Abstract

This article is a vehicle charger / discharger that charges or discharges a battery mounted on a vehicle such as an electric vehicle or a plug-in hybrid vehicle. This vehicle charger / discharger includes a cable, a charge / discharge connector, a curved main body, and a pulley as a cable support suspended from the tip of the main body.
