Abstract

A display device, comprising: a first substrate 110 including a plurality of sub pixels SP; an organic light emitting element 130 which is disposed in each of the plurality of sub pixels and includes an anode 131, an organic emission layer 132 on the anode, and a cathode 133 on the organic emission layer; and an inorganic light emitting element 140 which is disposed in each of the plurality of sub pixels and is disposed between the anode and the cathode, wherein a first electrode 144 of the inorganic light emitting element is electrically connected to the anode and a second electrode 145 of the inorganic light emitting element is electrically connected to the cathode.
