Baby carrier (1), comprising: • a back structure (52); • a pair of shoulder straps (53), attached to the back structure (52), by means of which a wearer (2) can carry the baby carrier (1), the back of the wearer (2) and the back structure (52) being pressed against each other; • a seat (54), which is configured to receive a carried person (3), namely a child or a baby, the seat (54) being attached to the back structure (52), the seat (54) and the shoulder straps (53) being arranged on either side of the back structure (52); and • a crutch (12), the crutch (12) being movable between a retracted position and a deployed position relative to the dorsal structure (52), the straps (53) and the crutch (12) being arranged on either side of the dorsal structure (52) when the crutch (12) is in the deployed position;characterized in that the baby carrier (1) further comprises a grasping element (70; 270), which is: • attached to the kickstand (12) by means of a link (71; 271) belonging to the baby carrier (1); • disposed beyond the dorsal structure (52) opposite the seat (54), whether the kickstand (12) is in the deployed or retracted position; and • configured to move the kickstand (12) between the deployed and retracted positions, via the link (71; 271), when the grasping element (70; 270) is pulled.

Baby carrier (1) according to claim 1, wherein the baby carrier (1) comprises a ventral belt (55), attached to the dorsal structure (52), the ventral belt (55) and the seat (54) being arranged on either side of the dorsal structure (52), the ventral belt comprising a loop (73), which is passed through by the link (71; 271), whether the kickstand (12) is in the deployed or retracted position.

3. Baby carrier (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the gripping element (70; 270) is configured to drive the kickstand (12) from the deployed position to the retracted position via the link (71; 271), when the gripping element (70; 270) is pulled.

Baby carrier (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein, in order to be mobile between the deployed position and the retracted position, the kickstand (12) is pivotable about a transverse axis (Y 19) which is parallel to the dorsal structure (52), a support end (20) belonging to the kickstand (12) being further away from the dorsal structure (52) when the kickstand (12) is in the deployed position than when the kickstand (12) is in the retracted position.

5. Baby carrier (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the baby carrier (1) includes a spring (22), configured to elastically exert a force on the kickstand (12) tending to return the kickstand (12) to the deployed position when the kickstand (12) is in the retracted position.

Baby carrier (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the baby carrier (1) includes a fastener (23; 123; 223), which is configured to: • hold the kickstand (12) in the retracted position, when the kickstand (12) is brought into the retracted position using the gripping element (70; 270); and • while the kickstand (12) was held in the retracted position by the fastener (23; 123; 223), allow the kickstand (12) to be moved from the retracted position to the extended position, on command.

7. Baby carrier (1) according to claim 6, wherein the attachment (223) is arranged at the height of the dorsal structure (52), being attached to the dorsal structure (52), whether the kickstand (12) is in the deployed or retracted position.

A baby carrier (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the baby carrier (1) comprises a fixed foot (13), which is disposed between the gripping element (70; 270) and the kickstand (12) when the kickstand (12) is in the deployed position, the fixed foot (13) and the kickstand (12) together forming a base support for placing the baby carrier (1) on the ground when the kickstand (12) is in the deployed position.

9. Baby carrier (1) according to claim 8, wherein: • the baby carrier (1) comprises a back frame (14), which forms a rigid framework for the back structure (52); • the fixed foot (13) is fixedly attached to the back frame (14); • the baby carrier (1) comprises a seat frame (15), which forms a rigid framework for the seat (54); • the seat frame (15) is attached to the back frame (14) and / or the fixed foot (13); and • the kickstand (12) is attached to the seat frame (15), the seat frame (15) supporting the kickstand (12) so that the kickstand (12) is movable between the retracted and deployed positions.

10. Baby carrier (1) according to claim 9, wherein the seat (54) comprises a hammock (57) forming a seat, the hammock (57) connecting the back frame (14) to the seat frame (15).
