[0001] The present invention generally relates to communication technologies and in particular to a system and method to manage communication between one or more users having disability or an elderly person and their family members and loved ones.Background

7. The system as claimed in claim 6, wherein the video module is further configured to capture facial expressions of the one or more users to analysis stress level of the one or more users and notify the one or more members on one or more member devices.

8. The system as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the one or more user devices further comprising a remote management module configured to provide access to one or more remote user to monitor functioning of the one or more user devices, diagnose issues in functioning of the one or more user devices.

The system as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the one or more user devices further configured to has a plurality of biometric sensors capable of collecting physiological data from the one or more users, including but not limited to heart rate, skin temperature, and galvanic skin response and sending the physiological data to the content management module.

The system as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the one or more user devices further configured to have a voice recognition module that enable the one or more users to interact with the interactive user interface module through voice commands.11 . The system as claimed in claim 10, wherein the voice recognition module is adapted to understand and respond to a variety of accents and speech impairments of the one or more users.

12. The system as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the one or more members includes caregivers, healthcare professionals, friends, family members, volunteers.

13. The system as claimed in claim 1 , wherein each of the one or more member devices has at least a processor, memory, display, camera hardware, microphone, media library stored locally or in remote location associated with each of the member’s account.

14. The system as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the one or more member devices are configured to be paired with the one or more user devices by using QR code, mobile number link, voice prompt, URL link.

15. The system as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the content management module is configured to schedule one or more audio and / or video call by one or moremembers with the one or more users by using the one or more member devices coupled with the content management module.

16. The system as claimed in claims 1 and 15, wherein the one or more users automatically answer the scheduled one or more audio and / or video call by using interactive user interface module coupled with the one or more user devices.

17. The system as claimed in claims 1 and 15, wherein the one or more users answer the scheduled one or more audio and / or video call through haptic interaction with the interactive user interface module coupled with the one or more user devices.

18. The system as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the one or more types of interactive content is audio and / or video and / or image and / or live streaming and / or medication schedule and / or information message and / or personal message.

The system as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the content management module is further configured to personalize the one or more types of interactive content based on preferences, interaction history, and real-time behaviour analysis of the one or more users captured by the one or more user devices.

The system as claimed in claims 1 and 19, wherein the content management module is further configured to customise the one or more types of interactive content dynamically in response to the detected physiological states of the one or more users.21 . The system as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the interactive user interface module is further configured to automatically adjust its display of one or more types of interactive content based on environmental conditions detected by a plurality of sensors associated with the one or more user devices.

22. The system as claimed in claim 21 , wherein the environmental conditions include adjustments for ambient light, noise levels, and temperature.

23. A method for managing interactive communication, the method comprising the steps of: providing one or more user devices with one or more users; providing one or more member devices with one or more members; coupling an interactive user interface module with the one or more user devices; coupling a content management module with the one or more member devices; providing a communication module to establish communication between the one or more user devices, the one or more member devices, the interactive userinterface module, and the content management module through a communication network; pairing the one or more member devices with the one or more user devices; managing one or more types of interactive content by the content management module to be displayed by the interactive user interface module on the one or more user devices; configuring the interactive user interface module to display one or more types of interactive content automatically or in response to haptic interaction by the one or more users.

24. The method as claimed in claim 23, wherein the one or more users includes old age people, disabled people, people in rehab, people need personal care.

25. The method as claimed in claim 23, wherein each of the one or more user devices has at least a processor, memory, display, camera hardware, microphone, and a media library stored locally or in a remote location associated with each of the user's account.

26. The method as claimed in claim 23, wherein the one or more members includes caregivers, healthcare professionals, friends, family members, volunteers.

27. The method as claimed in claim 23, wherein each of the one or more member devices has at least a processor, memory, display, camera hardware, microphone, and a media library stored locally or in a remote location associated with each of the member’s account.

28. The method as claimed in claim 23, further comprising a step of scheduling one or more audio and / or video calls by the one or more members with the one or more users by using the one or more member devices coupled with the content management module.

29. The method as claimed in claim 28, further comprising a step of automatically answering the scheduled one or more audio and / or video calls by the one or more users using the interactive user interface module coupled with the one or more user devices.

30. The method as claimed in claim 28, further comprising a step of answering the scheduled one or more audio and / or video calls through haptic interaction with the interactive user interface module by the one or more users using the one or more user devices.

The method as claimed in claim 23, wherein one or more types of interactive content including audio, video, image, live streaming, medication schedule, information message, and personal message by the content management module to be displayed by the interactive user interface module on the one or more user devices.

32. The method as claimed in claim 23, further comprising a step of optimizing audio input and / or output in accordance with the speaking and / or listening limitations of the one or more users by an audio module in the one or more user devices.

33. The method as claimed in claim 30, further comprising a step of reducing unwanted background noise and capturing desired sounds around the one or more users using the audio module of the one or more user devices.

34. The method as claimed in claim 23, further comprising a step of optimizing display of video of one or more members in accordance with eyesight or cognitive impairments of the one or more users by a video module in the one or more user devices.

35. The method as claimed in claim 32, further comprising a step of optimizing video compression by the video module in the one or more user devices.

36. The method as claimed in claim 32, further comprising a step of capturing haptic interactions of the one or more users by the video module in the one or more user devices.

37. The method as claimed in claim 23 and 32, further comprising a step of suppressing jitters or artefacts during video transmission to the one or more member devices from the one or more user devices.

38. The method as claimed in claim 32, further comprising a step of capturing facial expressions of the one or more users by the video module.

39. The method as claimed in claim 23 and 36, wherein the step of capturing facial expressions further comprising a step of analyzing stress levels of the one or more users and notifying the one or more members on their one or more member devices.

40. The method as claimed in claim 23, further comprising a step of providing access to one or more remote users to monitor functioning of the one or more user devices, diagnose issues in functioning of the one or more user devices using a remote management module in the one or more user devices.

The method as claimed in claim 23, further comprising a step of collecting physiological data from the one or more users, including but not limited to heart rate, skin temperature, and galvanic skin response by a plurality of biometric sensors associated with the one or more user devices and sending the physiological data to the content management module associated with the one or more member devices.

42. The method as claimed in claims 23 and 41 , further comprising a step of customising the one or more types of interactive content dynamically in response to the detected physiological states of the one or more users.

43. The method as claimed in claim 23, further comprising a step of automatically adjusting its display of one or more types of interactive content based on environmental conditions detected by a plurality of sensors associated with the one or more user devices.

44. The method as claimed in claim 43, wherein the environmental conditions include adjustments for ambient light, noise levels, and temperature.

45. The method as claimed in claim 23, further comprising a step of personalizing the one or more types of interactive content based on preferences, interaction history, and real-time behaviour analysis of the one or more users captured by the one or more user devices.

46. The method as claimed in claim 23, further comprising a step of pairing the one or more member devices with the one or more user devices by using QR code, mobile number link, voice prompt, or URL link.
