Abstract

Grid for blocking ice cubes Device for blocking ice cubes in a glass and preventing them from sliding against the mouth of the user of the glass. The device is composed of an integrated or removable grid whose spacing allows the flow of liquid but prevents the ice cubes from passing. [0002] Currently, nothing prevents ice cubes contained in a glass from sliding against the lips or teeth of the user of the glass and thus causing an unpleasant sensation of cold. Statement of the invention

[0003] The device according to the invention makes it possible to overcome this drawback. It comprises a grid which can be clipped onto a glass or directly integrated into the structure of the glass. The purpose of this grid is to allow the drink to pass through but to block the ice cubes present in the glass and thus avoid the drawbacks mentioned above. Description of the figures

[0006] With reference to these drawings, the device is composed of a grid whose spacing allows the liquid to flow but prevents the ice cubes from passing through. This grid can be integrated directly into the structure of the glass as shown in [Fig.2]. This grid can also include two rods with a hook in order to clip onto the glass as shown in [Fig.l].

1. Device for blocking ice cubes contained in a glass characterized by a grid, placed inside a glass, composed of parallel rods (1) and connected to each other by another perpendicular rod (2).

2. Device according to claim 1 characterized by the spacing between the rods (1) of the grid allowing the flow of liquid including against the wall of the glass but preventing the passage of ice cubes.

3. Device according to claim 1 characterized by rods (4) extending from the grid, the ends (3) of which are curved so as to clip onto the edges of the glass.
