Vehicle body structure and vehicle comprising such a structure. The invention relates to a motor vehicle body structure comprising a set of horizontal elements including a window pillar (13) and a set of vertical elements including a center pillar (21), said center pillar having a connecting portion (210) connecting to a connecting portion (130) of said window pillar. According to the invention, the body structure has an opening (25), defining a fusibility zone, formed in said connecting portion (210) of said center pillar (21) and in said connecting portion (130) of said window pillar (13), said body structure further comprising a reinforcing element (27) inserted into said opening (25).
