.
[0012] According to one or more embodiments, the usage parameter may be a function of a target duration.
[0013] Determining at least one part of the multimedia content offered according to the target duration can make it possible to regulate a visit duration of the site subject to visit. Advantageously, an influx within the site subject to visit can be regulated, making it possible in particular to respond to constraints relating to a reception capacity of the site subject to visit.
[0014] According to one or more embodiments, the usage parameter may be a function of at least one input value entered by a user via the user interface.
[0015] Thus, the user can influence the multimedia contents presented to him according to the input values that he enters. In particular, according to one or more embodiments, access to one or more contents can be conditioned on a user's behavior, making it possible to ensure that the contents offered are in line with the user's profile.
[0016] According to one or more embodiments, the usage parameter may be a function of a battery level of the user equipment.
[0017] The part of the multimedia content offered can then take into account the remaining autonomy of the user equipment, thus ensuring proper functioning of the user equipment throughout the duration of the visit to the site subject to visit.
[0018] According to one or more embodiments, the user equipment may further comprise audio output and the usage parameter may be a function of at least one audio parameter.
[0019] Advantageously, the part of the multimedia content offered can be adapted if a device is connected to the audio output in order to reduce the noise level within the site to be visited.
[0020] According to one or more embodiments, the user equipment may be part of a plurality of user equipments and each usage profile may further be a function of at least one usage parameter from the user equipments of the plurality of user equipments.
[0021] In this way, the part of the multimedia content offered to a user can depend on the user equipment usage settings of other users, which can allow for standardization of the multimedia content portions offered within a group.
[0022] According to one or more embodiments, the usage parameter from the user equipments of the plurality of user equipments may be imposed by a predefined user equipment.
[0023] Advantageously, the predefined user equipment can control the portion of multimedia contents offered, which can ensure that users in the group are offered certain contents.
[0024] According to one or more embodiments, the usage profile and the at least one tracking element are recorded in a learning database, the at least part of the multimedia content being determined from an artificial intelligence algorithm trained according to the data of the learning database.
[0025] Therefore, the generation of multimedia content proposals can be adapted based on the behaviors of users who have made the visit in the past. General trends can be determined in user behaviors. For example, a current user may have an identical usage profile to a past user and may be offered similar parts of content, which can allow proposals to be generated more quickly and save battery power.
[0026] According to one or more embodiments, for at least a second generation of a proposal, a second determination of a second usage profile is a function of at least a first usage profile determined for at least a first generation of a proposal.
[0027] Consequently, the usage profile can be scalable during the visit, which can make it possible not to have to recalculate it entirely for each tracking element of the part of tracking elements but only to adapt it. A battery saving can thus be observed.
[0028] According to one or more embodiments, the plurality of tracking elements comprises beacons each provided with a short-range emission capacity of electromagnetic waves, for example Bluetooth, and a specific identifier and / or graphic patterns, each being specific and capable of being scanned by at least one user equipment. [0036] In the following detailed description of embodiments of the invention, numerous specific details are presented to provide a more complete understanding. However, those skilled in the art may realize that embodiments can be practiced without these specific details. In other instances, well-known features are not described to avoid unnecessarily complicating the description.
[0037] The present description refers to functions and diagrammatic illustrations of the methods and devices according to one or more embodiments. Each of the described functions and diagrams can be implemented in hardware, software (including in the form of embedded software ("firmware"), or "middleware"), microcode, or any combination thereof. In the case of a software implementation, the functions and / or diagram illustrations may be implemented by computer program instructions or software code, which may be stored or transmitted on a computer-readable medium, including a non-transitory medium, or a medium loaded into the memory of a generic, specific computer, or any other programmable data processing apparatus or device to produce a machine, such that the computer program instructions or software code executed on the computer or the programmable data processing apparatus or device constitute a means of implementing these functions.
[0038] Embodiments of a computer-readable medium include, but are not limited to, computer storage media and communication media, including any medium that facilitates the transfer of a computer program from one location to another. By "computer storage medium(s)" is meant any physical medium that can be accessed by a computer.Examples of computer storage media include, but are not limited to, flash memory disks or components or any other flash memory devices (e.g., USB keys, memory keys, memory sticks, key disks), CD-ROMs or other optical data storage devices, DVDs, magnetic disk data storage devices or other magnetic data storage devices, data memory components, RAM, ROM, EEPROM, memory cards ("smart cards"), SSD ("Solid State Drive") type memories, and any other form of media usable for carrying or storing or memorizing data or data structures that can be read by a computer processor.
[0039] Furthermore, various forms of computer-readable media may transmit or carry instructions to a computer, such as a router, gateway, server, or any data transmission equipment, whether wired (via coaxial cable, fiber optics, telephone wires, DSL cable, or Ethernet cable), wireless (via infrared, radio, cellular, microwave), or virtualized transmission equipment (virtual router, virtual gateway, virtual tunnel endpoint, virtual firewall). The instructions may, depending on the embodiments, include code of any computer programming language or computer program element, such as, without limitation, assembly languages, C, C++, Visual Basic, HyperText Markup Language (HTML), Extensible Markup Language (XML), HyperText Transfer Protocol (HTTP), Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP), SQL, MySQL, Java, JavaScript, JavaScript Object Notation (JSON), Python, and bash scripting.
[0040] Furthermore, the terms "notably", "for example", "example", "typically" are used in the present description to designate examples or illustrations of non-limiting embodiments, which do not necessarily correspond to preferred or advantageous embodiments compared to other aspects or possible embodiments.
[0041] A user may be defined as a person visiting the site to be visited and equipped with user equipment. The user may also be referred to as a "visitor".
[0042] Reference is now made to [Fig. 1].
[0043] [Fig.l] schematically illustrates an example of user equipment 1 configured to generate a proposal of personalized multimedia content in relationship with a site subject to visit, referenced SSV on [Fig.3].
[0044] The user equipment 1 shown in [Fig.l] is a tablet. According to a particular embodiment, the user equipment 1 may be a visiting device distributed by the applicant under the name HistoPad™.
[0045] Alternatively, the user equipment 1 may be a mobile phone, a laptop computer or any other variant.
[0046] In the examples shown in Figures 1 and 2, the user equipment 1 is provided with an audio output, referenced 19 in [Fig. 2]. More particularly, the user equipment 1 shown in [Fig. 1] is provided with earphones which are connected to it via an audio jack. According to other embodiments, the user equipment 1 may be without earphones.
[0047] As illustrated in [Fig.2], the user equipment 1 may in particular comprise an ECU processor 11, a BATT battery 12 and a user interface 14.
[0048] The user equipment 1 may in particular make it possible to offer the user an augmented visit to a site subject to visit, referenced SSV in [Fig. 3]. More precisely, the user equipment may be configured to allow the user to have access to multimedia content.
[0049] The multimedia content may in particular comprise a reconstruction of at least a portion of the site subject to visit, SSV. The reconstruction of at least a portion of the site subject to visit SSV may comprise a two-dimensional (2D) image of at least a portion of the site subject to visit SSV or a three-dimensional (3D) model of at least a portion of the site subject to visit SSV. In particular, the 2D image may be a 360° 2D image. The 3D model may be a 360° 3D model.
[0050] Alternatively or in combination, the multimedia content may comprise multimedia content elements among audio content, a 2D image, a 3D model, an interactive 3D model, a video, a 2D animation, a 3D animation, a text, a questionnaire.
[0051] According to one or more embodiments, a plurality of multimedia content elements may be implemented simultaneously. For example, audio content may be played via the audio output 19 while text may be displayed via the user interface 14.
[0052] According to one or more embodiments, the user equipment 1 may comprise a first optical sensor, referenced Opt in [Fig. 2], capable of scanning at least one tracking element Bn. The optical sensor Opt may be accessible in different ways. In a first case, a page allowing access to the optical sensor Opt may be automatically displayed on the screen TS of the user equipment 1 when a distance between the current position of the user equipment 1 and the position of a tracking element Bn is less than the pre-set threshold. determined. Alternatively or in combination, a user-selectable icon may appear on the TS screen of the user equipment 1. By selecting the icon, the user may have access to the optical sensor Opt. According to one or more embodiments, the selectable icon may be present at all times on the TS screen of the user equipment 1. Alternatively, the user may have access to a "MENU" mode in which the user can select the icon to activate the optical sensor Opt.
[0053] According to one or more embodiments, the user equipment 1 may comprise a second optical sensor, referenced Cam in [Fig.2], capable of acquiring an image of the site subject to SSV visit. The first and second optical sensors Opt, Cam may be distinct or combined. As for the first optical sensor Opt, the second optical sensor Cam may be accessible in different ways, not repeated for the purposes of conciseness of the present description.
[0054] According to one or more embodiments, at least one element of multimedia content can be superimposed on the image of the site subject to visit SSV acquired by the optical sensor Cam according to the concept of augmented reality. The user equipment 1 can then comprise an orientation module making it possible to determine a current orientation of the user equipment 1 in a terrestrial reference frame. The orientation module can comprise an orientation sensor. The orientation sensor can comprise one or more elements among a gyroscope, referenced Gyr in [Fig. 2], an accelerometer, referenced Acc in [Fig. 2], a magnetometer, an inertial sensor and a compass. The current orientation of the user equipment 1 can in particular make it possible to change a display of the portion of the multimedia content on the screen TS. More precisely, the portion of multimedia content can change in the same way as the current orientation of the user equipment 1.For example, if the user turns on himself, the orientation module may be able to detect the change in orientation. The portion of the multimedia content displayed on the screen TS may then evolve so that the portion displayed corresponds to the portion of the site subject to visit SSV targeted by the user equipment 1. In particular, according to one or more embodiments, the portion of the multimedia content displayed on the screen TS may correspond to the portion of the site subject to visit directly targeted by the optical sensor Cam of the user equipment 1. Thus, when the user aims at a wall or an object with the user equipment 1, the portion of the multimedia content displayed on the screen TS may correspond to this wall or this object in augmented reality.
[0055] The multimedia content can be stored in a memory MEM 111 of the user equipment 1. The multimedia content can be loaded onto the user equipment 1 by means of a loading module CHARG 15. According to one or more embodiments, the loading module CHARG 15 comprises a physical connector of the Universal Serial Bus, USB type. Alternatively or in combination, the CHARG 15 charging module may be equipped with one or more wireless technologies, such as a wireless local area network (WLAN) technology or a Bluetooth technology.
[0056] At least a portion of an element of the multimedia content may be displayed on a TS screen of the user interface 14. By "portion" it may be understood a part of the element of the multimedia content, so that the entirety of the element of the multimedia content is not displayed on the TS screen. For example, when the element of the multimedia content is a 360° 2D image, respectively a 360° 3D model, the entirety of the 360° 2D image, respectively of the 360° 3D model, may not be displayed on the TS screen.
[0057] The user equipment 1 shown in [Fig. 2] can be part of a site visit system subject to SSV visit. The site visit system subject to visit shown in [Fig. 2] comprises a single user equipment 1. Of course, the visit system can also comprise other user equipment 1.
[0058] As shown in the example of [Fig.2], the system for visiting the site subject to SSV visit may comprise a plurality of marking elements, referenced Bn in [Fig.2]. As shown in particular in [Fig.3], the marking elements may be positioned at various locations on the site subject to SSV visit.
[0059] The tracking element Bn may be a so-called “passive” tracking element integrated into the site subject to SSV visit. The passive tracking element Bn may emit a signal that the user equipment 1 can receive without the user having to perform an action. Thus, the user may not be aware of the presence of the passive tracking element.
[0060] Alternatively, the tracking element Bn may be a so-called “active” tracking element. Recognition of the active tracking element Bn may be conditional on the performance of an action by the user equipped with the user equipment 1. For example, the tracking element Bn may be scanned by the optical sensor, as previously mentioned.
[0061] The identification element Bn may for example be an element of the site subject to SSV visit, such as an architectural element, a sculpture, a stained glass window, a piece of furniture, etc. Alternatively, the identification element Bn may for example be a beacon. In particular, the identification element Bn may be a graphic pattern such as for example a two-dimensional drawing. According to an exemplary embodiment, the pattern may be a QR code. The pattern may be directly integrated into the site subject to SSV visit. For example, the pattern may be integrated into a piece of furniture chosen to integrate harmoniously within the site subject to SSV visit. The piece of furniture may for example take the form of a column. The pattern may then be arranged at the top of the column, so that it can be seen from above by a user. The pattern can be backlit, by a lighting system or by the furniture itself.
[0062] The tracking element Bn can in particular be operated by means of wireless technology. For example, the tracking element can be equipped with a short-range emission capacity of electromagnetic waves, such as Bluetooth technology. The tracking element Bn can be positioned at a chosen location of the site subject to SSV inspection. The site subject to SSV inspection can thus be divided into several zones according to locations of the tracking elements Bn. The zones can be distinct or, as for example shown in dotted lines in [Fig. 3], at least partially overlap. By "zone", it can be understood one or more rooms of the site subject to SSV inspection, one or more locations such as a garden, a courtyard, etc.
[0063] According to one or more embodiments, the location element Bn can be defined by an identifier and a position within the site subject to SSV visit.
[0064] The user equipment 1 may comprise a positioning module capable of determining a current position of the user equipment 1 within the site subject to SSV visit. According to one or more exemplary embodiments, when the location element Bn is defined by a position within the site subject to SSV visit and is recognized by the user equipment 1, a position of the user equipment 1 may then be deduced from the position of the location element Bn within the site subject to SSV visit. Alternatively or in combination, the positioning module may comprise means of geolocation by satellite positioning (GPS).
[0065] The Bn marker elements may be associated with a respective multimedia content related to the site to be visited. The respective multimedia content may be included in the multimedia content offered to the user. The respective multimedia content may include elements of the multimedia content specific to the Bn marker element.
[0066] The respective multimedia content may comprise a 2D or 3D reconstruction of at least a portion of the site subject to SSV visit. The portion of the site subject to SSV visit reconstructed may correspond to a portion of the site subject to SSV visit visible to the user from a proximity of the locating element Bn. For example, the portion of the site subject to SSV visit reconstructed may correspond to an augmented reality reconstruction of the environment of the locating element Bn. The augmented reality reconstruction may comprise virtual objects and / or environments, corresponding respectively to objects and environments visible to the user on the site subject to SSV visit.According to one or more embodiments, the virtual objects and / or environments may include the objects and / or environments visible to the user, placed in one or more other geographic contexts and / or placed in one or more other historical contexts. For example, the content. respective multimedia may include an augmented reality reconstruction of the environment of the Bn landmark element at different historical periods in order to show an evolution over time of the environment of the Bn landmark element.
[0067] According to one or more exemplary embodiments, one or more, or even all, of the objects visible to the user from the proximity of the locating element Bn may be associated with multimedia content. For example, the multimedia content associated with an object may comprise one or more content elements from among an enlargement of the object, a text giving information concerning the object, an audio content associated with the object, a 2D image of the object, a 3D model of the object, an interactive 3D model of the object, a video of the object, a 2D animation of the object, a 3D animation of the object. The respective multimedia content of the locating element Bn may thus comprise the multimedia contents associated with the objects in the proximity of the locating element Bn.
[0068] As visible in the example of [Fig.2], the site visit system subject to SSV visit may comprise at least one charging rack, referenced ROB 3 in [Fig.2]. The spare rack ROB makes it possible to recharge the battery BATT 12 of the user equipment 1. A connection between the user equipment 1 and the charging rack ROB 3 is for example a wired connection.
[0069] According to one or more embodiments, some, or even all, of the multimedia contents can be loaded onto the user equipment 1 from the charging rack ROB 3. A transfer of the multimedia contents between a memory coupled to the charging rack ROB 3 and the memory MEM 111, via the charging module CHARG 15, of the user equipment 1 can be implemented. For example, the transfer, for example via the physical connector or wireless technology, can be triggered when the user equipment 1 is connected to the charging rack ROB 3. According to these exemplary embodiments, some, or even all, of the multimedia contents can be loaded onto the user equipment 1 prior to visiting the site subject to SSV visit. In this way, the BATT battery of the user equipment 1 can be saved by charging part, or even all, of the multimedia contents while recharging the BATT battery 12 on the charging rack ROB 3. .
[0070] Alternatively or in combination, according to one or more embodiments, some or even all of the multimedia contents may be loaded onto the user equipment 1 when visiting the site subject to SSV visit. For example, the multimedia content CONTn respective to the marker element Bn may be loaded onto the user equipment 1 upon recognition of the marker element Bn by the user equipment 1 by one or more wireless technologies.
[0071] The ECU processor 11 of the user equipment 1 may be configured to generate, for one or more, or even for each, marker elements Bn, a proposal of at least a portion of the multimedia content associated with the marker element Bn in relation to the site to be visited. By "proposal", it may be understood that the user is presented with a portion of the multimedia content via the user interface 14 and may choose whether or not to access the portion of the multimedia content presented. By "portion of the multimedia content" it may be understood that for multimedia content associated with the marker element Bn and comprising a plurality of content elements, the portion of the multimedia content may comprise a subset or all of the content elements. For example, for multimedia content associated with the marker element Bn and comprising N content elements, the portion of the multimedia content may comprise n content elements with 1 < n < N.
[0072] More particularly, the generation of the proposal may comprise a step of determining a usage profile of the user equipment 1 as a function of at least one usage parameter of the user equipment 1. From the determined usage profile, at least part of the multimedia content associated with the marker element Bn may be selected and then proposed to the user via the user interface 14, upon recognition of the associated marker element Bn.
[0073] By "usage parameter" is meant data relating to a use of the user equipment 1. The usage parameter can translate a behavior of the user equipped with the user equipment 1. By "usage profile" is meant one or more data relating to the user. The user profile can be determined according to at least one usage parameter.
[0074] According to one or more embodiments, the user profile may be a so-called “dynamic” profile. Indeed, for each of the tracking elements Bn of at least one subset of tracking elements, the generation of the respective proposal may comprise the determination of the usage profile. Thus, the usage profile may evolve, or not, during the visit to the site subject to SSV visit depending on one or more usage parameters of the user equipment 1.
[0075] As shown in the example of [Fig.3], the visit system described with reference to [Fig.2] can be included in the site subject to SSV visit.
[0076] The site subject to SSV visit may be a cultural site, such as a museum, a castle, a church, an archaeological site, etc.
[0077] The site subject to SSV visit shown in [Fig. 3] comprises a plurality of zones, referenced A1 to A8. Thus, eight zones are shown in the non-limiting example of [Fig. 3]. Of course, the site subject to SSV visit may comprise more or fewer zones than the number shown in the example of [Fig. 3]. In particular, the plurality of zones may comprise between one and fifty zones, more precisely between 10 and 25 zones. A usable value can be about twenty zones in the plurality of zones.
[0078] The areas of the site subject to SSV visit may be a space of a predefined volume of the site subject to SSV visit. In particular, an area of the site subject to SSV visit may correspond to a portion or the entirety of a room of the site subject to SSV visit.
[0079] The site subject to SSV visit shown in [Fig. 3] comprises a plurality of marker elements Bn. In the non-limiting example of [Fig. 3], twelve marker elements, referenced B1 to B9 and BA to BC, are shown. Of course, the plurality of marker elements may comprise more or fewer marker elements than the number shown in the example of [Fig. 3]. In particular, the plurality of marker elements Bn may comprise between 1 and 150 marker elements, more precisely between 10 and 100 marker elements. A usable value may be around thirty elements in the plurality of marker elements Bn.
[0080] The site subject to SSV visit may in particular be provided with a visit direction, represented in [Fig.l] by the arrows referenced “IN” and “OUT”. For example, a visit to the site subject to SSV visit may begin by entering zone A1 and end by leaving zone A6.
[0081] As exemplified in [Fig. 3], users may be provided with user equipment, referenced U1 to U4. In the non-limiting example of [Fig. 3], the user equipment U1 to U4 is located in the zone A1, which comprises a marking element B1. The users may then be offered, following recognition of the marking element B1 by their user equipment U1 to U4, at least part of the multimedia content CONT1 associated with the marking element B1.
[0082] [Fig.4] illustrates a part, referenced PART4, of the multimedia content, referenced 4. The multimedia content 4 may comprise the entirety of the multimedia content associated with the site subject to SSV visit. The multimedia contents represented and referenced CONT1 to CONT7 may correspond to the respective multimedia content at the marker elements B1 to B7 represented in [Fig.3]. As illustrated for the multimedia content CONT4, each of the respective multimedia contents may comprise one or more content elements, referenced CONT41 to CONT46 in the example of [Fig.4]. For each of the marker elements Bn of at least a subset of the marker elements of the plurality of marker elements, a respective proposal of at least a part of the respective multimedia content may be generated. This proposal may depend on a usage profile determined based on at least one usage parameter of user equipment 1. In the example of [Fig.4], the part PART 4 comprising the content elements CONT43, CONT45 and CONT46 is determined and proposed to the user upon recognition of the reference element B4. The user can then choose whether or not to click on the elements of PART 4 presented to him.
[0083] According to one or more embodiments, for at least a second generation of a proposal, a second determination of a second usage profile may be a function of at least a first usage profile determined for at least a first generation of a proposal. Thus, in the example of [Fig.4], the generation of the usage profile used for the determination of the proposal PART4 may depend on the usage profile used for the determination of the proposal of the part, not shown, associated with the multimedia content CONT3. Alternatively or in combination, the generation of the usage profile used for the determination of the proposal of the part, not shown, associated with the multimedia content CONT5 may depend on the usage profile used for the determination of the proposal of the part PART4.In particular, according to one or more embodiments, each determined usage profile depends on the previously determined usage profile(s). In this way, the usage profile can evolve during the visit to the site subject to visit based on the past behaviors of the user, while taking into account the current behavior of the user.
[0084] Alternatively, according to one or more embodiments, one or more, or even each, of the usage profiles is determined solely from the current usage parameter. In this way, the usage profile can be in line with the current behavior of the user.
[0085] Alternatively or in combination, according to one or more embodiments, one or more, or even each, of the usage profiles and the associated tracking element is recorded in a learning database. The at least part of the multimedia content can then be determined from an artificial intelligence algorithm trained according to the data in the learning database. For example, for one or more, or even for each user, the determined usage profiles can be recorded with the associated tracking elements in the learning database when the user equipment 1 is connected to the charging rack ROB 3. Thus, the artificial intelligence algorithm can be regularly updated in order to best meet the expectations of the users.
[0086] As described with reference to [Fig.5], according to one or more embodiments, a duration spent at a position of the site subject to SSV visit can be measured. The duration is for example measured by a clock of the user equipment 1. The clock is for example capable of measuring a duration during which the current position of the user equipment 1 is between two tracking elements.
[0087] The example in [Fig.5] represents a box plot in English, with for each Bn marker element, on the abscissa, a time interval, on the ordinate. More particularly, for each of the Bn marker elements, a box plot represents the time interval in which a user equipment of the site subject to SSV visit will potentially recognize the Bn marker element. According to one or more embodiments, the time interval can be determined from the durations measured for users during previous visits to the site subject to SSV visit.
[0088] In the example shown in [Fig. 5], the time interval associated with the first marker element B1 is between 00:00:00 and TB1. Thus, there is a high probability that a visitor equipped with user equipment will recognize the first marker element B1 between the time at which the user equipment is given to him and the time TB1.
[0089] In the example of [Fig.5], the target duration is referenced DTC. The target duration DTC may correspond to an expected total duration of the visit to the site subject to SSV visit. The total duration may be between thirty minutes and three hours, preferably between one hour and two hours, more preferably of the order of one hour and thirty minutes. Alternatively, the target duration DTC may correspond to a duration to reach a fixed time. For example, the target duration may be calculated as a difference between a closing time of the site subject to SSV visit or a scheduled departure time from the site subject to SSV visit and an arrival time within the site subject to SSV visit.
[0090] As shown in [Fig.5], the time interval associated with the last BF tracking element is between TBF and DTC. Thus, there is a high probability that a visitor equipped with user equipment will recognize the last BF tracking element between the TBF time and the DTC time.
[0091] As visible in [Fig.5], a visit to the site subject to SSV visit carried out with the user equipment Ul, respectively U2, may deviate from a typical visit, represented by the box plots.
[0092] In the example of [Fig. 5], the user equipment U1 recognizes the marker elements B1 to B3 in the expected intervals, which may indicate that the user equipped with the user equipment U1 has a behavior close to the expected behavior for visiting the site subject to SSV visit for the marker elements B1 and B2. Then the user equipment U1 recognizes the marker element B4 before the minimum of the time interval associated with the marker element B4, which may indicate that the user equipped with the user equipment U1 has spent less time browsing the proposal of the part of the multimedia content relating to the marker element than what was expected. The user equipment U1 then recognizes the marker element B5 in the expected time interval, then recognizes the marker elements following after the maxima of the respective time intervals, which may reflect that the user equipped with user equipment U1 has spent more time browsing the proposals of the parts of the multimedia content relating to the cue elements than what was expected. Differently, in the example of [Fig.5], user equipment U2 recognizes cue elements B7 to B9 and BA before the minima of the respective time intervals, which may reflect that the user equipped with user equipment U2 has spent less time browsing the proposals of the parts of the multimedia content relating to cue elements B7 to B9 and BA than what was expected.
[0093] Thus, according to one or more embodiments, the usage parameter from which the usage profile is determined may be a function of the DTC target duration. According to one or more embodiments, the usage parameter is the DTC target duration. The usage parameter may then be said to be “static”. Alternatively, according to one or more embodiments, the usage parameter is a remaining duration relative to the DTC target duration. The usage parameter may then be said to be “dynamic”.
[0094] According to one or more embodiments, the usage profile can then classify the user into a category such as “slow”, “moderate” or “fast”. The portion of the content determined can then include fewer elements for a user categorized as “slow”, than for a user categorized as “moderate”. A user categorized as “fast” can be offered a portion of the multimedia content comprising more elements than users in the other categories, or even be offered all of the multimedia content.
[0095] Alternatively or in combination, the usage profile may be a numerical score. For example, the numerical score may be proportional to the remaining time relative to the target time DTC and inversely proportional to the number of cue elements not yet recognized. The higher the numerical score, the more the user may be offered a portion of the multimedia content comprising a large number of elements.
[0096] Thus, the quantity of multimedia content offered to the user can be adjusted in such a way that the user equipment with which the user is equipped recognizes the marker elements in the planned intervals. Advantageously, this can make it possible to regulate an influx of users within the site subject to SSV visit. In addition, this can allow different users of the same group to move within the site subject to SSV visit in a coordinated manner while being offered a personalized quantity of content. For example, for the user equipped with the equipment U1 in the example shown in [Fig. 5], the parts of the multimedia content associated with the marker elements B6 to B9 and BA proposed by a method of the present description may include fewer elements than the parts of the multimedia content associated with the marker elements B6 to B9 and BA offered to the user equipped with the U2 equipment. Thus, the user equipment Ul, respectively U2, can recognize the marker elements more quickly, respectively less quickly, and approach the expected time intervals of the box plots.
[0097] As indicated above, the usage profile may change during the visit. Thus, a user may, for example, be classified as “slow” for certain tracking elements, and “moderate” or even “fast” for others. Similarly, the numerical score may, by nature, change during the visit.
[0098] Alternatively or in combination, the usage parameter from which the usage profile is determined may be a function of at least one input value entered by a user via the user interface 14.
[0099] In particular, according to one or more embodiments, the usage parameter from which the usage profile is determined may be a function of the multimedia content elements that the user previously chose during the visit to the site subject to SSV visit.
[0100] For example, the user may indicate an interest in a category of multimedia content and preferentially choose to click on items in the category of multimedia content. As illustrative examples, the category of multimedia content may be a specific time period—for example, the Renaissance, a specific art form—for example, sculpture, a specific type of multimedia content—for example, 3D reconstructions, etc. In this case, the usage parameter may reflect the preferential interest. For example, a usage parameter may be a numerical value proportional to the number of clicks for a category of multimedia content. According to one or more embodiments, one or more, or even each, of the categories of multimedia content may be associated with a usage parameter. The usage profile may then reflect the user's interests in the categories of multimedia content. For example, the usage profile may include a weighting of the numerical values associated with different categories of media content. The portion of media content determined based on the usage profile may then be tailored to include media content items related to the user's interests. For example, for a user with a strong interest in Baroque paintings, the portion of media content may include more content items related to Baroque paintings than for a user with a moderate interest in Baroque paintings.
[0101] Alternatively or in combination, the usage parameter may be a function of at least one result of a questionnaire. For example, a user having obtained a A user who achieves the best result in a quiz may be offered a different portion of multimedia content than a user who achieves a lower result in the same quiz. In particular, the user who achieves the best result may be offered more complex content to deepen the knowledge assessed in the quiz. The user who achieves the lowest result may be offered less complex content to consolidate the knowledge assessed in the quiz. Levels of multimedia content may thus be unlocked based on quiz results.
[0102] Alternatively or in combination, the usage parameter may be a function of a charge level of the battery BATT 12 of the user equipment 1.
[0103] In particular, according to one or more embodiments, the usage profile may be classified into a category based on the battery level. For example, when the charge level of the BATT 12 battery is below a predetermined threshold, the usage profile may be classified into a “Low Battery” category. The number of content items of the determined and proposed portion of the multimedia content may be reduced when the usage profile is in the “Low Battery” category in order to preserve the BATT 12 battery of the user equipment and allow the user to finish the visit with battery. Alternatively or in combination, the type of content items of the determined and proposed portion of the multimedia content may be reduced when the usage profile is in the “Low Battery” category.According to an exemplary embodiment, the content elements requiring the most battery, for example 3D reconstructions, can be excluded from the determined portion of the multimedia content in order to preserve the BATT 12 battery of the user equipment and to allow the user to finish the visit with battery.
[0104] Alternatively or in combination, according to one or more embodiments, when the user equipment 1 comprises an audio jack, the usage parameter may be a function of at least one audio parameter. For example, the usage parameter may be a Boolean variable taking a first value when a device is plugged into the audio jack and taking a second value when no device is plugged into the audio jack. The device may in particular be earphones or headphones. The usage profile may for example be classified in an “Audio content” category, when the usage parameter takes the first value, or in a “Text content” category, when the usage parameter takes the second value. The type of content elements of the portion of the multimedia content determined and proposed may be different depending on the category of the usage profile. For example, for the “Audio Content” category, the media content portion may include audio content excluded from the media content portion associated with the “Text Content” category, and . vice versa.
[0105] Thus, according to one or more embodiments, the usage profile may be a function of one or more usage parameters. For example, the usage profile may be simultaneously classified into the categories "Low Battery" and "Audio Content". The portion of the multimedia content offered may then be determined to comply with these two categories.
[0106] As for example illustrated in [Fig. 6], a user equipment 1E may be part of a plurality of user equipments. In this case, according to one or more embodiments, each usage profile may further be a function of at least one usage parameter from the user equipments 1E of the plurality of user equipments. For example, the portion of the multimedia content determined and proposed may depend on a majority usage parameter within the group of users equipped with the user equipments 1E of the plurality of user equipments. Thus, the majority usage parameter may reflect a majority behavior within the group of users.
[0107] More particularly, according to one or more embodiments, when the majority of the group chooses an option, this option can be imposed on the entire group of users.
[0108] Further, according to one or more embodiments, a vote may be proposed to the group of users provided with the user equipments 1E of the plurality of user equipments. A different portion of the multimedia content may be determined based on a result of the vote.
[0109] According to one or more embodiments, the usage parameters within the group can be displayed in real time via the user interfaces of the user equipment 1E. Advantageously, the users of the group can thus be warned of trends within the group.
[0110] Additionally, in the example of [Fig.6], the plurality of user equipments 1E comprises a predefined so-called “master” user equipment, referenced IM.
[0111] According to one or more embodiments, the master user equipment IM may be provided with a microphone. The other user equipment called “students”, referenced 1E, may or may not be provided with a microphone.
[0112] According to one or more embodiments, the at least one usage parameter from the student user equipment can be imposed by the master user equipment. Advantageously, the master user equipment can thus influence the behavior of the other user equipment. In particular, in the context of an educational visit, a guide equipped with the master user equipment can impose the part of the multimedia content offered to the user equipment. students.
[0113] Depending on the embodiment selected, certain acts, actions, events, or functions of each of the methods described herein may be performed or occur in a different order than they were described, or may be added, merged, or not performed or not occur, as the case may be.
