Abstract
Description
TITLE OF INVENTION: INFORMATION PROCESSING DEVICE AND PROGRAM Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to an information processing device and a program. Background Art
[0002] In recent years, remote work has become widespread in many companies, and working environments in places other than offices have been established. Due to this environmental change, activities in which employees who work for companies in one region stay in other regions (for example, districts) for several days to perform remote work (also known as workation) have attracted attention. At the same time, it is expected that the number of people interested in a place of stay increases, leading the people to visit repeatedly and deepening relationships with the region through ongoing local activities.
[0003] The population of people who are engaged with a region in diverse ways is called related population or the like. The term "related population" refers to people who are engaged with a region in diverse ways, who are neither migrated "resident population" who migrated and settled nor "exchange population" who visit as tourists. Local areas are facing challenges such as population decline and aging, resulting in a shortage of local community builders. However, agents have produced changes, mainly young people depending on regions, have begun to participate in local regions, and thus agents from outside "related population" are expected to become local community builders. In order to evaluate the related population, Patent Literature 1 proposes a technique for quantifying the degree of interest of the related population in a region. Citation List Patent Literature
[0004] Patent Literature 1: Japanese Patent No. 7181657 Summary of Invention Technical Problem
[0005] In Patent Literature 1, a message regarding a region is transmitted to a user (a user interested in a specific region) managed by a predetermined local municipal service or regional service. Then, it is possible to measure the degree of interest of the related population in the region by analyzing a behavior of a user who has received the message with respect to the message (a click of a link included in a mail, an evaluation status of a posted article on SNS, and the like). In such a technique, it is possible to quantitatively ascertain the degree of interest of a user who has come in contact with the information, but there is also a case where evaluation in consideration of a more substantial relationship between the user and the region is desirable.
[0006] The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to realize a technique capable of evaluating a relationship between a related population and a region in consideration of a substantial relationship between a user and the region. Solution to Problem
[0007] To solve the problems, an information processing device of the present invention has the following configuration, for example. That is, the information processing device includes: an acquisition means configured to acquire a staying time in a predetermined region by a user based on positional information of the user or acquire a consumption amount of money consumed by the user in the predetermined region; and a determination means configured to determine a degree of relationship between the user and a region. The determination means determines the degree of relationship between the user and the region in the predetermined region based on the staying time of the specific use in the predetermined region or a consumption amount of money of the specific use in the predetermined region within a specific period by the user. [0010] An embodiment will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The following embodiment does not limit the invention according to the claims, and all combinations of the features described in the embodiment are not necessarily essential to the invention. Two or more features of a plurality of features described in the embodiment may be arbitrarily combined. The same or similar configurations are denoted by the same reference numerals, and redundant description will be omitted.
[0011] <Degree of Related Population According to Present Embodiment> The information processing system according to the present embodiment determines a degree of relationship between a user and a specific region (that is, a degree of related population), and presents the degree of relationship to the user. That is, the related population in the present invention means "the degree to which the related population continuously contributes to regional economy". The degree of relationship between the user and the region can be represented by, for example, a rank (e.g. platinum or gold) as will be described below. In this way, the user is motivated to further improve the degree of relationship with the region by visualizing and providing the relationship between the user and the specific region in which the user is interested.
[0012] The system provides the user with information regarding a reward from a local municipality in accordance with the degree of relationship between the specific region and the user. As an example, the reward includes an offer such as an accommodation ticket in the region or an invitation ticket to an event. As the rank of the user (that is, the degree of relationship between the user and the region) is higher, a target which is luxurious or difficult to obtain or for which it is difficult to obtain an opportunity can be set as the reward. Therefore, the user is motivated to obtain a higher rank (that is, the degree of relationship with the region is further deepened) in the specific region.
[0013] The establishment of the relationship between the user and the specific region may be started by, for example, work in which employees who work at workplaces in an urban region staying in a rural region for several days. That is, there is a case where the user is interested in a place of stay, leading the user to visit repeatedly and deepening relationships with the region through ongoing local activities. If the relationship between the user and the region is deepened, it is expected to improve an operation rate (for example, in the off-season) of a staying facility and a restaurant, and induce consumption of a group in which consumption in an urban region is active. For example, a user in an urban region stays at a regional staying place (for example, an idle staying facility in a region), and thus it is expected that use of outside traffic, eating and drinking at a place of stay, and participation in an event occur. As described above, the system according to the present embodiment provides a structure that connects a user to a regional community and increases a related population in a region to activate the region.
[0014] <Configuration of Information Processing System> An information processing system according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to Fig. 1. The information system 10 includes, for example, an information providing server 100, an external server 101, and a communication device 102. Each of these devices is connected via a network 104 and can communicate between the devices using, for example, a predetermined internet protocol.
[0015] The communication device 102 is, for example, a portable terminal used by a user, and includes electronic devices such as a smartphone, a personal computer, and a tablet terminal.
[0016] The information providing server 100 is an example of an information processing device and executes an information providing process to be described below. The information providing server 100 determines the degree of relationship between the user and a region in a predetermined region by executing the information providing process, and provides the communication device 102 with information indicating the determined degree of relationship in the predetermined region. The information providing server 100 provides the communication device 102 of the user with a reward provided from a local municipality related to the predetermined region in accordance with the degree of relationship between the user and the region in the predetermined region.
[0017] A service provided by executing a computer program in the information providing server 100 is managed by, for example, a service provider (also simply referred to as a relationship service provider) that provides various services based on the relationship between the user and the region. The information providing server 100 that is hardware may be managed by a relationship service provider, or may be managed by another business operator that operates a data center or the like. A function realized by the information providing server 100 may be realized in an edge node that can be deployed between the server and the communication device. The edge node is also an example of the information processing device.
[0018] The external servers 101 are various servers operated separately by business operators separate from the relationship service provider, a local municipality, or the like. The external servers 101a, 101b,... are servers that can be operated by separate service providers. The external servers 101a, 101b,... provide, for example, payment information (for example, a usage history of a credit card or electronic money) by the user to the information providing server 100 or provide history information of hometown tax by the user to the information providing server 100 in accordance with a usage permission by the user. In a case where the external servers 101a, 101b,... are not particularly distinguished from each other, they are simply referred to as the external server 101.
[0019] <Configuration of Information Providing Server> Next, a functional configuration example of the information providing server 100 that is an example of the information processing device will be described with reference to Fig. 2. Each of the functional blocks described with reference to the drawing may be integrated or separated, and the functions to be described may be realized by other blocks. What is described as hardware may be realized by software, and vice versa. Furthermore, in the present embodiment, a case where the information providing server is a single device will be described as an example, or the information providing server may be configured by a plurality of devices or may be configured as one or more virtual machines.
[0020] A communication unit 201 includes a communication circuit or a communication module capable of communicating with each of the external server 101 and the communication device 102 via a network.
[0021] A control unit 202 includes a processor 210 and a memory 211. The processor 210 may include one or more processors. The control unit 202 controls an operation of each unit of the information providing server 100 by causing the processor 210 to execute a computer program stored in the memory 211 or a storage unit 204. The functions of the units included in the control unit 202 are realized, for example, by the processor 210 executing a program.
[0022] The memory 211 is a volatile storage medium such as a DRAM, and temporarily stores parameters, processing computer program. A power supply unit 203 is a power supply that provides power for operating each unit of the information providing server 100.
[0023] The storage unit 204 includes, for example, a nonvolatile storage medium such as a hard disk or a semiconductor memory, and stores a setting value necessary for the operation of the information providing server 100, a computer program, and the like. The computer program retained in the storage unit 204 includes an operating system and various applications for realizing various functions of the information providing server 100. The storage unit 204 includes, for example, user information 220, staying time information 221, consumption amount-of-money information 222, and reward information 223.
[0024] The user information 220 includes information regarding a user who is a user of the system. For example, as illustrated in Fig. 9, the user information 220 includes a user identifier 901, information 902 regarding a favorite setting, and information 903 regarding a degree of relationship between the region and the user. The user identifier 901 is information for identifying a user. The information 902 regarding the favorite setting is information indicating a local municipality set as a favorite by the user. The user can set a plurality of local municipalities as favorites. The information 903 regarding the degree of relationship between the region and the user includes information regarding the degree of relationship between the region and the user for each local municipality set as a favorite. The information 903 regarding the degree of relationship between the region and the user is determined and set through an information providing process to be described below.
[0025] The staying time information 221 includes a staying time of the user in each region based on positional information of the user. In the staying time information 221, for example, the staying time of the user is recorded for each region. The staying time information 221 may be, for example, a time obtained by measuring a time in which the user stays in a geofence corresponding to the region. For example, in a case where each region is associated with each local municipality, the staying time information 221 can indicate a time in which the user stays in each local municipality. Alternatively, in a case where the area of the local municipality is divided into a plurality of regions, the staying time information 221 may indicate, for example, a staying time of the user in each of a first region (central part) and a second region (peripheral part) in the area of the local municipality. The area of the local municipality can be divided into various modes such as tourist spots and other regions.
[0026] The consumption amount-of-money information 222 includes a consumption amount of money consumed by the user in each region. The consumption amount-of-money information 222 includes, for example, a consumption amount of money consumed by the user in each region, and a consumption amount of money of the user outside of the region for goods sold or a service provided by a local municipality corresponding to each region. That is, the consumption amount-of-money information 222 can include an amount of money consumed by the user for eating and drinking, staying, or the like in the region after visiting the region, an amount of hometown tax for the region, and an amount of money consumed in an antenna shop regarding the region. For example, in a case where each region is associated with each local municipality, the consumption amount-of-money information 222 can indicate a consumption amount of money consumed by the user in each local municipality. Alternatively, in a case where the area of the local municipality is divided into a plurality of regions, for example, the consumption amount-of-money information 222 may indicate a consumption amount of money of the user for each of the first and second regions in the area of the local municipality.
[0027] The reward information 223 includes information regarding a reward provided from the local municipality related to a specific region in accordance with the degree of relationship between the user and the region in the specific region. The information regarding the reward includes, for example, information regarding an offer such as an accommodation ticket in the specific region or an invitation ticket to an event.
[0028] The staying time acquisition unit 212 acquires the positional information of the communication device 102 from the communication device 102 as positional information of the user. The staying time acquisition unit 212 measures, for example, a time in which the user stays in a geofence corresponding to the region based on the acquired positional information of the user, and acquires the staying time of the user in the region. The staying time acquisition unit 212 adds a cumulative value of the staying time in the region already stored in the staying time information 221 and a newly acquired staying time. Accordingly, the staying time acquisition unit 212 can acquire (a new cumulative value of) the staying time of the user in the region. The staying time acquisition unit 212 can update the staying time information 221 to the cumulative value of the staying time of the user in the region.
[0029] The staying time acquisition unit 212 can acquire a cumulative value of the staying time during any period (for example, by access to the staying time information 221). For example, the staying time acquisition unit 212 can acquire the cumulative value of the staying time during the period from the beginning of the year to a current time in a year to which the current time belongs, or the cumulative value of the staying time in one year (for example, one year in 2022) in the year before the year to which the current time belongs .
[0030] In the staying time information 221, for example, in a case where each region is associated with each local municipality, the staying time acquisition unit 212 can acquire a time in which the user stays in each local municipality. Alternatively, in a case where the area of the local municipality is divided into a plurality of regions in the staying time information 221, the staying time acquisition unit 212 can acquire, for example, a staying time of the user for each of the first region (central part) and the second region (peripheral part) in the area of the local municipality. As described above, the area of the local municipality can be divided into various modes such as tourist spots and other regions, and the staying time acquisition unit 212 can acquire a staying time of the user for each of the regions divided in various modes .
[0031] A consumption amount-of-money acquisition unit 213 acquires a consumption amount of money consumed by the user in the region. The consumption amount-of-money acquisition unit 213 can acquire, from the external server 101a, for example, a consumption amount of money consumed by a user in the region for eating, drinking, staying, or the like, and can update a cumulative value of a consumption amount of money in each region in the consumption amount-of-money information 222. For example, the consumption amount-of-money acquisition unit 213 can acquire an amount of hometown tax for the region or the consumption amount of money in an antenna shop of the region from the external server 101b or the external server 101a, and update the cumulative value of the consumption amount of money in each region in the consumption amount-of-money information 222. As described above for the staying time acquisition unit 212, the consumption amount-of-money acquisition unit 213 can also acquire the cumulative value of a consumption amount of money in an arbitrary period, or the cumulative value of a consumption amount of money in each region in a case where a plurality of regions are associated with a local municipality, for the consumption amount of money of the user in the region.
[0032] The consumption amount-of-money acquisition unit 213 can acquire the information from external server 101 and can also acquire the consumption amount of money consumed by the user for the region from communication device 102. For example, after the user stays at a local hotel and makes a payment in cash, a receipt is provided from the hotel to the user. The communication device 102 can photograph a receipt, perform an image recognition process on the photographed image, acquire an amount of money related to payment, a name of a shop or a name of a service provider (for example, 00 Hotel), and a time related to the payment, and transmit the money and the name to the information providing server 100. The consumption amount-of-money acquisition unit 213 can receive payment information from the communication device 102 and record the payment information as consumption amount-of-money information.
[0033] A degree-of-relationship determination unit 214 determines a degree of relationship between the user and the region. Specifically, the degree-of-relationship determination unit 214 determines the degree of relationship between the user and the region in the region based on the staying time of the user in the region within the specific period and the consumption amount of money in the region.
[0034] The degree-of-relationship determination unit 214 may determine the degree of relationship between the user and the region in the region, for example, using a table illustrated in Fig. 4A as an example. That is, the degree-of -relationship determination unit 214 determines the degree of relationship between the user and the region in the region as a silver rank in a case where a staying time of the user in a certain region is 100 hours or more and a consumption amount of money of the user in the region is 100,000 yen or more. Similarly, in a case where the staying time of the user in the region is 150 hours or more and the consumption amount of money of the user is 200,000 yen or more, the degree-of-relationship determination unit 214 determines the degree of relationship as a gold rank. Then, in a case where the staying time of the user in the region is 200 hours or more and the consumption amount of money of the user is 300,000 yen or more, the degree-of-relationship determination unit 214 determines the degree of relationship as a platinum rank.
[0035] The degree-of-relationship determination unit 214 may determine that the degree of relationship is the silver rank with reference to the table illustrated in Fig. 4A in a case where at least one of the staying time in the region within the specific period by the user and the consumption amount of money in the region is equal to or greater than a value (for example, 100 hours or 100,000 yen) illustrated in the table .
[0036] The above-described consumption amount of money may be determined for each amount of consumption for a specific use, such as a consumption amount of money for staying, a consumption amount of money for eating and drinking, and a consumption amount of money for a gift. The abovedescribed staying time may be determined for each staying time for a specific use, such as a staying time for staying, a staying time for eating and drinking, and a staying time for shopping. In this case, for example, the degree-of-relationship determination unit 214 may determine that the degree of relationship is the silver rank in a case where at least one of the staying time of the specific use in the region by the user within the specific period and the consumption amount of money of the specific use in the region is equal to or more than a value (For example, 100 hours or 100,000 yen) illustrated in the table. In the description of the present embodiment, a case where the degree-of-relationship determination unit 214 determines the degree of relationship between the user and the region by using the staying time of the user in the region within the specific period and the consumption amount of money in the region has been described as an example. However, the degree-of-relationship determination unit 214 may use other information in addition to the staying time and the consumption amount of money. For example, the degree-of-relationship determination unit 214 may determine the degree of relationship between the user and the region by further using at least one of the number of nights stayed and the number of stays illustrated in Fig. 4B. By using the number of nights stayed, in order to improve the degree of relationship with the region, the user is required to visit a region by being divided (repeated) into the number of days equal to or more than the number of days determined as a condition. Similarly to a case where the number of stays is used, in order to improve the degree of relationship with the region, the user is required to visit the region (repeatedly) divided into the number of times equal to or more than the number determined as the condition. By additionally using conditions such as the number of nights stayed or the number of stays in this manner, the user can be motivated to increase stay and consumption. The degree-of-relationship determination unit 214 may determine the degree of relationship between the user and the region by using at least one of the number of nights stayed and the number of stays instead of the staying time. A staying date may be used instead of or in addition to the number of stays and the number of nights stayed in Fig. 4B.
[0038] On the other hand, instead of using the table, the degree-of-relationship determination unit 214 may determine the degree of relationship between the user and the region in the region by using a function having, as an input parameter, a staying time of the user in a region within the specific period and the consumption amount of money in the region. For example, coefficients a and b may be appropriately determined with a function f(x, y) =ax+by where a staying time of the user in the region is x, and a consumption amount of money in the region is y, and the rank may be determined in accordance with the value of f(x, y). Of course, the function is not limited to this example, and a high-order function or a nonlinear function may be used.
[0039] As described above, in a case where a plurality of regions correspond to local municipalities, the degree-of- relationship determination unit 214 can consider the staying time and the consumption amount of money in each of the plurality of regions. For example, for the first and second regions among the plurality of regions, the degree-of-relationship determination unit 214 determines the degree of relationship between the user and the region (local municipality) by applying different weights to at least one of the staying time in each region and the consumption amount of money in each region. In this way, for example, if a weight in the central part is increased in the first region (central part) and the second region (peripheral part) in the area of the local municipality, a higher rank is given to a user having a longer staying time and / or a higher consumption amount of money in the central part. That is, the user can be motivated to stay in the central part or consume in the central part. In other words, the user can be guided to a desired region among the plurality of regions.
[0040] The degree-of-relationship determination unit 214 may set a valid period in the determined degree of relationship and control the degree of relationship so that the degree of relationship is attenuated over time after the valid period. A reward acquisition unit 215 acquires the abovedescribed reward information from the external server 101, and records the information in the reward information 223 or updates the reward information 223.
[0042] A display information generation unit 216 generates display information to be displayed on the communication device 102. For example, the display information generation unit 216 generates display information of my page on which the name and the like of the local municipality individually set as a favorite by the user are displayed. The display information generation unit 216 generates display information of a detailed screen on which the staying time and the consumption amount of money of the user for each region or each local municipality are displayed. Display information on a reward screen on which information regarding a reward provided from a region or a local municipality is displayed is generated. The details of my page, the detailed screen, and the reward screen will be described below. The display information generation unit 216 generates each piece of display information, and transmits the display information to the communication device 102 via the communication unit 201. The display information generation unit 216 may transmit information necessary for configuring each screen to the communication device 102 instead of generating various types of screen information, and the communication device 102 side may configure the display screen.
[0043] cConfiguration of Communication Device> Next, a functional configuration example of the communication device 102 will be described with reference to Fig. 3. In the present embodiment, a case where a smartphone is used as an example of the communication device will be described as an example. Each of the functional blocks described with reference to the following drawings may be integrated or separated, and the described functions may be realized by other blocks. What is described as hardware may be realized by software, and vice versa .
[0044] A communication unit 301 includes, for example, a communication circuit, and performs communication with the information providing server 100 through connection to the Internet via mobile communication such as LTE or connection to a network via wireless LAN communication, for example.
[0045] A control unit 302 includes a processor 310 and a memory 311, and controls an operation of each unit in the communication device 102, for example, by causing the processor 310 to execute a computer program stored in the storage unit 307. The processor 310 includes one or more processors, and the memory 311 includes a volatile memory such as a DRAM.
[0046] An operation unit 303 includes buttons and a touch panel included in the communication device 102, and receives user operations on buttons and GUIs for various operations displayed on the display unit 306. A power supply unit 304 provides power to each unit of the communication device 102.
[0047] An imaging device 305 is, for example, a camera mechanism including an imaging element, and can perform imaging in response to an instruction from the control unit 302. For example, the user can photograph an image of a receipt after finishing payment in cash for eating and drinking, or staying at a place of stay. For example, an amount of paid money, details, a time of payment, and the like are described on the receipt, and the control unit 302 performs an image recognition process on the captured image of the receipt to acquire an amount of money related to the payment, a name of a shop or a name of a service provider related to the payment, and a time. The control unit 302 transmits the acquired information to the information providing server 100.
[0048] The display unit 306 includes, for example, a display device such as an LCD or an OLED. In response to an instruction from the control unit 302, the display unit 306 displays a GUI based on the display information received from the information providing server 100. The control unit 302 executes, for example, a web browser or a dedicated application to display the display information received from the information providing server 100 on the display unit 306.
[0049] The storage unit 307 includes, for example, a nonvolatile memory such as a semiconductor memory, and retains a setting value and a program that is executed by the control unit 302. The computer program retained in the storage unit 307 includes an operating system and various applications for realizing all the functions of the communication device 102.
[0050] <Series of Operations of Information Providing Process in Information Providing Server> Next, a series of operations of the information providing process executed in the information providing server 100 will be described with reference to Fig. 5. This process is realized by causing the processor 210 of the control unit 202 to execute a computer program recorded in the storage unit 204.
[0051] In S501, as described above, the staying time acquisition unit 212 acquires the positional information of the communication device 102 from the communication device 102 as the positional information of the user.
[0052] In S502, the control unit 202 determines whether the user selects a specific local municipality (as a favorite). As described above with reference to Fig. 9, the information 902 of the favorite setting is included in the user information 220. In a case where there is a local municipality selected as the favorite in the user information 220, the control unit 202 moves the process to S503. Otherwise, this series of processes ends.
[0053] In S503, as described above, the staying time acquisition unit 212 acquires the staying time of the user in the region and updates the staying time information 221, for example, by measuring a time in which the user stays in the geofence corresponding to the region. The staying time acquisition unit 212 acquires (a cumulative value of) the staying time of the user in the predetermined region (within the specific period) from the staying time information 221.
[0054] In S504, as described above, consumption amount-of-money acquisition unit 213 acquires the consumption amount of money consumed by the user in the region from external server 101, and updates the cumulative value of the consumption amount of money in each region in the consumption amount-of-money information 222. The consumption amount-of-money acquisition unit 213 acquires (a cumulative value of) a consumption amount of money in the predetermined region (within a specific period) from the consumption amount-of-money information 222.
[0055] In S505, as described above, the degree-of-relationship determination unit 214 determines the degree of relationship between the user and the region in the predetermined region based on the staying time of the user in the region within the specific period and the consumption amount of money in the region. The degree-of-relationship determination unit 214 records the determined degree of relationship in the user information 220 (the information 903 regarding the degree of relationship between the user and the region).
[0056] In S506, the display information generation unit 216 provides the communication device 102 with information indicating the degree of relationship between the user and the region in the predetermined region together with the name of the local municipality as display information. For example, the display information generation unit 216 can provide the communication device 102 with, for example, the display information of my page 600 illustrated in Fig. 6.
[0057] My page 600 illustrated in Fig. 6 is a screen indicating the name of the local municipality set as a favorite by the user and information indicating the degree of relationship between the user and the local municipality. A user image 601 includes, for example, a profile image of the user uploaded by the user. The user image 601 may be an icon or an avatar image set by the user. A name 602 includes a name of the user. A name 603 of a local municipality includes the name of the local municipality set in advance as a favorite local municipality of the user. The display information generation unit 216 may generate the display information using the information 902 of the favorite setting in the user information 220 as the name 603 of the local municipality.
[0058] The display information generation unit 216 generates display information so that the name 603 of the local municipality and the information 604 indicating the degree of relationship between the user and the region corresponding to the name of each local municipality are included. The information 604 indicating the degree of relationship between the user and the region includes information indicating the degree of relationship such as platinum or silver, and information indicating that the degree is in a specific period (for example, 2022, 2021, or the like).
[0059] If the communication device 102 is displaying my page 600, for example, if the user presses a local municipality name 605 of "Yaizu City, Shizuoka Prefecture", the communication device 102 transmits the operation content to the information providing server 100. The information providing server 100 generates display information of the detailed information 700 illustrated in Fig. 7 in response to a designation of the local municipality name 605.
[0060] The detailed information 700 illustrated in Fig. 7 includes a name 701 of the selected local municipality and information 702 indicating the degree of relationship between the user and the region corresponding to the name of the selected local municipality. The detailed information 700 includes information 703 indicating a current situation of the user. For example, the information 703 indicating the current situation of the user includes a cumulative total (for example, 24 hours) of a staying time of the user within the specific period (for example, within a year to which the current time belongs) in the region, and a cumulative total (for example, 12000 yen) of the consumption amount of money in the region within the specific period. The information 703 indicating the current situation of the user includes the cumulative total of the staying time of the user during the entire period (for example, 72 hours) in the region, and a cumulative total of a consumption amount of money in the region within the entire period (for example, 42000 yen). In response to user's pressing of a "View more" button in the communication device 102, the information providing server 100 may generate the detailed information 700 to further include information indicating a situation of the user in other years such as 2022, 2021,..., or the like.
[0061] The detailed information 700 may further include details 704 of the consumption amount of money. The details 704 of the consumption amount of money may include, in addition to the consumption amount of money, information such as a date related to the consumption and a consumption target.
[0062] The display information generation unit 216 may further include information necessary for improving a rank in the detailed information 700. For example, the display information generation unit 216 compares a current staying time and consumption amount of money (in the staying time information 221 and the consumption amount-of-money information 222) with a staying time and a consumption amount of money for matching the next rank (for example, defined in Fig. 4A). Then, the staying time and the consumption amount of money necessary for matching the next rank may be included in the detailed information 700. The display information generation unit 216 may display information such as the number of stays, the number of nights stayed, the number of times of eating and drinking, the number of times of event uses, and the like corresponding to the staying time and the consumption amount of money necessary for improving the rank, instead of the staying time and the consumption amount of money. In this way, a target for improving the rank becomes clearer by the display information, and the user can be motivated to improve the degree of relationship with the local municipality. Furthermore, whether the information to be displayed for improving the rank is the staying time, the consumption amount of money, the number of stays, the number of nights stayed, or the like may be controlled according to a setting value transmitted from a communication terminal of the local municipality. In this way, a service to which the user is desired to be guided can be set for each local municipality or each region.
[0063] Referring back to Fig. 5, the description will be made. In S507, as described above, the reward acquisition unit 215 acquires the reward information from the external server 101 and updates the reward information 223.
[0064] In S508, the display information generation unit 216 provides the communication device 102 with the display information of a reward screen 800. The reward screen 800 may be provided in response to user's pressing of an offer button (not illustrated) included in my page 600 or the detailed information 700. As illustrated in Fig. 8, the reward screen 800 includes information regarding the reward from the local municipality in accordance with the degree of relationship between the specific region and the user. For example, information 801 of a reward includes information regarding an offer provided from the local municipality in accordance with the degree of relationship between the user and Yaizu City, Shizuoka Prefecture as the platinum rank. The information 801 of an offer includes a PR image provided by a local municipality and explanation text. Similarly, information 802 of a reward includes information regarding an offer provided from a local municipality according to the silver rank of the degree of relationship between the user and Daisen city, Akita Prefecture .
[0065] If the information regarding the reward is provided by the display information generation unit 216, the control unit 202 ends this series of processes.
[0066] In the above description, various functions of the information providing server 100 have been described, but functions of the information providing server 100 are not limited to the above-described functions. The information providing server 100 may have a function of registering or correcting a user's name, an e-mail address, a region through which the user passes for movement, a region where there is a work place of the user, and a region where there is a home of the user. In this case, staying time acquisition unit 212 and consumption amount-of-money acquisition unit 213 can exclude a region through which the user passes for movement, a region where there is the work place of the user, and a region where there is a home of the user from a processing target region. Therefore the information providing server 100 does not include these set regions in regions at a time at which the degree of relationship between the user and the region is obtained. In this way, the information providing server 100 can reduce or omit a processing load of calculation of the staying time or the consumption amount of money in the region where the user stays considerably frequently or consumes an amount of money. That is, a processing load of each unit of the control unit 202 and an updating load of the storage unit 204 can be considerably reduced.
[0067] In the series of operations described with reference to Fig. 5, in a case where a local municipality is set in advance in the information 902 of the favorite setting, the staying time and the consumption amount of money are acquired for the region corresponding to the local municipality. That is, the information providing server 100 determines the degree of relationship between the user and the region in the specific region (local municipality) selected by the user from the regions where the user stays or the regions where the user consumes the amount of money. In this way, the calculation of the staying time and the consumption amount of money, the calculation for determining the degree of relationship between the user and the region, and the like can be performed on the limited region. That is, a processing load can be considerably reduced, compared with the case where information of all the regions in which the user is involved is calculated.
[0068] Alternatively, if the favorite setting for setting the local municipality displayed on my page 600 is registered, the information providing server 100 may prevent registration of the local municipality corresponding to the region through which the user passes for movement, the region where there is the work place of the user, and the region where there is the home of the user. Even in this case, the information providing server 100 can reduce the processing load of calculation of the staying time or the consumption amount of money in the region where the user stays considerably frequently or consumes the amount of money.
[0069] As described above, in the present embodiment, the information providing server 100 acquires the staying time in the predetermined region by the user based on the positional information of the user, and acquires the consumption amount of money consumed by the user in the predetermined region. The degree of relationship between the user and the region in the predetermined region is determined based on the staying time in the predetermined region by the user within the specific period and the consumption amount of money in the predetermined region. In this way, the relationship between the related population and the region can be evaluated in consideration of the substantial relationship between the user and the region.
[0070] The information providing server 100 provides the communication device of the user with information indicating the degree of relationship with the determined predetermined region together with the name of the local municipality corresponding to the predetermined region. In this way, the user can easily ascertain the degree of relationship between the user and the local municipality. The user is allowed to ascertain the current relationship and thus can easily ascertain the change in a case where the relationship between the user and the local municipality has changed. That is, the user can be motivated to aim at a higher degree of relationship with the local municipality.
[0071] The invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various modifications and changes can be made within the scope of the invention. The present application claims priority based on Japanese Patent Application No. 2023-119270 filed on July 5 21, 2023, the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.
