Xuantian Well Board

Abstract

This product is a soffit board material to be attached to the eaves ceiling of a building such as a house. While conventional products are attached using nails, this product is attached to the eaves ceiling using metal fittings and trim, as shown in the reference cross-sectional diagram showing the installed state. Conventional products are attached using nails, and many wall materials have an uneven surface to hide the nail heads during installation. However, this product, as described above, can be installed without nails. As shown in the plan view, bottom view, side views, enlarged views, enlarged oblique reference diagram 1, and enlarged oblique reference diagram 2, the surface is flat and free of unevenness. During the manufacturing process, the product is jointed, painted two-tone, gravure printed, and then painted with a clear coat containing colored beads, resulting in a highly decorative surface pattern.
