Personalised health management system and method

Abstract

Method for generating a personalised health plan, comprising: receiving and processing biomarker data for a user, comprising medical records, physiological measurements, wearable devices, fitness trackers, smartwatches, blood tests, genetic information, and / or responses to one or more health-related questionnaires; linking the biomarker data to personalised recommendations using a personalised health recommendation module to generate a personalised health plan comprising tailored recommendations for promoting healthy habits or lifestyle changes for the user; and presenting the personalised health plan to the user through a user interface module. Also a method for autonomously calculating a daily health score for a user, comprising: receiving user responses related to health-related behaviours and lifestyle choices through a questionnaire module; processing biomarker data for the user through a data input module; analysing user behaviours and lifestyle choices through a behaviour analysis module; calculating a daily health score through a scoring module based on the processed biomarker data and analysed behaviours; and presenting the daily health score to the user. Also a system for the refinement of bioanalytics processor outputs, comprising: a remote clinician access via a web application, facilitating updates, amendments, or medically-validated modifications to the bioanalytics processor; and an algorithm refinement mechanism to incorporate clinician feedback.
