Abstract

The present invention relates to an outdoor fitness device for muscle strengthening and / or posture improvement. The outdoor fitness device (1) comprises, on the one hand, a frame (2) intended to rest on a support (3) and, on the other hand, at least one traction system (4, 4'; 5, 5'; 6, 6'), which is configured to be operated by a user, and which comprises at least, on the one hand, a handle (7) configured to be grasped by a user, on the other hand, at least one elastic element (8), which is interposed between the frame (2) and the handle (7), and which is fixedly attached to the frame (2), and, on the other hand, multiplication means (9), which are configured to multiply a traction force exerted on the handle (7), and which are interposed between the handle (7) and said at least one elastic element (8).
