Description

TECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] The present disclosure relates to the technical field of engineering construction, in particular to an efficient installation device and method for high-tower equipment. BACKGROUND

[0002] The installation of high-tower equipment such as generator fans has always been a difficult problem in equipment installation. In the past, large crawler cranes were used for installation, and the cooperation of large crawler cranes and other small and medium-sized hoisting equipment was required. The installation of the other equipment was carried out only after the installation of one equipment was completed, so the installation efficiency and economy were poor.

[0003] With the continuous development of fan technology, the fan tower gets higher and higher, so it becomes more and more difficult to improve the lifting height and lifting weight of the crawler crane simply, and the economy may also become worse and worse. An installation device and method higher in efficiency, economy and universality are needed. Based on this, the innovative device and method in this patent preferably solve the problem. SUMMARY

[0004] Aiming at the shortages in the prior art, the present disclosure provides an efficient installation device for high-tower equipment so as to solve the above-mentioned problems.

[0005] In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the technical scheme adopted by the present disclosure is as follows. An efficient installation device for high-tower equipment includes a jacking device for jacking a tower from a supine state to an inclined state, and a hoisting system for hoisting the tower from the inclined state to a vertical state. The jacking device includes a jacking oil cylinder and a push pin connected to a jacking oil cylinder piston rod, and the push pin is provided with a bottom surface and a jacking surface inclined relative to the bottom surface.

[0006] In a preferred scheme, a plurality of rolling bearings are installed on the bottom surface and the jacking surface.

[0007] In a preferred scheme, the hoisting system includes four hoisting devices, and when the tower is installed, the four hoisting devices are respectively located in four directions of the tower.

[0008] In a preferred scheme, the hoisting device is a winding engine.

[0009] In a preferred scheme, the hoisting device includes a hoisting trolley. The hoisting trolley includes a frame, legs and an operation room. A rotating platform is installed on the frame. The middle of the rotating platform is connected to a support pillar. The top of the support pillar is hinged with to a continuous drawing hydraulic jack. A hydraulic station connected with the continuous drawing hydraulic jack is installed on the frame. A hoisting rope roller and an electric control box are also installed on the frame, and the hydraulic station and the hoisting rope roller are electrically connected with the electric control box.

[0010] The present disclosure also provides an efficient installation method for high-tower equipment, including the following steps:

[0011] SI, tower assembling and debugging: hoisting a base section with small mobile hoisting equipment, hinging a first tower section with the base section through a rotating shaft, then jacking up the first tower section in place with a support cushion, installing a jacking device so that a support boot on the first tower section is supported by a push pin, then installing subsequent tower sections one by one, installing hoisting devices in place after a lifting lug tower section has been installed, stretching out a hoisting rope to be connected with a hoisting lifting ring on the lifting lug tower section, installing an angle meter on the tower, and finally debugging a functional unit;

[0012] S2, tower jacking: starting a jacking oil cylinder, and jacking up the support boot by the push pin so as to jack the tower in a horizontal state to an inclined state;

[0013] S3, tower hoisting: observing the reading of the angle meter, starting a hoisting system after the tower is jacked to a preset angle, hoisting the tower in the inclined state to a vertical state, then connecting and fixing the first tower section with the base section, and carrying out confirmation debugging; and

[0014] S4, hoisting rope rolling.

[0015] In a preferred scheme, a positioning card sleeve and a positioning card matched with each other are respectively arranged on the base section and the first tower section, and when the tower is hoisted to the vertical state in S3, positioning is quickly realized through the positioning card sleeve and the positioning card matched with each other. In SI, after tower section assembly and debugging are completed, removable or rotatable components connected or installed on the tower are locked.

[0016] In a preferred scheme, in SI, four hoisting devices are respectively installed in four orthogonal directions with the tower as the center.

[0017] In a preferred scheme, the step S4 of hoisting rope rolling includes the following steps:

[0018] S41, installing a winding engine on the ground, enabling a steel wire rope of the winding engine to pass through the hoisting lifting ring to be connected with the hoisting rope, and unlocking the connection of the hoisting rope and the hoisting lifting ring;

[0019] S42, releasing the winding engine so that the hoisting rope declines, at the same time, starting the hoisting device for rope coiling, and after an end of the hoisting rope declines to the ground, unlocking the connection of the hoisting rope and the steel wire rope; and

[0020] S43, coiling the rope on the winding engine.

[0021] Compared with the prior art, the present disclosure has the following beneficial effects.

[0022] Firstly, batched rapid installation and dismantling of high-tower equipment are realized.

[0023] Taking the installation of a tower of a wind driven generator as an example, a crawler crane installation method is adopted for the existing fan tower. The ultra-large crawler crane is high in cost and workload. Generally, a fan group is installed just by one ultra-large crawler crane. After one fan has been installed by the ultra-large crawler crane, the crawler crane needs to be disassembled, transferred and reassembled to a new fan to be installed, and then subsequent fan installation is carried out. In addition, in the installation process, a plurality of tower sections and equipment are lifted and installed in turn, and the installation efficiency of a single unit is very low, the installation period of the fan group is very long, and the construction period of a wind farm is long.

[0024] According to the device and method in this patent, the installation is decomposed into parallel horizontal assembly, and then the installation method of substation top hoisting is carried out. The horizontal assembly process may be carried out by the wind unit at the same time, only by means of a plurality of mobile small truck cranes which are cheap, high in universality and convenient to rent, so that the installation efficiency is greatly improved. In the substation top hoisting stage, because the wheeled hoisting trolley is easy to walk in place quickly, construction may be completed in advance by the ground anchor, the jacking and hoisting links may be completed in only one day, and then the next fan may be transferred for top hoisting. Through the method, the installation process is decomposed and constructed in parallel, and the installation efficiency is effectively improved. The fan may be dismantled still by this method, only a reverse method of the above-mentioned method may be implemented. The device and method in this patent are advantageous in the installation and disassembly of higher and heavier fans or tower equipment.

[0025] Secondly, the debugging difficulty is reduced, and the debugging efficiency is improved. According to the device and method in this patent, debugging refers to functional debugging and confirmation debugging. The functional debugging includes electric control system placement, cable connection checking, electrified experiment and the like which may be carried out in a supine state immediately after the horizontal assembly of the fan is completed, so that the difficulty and risks increased by high-altitude debugging are avoided, and the debugging efficiency is greatly improved. For confirmation debugging, after top hoisting is completed by the fan, last checking and confirmation are carried out just before operation of the fan. Normal operation may be performed without error, so that the debugging quality is greatly improved, the safety is improved, and the time limit for a project is ahead of time.

[0026] Thirdly, the anti-risk capability is high. The original super-large crawler crane hoisting method is inconvenient to observe due to high-altitude operation and limited sight of the crawler crane driver, and it is easy to lose stability and cause safety accidents and risks in severe weather conditions such as sudden strong wind. According to the device and method in this patent, on the one hand, the front, rear, left and right all-round hoisting trolleys are matched with hoisting. In case of strong wind, the hoisting capacity of the hydraulic hoisting device is large in degree of prosperity and high in deviation correction and adjustment capacity, and each installation dimension is in an adjustable and controlled state, so the safety is greatly improved. On the other hand, during the installation stage in this patent, the high-altitude operation time is greatly shortened compared with the original scheme, so that the anti-risk capability is further improved, and the probability of risks is reduced.

[0027] Fourthly, the equipment is high in universality. The core equipment in this patent such as the jacking device and the hoisting device are convenient to transfer, high in universality and simple to maintain, and may be applicable for generator installation and also may be used for the installation of other tower equipment. In the case of greater hoisting force, multiple hoisting trolleys may be used at one hoisting point. For example, if the front hoisting point has a large hoisting force, a balancing lifting beam may be connected at the hoisting lifting ring, and multiple hoisting trolleys may be used to provide hoisting force for this lifting point, which is very convenient and flexible. The equipment may also be widely used in other engineering fields, and is high in utilization rate and economy. Unlike the original installation methods, the ultra-large crawler crane is poor in universality. If the ultra-large crawler crane is used in the occasion of small lifting capacity, the loss outweights the gain because of difficulty in installation, disassembly and transfer. Therefore, the ultra-large crawler crane is very low in utilization rate, generally high in maintenance cost and poor in economy. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

[0040] For the purpose that those skilled in the art understand the present disclosure better, the following illustrates the preferred embodiments of the present disclosure with the reference to the specific embodiments. However, it should be understood that the attached figures are used for illustrative purposes only and are not to be understood as limitation of the present disclosure; in order to better illustrate the embodiment, some parts of the attached figures are omitted, enlarged or shrunk and do not represent the size of actual products; and some well-known structures and descriptions thereof in the attached figures may be omitted to those skilled in the art. The positional relationships described in the attached figures are only used for illustrative description, but may not be understood as limitation for the present disclosure.

[0041] As an embodiment of the present disclosure, referring to FIG. 7 and FIG. 8, an efficient installation device for high-tower equipment is provided. The device includes a jacking device 20 for jacking a tower 100 from a supine state to an inclined state, and a hoisting system 30 for hoisting the tower 100 from the inclined state to a vertical state. The jacking device 20 includes a jacking oil cylinder 21 and a push pin 22 connected to a jacking oil cylinder piston rod 24. The hoisting system 30 includes four hoisting devices 200. When the tower 100 is installed, the four hoisting devices 200 are respectively located in four directions of the tower 100. The push pin 22 is provided with a bottom surface 25 and a jacking surface 26 inclined relative to the bottom surface 25.

[0042] In the embodiment, the hoisting device 200 is a winding engine 50.

[0043] As a preferred embodiment of the present disclosure, a plurality of rolling bearings 23 are installed on the bottom surface 25 and the jacking surface 26. Compared with sliding bearings and other contact forms, the frictional resistance is smaller, the required thrust is smaller, so that the resistance in the installation process is reduced.

[0044] The core components of the jacking device 20 are the jacking oil cylinder 21 and the push pin 22 on the head for pushing the first tower section 120 to rotate around a rotating shaft 130. The push 22 slides on a fixed track, so that a fan is jacked up gradually.

[0045] As a preferred embodiment of the present disclosure, the hoisting device 200 includes a hoisting trolley 31. The hoisting trolley 31 includes a frame 32, legs 33 and an operation room 34. A rotating platform 35 is installed on the frame 32. The middle of the rotating platform 35 is connected to a support pillar 36. The top of the support pillar 36 is hinged with to a continuous drawing hydraulic jack 37. A hydraulic station 38 connected with the continuous drawing hydraulic jack 37 is installed on the frame 32. A hoisting rope roller 39 and an electric control box 40 are also installed on the frame 32. The hydraulic station 38 and the hoisting rope roller 39 are electrically connected with the electric control box 40.

[0046] Taking the installation of a tower 100 of a wind driven generator as an example, an installation method in the present disclosure is described. Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 6, as well as FIG. 10 and FIG. 11, all installation work is completed according to fan tower assembling and debugging, fan tower jacking, fan tower hoisting and adjustment and other steps in the patent. Installation is carried out according to the following steps.

[0047] SI, tower 100 assembling and debugging.

[0048] Referring to FIG. 1, a base section 110 is hoisted and installed with small mobile hoisting equipment. A track is poured or paved on the ground. A first tower section 120 is connected with the base section 110 through a rotating shaft 130. The first tower section 120 is jacked up in place with a support cushion 140. On the one hand, space is reserved for jacking, so that the jacking difficulty is reduced. On the other hand, height is reserved for fan motor and machine room installation, so that the difficulty in installation due to clear height deficiency is avoided. The support cushion 140 may be a sleeper or specially designed support cushion tool.

[0049] Ajacking device 20 is installed horizontally so that a support boot 121 on the first tower section 120 is supported by a push pin 22. The jacking oil cylinder 21 is hinged to a rear support plate 123, and then subsequent tower sections are installed one by one. Hoisting trolleys 31 are installed in place after a lifting lug tower section 150 has been installed. The four hoisting trolleys 31 are respectively installed in four orthogonal directions with the tower 100 as the center. A hoisting rope 52 is stretched out to be connected with a hoisting lifting ring 151 on the lifting lug tower section 150. Installation personnel may access in a manhole formed in the first tower section 120, and comes out from an access hole in the lifting lug tower section 150 to an operation platform 152 on the outer side of the tower for operation. In order to facilitate description, the hoisting trolley in front of the hoisting direction is a hoisting trolley 1#, the hoisting trolleys on the left and right sides are hoisting trolleys 2# and 3#, and the hoisting trolley at the back of the hoisting direction is a hoisting trolley 4#.

[0050] When the fan tower has been assembled completely, debugging in a lie-down state should be carried out in order to reduce the high-altitude debugging difficulty and facilitate debugging and operation. After debugging is completed, a fan machine room, an electric generator, fan blades and other removable and rotatable parts are locked firmly, and then subsequent operations of jacking and hoisting may be started. Particular attention should be paid to the stop locking positions of the fan blades so as not to interfere with the hoisting operation of the hoisting rope 52.

[0051] S2, tower 100 jacking.

[0052] Referring to FIG. 2, ajacking oil cylinder 21 is started, and the support boot 121 is jacked up by the push pin 22 so as to jack the tower 100 in a horizontal state to an inclined state. The jacking device 20 may not jack a fan device to a vertical state, so subsequent hoisting is needed by the hoisting system 30 until the fan tower is hoisted to the vertical state. However, the hoisting system 30 may not begin to hoist directly in the horizontal or jacking state of the fan, and the reason is that the horizontal included angle of the fan is small and extremely large hoisting tensile force is required in this stage. Therefore, stage connection and cooperation of the jacking device 20 and the hoisting system 30 are designed in the present disclosure.

[0053] The jacking oil cylinder 21 is started to push the push pin to move along the track to be in contact with and stressed with the support boot 121 on the first tower section 120 of the fan tower. Rolling bearings 23 are installed on upper and lower surfaces of the push pin 22. Compared with sliding bearings and other contact forms, the frictional resistance is smaller, and the required thrust is smaller. An upper surface of the push pin 22 and a lower surface of the support boot 121 of the first tower section 120 are arranged to be inclined surfaces or cambered surfaces with reasonable angles. Thus, on the one hand, the contact area is increased, and the intensity of pressure is reduced, on the other hand, a large part of resultant force for the push pin 22 generated by the integral weight torque of the fan may be decomposed into resultant force in the vertical direction, and is transmitted to a solid basic surface through the track. A small part of resultant force is decomposed into horizontal force, and is overcome by the thrust of the jacking oil cylinder 21. Such smart design effectively reduces the working force required by the jacking device 20 and the power capacity of related matched mechanisms. If it is found that the fan is deflected towards the left or right in the jacking process, the hoisting trolley 2# or 3# may be pulled through fine adjustment so as to ensure that the fan and the installation axis are not deflected or out-of-tolerance excessively. The display of the angle meter 122 on the first tower section 120 may be observed at any time in the jacking process. After a preset angle is reached, conversion to the jacking method is started.

[0054] S3, tower 100 hoisting.

[0055] Referring to FIG. 3 to FIG. 6, after the fan is jacked to the preset angle, the hoisting trolleys 31 which are in place in advance in four directions and connected with ground anchors perform hoisting actions according to requirements. In the embodiment, the hoisting rope 52 of the hoisting trolley 31 includes a steel wire strand and a matched continuous drawing hydraulic jack 37, so that the tensile capacity is high, and the economical efficiency is high. The lower part of the continuous drawing hydraulic jack 37 is connected with the hoisting trolley 31 through hinge points, and the continuous drawing hydraulic jack may be automatically adjusted along with the change of the angle of the hoisting rope 52, so that the best stress state is ensured.

[0056] The hoisting trolley 1# in the front is a driving trolley in the preliminary stage of hoisting, and mainly provides tensile force required for the hoisting process of the fan. The hoisting trolleys 2# and 3# on the left and right sides provide auxiliary hoisting force, and also need to provide biased tensile force in the hoisting process for the fan at any time. The hoisting trolley 4# at the back serves as a follow trolley at the beginning, and does not take hoisting actions. As the inclination angle of the tower 100 changes during the hoisting process, the angle of the hoisting rope 52 may also change relative to the tower 100. In this patent, the hoisting ring 151 is designed in such a way that the hoisting lifting ring 151 may rotate around a lifting ring rod, so that the hoisting lifting ring 151 and the hoisting rope 52 are well stressed throughout the entire process.

[0057] When the overall gravity center of the fan crosses from the rear of the contact rotation point between the first tower section 120 and the base section 110 to the front in the later stage of the hoisting stage, the overall fan may rotate rapidly and fall on the base section 110 without reversed tensile force from the rear due to the action of overall huge gravity of the fan, which is also the main function of setting the hoisting trolley 4#. When the fan is hoisted to the critical point, the steel wire rope 51 of the hoisting trolley 4# in the rear should be properly stressed in advance. In the process that the hoisting trolley 1# in front pulls and retracts the rope forward, the hoisting trolley 4# in the rear slowly releases the rope synchronously, but a stressed state also should remain, and the hoisting trolleys 2# and 3# on both sides still play the role of left and right adjustment. When the fan crosses the contact rotation point between the first tower section 120 and the base section 110, the steel wire rope 51 of the hoisting trolley 1# in front feeds the rope without being stressed. The hoisting trolley 4# on the rear is stressed to slowly release the rope. Combined with the follow adjustment that the steel wire ropes 51 of the hoisting trolley 2# and 3# on both sides are tightened, the fan is slowly dropped on the base section 100 to avoid violent shaking and damage of the upper mechanism caused by falling too fast.

[0058] In order to avoid slight deviation in the alignment of the first tower section 120 and upper structures with the base section 110, the bolts between connecting surfaces of the two sections may not be accurately aligned. In this patent, positioning card sleeves 124 and positioning cards 125 are respectively arranged in front of and on left and right sides of the first tower section 120 and the base section 100. The positioning card sleeve 124 is of a structure with an open port in the lower part and a closed port in the upper part. The open port is beneficial for guiding, and the closed port is used for positioning. Thus, positioning may be completed basically. During installation, if there is still little deviation, referring to FIG. 9, the push pin 22 of the jacking oil cylinder 21 may be utilized to slightly push the first tower section 120, so that accurate alignment combination of the first tower section 120 and the base section 110 is further ensured.

[0059] Connecting bolts between the first tower section 120 and the base section 110 are installed and screwed down, and then subsequent secondary simple confirmation debugging may be carried out. After the simple confirmation debugging is completed, the device may be put into use officially. Before putting into operation, personnel should also go up to the operation platform 152 outside the lifting tower section 150 through a channel in the tower 100, and the hoisting rope 52 is slowly fallen to the ground with the auxiliary winding engine 50 arranged on the ground.

[0060] S4, hoisting rope 52 rolling.

[0061] As a preferred embodiment of the present disclosure, referring to FIG. 11, based on the above-mentioned embodiment, the step S4 of hoisting rope 52 rolling includes the following steps:

[0062] S41, installing a winding engine 50 on the ground, enabling a steel wire rope 51 of the winding engine 50 to pass through the hoisting lifting ring 151 to be connected with the hoisting rope 52, and unlocking the connection of the hoisting rope 52 and the hoisting lifting ring 151;

[0063] S42, releasing the winding engine 50 so that the hoisting rope 52 declines, at the same time, starting the hoisting device 200 for rope coiling, and after an end of the hoisting rope 52 declines to the ground, unlocking the connection of the hoisting rope 52 and the steel wire rope 51; and

[0064] S43, coiling the rope on the winding engine 50.

[0065] In the description of the present disclosure, the continuous drawing hydraulic jack 37 is equipment referenced in standard DL / T5400-2007 construction technique specifications for hydraulic structure sliding formwork, and is also existing equipment disclosed in the Chinese patent application document with the publication number of CN100424003C, so unnecessary details are not given for the concrete structure of the existing equipment in the description of this patent, and those skilled in the art should know that the realization of this patent is not affected.

[0066] Finally, it is noted that the above-mentioned embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical scheme of the present disclosure but not restricting the scope of protection of the present disclosure; and although the present disclosure is described in detail by reference to a better embodiment, those ordinary skilled in the art should understand that the technical scheme of the present disclosure can be amended or equally substituted but not departing from the purpose and scope of the technical scheme of the present disclosure and should be contained in the scope of claims of the present disclosure.
