Track light

Abstract

Track light device: The invention relates to a light device for maneuvering in a coach / all types of vehicles during training such as a professional public transport driver qualification on the road, during a very early morning time slot without lighting in order to save maneuvering time. It consists of a construction site cone, in which a bicycle lighting kit such as a headlight is placed to recreate a light cone but rechargeable by USB-C cable, it will be decorated with a PVC tube inserted into the hole located at the top of it. This PVC tube will itself be equipped with a red flashing lighting kit at its end, and will also be rechargeable by USB-C cable. This device according to the invention is particularly intended for maneuvering vehicles on a track such as a driving license platform.

[0002] We had to find a solution to the problem of working on the maneuvering tracks in the morning between 7:00 and 8:30 a.m. without a site projector system (extremely expensive) to light the tracks, in order to exploit this time slot and gain 1.5 hours of platform maneuvers on the Professional Title program.

[0003] Each trainee must provide proof of 10 hours of maneuvers; time is an important parameter in the success of the training. We therefore designed a luminous runway, like the landing strips of an airport, using more eco-responsible, more durable materials and therefore less costly in the long term for the company.

[0004] We have designed a light cone (on the same model that exists on the market) but improved with a waterproof LED bicycle lighting kit that can be recharged by USB-C cable, equipped with a PVC stake on the same model as the examination stakes in order to work on overhangs and the template, this one painted on 10 cm at the top with fluorescent paint and decorated with a waterproof LED bicycle lighting device that can be recharged by USB-C cable.

[0005] The light cones available on the market have a rechargeable battery system and are very expensive. The alternative of the rechargeable lighting kit offers an eco-responsible perspective with a much more controlled investment budget.

[0006] The Track Light is a combination of the light cone and the D driving licence test stake which allows you to manoeuvre in night situations, by recreating a runway in a fun way. Trainees approach manoeuvres in a different way, preparing them for night work in reduced lighting conditions. Indeed, many towns in France have adopted the extinction of public lighting, making visibility more difficult for road passenger transport drivers, the Track light will allow trainees to learn how to manoeuvre in this type of situation.

[0007] Thanks to our inventiveness, we have responded to two problems, that of the maneuvering time recovered between 7 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. winter time, but also that of preparing trainees for driving at night with reduced lighting.
