Abstract
A rolling container (1) according to the present invention is equipped with reciprocal coupling devices in the form of vertical lugs (142) fitted to the side rails and cavities (20) located in the base. The container is also equipped with latching devices comprising a tooth (150) surmounting the tip of the vertical lugs (142) and tooth recesses (151) formed in the base. The characteristic feature of the rolling container is that the tooth recess (151) includes at least one lateral stop element, either a side (102) of the base or the anchor plate of a caster (12), or both. The stackable rolling container thus made is advantageously equipped with coupling and latching devices that ensure stable engagement of the two stacked containers and prevent the upper container from losing its grip and becoming unbalanced to the point of falling.
