Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0001] 1. Technical Field

[0002] The invention belongs to the technical field of strollers, and particularly relates to a stroller and a stroller frame.

[0003] 2. Description of Related Art

[0004] Folding strollers are easy to transport and carry, and allow users to go out together with their babies easily. The stroller typically comprises a seat, a guardrail, a backrest and other components, and the size of the stroller in a folded state is affected and restrained by the structural sizes of these components. For example, the backrest generally allows an infant to recline or lie thereon. A long backrest can improve the comfort, but if the backrest is too long, the folding effect of the backrest will be unsatisfying or the backrest will have an excessively large size in the folded state.

[0005] For example, Chinese Patent Publication No. CN212766425U discloses a folding stroller frame, wherein a rear seat plate of the stroller frame is fixed to upper ends of rear support rods; after being completely folded, the rear seat plate will be obliquely fixed to the upper ends of the rear support rods. As shown, due to the limitation of the length of the rear support rods (the height of a stroller body in the folded state), the length of a backrest is limited. If the length of the backrest is increased, the length of the rear support rods will be increased inevitably, and the height of the whole stroller frame will be increased. In use of the stroller, if the length of the backrest is long enough, an infant can recline or lie on the backrest more comfortably, and the applicable height range can be expanded. BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0006] In view of the problem of mutual constraint of the backrest and folding of existing strollers, the objective of the invention is to provide a stroller frame, which changes the position of a rear seat plate with respect to a rear leg (elevates the position of the rear seat plate) of the stroller frame in a folded state by changing the connecting structure between the rear seat plate and the rear leg, to reserve a sufficient space for folding a backrest in the vertical direction to keep the length of the backrest basically equal to the length of the rear leg, such that the length of the backrest is increased to improve comfort.

[0007] The purpose of the invention is fulfilled through the following technical solution: a stroller frame comprises bases located in a middle of the stroller frame, a front leg connected to the bases and obliquely located in front of the bases, a rear leg connected to the bases and obliquely located behind the bases, a handlebar connected to the bases and obliquely located above the bases, and a seat arranged in the middle of the stroller frame and comprising a rear seat plate, a front seat plate hinged to a front side of the rear seat plate, and a backrest arranged behind the rear seat plate, wherein an upper end of the front leg is rotatably hinged to the bases, an upper end of the rear leg is fixedly connected to the bases, and a lower end of the handlebar is rotatably hinged to the bases; the rear seat plate of the seat is connected to the bases by means of a shaft or shaft assembly and is able to rotate with respect to the bases, and a short link is hinged between the front seat plate of the seat and an upper portion of the front leg.

[0008] A driving link mechanism for driving the front leg, the rear leg and the handlebar to be synchronously folded is arranged between the front leg, the rear leg and the handlebar.

[0009] The front leg, the rear leg and the handlebar are distributed approximately radially, and inner ends of the front leg, the rear leg and the handlebar intersect at the bases; wherein, the rear leg is static with respect to the bases, that is, when the stroller frame is folded, the rear leg and the bases act synchronously; the front leg and the handlebar are hinged to the bases and can rotate with hinge points on the bases as rotation centers; moreover, the handlebar is formed by upper handles and lower handles vertically hinged to the upper handles, and locking devices are arranged between the upper handles and the lower handles; the upper handles and the lower handles can be folded after being unlocked; when the stroller frame is folded, the front leg rotates to approach the rear leg, and the upper handles and the lower handles rotate to approach the rear leg when folded until the front leg, the handlebar and the rear legs are close to each other and the rear leg is located at a vertical position; because the seat is configured as a triple folding structure and the rear portion of the rear seat plate is hinged to the bases, the rear seat plate can rotate with respect to the bases to be approximately perpendicular to the bases (or the rear leg), the front seat plate is approximately perpendicular to the rear seat plate, and the shank rest approximately faces downward.

[0010] The backrest is hinged to a rear end of the rear seat plate, and when folded, the backrest turns downward and moves close to the rear leg; because the rear seat plate is located above the rear leg after being folded, the receiving space of the backrest extends downward from the upper end of the rear leg, and the maximum length of the backrest may be the sum of the length of the rear leg and the height of wheels. In this way, the length of the backrest can be increased.

[0011] Preferably, two bases are arranged symmetrically, and the rear seat plate is hinged between the two bases by means of the shaft. To improve the overall stability of the stroller frame, a fixing shaft may be additionally between the two symmetrical bases; and the rear seat plate may be directly hinged to inner sides of the bases by means of short shafts, and the short shafts are completely independent of the fixing shaft.

[0012] Preferably, two bases are arranged symmetrically, and the rear seat plate is hinged between the two bases by means of the shaft assembly; and the shaft assembly comprises a fixing shaft fixedly connected to the two bases and a shaft sleeve disposed around and connected to the fixing shaft, and the shaft sleeve is fixedly connected to the rear seat plate. In this way, the rear seat plate is hinged to the bases.

[0013] To further simplify the structure of the stroller frame, hinge points between the upper end of the front leg and hinge points between the rear seat plate and the bases may be the same as connection points between the fixing shaft and the bases, that is, the front leg, the rear seat plate and the fixing shaft are coaxial.

[0014] Preferably, seat plate support members for supporting the rear seat plate and limiting an amplitude of rotation of the rear seat plate are arranged on inner sides of the bases; and when the stroller frame is in an unfolded state, the rear seat plate abuts against the seat plate support members.

[0015] In an unfolded state, the rear leg inclines downwards, the rear seat plate is approximately horizontal, and in order to maintain the rear seat plate at an approximately horizontal position, one seat plate support member is arranged on the inner side of each base and located below the rear seat plate, and the rear seat plate is arranged on the seat plate support members.

[0016] Preferably, the handlebar comprises upper handles and lower handles, wherein lower ends of the lower handles are hinged to the bases, and lower portions of the upper handles are hinged to upper ends of the lower handles; and locking devices for locking and unlocking the upper handles and the lower handles are arranged between the upper handles and the lower handles.

[0017] Preferably, the driving link mechanism comprises first links, second links, third links and sliders; upper ends of the first links are rotatably hinged to lower ends of the upper handles, lower ends of the first links are hinged to the sliders (64), front ends of the second links are hinged to the front leg, rear ends of the second links are hinged to front ends of the third links, rear ends of the third links are hinged to the rear leg, and the sliders are slidably disposed around the third links.

[0018] When the stroller frame is in an unfolded state, a stable triangular structure is formed by the handlebar, the front leg, the first links, the second links and the third links, and a stable triangular structure is formed by the front seat plate, the rear seat plate, the short link and the front leg.

[0019] When the stroller frame is folded, the locking devices are operated to unlock the upper handles and the lower handles, and the upper handles are pushed forward to enable the upper handles and the lower handles to be folded and turned downward; and when the upper handles and the lower handles are folded and turned downward, the first links are driven to turn downward and drive the sliders, the second links and the third links to slide and turn accordingly. On the contrary, when the stroller frame is unfolded, the upper handles are lifted upwards to gradually unfold the upper handles and the lower handles to drive the first links to turn upwards, at the same time, the second links and the third links are driven to be unfolded between the front leg and the rear leg, and the first links and the sliders are unfolded between the rear leg and the handlebar; when the handlebar and the bases are locked again, the relative positions of the first links, the second links, the third links and the sliders are maintained stable, and the whole stroller frame is stably unfolded.

[0020] Preferably, a guardrail is arranged above the seat and connected to the bases; the guardrail is U-shaped, and ends of side rods on two sides of the guardrail are connected to the bases; and an axial direction of the side rods on the two sides of the guardrail is parallel to an axial direction of the rear leg.

[0021] The guardrail is relatively fixed to the base, and the axial direction of the side rods of the guardrail is parallel to the axial direction of the rear leg, such that after the stroller frame is folded, and with the rotation of the bases, the guardrail can be turned to be approximately upward (the rear leg is approximately downwards) to be used as a lifting handle.

[0022] Preferably, the guardrail is U-shaped, side rods on two sides of the guardrail extend towards the lower handles and the first links and are hinged to the lower handles, a curved link is hinged to an end of each of the side rods on the two sides of the guardrail and lower ends of the curved links are hinged to the first links; and in a folded state, an axial direction of the side rods on the two sides of the guardrail is parallel to an axial direction of the rear leg, and the direction of the guardrail is opposite to the direction of the rear leg.

[0023] When the stroller frame is unfolded, the first links and the lower handle are stable relatively, and a stable triangular structure is formed by the side rods on the two sides of the guardrail, the curved links, the first links and the lower handles; and when the stroller frame is folded, the first links and the lower handles approach to each other and turn downward synchronously to drive the handlebar to turn upwards, at the same time, the curved links turn upward with respect to the first links, and finally, the guardrail is approximately upward (the rear leg is approximately downward) to be used as a lifting handle for lifting the stroller frame in the folded state.

[0024] Preferably, a horizontal shaft is connected between the side rods on two sides of the front leg, and a lower end of the short link is hinged to the horizontal shaft; and a horizontal rod is connected between side rods on two sides of the rear leg. By adding the horizontal shaft, the stability of the stroller frame can be improved; and the lower end of the short link for supporting the front seat plate of the seat can be hinged to the horizontal shaft or directly hinged to the front leg.

[0025] The invention further provides a stroller, comprising the stroller frame described above, wherein a sunshade is arranged on the handlebar, front wheels are arranged at a lower end of the front leg, and rear wheels are arranged at a lower end of the rear leg.

[0026] Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

[0027] According to the stroller frame provided by the invention, by changing the connecting structure between the rear seat plate and the rear leg, the position of the rear seat plate with respect to the rear leg of the stroller frame in the folded state is changed (the position of the rear seat plate is elevated) to reserve a sufficient space for folding the backrest in the vertical direction to keep the length of the backrest basically equal to the length of the rear leg, such that the length of the backrest is increased to improve comfort; and the stroller frame can be folded by one step through the cooperation of the locking devices and the driving links.
