Abstract

As shown in the "reference perspective view," this item is an exercise device with a pair of foot rests attached to the top of the main body so that they can rotate horizontally relative to the main body. For example, as shown in the "reference view showing the state of use," while seated on a chair or the like, stepping alternately with one foot placed on each foot rest and swinging the main body left and right allows for stepping exercises. Furthermore, by thrusting the feet forward alternately and rotating the main body horizontally, exercises can be performed to move the knee joints, and by rotating the feet horizontally in place, stretching exercises for the ankles and calves can be performed. This item is made of appropriate materials such as wood.
