Graphical user interface

Abstract

The GUI displays various energy modes, operations and modules of the surgical generator / procedure. Specifically, warnings and images showing the operation of the electrosurgical instruments (e.g., Monopolar, Bipolar) or the status of the energy modules and foot switch are displayed. For example, foot switch operations can be performed by clicking on the eight dashed horizontal oval areas containing the solid foot switch icon. The design is characterized by its shape. The outermost double-dashed lines in the figures represent the display screen and do not form part of the design sought to be registered. Dashed text within the outermost double-dashed lines represents portions of the graphical user interface that do not form part of the design sought to be registered. The remaining dashed lines in each figure represent portions of the design sought to be registered.
