Abstract

This invention aims to provide a modified maggot cultivation container for organic waste processing and maggot cultivation. The maggot cultivation container according to this invention consists of an organic waste collection box (1) which is the main container in the form of a rectangular box measuring 70-80 cm x 48-60 cm x 42.5-50.5 cm which functions as a space for decomposing organic waste as well as a medium for cultivating maggot larvae which on one of the walls is installed a Harvest Channel (2) in the form of a pipe with a certain slope which functions as a route for the transfer of prepupae to the harvest container automatically and a Collection Container (3) which is placed outside the Megabox (1) which is directly connected to the end of the pipe and functions to accommodate prepupae that come out through the Harvest Channel (2).The advantages of this invention are that it has a simple structure, is efficient, durable in use, low cost, the decomposition of organic waste by maggots can take place quickly, is odorless, the use of tools can be reached and applied easily by the community and the growth of cultivated maggots can be optimal for harvesting as fertilizer and alternative animal feed.
