Abstract

This product is a jig for fixing a hopper in the open position when performing tasks such as clearing blockages or cleaning the input port of a crusher equipped with a hopper. It consists of a horizontal member that fixes the hopper and a vertical member that serves as a handle. Specifically, as shown in the "Reference Diagram Showing the State of Use," the hopper is fixed by positioning the horizontal member directly in front of the connecting part of the hopper when it is in the open position. This product is used by gripping the front end of the vertical member that serves as a handle during work, and even if the hopper closes during work, the hopper will not collide with the fingers, thus ensuring safety during work.
