Abstract

Figure 1.6 is an enlarged perspective view of the portion indicated by lines 1-1 and 1'-1' in Figure 1.3. Figure 1.7 is an enlarged front view of the portion indicated by lines 2-2 and 2'-2' in Figure 1.1. Figure 1.8 is an enlarged front view of the portion indicated by lines 3-3 and 3'-3' in Figure 1.2. Figures 1.9 and 1.10 are cross-sectional views taken along lines A-A and B-B in Figure 1.6, respectively.
