Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: Fishing box and locking structure for a fishing box Technical field
[0001] The present disclosure relates to the technical field of fishing box structure, and more particularly to a fishing box and a flywheel locking structure thereof. Background to the invention
[0002] Currently, there is a portable fishing box among the fishing tool articles on the market at home and abroad. It comprises a box body which can store articles and a plurality of support legs connecting the box body, the support legs can be disassembled and installed separately at normal times, and the four support legs of the fishing box can be mounted during fishing, so that the fisherman can sit on the fishing box to fish. However, many fishing boxes on the market are likely to collapse when the box body and the support legs of the fishing box are locked, and the risk level is higher.
[0003] Therefore, the "stand tube" and the "fishing box frame" in the prior fishing box product on the market are generally provided with the locking device in use, and are fixed by relying on the locking force of the locking housing. This structure can more securely lock the fishing box and the stand tube, such that their possibility of relative movement is reduced, and thus the risk of sagging during the process of using the fishing box is reduced. During the use of the locking housing, the ordinary clamping structure relies more on "a handwheel, a trigger" and other members to apply force to extrude the stand tube, so as to realize clamping. This structure has a larger volume and a weaker locking force. In addition, since some clamping structures are arranged in use, they may lead to deformation of the locking housing of the plastic member after the force applying device is loosened, such that the locked member cannot be easily removed. Abstract .

[0032] The present disclosure is further described below in conjunction with the drawings and embodiments.
[0033] As shown in [Fig.l], a fishing box comprises a box body 100, a frame and a plurality of upright tubes 300, the frame being formed by a plurality of crossbar tubes 200 fixed to each other; the box body 100 is fixed to a support frame; and two ends of the plurality of crossbar tubes 200 are connected to the corresponding upright tubes 300, respectively, by the fishing box flywheel locking structure.
[0034] The fishing box flywheel locking structure comprises a locking assembly 400, the locking assembly 400 comprising a flywheel 1 and a locking housing 2, one end of the locking housing 2 being fixed to the cross member tube 200; the other end forms an open ring and is slid onto a post tube 300; and the flywheel 1 passes through an opening portion of the locking housing 2 and is threadedly connected to the locking housing 2, a opening gap of the locking housing 2 becoming smaller or larger by tightening or loosening the handwheel, such that the locking housing 2 and the upright tube 300 are tightened or loosened.
[0035] Since the handwheel is not in direct contact with the upright tube, but the entire inner wall of the locking housing and the upright tube are clamped, the overall contact area is larger, so that the entire upright tube is not easy to be deformed, and the upright tube is easy to disassemble. The handwheel and the locking housing are connected by threading, so that the operation is convenient and can provide greater locking force, reducing the risk of the fishing box collapsing.
[0036] As shown in [Fig.2] to 6, one end of the locking housing 2 is an insertion portion 22, and the other end is a holding portion 21, the holding portion 21 being made of the plastic material. The plastic material includes plastic and rubber, etc., which is useful for increasing the clamping force for the upright tube. The insertion portion 22 is slid onto the crosspiece tube 200, and they are fixed by pull riveting. The steering wheel screw passes through two sides of an opening portion of the holding portion 21, and is threadedly connected to one side opposite the insertion portion 22. The anti-separation spacer 4 in the form of an anti-dislocation joint 4 is fixed to one end of the screw opposite a handle of the steering wheel, and the anti-dislocation joint 4 is fixed to one end portion of the steering wheel screw by a bolt.
[0037] The specific structure of the threaded connection between the steering wheel screw and the holding portion of the locking housing may be directly provided with a screw thread hole on one side of the opening portion of the holding portion away from the insertion portion 22, or may be further provided with a receiving recess 23 on one side of the holding portion 21 away from the insertion portion 22. A metal screw fastener 3 is pressed into the receiving recess 23, and the steering wheel screw is threadedly connected to the metal screw fastener 3. The strength of the connection between the steering wheel and the locking housing can be improved by the method of providing the metal screw fastener 3, and the locking force is improved, so as to prolong the service life.
[0038] The holding portion 21 is further provided with a receiving hole 24, and the screw is arranged in the receiving hole 24. The receiving hole 24 is arranged obliquely and extends to the insertion portion, and a dowel 5 is further arranged in the receiving hole 24. The dowel 5 can abut against the steering wheel screw. When the steering wheel is unlocked, the steering wheel screw cooperates with the metal screw fixing member 3, so that the locking housing obtains a supporting force from the outside, so as to complete the unlocking process.
[0039] As shown in [Fig.3] and [Fig.4], the specific process of locking the upright tube by the locking housing is as follows. When the handwheel is screwed clockwise during use, since the anti-disengagement joint 4 is fixed on one end of the handwheel, the screw of the handwheel drives one side of the locking housing to approach the other side by means of the threaded structure when the handwheel is turned clockwise, so that the opening of the locking housing is narrowed, and the entire locking housing closes from the inside and locks the upright tube.
[0040] As shown in [Fig.5] and [Fig.6], the specific process of unlocking the upright tube by the locking housing is as follows. When the steering wheel is screwed counterclockwise during use, since the locking housing is further provided with the dowel, one end of the dowel abuts against the cross member tube 200, and the other end abuts against the steering wheel screw or the anti-disengagement joint. By providing the above structure, the metal screw fixing member 3 on the steering wheel screw will move to the steering wheel handle, then two sides of the locking housing opening portion will be far from each other. The locking housing no longer firmly holds the upright tube, so that the upright tube is unlocked.
[0041] In other embodiments, the screw thread hole or the metal screw fastener 3 may also be arranged on one side of the holding portion 21 near the insertion portion 22, so that the anti-dislocation joint 4 and the dowel 5 no longer need to be arranged on the end portion of the steering wheel screw. The steering wheel is rotated clockwise, such that the steering wheel screw extends into the locking housing. One side of the locking housing is then pulled toward the other side by the steering wheel handle, such that the locking housing deforms and the opening is narrowed, and thus the locking housing and the upright tube are locked. When the steering wheel is rotated counterclockwise, the steering wheel screw extends out of the locking housing. The handle portion of the steering wheel then reduces the restriction on the locking housing; the locking housing stretches outward to return to its original shape under the action of its own elasticity; and the opening of the locking housing is enlarged, such that the locking housing and the post tube are locked.
[0042] The locking housing of the present disclosure is provided with the dowel therein, which supports the end portion of the steering wheel screw, such that the position of the steering wheel does not change when the steering wheel is turned to be unlocked. The metal screw fixing member 3 cooperating with the steering wheel screw moves toward the handwheel handle, so as to apply an outward expansion force to the locking housing, therefore the structure of the present disclosure does not need to consider the phenomenon that the upright tube cannot be loosened when loosening due to the deformation of the locking housing. At the same time, the present disclosure adopts the thread screw connection method, the degree of the tightening can be adjusted by screwing the handwheel during disassembly and assembly, so as to facilitate disassembly and assembly. The locking housing can provide a large locking force, which can prevent the fishing box from sagging during use and reduce the overall packaging volume.

In addition, the described specific elements, structures, materials or features may be combined in a suitable manner in one or more embodiments or examples.
[0044] Although embodiments of the present disclosure have been shown and described above, it can be understood that the above embodiments are given by way of example and cannot be understood as a limitation of the present disclosure. Those skilled in the art can make changes, modifications, replacements and variations on the above embodiments within the scope of the present disclosure without departing from the principle and purpose of the present disclosure.
