Abstract

This article has left and right rotating bodies integrally mounted on the underside of the left and right ends of a central support member so as to rotate freely. This article is a clothes drying device for drying washed clothes and the like using multiple clips integrally mounted on the underside of the left and right rotating bodies. This article is used by hanging it from a clothesline or the like using a first central locking portion and left and right locking portions integrally mounted on the center and left and right ends of the upper surface of the central support member. As shown in the left side view of the folded state in an inverted upside-down position and the back view of the folded state in an inverted upside-down position, this article can be folded from the center of the central support member and stored by hanging it using the second central locking portion integrally mounted on the center of the lower surface of the central support member. The left and right locking portions of this article are integrally mounted on the central support member so as to be freely rotatable about their lower ends.
